CHAPTER 1-QUIRKLESS TO HERO P-1
One day long ago in Qing Qing City, China, a luminescent baby was born with a unique power. Then, as time passed, the similar phenomena happened all over the world, and soon the world became a superhuman society with about 80% of the population possessing some uncanny ability. Our streets looks like scenes from comic books. A city swirled with chaos and confusion, a new profession dominated our collective consciousness. It was a age of heroes. We have these who would uses there powers for the sake of other, these who uses them for there own selfish gain and greed, And others with quirks but choose to live a normal life. As for me its the latter. But very soon i wil be one of theses people. My name is Ren Amamiya and this is how I become a hero and a Pokemon trainer.
Amamiya Resident- Morning
"Ren! Ren! Ren wake up or your be late for school!" A middle aged man yelling well knocking on the door.
"R-right. I'm up dad." A teenage boy slightly yells slowly waking up.
This is Ren Amamiya, 14 years old, blood type-O, A 3rd year middle school student at Tokonai Juniors High, He has spiky black hairstyle, dark eyes, and facial features. He has softer eyes, a kind demeanor, and a lighter-pale skin complexion.
He's just your average ordinary middle student but there one problem, he was Quirkless.
It was all started back when he was 4 years old. All the kids around Ren started to awaken to there powers except for Ren. After a while all of his classmates had their quirks but he was the only with no powers. So his parents take him to the doctor to see the problem and after running multiple tests the doctors have confirmed that he was quirkless. It was shocking for him to learn that he was over 20% of the population that will never have a quirk. And if being quirkless wasn't bad enough once ren's classmates find out they started to treat him differently. The other kids would make fun of him for being quirkless, must of them would avoid him and stop talking to him, some bullied him by playing prank on him, and if there were group activities or field trips they would ignore him. Things don't get any better when he started Middle school. Just like pre and elementary school when people found out he was Quirkless they treated him like a out cast that doesn't belong there turn him into a loner.
"Ok time to get up." he says getting up form his bed stretch out his arms.
First thing Ren does is head to the bathroom to use toilet and pee, After that he washed his hands then splash some warm water on his face to fully wake him up, then start brushing his teeth for a good 2 minutes to make sure he got every spot. When he returns to his room to get dress for school.
A few seconds later he was in his school uniforms all black long sleeve jacket and pants. His jacket uniform was open wearing a white long sleeve hoodie under his jacket. Now fully dressed he grab his backpack and made he's way to the dining room for breakfast.
Entering the dining room he see his dad watching the morning news and eating his breakfast.
"Morning dad." He says getting his father attention and he stops eating turning throws his son saying his good morning.
"Morning Ren. You should eat before you breakfast get cold." He said returning to his meal.
"Right." Ren said nodding to his dad. Walk to the table, sitting down, putting his bag on the ground next to him, & started to eat his breakfast.
This is my dad his name is Kenji Amamiya, his 41 years old, blood type-A, he's wearing a white collar long sleeve shirt and brown jeans, he has black messy hair and dark eyes.
He's can be serious at time and but is also a little led back. He also loves to cook. His quirk is temperature control with it he can control the temperature of anything he touches. With he uses to make food tastes so good. After he graduated high school he went to cook school to improve his cooking skills. Him and his old childhood friend owned restaurant called big bites. It's a small business but its a pretty popular place that serves amazing food.
His mother name is Annie Amamiya, she was 33 years old, blood type-O, she has very long black hair and grey eyes. Her hair is usually tied in a long ponytail, reaching all the way down to her waist.
She was a happy good lucky girl who was sweet to every person she meet. Her quirk is mind reading with its see can read the mind of anyone in a 3 mile radius. So you can never keep a secret form her. In fact that how my parents ended up together. My dad had a huge crush on mom back in high school and with her quirk she known of he's true feeling & started dating in their 2 year. My mother worked as a private investigators. Thinks to her power she was the best at what she does. She even helped with a few police investigation. She died do to a heart disease when I was 8 years old leaving me and my dad alone.
"So Ren. Do you sleep well." Kenji said well drinking his coffee.
"Yeah, I slept like a rock." Ren said well eat his food.
"I see. Considering the fit you were playing your video games last night." He said putting his mug down.
"Well, what can I say. I'm a gamer." Ren said with a small grin on his face.
Ren was a gamer. He loves to play video games. He played a lot of games. It helps him forget about him being quirkless and because playing them is so much fun. But from out of all the games he played his most favorite one of all was Pokemon. He loved so many thing about that the game. It not hard to say that Ren is a huge Pokemon fan just like any fan boy and girls geeking out over there favorite hero.
Kenji just slightly chuckle at his son. Knowing his love for video games. Despite his son gaming habits he can't blame Ren for using games to escape reality. They live in a superhuman society were quirks are everything and people like his son have a hard time fitting in despite not having any powers of there own. Not only that but he lost his mother at a young. Must of be rough for his son. But his son was a strong & good kid, he has good grade, and he's respectful to other. So he doesn't mind his son's gaming, but before anything else was said something made both father and son turned there attention to the TV.
"This breaking news a villain has been supposed in the Musutafu area around 6:34A.M." The news man said continuing his report. "Pro heroes and police are currently investigating the area searching for the villain were abouts."
Ren listened to the news thinking to himself. "Musutafu? Isn't that were we live?" His thought was cut off when the image on the TV changing from the news man to a different man. Ren can only assume that this was the man was the villain.
He is a large, bulky and extremely muscular man set wide with short, spiky blond hair and small black eyes, and he also has a very creepy smile on his face.
"This villain goes by the name: Muscular, he is a A-ranked who as already killed 11 civilians and 7 pro heroes. His quirk is a transformation-type that can enhance his strength." Next thing that happen was the screen changes again back to the new man and the villains photo was on the left side but little smaller."The villain is incredible dangerous so police asked all civilians to stay in doors until the crisis is over. As the students who schools are in the Musutafu area, pro's be on the Street watch all students reporting to there schools." The man finish his report move to his next one. "Now on to other news. The U.A. entrance exam is a few months away. So students who want to..."
At that point Ren & Kenji just stopped listening. Kenji turn to his son with a concern look on his face.
"Ren onces your done eating had to school quickly as you can and once school let's out come back home. No detours." Kenji told his son leaving no room for argument. Ren just simple nodded. It's not like he had anything to do today.
"Got it dad." Ren said go back to his breakfast. Ren was just sitting there eating his food thinking about everything that happened. A villain was somewhere running around in his neighborhood and a dangerous one at that doing as he please. Now everyone day is ruined and nobody known what's going to happened next. Ren can't help but be irritated by all this. Apart of him what do something about it, but he knew he can't for three reasons. One It was against the law for vigilantism. So he can't just go and hunt down the villain. Two he Doesn't have a quirk, so it would be suicide to fighting a bloodthirsty murder with no powers. And three he doesn't want to be a hero. Unlike all the kids his age who want to be heroes, Ren never saw himself as the heroic type, even if he did had a quirk. He doesn't like the modern day heroes. Mostly all of them cares about is fame, fortune, & money. There nothing like the heroes from the games he played. Those Heroes are willing to save other and not ask for anything in return, fighting for what they believe is right, and never giving up even if the odds are staked against them. Those were the type of hero's Ren respected.
Ren finish up his breakfast and then goes to the kitchen putting his dirty dishes in the sank, go back to get his bag, put it on his back, and headed straight to the front door. Putting on his black and white high top sneakers reaching his right hand to the door knob. Before opening the door Ren says goodbye to his dad.
"Ok, I'm heading out. Learn dad." Yelling loud enough for his father to hear him.
"Bye Ren, Be safe." Kenji said to his son.
Ren opened the door walking out side his house and then closes the door behind him make his way to school.

Musutafu Streets- Morning
Ren was walking down the street with his hands in his pocket making his why to school. Next to him are other students, some wearing different uniforms and others were his school uniform. All of them were heading to there schools. The sun out, bright blue sky's, and birds are creeping. Today was like any other day.
But that wasn't the case today.
He looked around seeing news reports, pro heroes, and police officers all over the place continuing there man hunt to find muscular. All of this just for one villain. Ren just sighs in annoyance and lack of sleep was not helping either. Then he started to here mumbling for the other students around him.
"I wonder what's going over there?" One boy said confused about the would situation.
"Dude didn't you watch the news this morning. A villain was spotted in the area." Another boy said to his friend who now has a shocked look on his face.
"W-W-WHAT! ARE YOU SERIOUS MAN?!" He said yelling in fear.
"It's true. It was all over the news this morning." One girl said to the 2 boys.
"Yeah they said this guy is so dangerous he already killed 7 pro's." Another girl said.
"Oh. I guess that explains why there so many pro heroes and reports." One girl said looking at them.
"Yawn, it's to early in the morning for this. I wanna go home." Another girl said yawning into one hand.
"Man this suck! I was planning on going out on a date with my girlfriend today, but now I can't all because of a stupid villain." Another boy shouted angrily.
"I known how you feel man. Me and my friend were going to see that new all might movie after school. But both are parents want us to come home early today." Another boy said walking down the street with girl by is side nodding in agreement.
Ren just raises a eyebrow to the 2 comments. Look like he was right. Some of the students had plans today but all of that that his ruined now thanks to the villain. And to it made Ren mad.
"Can the heroes stop him. I main he already killed some of them." A sacred girl said.
Before anyone else said something a very loud angry interpreted them.
"SHUT THE HELL UP DEKU!" The voice of a male said. At that point everyone turned their heads to were it came from & they saw a 2 boy. One angry blonde and the other a scared green hair kid.
He was short for his age, his round face framed by a short mess of fluffy dark-green hair which sticks up at odd angles around his head, casting noticeably dark shadows onto itself. His eyes are large and somewhat circular, their irises the same green color as his hair, giving him an innocent appearance. He has a set of four symmetrical freckles in diamond formations, one on each cheek, but despite these prominent traits, he's often described by others as being plain-looking. He was wear all black uniform similar to ren's, wearing oversized red boots with thick white soles, laced up to the top.
He was sitting on the ground trimming I fear with a sacred look on his face.
The other boy was average height, with a slim, muscular build, and a fair skin tone. He has short, spiky, ash-blond hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows. His eyes are sharp and bright red in color, He's uniform was the same as the green hair boys, he's wearing a pair of brown shoes.
The boy had a angry expression on his face and was glaring daggers at the kid like he was trying to murder him with his eyes.
Ren who was watching these was not liking were this was going.
"O-o-oh hey ka-ka-kaccan go-good mor-" The frighten boy stuttering trying to speak. But don't get the chance to finish.
"I SAID SHUT UP YOU DARM NERD!" He Said shouting louder. Then the green hair boy stopped talking out of fear. "That's right known your place like the Deku you are." He said in a slightly calmer but still angry.
He made his way to the green hair boy including the looks from the other students. That grab him by the shirt lefting off the ground. He stretching out his left arm to side.
"Listen well you damn nerd. I don't feel like dealing shittey Quirkless ass today, So your going keep your damn mouth shut for the rest of the day and if you don't..." He begins his left hand up inches away from the boys face. And then little sparks started to came out of the boys left palm"all blow your ass up so bad not even your own mom will recognize you." The blonde side with a low but treating voice with terrified the green hair boy even more.
All the students around them was watching them with mix feels. A lot of them was scared of the the angry blonde. Some want to help the poor guy out. Few just didn't wantt to get involved. As for Ren he as pissed. This guy was nothing more than a bully who picking on weak who doesn't have the strength or will to fight back. He started to hear the other whisper something.
"Man poor guy. Hope this ends soon." Someone said.
"Shouldn't we stop him before he hurts that guy." One girl said concern about the green hair boy.
"I'm not going to stop him. That blonde guy looks scary." One boy said.
"Is he planning on hurting him with his quirk." A girl say.
"Maybe we should call a pro to stop him." Another boy said.
Ren just had enough of these made his way over to blonde giving a piece of his mind.
"Hey asshole that enough!" Ren yelled get everyone attention.
At that the angry blonde boy put his left arm down turn his head towards Ren look at with scowl. "What do you say?" The blonde ask angry.
"You heard me. I said that enough." Ren said more calmer but still angry.
The blonde drops the green hair boy on the brining his full attitude to Ren. "Who are you to tell me what to done you bastard?!" He shouted.
"Look I don't known what your problem is with this guy, but I suggest you stop it. Using your quirk on some who doesn't wanna fight and yell at him just for talking. It's pathetic. So why don't you go picking on someone your own size." Ren said stranger at the blonde with anger. "There's a villain around here cause problem for everyone. And no one here times to deal with your little temper tantrum. So go screw yourself." Finished what he was saying.
All the students around them was stunned that someone had the guts to stand up to the scary blonde boy. Even the green hair boy was looking at the scene with disbelief. But the angry blonde was looking at Ren with a pissed off expression. But Ren can't careless about the boy anger because Ren was just as angry.
"This damn extra is challenge me!" The blonde though as he gets more and more angry by the second. "Find all just you kill too!" He said in his blonde stretching out his arms little sparks of explosions coming from both of his palms.
The blond thinks hopefully these will be enough to scare the extra putting him in his place just like that damn nerd deku. But it didn't, Ren just keep looking at him with the same angry look, not being the less bit afraid by his quirk. Those made the blonde teen even madder and was about to lase at Ren.
"You two stop!" A male voice said.
This made both Ren and the angry blonde stop staring at each other and turn towards were the voice came from. They saw 2 pro heroes running towards them making there way throw the crowd of stopping the problem before it gets out of hand. Next both heroes where in front of them.
"Ok you two break it up." The woman hero said to the boys.
They both had matching hero costumes. Red vest, black long body suit, shoulder pads, with white gloves and boots. Swimming mask with a snorkel attach to the side. The man has black short hair and the woman has lights brown short hair. They both looked middle aged.
"Who the hell are you?" The blonde said angry towards the heroes.
"That not how you speak to a adult young man." The woman said to the boy with a disapproving tone.
"Tch." Was all the blonde said just looked the other way, clicking is tongue in annoyance. Ren was no surprise by the boys behaviour. He just met him and he can already tell the type of person he is because he seen people like him before in the past.
"Wait? I know you two." The green hair boy said had a execitied expression on his face. Getting up form the ground and running to the pro's."Your the water hose heroes! The both of you share the same hero name and your quirks are both water-base! You can shot a stream of water from the palm of your hands!" He continues happily said to the 2 pro hero's. Both water hose just stand there with a surprise look on there faces blinking a couple of times. Ren was a bit surprised by this too. The guy was scared a few moments ago but now he's bouncing around like some happy kid. The blonde guy was just getting mad at the green hair boy for talking about heroes.
"I-I-I h-hope it n-not to much tro-trouble to ask b-b-but..." The boy nervously says. "can have your autographs!" He side slightly bowing both hands out holding on to a light blue notebook.
The two just smile at there fan happily signing his notebook. "Sure kid. Anything for a fan." He said grab the notebook signing his name inside. Then hands the notebook to wife signing her name in it as well.
Handing the notebook back to the boy who now has a big smile on his face thanks them over and over again. Some students just chucking at the scene before them forget the angry blonde out burst.
"It's ok young man. You don't need to thank us so much." She says, putting her arms up. These causes the boy to be embarrassed against. "Now all of you head to your schools. There is still a dangerous villain on the loses."
After hearing that students disperse making there way to the respective schools, the green hair teen put the notebook in his bag and started walking away, & the blonde hair boy just give Ren another angry scowl then turn around walking away. Ren just don't care what d-bag thinks of him. He just hopes he never have meet that guy against. Ren was about to going until.
"Hey wait." He turn to the water hose. "Got a minute to talk kid." The man asked Ren.
"Is there something need from me Mrs. & Ms. Water Hose." Ren said respectful. Not like that blonde asshole.
"Water hose is are heroes name. My real name is Tatsuo Izumi and this my wife." He says is real name to Ren.
"I'm Hayami Izumi its nice meet you." Hayami introducing herself.
"My name Ren Amamiya, its nice to meet you both." He said introducing as well.
"Ren hi. That's a nice name." Hayami compliment his name. "Ren, what you do back there was really brave." She compliment him again
"What do you mean?" Confused with what she side.
"We saw what you did." Tatsuo starts to explain. "When we heared the shouting. We were on are way to stop that boy. But you beat us to it. Standing up against him when no one did and protecting that boy." He side smiling.
"That speech you made was impressive as well, even if you do insult him in the end." Hayami tell the student.
The middle schooler slightly shrugged. "I not like i did anything special. I just did what i believed was the right chose." Ren simple said to the pro's. That just impress both Tatsuo and hayami even more.
"That's a good mine site to have. With it you would make a excellent hero someday." He side that to the young man. But Ren just frown at the though of him being a hero. The couple noticed this and what'ed to say something. "Is there something wrong Ren?"
Ren just shook his head and said. "No. Its just that i don't wanna be a hero." Both of there eyes widen in shock.
"What? Why is that Ren?" Hayami ask wanting to known the answer.
"I have a number of reasons. But the main one is that i'm quirkless." He said surprise both heroes again.
"I see, i'm sorry for being up a such a uncomfortable subject." Tatsuo said feel bad about what he said.
"Its find, i'm used to it." Ren said. The water hose can understand what Ren means. People without quirks have hard time live around those with powers. Especially someone at Ren's ages.
"But wait? There something i want to known?" She says "If you didn't have a quirk, then why challenge that boy anyway."
"Just because i'm quirkless that doesn't make me worthless. And I'm going to sit back and watched that guy hurt him for such a stupid reason like talking." Ren said in a serious tone with Determine look on his face. The 2 pro were taken back by that. They never imagine a quirkless boy to would say something like that. Tatsuno & Hayami Can't help but smile at boys words. Ren Amamiya was like no one they ever seen before.
Ren then took out phone to check the time and see he was about to run late."I need to get going or else all be late. It was nice talking to you Mrs. and Ms. Izumi." Putting phone away making his to his school.
"It was nice was get to known you to Ren." Hayami said.
"Good luck capturing the villain." He said rising his arm waving them off.
"Thank. And have safe trip to school." Tatsuo said waving his arm was well alone with his wife
As Ren finish his conversation with the Water hose heroes he makes his way to school.

In a back of a dark ally a blonde hair man was watching the heroes searching for someone. His outfit consists of a black, Underneath this, he wears a red tank top, a dark jacket that hangs around his waist, dark-colored pants, and black knee-high boots.
"Ha ha ha ha." He was laughing crazily. "These heroes think they can catch me? Let them try. Just make even more excited to see there blood." The man said with a bloodthirsty smile. "Now how should I do this?" The man was thinking of was to fighting the heroes. Should just attack them one at a time, fight them all at once, or just go on rampage. Anyway it dosn't matter as long as get to see there blood.
Time Skip
Tokonai Juniors High- Morning
Ren manage to make it to class on time. He was sitting at desk waiting for homeroom to start. Everyone in his class was talking about the news report. His classmate were having mixed feel about the would thing. Ren can't blame them for be scared. It was a normal reaction to have for kids there age. As for him, he wasn't that worried. Had dosn't like that villain is terrorising them but freaking out it and worrying isn't going to help. All he can do is hope the pro heroes catch the villain as soon as possible, so everything can go back to normal. After a few more minutes has passed his homeroom teacher comes to start homeroom. After a quick row call class beings.
"It looks like everyone Is here good. Now before we being homeroom there two announcements i want to make." These got eveyone attention. "First off i known some of you saw the news this morning. For these who haven't, let me fill you end." The teacher to took a deep breath and continue to explains. "Sometime this morning a villain was spotted in the area. So for all of your safety, once school let's out all f you are to hand straight home with not detour and for those who are in clubs. All clubs activitys are canned until farther notice."
A few mowns and grons were heard in class after the announcement.
"My second announcement is your Evaluation sheets." Then mood in the class changed." School says i have to give you back those evaluation sheets. You were supposed to say what you want to do with your lives..." Then the teacher threw the paper. "Ah, who cares about this? You're all going to apply for U.A. and be come heroes, i'm i right?."
With that said the classroom erupt into cheers, all the kids started using there powers like they were have time of the lives except for two Ren and a black hair girl.
"Yes, yes, yes you all amazing quirk but don't cut loose to much. Kodai i see your applying for U.A." The class turn attention to Kodai. Even Ren eyes drifted to to her.
This girl is Yui kodai one of Ren's classmates.
She is a young girl with shoulder-length, bob-shaped hair, side-swept to her right with some shorter strands hanging above her eyes. She has fair skin, an athletic build, cerulean eyes, and she's usually seen wearing a neutral expression on her face.
In fact Ren never saw her make a single emotion ever.
She is wear a black sailors girl uniform. Long sleeves and a skirt. She rarely says anything to anyone. But for some reason she extreme popular in school. Mostly for her looking and neutral expression. Her quirk is called size, with it she has the ability to alter the size of nonliving objects that she has interacted with. A good power for someone who is aiming for U.A.
Ren known Yui for all of middle school. They had the same homeroom teacher for the past 3 years. She's the only person in school that talks to him despite knowing he was quirkless. Ren don't think of Kodai as a friend. Despite have a few conversation with each other they wasn't that close. The closes thing his relationship with Kodai is classmate/Acquainteds. They bump in to each other a few outside of school. Sometime they talk to one other but don't last for long. Ren just can't understand Kodai it is life despite on it. Yui kodai was real mystery.
"Yes sir." He said softly. Then the class start to make comments.
"Wow! Kodai going for the U.A." A boy said surprise.
"She can get in no problem." One girl said known who it going to play.
"Where look a future pro right now." Another boy said seeing Yui as a hero already.
"She going to one of the best schools in the county." Another girl said.
"Yeah kinda jealous, but what can you do." A girl said.
Ren also agree with his class. Kodai was one of the top students at there school, so someone like her passing the UA Entrance exam will a be breeze.
"Well the exam is 10 months away, So you have plenty of time. I wise you good luck." She just simply nodded not saying anything. "oh, Amamiya i see you haven't hand in your evaluation sheets yet. Any explanation?"
Now eveyone eyes were on Ren, even Kodai attention fell throws to the gamer.
"Sorry sir. I forgot it a home." Ren answers his teacher.
"Alright just be sure to bring it tomorrow, ok." Ren just nodded but teacher still had more to say." Also are you planning on taking the UA entrance exam? I hear they got rid of the rule that quirkless people can't entrance the exam." and that got the class taking against.
"Amamiya? Serious?" A girl said, can't believe her teacher just said.
"Are kidding me? The guy doesn't stand a snow balls chance in hell at passing." One boy just laughing at him.
"The guys smart. But doesn't have quirk." Another guy said.
"Good grade alone can't get you very far in U.A." A another comment a boy.
"He shouldn't even try. We all known his going fail." A girl said not believe in him.
Ren just hears all of comments his classmate were give him, But its was nothing new he was uses to it. So just ignored them focusing on his teacher with his arm cross. "No sir. I have no desire of being a hero. I'm planning on be a game designer." Ren said give a stuffing answer.
"I see. If that the career of your choice then i wise the best of luck a well." The teacher said.
"A game designer?" One boy said.
"I mean what else can he do. At less he has his future planned out." another boy understands his choice.
"Must be hard being quirkless." A girl feeling sorry him.
Yui Kodai just at look at the quirkless boy with neutral expression, still feels bad for him. Maybe If he had quirk thinks would be different for him. She then took her eyes of Ren back to the teacher.
"Alright that the end of homeroom, lets start first period..." And those classes start.

Tokonai Junior High-Afternoon
Its was now forth period math class. The teacher was in front of the class writing down problems on the Chalkboard. Everyone is taking note on the class, But Ren was have a hard time trying to stay awake. His sleepiness was get the best of him.
"Damn, I can't keep my eyes open." Soon his eyes closed and he fall fall into a slumber. Suddenly he heard a voice. ("The time is now for you to awaken your true power."). A mystery voice said. Before anything thing else happen said a new voice appeared.
"Amamiya. Amamiya!" Ren eyes shot open. He see that all eyes were staring at him and his math teacher had annoyed look on her face.
"Amamiya can you tell me why you are sleeping in my class?" She ask in a irritated tone.
"Sorry ma'am i didn't get that much sleep last night." He told her.
"Do you need to go splash some water on your face?" She asked her student.
"No, I'm awake now." Ren shook his head.
"If you say so Amamiya, but don't think have good grade will give a excuse to slack off in class." She said returning back to the lessen. And class just giggles at the would thing.
"Are sure your ok?" A female voice came from his left side. It was Yui Kodai.
"Yeah I'm fine. Fully awake." Ren said to her. Yui just stranger at him for a few second then return back to the lessen.
Ren still can stake the weird voice him heared in his dream. ("The time is now for you to awaken your true power."). He thinking over the words again from his dream. He just shook it off as dream and focusing on class.

Tokonai Junior High- Afternoon
It was now lunch time. All students were eating there food. Some had home cooked meals and other made the why to the cafeteria to buy school lunch. Ren was in his classroom getting pull out a home cooked bento he made last night and Nintendo Switch from his bag. Eating well playing is game was good pass time for lunch. It a good thing Ren's dad taught him how cook his own food.
Before Ren started eating. He notice Yui pull her desk next too Ren's connecting them, then she put her lunch on the desk and started to eat. Ren just found this a little weird, the most popular girl in school is eating lunch with the quirkless kid. Ren don't known how It started but it around 2 years age when they were 1 years students.
The both of them didn't talk to one another. Her being popular & him being quirkless, they lived in to two different worlds. After 5 month later one day during lunch, Yui forgot her lunch at home and didn't have effect money to buy any from the cafeteria. Ren watched this, seeing Yui had a disappointing looking on her face. After putting 2 and 2 together he decide to give her his lunch. That surprised Yui. She never exception for Amamiya to give his lunch to her. She asked what he was going to eat, but Ren said he wasn't hungry and he would give his food away then watch her starve. That surprise her even more. Yui never met anyone as kind as Amamiya before. Not wanting his kindness to go the wasted Yui accept his offer. She took his bento and open it to see inside. She like the smelled aroma & ask if he made this. And Ren just give her a yes & told her his family own there restaurant and his dad the taught everything he knew about making food. At that point Yui was impressed by the boy. She started to eating and told herself She never tasted food this good.
After that day Yui started to eat lunch with Ren something. They even share there food most of the time. After spending a lot time together the both of them started to open up to one another. And That who there relationship was born.
Ren was just eating his lunch and would playing this game. Yui was eating her food. It was a quite lunch until she broke the silence.
"So... you like playing games?" She said quietly. Ren just look at her.
"Yeah it's a hobby of mine and it helps me kills time." Ren told her.
"What are you playing?" Asking curiously.
"Pokemon." He simply answer.
Yui known Ren like Pokemon since they spent time together. She admits to like watching the anime when she was a kid.
"Can I ask you something?" She ask him another question.
"Sure, what is it." Ren still playing his game.
"Why don't you want to take the U.A. exam?" Yui said.
Appended hearing that Ren put his game down and turn his attitude towards Yui.
"It's because i don't have a quirk." Ren said in a weak low voice.
"But U.A. got rid of the rule that quirkless students can't enter." She remember what there homeroom teacher said this morning.
"But still don't have any powers." He says looking down at his hand. "So there's no way I can be a hero."
"I don't think that true." Ren just look up at her with a surprise look on his face and Yui continues to speak. "I saw what you did this morning. You standing up for that boy when no else did." Ren had no idea Yui was watching that. "Even if you don't have a quirk, you can still do Something good." Yui finish saying to Ren.
Ren was just stranger at kodai. Listening to what she said to him. He didn't expect her to say that. No one ever believed in before, he was quirkless someone thought he had no future. But now hearing it from someone other then his family feel nice. First the water hose and now Kodai. Maybe if he met people like this before in past them his life wouldn't suck so much. After that Ren just sighs in then told kodai.
"I still need some time to think about this." He says to her. Yui can understand what means. It's his future after all and it a big choice to make. "Oh and Kodai." Yui looked at him. "Thanks." Ren gave her a smile.
That caused Yui heart to skip a beat and She than had a small blush to appear on her face. She looked the other way in embarrassment now wanting him to see her face. Ren just raise a eyebrow in confusion do to Yui actions. "It's no problems." She said in a low voice with a small smile. Yui never was the type to show her emotions. There was just something about his smile that warm her chest.
Then two returned to there lunch.
Time Skip
Tokonai Junior High- Afternoon
DINGDINGDINGDING
"Alright that's all for today." There teacher said. "And remember all students are to return home immediately. There's still a villain out there." After that the teacher left the classroom and all the other students started to pick there things making their way home. Ren grab his stuff and made his way to the door, but not before Yui stop him.
"Amamiya." Kodai calling out to him.
"Yes Kodai." He said.
"You can just call me Yui." She said. Ren just thought 'her first name now'.
"Ok... so you need sometime Yui." Still weird saying her first name.
Yui then pulled her phone out. "If you ever feel like talking, you can call me." Still have a blank expression on her face.
Ren just smiles pulling out his phone. "Sure why not." Bring his phone closer to her and exchange contact info. Look at his phone seeing Yui in it. "All call you tonight if you don't mine. "He said.
She shook her head and said. "Not at all Amamiya."
"Just call me Ren now since we're on a first name basis." Ren said waving his right hand in air. "Time to getting going. Good bye Yui, all text you later." Saying goodbye to her.
"Bye Ren." Yui said with a smile.
Then school late out and Ren make his way to his house.

Musutafu Streets- Afternoon
"Ok, who should I kill first." The villain muscular was searching for his next victim. Then he see a couple with matching clothes. Muscular can tell by first glance that they were pro heroes. He then smiled creepy, blood pumping, and getting excited for a fight.
"It's about time. I was tired of waiting." Saying nothing else. He couldn't wait any longer. "It time for some blood!"
