As the title implies, this story will revolve around if Vert was gifted a brother as a CPU Candidate, I'll have to fuck with lore a tiny bit (Don't hurt me plz) and change a couple things. This idea came to me when reading Snakebit1995's Green Brother, and I have no intention in stealing his story for myself, I will try to make this as much of my own as possible, but if you don't enjoy mine, please go read his and enjoy! This chapter is a pilot, so it may not be very long or detailed as possible future chapters and pc course this is an AU of Re;Birth 2.

Leanbox, 3 years ago

"Damn, you beat me again Sis."

"You expect to beat me easily? And please watch your tone, young man, you will one day come to rule Leanbox, though I'm sad to say that we won't be able to play for a bit,I will have to depart tomorrow with the other CPUs."

"Will I ever meet them? I've only heard you tell stories about them, but never got to see them for myself."

"In due time, why don't you go take a bath first, I need to wrap up some work with Chika anyways."

"Ok Big Sister, I love you!"

Leanbox, Present Day

His eyes jolted open, he had that dream again... the night before his Sister disappeared, it's been 3 years since the CPU of Leanbox, Green Heart, Vert, along with the other Nations Goddesses had disappeared, including the Candidate from Planeptune, who from Vert he heard was rather cute.

He shrugged and hopped out of bed, running his fingers through his blonde hair and walked out into the hallway, now starting to hear noises coming from the Main Hall in the Basilicom. He followed the noises, finding a group of girls talking with this Nations Oracle, Chika Hakozaki.

The group consisted of a somewhat average height girl with Creamy pink hair and a sweater, a little to warm in Leanbox for that, a slightly shorter girl will long brown hair and a green bow, an even shorter red head with a white stripe in her hair, and two other girls who caught his eye, one had long black hair, as dark as the night sky. The other had long pink hair with a D-Clip, that seemed familiar. What snapped him out of his train of thought was when 'Chika' decided to run off from the group, and before their group could move anymore, He decided to show himself,

"Hey, what are you guys doing here?"

"O-Oh...W-Well I'm Nepgear, along with Uni, Compa, IF, and RED."

He gently waved at the other girls, but noticed the two named Nepgear and Uni looking at him a little strangely...that's when he looked down and noticed, he was only wearing pajama bottoms! He was completely shirtless! And it seemed like those two were enjoying the show, a bit of drool leaking from the corner of their mouths.

"Sorry, let me go change real quick, I'll help you with whatever you guys need, I'm Excel, the CPU Candidate of Leanbox, nice to meet you all!"

That's immediately when the two in front, Nepgear and Uni, perked up.

Everyone yelled, "WHAT?!" before IF spoke,

"Wait, the Candidate of Leanbox? I only heard that was a myth, or it was a girl! My info never told me it was a guy!"

He sighed, rubbing the back of his head, " Yeah that sounds like something Vert would do, I'll be right back!" and quickly ran off to get dressed, coming out a few moments later in a pair of blue jeans, a black t-shirt and a green hoodie.

"Now then, back to business, what was all that with Chika about?"

Compa spoke up, a little concerned, "Mister Excel, Chika was a fake! and captured the real Oracle, didn't you notice?"

"Well, I just woke up from a nap, Sis would kill me if I didn't make sure her games were all up to date and every event was done to completion"

Nepgear then sighed, "From what I've seen of her, that sounds about right...Oh! I forgot to mention, I'm the CPU Candidate of Planeptune, and Uni here is the Candidate for Lastation."

"Planeptune? I thought you were trapped with my sister, where is she? Is she alive? Tell me!" He began shaking Nepgear by the shoulders, worried for the health of his sister, even if she teased him, she was still his loving sister, and he needed to know she was fine.

After a few minutes of talking, Excel was caught up to everything that happened as of now, the Mascots, the Lowee Twins, and knowing Vert was ok.

"Ok, well, I'm more than happy to help you girls, anything to save my sister, first off, let's go find Chika. I know there's a basement to the Basilicom that used to be a dungeon, she's probably down there."

Nepgear hopped out of her seat, "Then we need to go find her! We need to know where the Mascot is!"

"Then we got no time to lose, let's head out!" He pulled up his item selection and summoned forth a weapon, an old spear Vert used, it wasn't the most high condition thing, but it was useable, Vert taught him a lot on how to wield one, so it suit him rather well.
