CHAPTER 10- THE HORN GIRL NAMED ERI
U.A. High School Principal's Office- Evening
"This is certainly a unique situation where in." Nezu said after Ren left.
Aizawa left not to long ago, so he can get ready for tomorrows class. The only people left in the principal's office were Nezu and All Might aka: Toshinori Yagi, who where still proceeding everything Ren told them.
"Indeed. Though it raises a few concerns." Toshinori said in his skeleton from. "I never imagine that the end of the world was coming."
"Yes, no one could have predicted this. We aren't all mighty begins." Nezu said with his arms behind his back. "But we should be fortunate that someone was looking out for are world and gave us a warning ahead of time." He said with a smile.
"We have young Amamiya and Arceus to thank for that. Now we can prepare for the upcoming fight." Toshinori said in confidence. Then start to chuckle. "It's fun. I came here preparing to keep my successors secret. It seems all be keep another students as well."
"It seems that way." Nezu replied. "In any case, it's now are responsibility along with his, to mold Mrs. Amamiya Into a true hero."
Toshinori nodded, as he was sitting their thinking about everything that happen. Silently contemplating his situation. He was now responsible for not just holding the secret for one student, but now two of them.
One was his new successor and the other was chosen to save the world.
The fact that Izuku Midoriya was the new holder of One For All was not much of a concern. He drilled into boy's head not to share the secret of his new power to anyone, lest 'he' might find out about him. And it was a power Toshinori was familiar with, so he can help Midoriya.
But Amamiya was a different story.
Not only did he receive his powers from someone else, but it was from a god who lives in another world. To add to that, Amamiya mention that the world was going to end by a evil begin and he was chosen to stop the crisis from happening.
He's was just like Midoriya. Both where born quirkless, both got there powers from someone else, and both striving to become heroes.
"It seems teaching will be more difficult then I thought." Toshinori thought leaning back in his chair. "Let's just hope they don't get into trouble."
Time Skip
Musutafu Streets- Evening
The day that Ren had was completely insane. His first day at his new school, he had to take a quirk assessment test and being treated to get expelled if he didn't give it his all, had to tell the principal of his school about his relationship with Arceus and the ruin, and now on his way home, he runs into a scared bandage little girl, who is being chased by a masked shady man that looks like a villain.
Ren hasn't felt like this since his fight against Muscular and this guy in front of him was giving off a dangerous vibe. He looked around to see that they were the only three people in the area, so their was no hope calling for a heroes help. He was on his own.
"Eri, what have I told you about running off on your own?" The bird masked man said with a slightly angry voice. As he was walking up close to the girl and Ren.
Ren can senses his aura and it gave off a lot of malice. He was the type of person that could never be trusted. And then he felt the girl's aura and she was even more scared then before. Ren can see now why she was so afraid of him earlier, this man in front of them was responsible for her fear.
"Is she your kid?" Ren asked cautiously not tying to be suspicious.
"Yeah, she's my daughter." He said, but Ren knew that was a lie thanks to his aura sense. "Now come on Eri, we're leaving." He said as Eri tenses up in fear and grabbed on to Ren's uniform jacket.
"P-Please don't go." She said sobbing quietly.
Ren notice this and said something. "Your daughter seems scared."
"Oh, she's just afraid that I'll punish her for running away like that." He replied.
Eri's grip on his jacket harder, as her whole body began to tremble. Ren eyes narrow, as he balled his fist in anger. But keep his cool to not make matters worse.
"Does this happen often? Her running away?" Ren asked trying getting something out of the man. So he used his Aura sense to read his mind.
"On occasion. Kids can be troublesome sometimes." The man said walking closer. "I don't have time for this. The girl has already wasted enough of my time. And now some kid got involved." He thought to himself. "I'll just be taking her, and we'll be on are way. You should head home to kid, it's getting pretty late." He said wanting to end the conversation.
But Ren was not going to allow it to end here.
"You know she looks kinda of scared right now. Maybe I could help you out?" Ren asked dragging on the conversation for information.
The man's eyes narrow in irritation. "That won't be necessary. Like I said before, you should go home kid." He said. "Why don't you take the hint and leave kid. I don't have time to deal with outsider, the survival of the Hassaikai clan depends on Eri's quirk. I Kai Chisaki can not fail my goal." He thought.
Jackpot, so this girl Eri has some kind of special quirk and this masked freak want to use in some way. What ever it was, Ren wasn't going to like it and decide to take action.
"You know what, I'm going have to stop you their." Ren said dropping his acted.
"Eh?" Chisaki said in confusion stopping himself from going any further to them.
"That whole thing about you being her daughter, I can tell that was a loud of bull crap. You think I was born yesterday. The way that your dress & acted, and the way this girl is bandaged up & shaking like a leaf. I can immediately tell your the type of person that can never be trusted, Mrs. Kai Chisaki." Ren said with a cocky grin.
Chisaki was taken back by surprise upon hearing his name from Ren.
Ren had to admit it felt pretty cool doing something like that. "Now, what are you planning on doing to this girl?" Ren asked.
"Listen kid, you're getting involved with something that doesn't concern you. Now make the smart choice and walk away." Chisaki said in a dangerous tone.
"Yeah, I'm going have to say no." Ren replied. "You see, I kind of have this thing about crime. If I see something I don't like, then I do something about it. And considering the fact that this girl over here is terrified, and you look far from a trustworthy guy, I'm going to help her out." Ren said in a serious tone.
Eri looked up at Ren again, Her face had a look of surprise and disbelief on it.
"Really now? How do you plan to do that kid?" Chisaki asked him coldly.
Ren just smile, summoning a Nest ball in his left hand and pointed it forward. "Like this. Come on out, Electabuzz!" Ren shouted throwing the ball in the air.
Both Chisaki and Eri looked up in the air in confusion, not knowing what was going to happen next. Soon the Nest ball open up releasing the the electric Pokémon.
"Electabuzz!" He shouted with both arms raised in the air.
Electabuzz the Electric type Pokémon. He is a slightly humanoid Pokémon with a few feline traits. It has antennae with bulbous tips where its ears should be, two long tufts of fur on top of its head, small eyes, and two large fangs in its upper jaw. It is covered in yellow fur with many black stripes. There is a large, lightning bolt-shaped stripe on Electabuzz's chest, a V-shaped stripe on its forehead, one stripe on its side, a thick stripe down its back, two bands on each leg, several broken bands on each arm, and many rings around its long tail. There are three clawed toes on each of its feet, two in front and one in back, and five fingers on each hand.
Both Chisaki and Eri were beyond shocked at what they saw. Eri looked at Electabuzz in shock and back away a little from Ren and his Pokémon. Chisaki eyes where widened in surprised, not expecting that from Ren. But soon got over it, as he sees the threat in front of him.
"Is that supposed to scare me? I'm not going to back down from some kid and his over grown pet. So way don't you-" Chisaki said but was interrupted by Ren.
"Uses Thunder Wave!" Ren commanded his Electabuzz.
"What?" Chisaki said in confusion.
"Buzz!" Electabuzz said creates a ball of yellow electricity in front of its hands and releases rings of yellow electricity from it at Chisaki.
"Aaaarhg!" Chisaki scream in pain as he felt electric surging threw his body. He then fell to the ground face first, unable to move his body with small sparks of electricity coming from his body. "What did you do to me?!" He shouted wanting answers, well trying to move his body but wasn't successful.
"Thunder Wave. It's a move that paralysis the target that it hits. You won't be able to move for awhile." Ren said with a grin as his plan worked. "Nicely done Electabuzz." Ren said to his panther.
"Electabuzz." Electabuzz said with a smile, high fiving his trainer.
"You won't get away with this!" Chisaki angrily shouted. "The Hassaikai clan will soon rule the underworld! Once I'm free, all make you wish you never crossed me." Chisaki threaded Ren.
Ren then kicked Chisaki in the side turning him on his back. "Just shut up all ready." Ren said to the villain. "I don't give a damn if you where king of the world. But if you think I'm going to sit back and watch you torment a little girl, then you got another thing coming third string." Ren said not caring for the villain threat.
"Your making a mistake. You should quit while your ahead. You have no idea-" Chisaki said but didn't finish his sentence.
"This conversation is over and it's time for you to take a nap. Electabuzz uses Discharge." Ren said moving out of the way of the attack.
"Electabuzz!" He said electricity comes off Electabuzz body and releases multiple bolts of yellow electricity from its body straight at Chisaki.
"AAAAAARHG!" Chisaki screamed in pain as he was knocked out.
Ren walk up to see the masked man and he was out cold.
"That takes care of him." Ren said turning his head to Electabuzz. "Thanks Electabuzz, return." Ren said returning Electabuzz back to his ball. He turned his head to the horn girl who was starring at him. "You already?"
Eri stumbled on the ground and backed away from Ren, clearly afraid.
"Woah, easy there kid. I'm not going to hurt you." Ren put both arms up, showing the girl he means her no harm. "I just want to talk to you." Ren said slowly walking up to her.
Hearing that made Eri calm down a bit. She can see that Ren was different from Chisaki. Ren got up close to Eri and bend down to her level.
"You names is Eri right?" Ren asked the girl who nodded in response. "Okay Eri. My name is Ren Amamiya, but you can just call me Ren." Ren said to her with a smile.
"Ren?" Eri repeated his name.
"Yes, that's my name." Ren said.
"A-Are you a hero?" Eri asked him.
"No, not yet anyway. I'm still in training to become one." He said to her. "Now do you know what he wanted you for? And what it was about?" Ren asked Eri.
Eri didn't answer right away. She was trembling in fear, afraid of answering. "They said I was supposed to used for something. That I should with them. Overhaul said my quirk was a curse and that I would only begin pain and suffering to other." Eri said they her best to explain this to Ren.
Ren eyes narrow in anger from hearing this. "That bastard actually said something like that to a kid." Ren though in anger. "What exactly did they do to you?" Ren asked her, not going to like the answer.
"Overhaul says I'm cursed because of my quirk, but that my curse can be used to cure heroes..." Eri explained.
"Cure heroes?" Ren though as he was listening to Eri.
"...So he cut me up, he put things in me, and took things out. He tore me apart and put me back together. Over and over again" Eri said shivering in fear, remembering the things he'd done to her.
Ren eyes where widened in completely shock from Eri explained. "W-What the hell kind of sick monster does something like that to a little kid?!" Ren though in completely angry. Kai Chisaki was a absolute inhuman monster in Ren though now.
"I-I should go. They'll be mad. If they're mad-" Eri said scared of what they might do.
"Who cares, let them be mad." Ren said interrupting her.
Eri looked at Ren and said. "But if I don't go back, they'll-" but got interrupted by Ren.
"No buts." Ren said formerly and looked Eri's in the eyes. "Eri, tell me the truth. Do you really want to go back their?" Ren asked the girl in a serious tone.
Eri just look at Ren and took a deep breath to shout. "No! No, I hate him! I hate living in the place they had me in! I don't ever want to go back there!" The horn girl shouted at the top of her lounges.
Ren just smile at the girl's words. "That good to hear, because I'm going to help you." Ren said patting the girl on the head. "They're not going to hurt you anymore. Or they'll end up like that idiot over there." Ren said pointing at a unconscious Chisaki.
Soon Eri started to cry. She wrapped her arms around Ren's chest and letting out tears of joy. Ren in returned hugged the tormented girl back. Ren then bought Eri out of his chest to say something to the girl.
"Eri, do you have any family or relatives you trust?" Ren asked.
Eri just looked down, her red eyes filled with sorrow. That answered Ren's question.
"Okay then, let's go find someone for help. The police station isn't to far from here. We can ask them for help." Ren said remembering passing a station not to long ago.
"Are you sure?" Eri ask in concern.
"Yeah I do." Ren said reaching out his right hand to her. "I know your scared, but all be their with you. So just trust me." Ren said with a smile on his face.
Eri seems uncertain at first, but decide to trust her savior and grabbed Ren's hand.
"Alright, let's go." Ren said, as both him and Eri walked out of the alley to the police station.
Time Skip
Amamiya Resident- Evening
Kenji was starting to worried. He knew it was Ren's first day, so maybe he could be a little late. But it's almost seven. Where can he be?
U.A. is a school for people who want to be heroes in the future. Maybe the lessons got Intense in order to compensate? Or maybe some villains attack the school? It happened before, but who said it won't happen now? Ren already fought against a villain and has been training for the past year for U.A., but will he be alright if he was attacked? He hasn't been this worried about his son since the Muscular incident about a year ago.
So Kenji thoughts where broken when his phone ring. It was his son Ren. He wasted no time answering it.
"Ren! What happened?!" Kenji asked with a concern tone.
{"Whoa, first off calm down dad."} Ren said to his father over the phone. {"I'm fine. I'm just at the police station."}
"What? What happened?" Kenji shouted.
{"It's kind of along story. It'll be easier to explain to you, if you come here."} Ren said to him.
"I'm on my way." He said to his son.
{"Right, all see you soon."} Ren said hugging up the call.
With that, Kenji hug up his phone too, grabbed his coat, and left the house to the police station.
Time Skip
Musutafu Police Station- Evening
"Have to be honest, I wasn't expecting to see you again. Least of all like this." Detective Tsukauchi said while Ren and Eri sitting in the waiting room.
"Yeah, me neither." Ren said not expecting to see him again.
"Have any idea when your father will get here? We do need to go over things with him." Tsukauchi asked Ren.
"I just call him not to long ago, so he should be here soon." Ren told him.
When Ren and Eri made it to the police station, they explained everything that happened with their encounter with each other and Chisaki. Eri keep holding on to Ren's hand tightly. She was afraid Ren might let go. But he had no intentions of letting go of her hand.
"Excuse me." Kenji said walking into the room. But look to see detective Tsukauchi again and Eri holding his son's hand. "Ren what happened and who is this." Kenji asked.
"It's a pleasure to see you again Mrs. Amamiya." Tsukauchi said to him.
"You as well detective Tsukauchi." Kenji said to the detective.
"To answer your question Mrs. Amamiya, she is the reason you are here." Tsukauchi said. "According to your son, he was walking home when Eri here ran into him. While he helped her up, a man walked up to them, demanding Eri back. According to your son, he and the man entered a confrontation, where the villain was captured and trapped on a wall. Our officers just picked him up." Tsukauchi explained the situation to Kenji.
"What about Eri here?" He asked about her.
"When your son brought her in, our medical staffers took a look at her. Apparently, she had extensive damage done to her arms and legs. Hence the bandages." Tsukauchi said making Eri sniffling.
"Damage?" Kenji ask as he was looking at Eri.
"Yes. Much of her skin has been cut. They even mentioned bruises too large to be accidents." Tsukauchi said.
"And that man, the one my son confronted, he was responsible?" Kenji asked.
"You damn right he was." Ren answer getting the attention of the two adults. "Eri told me herself the things he did to her." Ren said with venom in his voice.
Kenji looked at his son with a worried look. He hasn't seen his son this angry before. What ever that villain did to this girl made him angry.
Detective Tsukauchi had the look on his face as well. He had heard the testament from Ren and was also disgust by the villain's actions.
"That's what we're going to investigate. Once the villain wakes up, we will question him thoroughly. But what we actually had your son call you in for is different." Tsukauchi said sighing. "Normally, when we take children form dangerous situations, we leave them in a home until we can figure out where to properly place them. However, Eri has refused to leave your son's side since they arrived."
Which was true. Since they arrived, Eri didn't leave Ren's side at all. During the medical exam, the questioning, and with Kenji arrived. She didn't want to leave Ren's side for any reason.
"I hate to ask this. We don't want to be intrusive. But given Eri's current dependency on your son, would it be alright for her to live with you both for a while? Until we can sort this out." Tsukauchi asked them.
"Um, yes. We can take her. We have a guest room in the house." Kenji said.
"Alright. Let me get the paperwork ready. Eri will have to continue with medical examinations until the full extent of her damage can be determined. She will also have to be tested for her quirk and psychological well-being. The paperwork will go over it better. Just wait here a minute." Tsukauchi said leaving the room, with Ren, Eri, and Kenji remaining.
"So what actually happened?" Kenji ask his son.
"Basically what he said. I ran into Eri in the alleyway, and the other guy came after her. He was wearing a trenchcoat and a weird bird mask, so you know, definitely someone you don't want to trust with a kid." Ren explained. "I use my Aura senses to find out about the villain. Sounded Yakuza if you ask me."
"And you chose to fight him?" Kenji asked in concern.
"I don't want too. But..." Ren said looking at Eri. "If I hadn't, Eri would of been taken away by him. And she already suffered enough."
"Even so, that was reckless. Why would you choose to actually engage someone like that?" He said.
"Dad, a little girl was endanger. I had to do something." Ren defend. "Besides, I wasn't the one who was fighting. I summon a Pokémon to paralyzed and knocked him out."
Kenji don't look convinced. He looks worried. But drops the conversation when Tsukauchi worked back in.
"Alright. Everything is on a folder here. Just know that I set up an appointment to have Eri's quirk tested tomorrow in the afternoon." Tsukauchi handing the paperwork to Kenji.
Kenji then read the paper work. "It's at, U.A.?" Kenji said in surprise.
"Yes, will that be an issue?" Tsukauchi asked.
"No." Ren interject. "That's my school."
Tsukauchi looked in slightly surprised. "So you did pass the entrance exam." He said in happiness.
Ren nodded in response.
"I'm impressed. You only had your quirk for over a year and you got into U.A. Now don't take this as an endorsement of your actions tonight, but this shows that you have some potential for heroics." Tsukauchi said to Ren.
"Thanks." Ren said nice to hear that from him.
"Alright, this all seems to be in order for now. You can all go. Just remember to take Eri to her appointment tomorrow young man." Tsukauchi informed Ren.
"I will." Ren said as he and Eri stand up from their chair. "Come on Eri, let's go." Ren said getting up, still holding her hand.
"Okay." Eri quietly said following Ren.
With that the three left the police station and when home.
Time Skip
Amamiya Resident- Night
"This is are home." Kenji said turning on the lights to the house. Illuminating the room for Eri to see.
"We should head into the living room for now." Ren suggest. As the walked into the living room.
"There's the sofa. You can sit down here Eri." Ren said to her.
She seems relaxed and more comfortable then, when she first met Ren.
"Ren? Do you have your old clothes when you were her age?" Kenji asked her son.
"Don't you remember? We gave them to charity when I out grew them."
"Right. I forgot about that." Kenji said scratching his head, for his forgetfulness.
"All just give her a t-shirt, in underwear, and buy some clothes for her tomorrow." Ren said to her father.
"Don't you have to do her quirk test tomorrow?" Kenji remaining his son.
"Then all have to buy them in the morning." Ren said with his finger under his chin. "School doesn't start until 8:30 and the clothing stores in the shopping center open up 7:30, giving me in hour looking for some clothes for Eri. And all have to buy more around the weekend." Ren planned out.
"If that the chase, all have to wake you up early to get to the stores." Kenji said pulling out his wallet and got his credit card. "Take my credit card and buy her some clothes." Kenji said handing Ren his credit card.
"Right." Ren put the credit card in his pocket. "So Eri are you hungry?" She nodded lightly.
"Then all make something for you." Kenji said to them. "But first, Ren give her a bath and some new clothes to wear. Lord only knowns the last time she had a proper bath." Kenji said looking at Eri clothes.
"Got it." Ren said with a nod. "Eri come on and let's get you clean up." Ren said to her.
Eri got up from the sofa and followed Ren to the bathroom.
Time skip
Amamiya Resident- Night
After taking a bath together with Eri. Ren was in his usual sleeping attire and Eri was wearing one of Ren's shorts and his boxer's. It was to big for her to wear, but it was better than nothing. All of her bandaged were taken off and she looked as good as new.
"There, now she looks like a normal girl." Kenji said with a smile cooking dinner.
"That smell, are you making your special curry!" Ren happily said.
Kenji smiled at his son's reaction. "You bet. Since we have a special guest, might as well make something special." Kenji said making a plate. Kenji curry was to die for and one of the best dish he ever made.
Eri begin to smell something good and her stomach growled in hunger.
"Looks like someone's hungry." Kenji said pulling out a chair. "Sit here and let's get some food in your stomach." Kenji said to her.
Eri looked at Ren and gave her a nod to go on. Eri then walked over to the chair and seat down at the kitchen table. Kenji push the chair, so she can be closer to the dinner table.
"Here you go. Amamiya's special curry." Kenji said putting hot plates of curry on the table.
Ren put a glass of juice next to Eri, so she can have something to drink would she eats. As he seat down as well. Eri just stare at the paper plate of curry with a little bit of drool coming from her mouth.
"Go on, dig in Eri before it gets cold." Ren said to her.
Eri did exactly that as she took a bite of the curry and her eyes widened, as she started to wolf down the curry like she didn't have anything to eat for days. Ren can only assume that bastard didn't care much for feeding her.
"Their no need to rush. It's not going anywhere." Kenji said to the girl.
It didn't take to long before Eri finished the last of her curry and drunk her juice, but it looked like she wasn't satisfied.
"Do you wants some more Eri?" Ren asked the girl.
"Y-yes." Eri said with a nod.
"Dad." Ren said.
"On it." Kenji said knowing what to do. He grabbed Eri's plate and put more curry on it. Giving the curry back to the girl who immediately started to eat it again.
"Your curry is always the best." Ren said eating his food.
"Your isn't half bad either." Kenji said.
"I learned from the best after all." Ren comment. Ren learned how to make his dad special curry from his father. "So Eri, how does it tastes?" Ren asked the horn girl.
"It's good." She said stuffing her face with more curry.
"Good to hear that." Ren said with a smile as he was eating his food.
After three plates of curry from both Ren and Eri, they were stuffed.
"Man, that was good. I can never get enough of your curry." Ren said stretching his arms behind his back.
Eri also had a satisfied look on her face. She ate a lot for a little girl.
"Happy to hear that son." Kenji said with a smile. Then turned his head to Eri. "Feeling tired Eri?" He asked getting a nod from her. "Ren, can you show her to the guest room. He can help you get settled there..."
"No!" Eri shouted in fear, which made both Ren and Kenji look worried. She gazes down her head in shame. "I don't want to sleep alone." She said quietly.
Ren then got up from chair and patted her on the head. "Hey, it's fine. You can sleep in my room." Ren said patting her, as she looked up at him. "Right dad?"
"Yeah. We should have a spare sleeping bag. Let me go find it. You should take Eri to your room." Kenji said to his son.
Ren nodded to him. "Got it. Come on Eri, all show you my room." Ren said to her and she followed him up stairs.
Ren opened the door to his room and let the horn in girl. His room was pretty normal for a boy's room. He had a flat screen TV, desk, bed, closest, drawers, A few game posters on his wall, game consoles of different kinds, and lots of video games.
"Sorry, it's a little messy since I don't get many people coming in here." Ren said cleaning up his room a little.
Eri just stood there watching Ren move stuff around and cleaning his room. She then noticed a game on the floor and picked it up. It was Mario kart 8 deluxe for the switch.
"What is this?" Eri asked holding the game in her hands.
Ren turned to see what she meant. "That's Mario kart 8 deluxe for the switch. It's a racing video game." He said.
"Is it fun?" She asked in curiosity.
"Yup, it is. Do you want to play it?" He asked her.
Eri just looked at the game again and nodded to Ren.
"Okay we can play it tomorrow, after I come home from school." Ren said putting bookbag on his desk, when a picture fell off the desk.
It drop to the floor and when over to Eri. Who packed it up and saw a photo of three people in it.
"What's this?" Eri asked looking at the picture. She sees Ren but a few years younger, Kenji, and a black hair woman with a ponytail.
"Oh, that's a family photo I took a few years back." Ren said to her.
"Who's this?" Eri asked, holding up the family photo and pointed at the woman in it.
"Oh, th-that's my mom. S-she doesn't live with us anymore." Ren hesitated to say.
"Oh." Eri said knowing what he meant.
Then uncomfortable silent fell in the room. Ren didn't know what to say to the girl nor did Eri know what to say to him.
"What was that?" Eri suddenly asked.
"What was what?" Ren asked in confusion
"That yellow monster that came out of that ball you threw." Eri said to him.
Ren thought for a moment until it hit him. "Oh, your talking about Electabuzz. His my Pokémon." He said.
"What's a Pokémon?" Eri asked, surprising Ren a little.
"She doesn't know anything about Pokémon, kids around her age should already know about it." Ren thought. "My guess is that Overhaul freak must of kept her from having any type of fun." Ren thought hating Chisaki even more. "Pokémon are special type of animal. There creatures of all shapes and sizes with powers. The Pokémon you show me use was Electabuzz, he is a electric type Pokémon with the power to generate electricity from it's body." Ren said explaining what Pokémon is to the horn girl.
Ren then took out his phone and showed Eri a video about Pokémon. Eri looked at video with a little sparkle coming from her eyes wanting to know more about Pokémon.
"You see Eri, Pokémon was first originally a game, but soon they turn it into a TV show." Ren said to her. "My quirk let's me summon any Pokémon I want." Ren explained to her.
Eri looked at Ren with a surprised look on her face. She thought his quirk was amazing.
"Can I see more Pokémon?" She asked.
"More Pokémon? Sure." Ren said as he summon a Pokéball in his hand and throw it, releasing Eevee from his ball.
"Eevee." Eevee happily said.
Eri looked at the Pokémon in awe.
"Eri meet Eevee. Eevee meet Eri." Ren said introducing the two.
"Hi." Eri said to the Pokémon holding on to her shirt.
"Eevee!" Eevee said with a smile it's face.
"So what do you think of Eevee?" Ren asked her.
"I-I thinks his cute." Eri answered.
"Do you want to hold him?" Ren said to her.
Eri hesitated for a moment and looked at Eevee who was smiling at her. "Yes." She said to Ren.
Eevee then walked up to Eri and stopped in front, but she was scared a little by this. Eri reached out her hand slowly, then patted the Pokémon on the head. Touching Eevee felt good to Eri and then Eevee ran into her arm. She hug on to Pokémon with a happy expression.
Ren just stood there smiling. Looking at the little girl have fun. "If you want I can show you more Pokémon tomorrow. Would you like that?" Ren asked.
"Yes." Eri said with a little smile on her face.
Then the door to Ren's room open with Kenji coming in holding a sleeping bag. "Looks like your having fun."
"Yeah, Eri needs this with all the stuff she's been threw." Ren said to him.
"Alright then, here's sleep bag. You should be fine to sleep with this Eri." Kenji said handing Ren the sleeping bag.
"Thank you." Eri weakly said, still a little uncomfortable are Kenji.
"Your welcome." Kenji said to the girl. "All wake up early in the morning, so you can buy some clothes for Eri." Kenji said to his son.
"Got it dad." Ren nodded his head.
"Good night you two." Kenji said leaving the room.
"Come on Eri, let's get some sleep." Ren said laying the sleeping bag on the floor. He helped her get settled in it and turned on an old night light he had. "In case you get scared." With that done, Ren that returned Eevee back to his Pokéball and turned the lights in the room.
He crawled into his own bed next to her and when to sleep early, so he wouldn't be tired in the morning.
"Ren?" Eri said.
"Yeah, Eri?" He said.
"Are you sure they won't find us?" Eri asked in worry.
"Positive. And if they do, all make them regret the day they were born. I promise." Ren said to her.
That seems to have calm Eri down, and soon she fell asleep. If those guys does come and find them, Ren was going to show them how terrifying Pokémon can really be when you pissed them off. He was going to perfect Eri no matter what and keep her away from Overhaul. This his promises. Soon Ren started to doze off and fell asleep as well.
Time Skip
Musutafu Police Station- Night
Kai Chisaki was livid for a number of reasons. He had worked so hard to get to this point. Putting the old man in a coma, using Eri's quirk to make the quirk erasing drug, and building up his organization. Everything was going his way. Instead he lost her to some kid with a summoning quirk, playing wannabe hero. He was normally prepared for anything, but that kid seems to caught him off guard. He knew who he was and used a quirk he never saw before. Then he summon a creature to paralyze him and knock him out. Who ever that kid was, he wasn't normal.
When he regain consciousness he was in a cell and had quirks nullify handcuffs, So he can't use his quirk to free himself.
He had the perfect plan and the perfect tool to put a end to the disease known as heroism, but one punk kid had to ruin everything. This can not go unpunished. Once he was free, he was going to find the kid responsible for his situation and make him pay. But first he needed to find a way out of this cell.
"Boss you in their?" A man said outside his cell.
"Nemoto? Is that you?" Chisaki asked a little surprised.
"Yes. We were worried when you didn't come back, so we had one of are guy's to used their quirk to track you down." Nemoto explained to his boss. "Don't worry, I have the key to open the cell." He said unlocking Chisaki's cell.
When the door open it revealed three man.
A slim man with short, light-colored hair that he wears parted with bangs hanging down his forehead. He wears a black cape and a pair of baggy 3/4 pants, as well as a black bowler hat and pale sneakers. He sports a black plague mask.
A short man who is usually seen inside a black suit that he possesses with his Quirk as a means to disguise himself. It appears to just be a small black cloak with short leg and arm-like protrusions, and a white plague mask, that he wears as part of the Shie Hassaikai, sewn over where his face should be.
A man who is wearing a plague mask, his being black with a gold trim and also including circular glasses over his eyes. He can also be distinguished from them by the long white raincoat he wears, the hood kept permanently up.
Overhaul stood up when his subordinates opened the cell door and walked up to them. Nemoto used the handcuff key to unlock the cuff's.
"It's good to see your well, young master." Kurono said to his boss. "Here." He said handing him a bird mask.
"I'm fine, but I'm going to kill the one responsible for this." Chisaki said with a light growl putting on his new mask. "Did you fine Eri?"
"Sorry boss, but we don't know where she is." Mimic said to him.
"Useless, all of you." Chisaki said in disappointment.
"So what the plan boss?" Nemoto asked.
"We'll head back to the base for now and then plan are next move." Chisaki said walking out of the cell. "Put the word out to everyone. We are getting Eri back, no matter what." Chisaki said in a cold tone.
