Chapter 14
"Kagome...I remember what happened to us."
"Oh my god Miroku! What happened to you just now? Let's get you inside." Kagome stood up and helped Miroku up to lean on her.
"When I was in just now, I saw everything happen...everything." with a grim voice.
"We can talk about it later."
The duo slowly walked back into the house. Kagome helped Miroku to the couch. She went to get him a glass of water and a cool washcloth to put on his head. After about 10 minutes, Miroku finally calmed down and sat up. He motioned for Kagome to sit next to him. She reluctantly sat next to him but not too close. Miroku scooted over closed to Kagome. She didn't flinch or pull away. He gently picked up her hand and kissed her palm. Their fingers intertwined together.
(Looks at each other)
'She still has tears in her eyes. She is scared. It hurts me to see her like this'.
"I am sorry I scared you. I felt like I had a vision of sorts that showed me what happened. Let me start at the beginning…"
