CHAPTER 12- COMBAT TRAINING P-2 TEAM BATTLES
U.A. High School Ground Beta- Afternoon
Hero Team
"So, what do we do now." Tokage asking her team.
"Before we come up with a game plan. We need to know what are and the other teams quirks can do." Ren said to them. "First let's talk about are quirks and what they can do, then the other teams. After that we come make a plan." He said to the three.
The three of them nodded in agreement.
"All go first." Ibara said going first. "My quirk is called Vines, I have hair-like vines that grow from my head. I can lengthen and manipulate the vines, allowing me to attack, defend, and grapple anythings." Then she start to move her vine like hair around. "I also has the ability to detach them at will. I can regrow them back with proper sunlight and water." Ibara finished her explanation.
"I'm up next." Tokage said with a smile. "My quirk is called Lizard Tail Splitter, It allows me to split up my body into as many as 50 pieces." She said as some of her body parts start to move off her body. "Each one of my split pieces are able to levitate and move freely through the air. My pieces can also regenerate if they are destroyed or otherwise unusable. Although regenerating my body parts exhausted me, so I don't split that much to conserve my energy. I can also use it to spy, attack, track down, and distract my opponents." Tokage said returning her body to normal.
"M-M-My turn." Kinoko said nervously. "M-M-My quirk is c-called Mushroom, my q-q-q-quirk allows me to s-s-spread various types of f-fungus spores from my b-b-b-body." She said as she activates it and a bunch of mushrooms starts to grow from the ground. "The spores w-w-w-will quickly grow i-i-i-into full-grown mushrooms o-o-once they make c-c-contact with a solid surface. The m-m-m-mushrooms can grow from v-v-various surfaces, including m-m-m-my surroundings, my own b-body, and even an o-o-o-opponent's body. They only l-l-last for 2-3 hours. T-T-T-The spores spread better i-i-in a humid environment. Please take care of me." Kinoko yelled the last part.
Ren just chuckled to the shy girl. He thought their quirk where pretty good. Now it was his turn to explain his powers.
"Guess I'm last. Okay so, I have 2 quirks." Ren said getting a surprised look from them. "My first quirk is called Pokémon Summoning, it lets me summon any Pokémon i want from regulars, mythicals, ultra beasts, and legendarys." He said to his teammates.
"Wait, did I just hear you correctly?! You can summon Pokémon?!" Tokage said in surprised.
"It's true Tokage. I saw him use them during the entrance exam." Ibara said to her.
"T-T-T-That's so c-cool." Kinoko said in awe, being a Pokémon fan.
"That is badass!" Tokage said in excitement. "So what's your second power Pokéboy." She said.
Ren just raised a eyebrow to the nickname, but just ignored it.
"My second quirk is called Aura Manipulation. I can use my life focus energy known as aura, which lets me manipulate it throw my body to do a number of things." Ren explain his powers.
"What can you do with your aura, Ren?" Ibara asked him.
"Aura manipulation allows me uses multiple abilities. I can uses my aura to enhance all of my physical abilities, such as my speed, strength, stamina, and durublty. I can manipulate it for both attacking and defending, & I can make weapons and barriers. I can also transfers my aura to another person, so they can have a temporary power boost. If I read a person's Aura i can sense their emotions, read their minds, telepathic with other as long as their in my range, predicted the actions of other, can tell if someone is lying or not, view my surroundings even when I can't see or if my eyes are close, & view through some solid objects." Ren finishing explaining power to them.
The three class 1-B students looked at him with widened eyes. Shocked at how many uses his quirk has.
"Wow! You know what, I'm starting to like you Pokéboy." Tokage said with a grin.
"You truly are a interesting person Ren." Ibara complimenting him.
Kinoko nodded in agreement on how amazing Ren quirks are.
"Thanks." He said with a nod. "Now about the other team's quirks. Todoroki's quirk is Half-Hot, Half-Cool. He can generate ice from his right side and fire from his left. Shoji's quirk is Dupli-Arms, he can recreate certain organs on the ends of his arms, like mouths, eyes, and ears. and Kaminari's quirk is Electrification, he can emit electricity from his own body." Ren finished explaining his classmates powers. "So what can your classmates do?"
Tokage decided to explained their powers. "Tetsutetsu's quirk is Steel, It allows him to turn his skin into steel. And Monoma quirk is copy, he can copy another person's quirk by touching them." She said to them.
After hearing her classmates quirks, Ren proceeded everything he was told. Tetsutetsu quirk was similar to Kirishima's and he knew how to handle him. Monoma quirk was a different story. He can copy others quirk, and that could be problematic. And with a team of five people, he can add a number of abilities to his arsenal.
"Is their a number of how many quirks he can copy?" Ren asked.
"If I remember correctly, he said he can only copy four quirks at a time and can maintain any copied powers for about three minutes." Ibara said to him.
That's good to know, but having multiple abilities at a time is still a problem.
"Okay, from out of everyone we should worry about is Todoroki and Monoma." Ren said to them.
"B-B-But why?" Kinoko asked in confusion.
"Monoma can copy any quirk he wants and there team has the most people on it, So it gives him more to work with. And I seen Todoroki's quirk and it looked like he wasn't putting that much effort into using it." Ren told them. "I should be the one to fight Todoroki and Monoma. It's not that your quirks are weak, it's just that Todoroki would freeze you before you had a chance to do anything. And if Monoma copied all of their powers, he's going to be difficult to fight." He advised them.
"When you put it like that, it does make since." Ibara said in agreement.
"Oooh, confident. I like that." Tokage purred in excitement.
"B-B-But how are y-y-you going to fight t-t-t-them?" Kinoko asked him.
"Don't worry about that. I have my ways." Ren said summoning a Premier ball. "Go, Magmar!" He said throwing the ball in the air releasing the Pokémon.
"Magmar!" He shouted.
He is a bipedal Pokémon that has a red body with yellow flame designs along the bottom half. It has a puckered, yellow beak, small eyes, and two lumps on its forehead with a yellow flame on top of each one. Rigid, red scales cover its arms and it has five, clawed fingers on each hand. Magmar's shoulders and thighs are yellow, and its red feet have two, clawed toes each. It has black, metal shackles around its neck and ankles. Down its back is a row of red spikes, and there is a flame at the tip of its tapering, yellow tail.
Tokage and Kinoko looked at the Pokémon in awe.
"Well all be damn. In actual Pokémon. That's one sick quirk you got Pokéboy." Tokage said with a smile.
"Amazing." Ibara and Kinoko said in awe.
"Magmar, we'll be counting on you." Ren said to the Pokémon.
"Mar." Magmar nodded to him.

Villain Team
"The exercise is about to start soon. We should come up with a plan." Shoji said taking his position in front of the bomb.
"Yup, I'm all changed up and ready the roll." Kaminari said as electric came from his hand.
"This suck." Monoma said. "Why am I forced to work with the class 1-A students?" He said hating the position he was in.
"Come on man, lighten up!" Tetsutetsu cheered. "We get to show off now! It's not every day we get to fight with our quirks like this!" He said in excitement.
"Tetsutetsu, you can't be okay with work with them?" Monoma asked his classmates.
"I mean yeah, I don't like it. But I'm willing to deal with it for a few minutes." Tetsutetsu said.
"See, even he's on board. So lighten up dude." Kaminari said putting a thumb at Tetsutetsu.
"Please don't talk to me." Monoma said in a non caring tone.
"Why do you dislike are class so much, Monoma?" Shoji said making a mouth from his tentacle.
"None of your business." Monoma said, though there was a hint of increased agitation from it.
"Seriously, lighten up!" Tetsutetsu yelled. "It's just one match and then we done, key!"
"Fine." Monoma said but didn't seem to truly acknowledge the issue. "So, what's the plan? I know for a fact I can't fight Shiozaki, I can't copy Mutant type quirks... then again, I'm pretty sure about Tokage's quirk is a Transformation quirk. Komori's quirk is weird too, she can use fungus spores from my body to grow mushrooms. I can copy Tetsutetsu quirk and make my body as hard as steel. That Amamiya guy looks like someone I can handle." Monoma said to them.
"Are you sure?" The team turned to Shoji. "From out of everyone on the other team, Amamiya's the one we should worry about the most." Shoji said to them.
"Why? Is his quirk that strong?" Tetsutetsu asked in confusion.
"Yeah it is, and to tell you the truth, I don't even want to fight him." Kaminari said with a little fear.
"Oh really?" Monoma said sarcastically. "Than what is his quirk?" He asked.
"He has 2 quirks. One of them is let's him summon Pokémon and the other let's him use a power called Aura." Shoji answered.
Tetsutetsu and Monoma eyes were widened from hearing that. They never imagined someone can use Pokémon.
"Pokémon?! Like real Pokémon?!" Tetsutetsu asked getting a nod from Kaminari.
Monoma just signed exaggeratedly. "Great, just great. From out of all the class 1-A members I have to face, it's has to be one who can summon freakin animals with multiple quirks. To make it worse he has 2 quirks!" Monoma said rubbing his brow in agitation. Then he looked at the class 1-A students. "What can you do?"
"My quirk let's me emit electricity from my body that I use to attack. If I use to much electricity, it short-circuits my own brain, turning me kinda dumb for a while." Kaminari explained his quirk.
"My quirk can recreate certain organs on the ends of my arms, like mouths, eyes, and ears." Shoji said to him. "And my quirk is a Mutant type, so you can't copy it."
Monoma got what he needed and come up with a plan. "Okay... here's the plan. I'll copy lightning boy's and Tetsutetsu's quirks, which will give me an edge against Tokage and Amamiya. Tetsutetsu can deal with Komori." Then he turned to Todoroki and Shoji. "The big guy and lightning boy can handle Shiozaki, but I doubt you can do much against her vines. The with the red and white hair can stay here and defend the weapon."
"I can work with that." Kaminari agreed to Monoma plan.
"I don't see a problem with it either." Tetsutetsu said slamming his fist together.
Shoji nodded in agreement to the plan.
"That wouldn't be necessary." Todoroki said finally talking. "I can handle this by myself."
"Why's that?" Tetsutetsu said.
"Just stay behind the weapon when the match starts." Todoroki said not even bother turning around. "Don't worry. My quirk will make sure no one comes near the bomb. This match is as good as won."

U.A. High School Ground Beta Observation Room- Afternoon
A few moments ago
At the monitors room, the rest of the teams and teachers watched to the giant screen the multiple shots of the building that will be the place for the first match.
"Alright students, watch and analyze their strategies." All Might instructed them, he then proceeded to put on a device to communicate with the participants of the match as well as hearing them.
"I wonder who's going to win?" Shishida asked placing his hand under his chin.
"If where talking about Ren and Todoroki, then I have to say Ren." Hagakure said. "I mean he has a powerful quirk."
"They both are so powerful. I wonder who'll come out on top." Urakara wondering.
"My bro and his team got this in the beg." Kirishima said with a smile.
"That may be true, but let's not forget that Todoroki's quirk is also powerful." Momo stated to the class.
"Not only that, but he also got in do recommendation." Tokoyami said.
"Both Ren and Todoroki has amazing quirks. But it still to early to decide on a winner." Jirou said, but hoping Ren does win.
"Shiozaki and Tokage's quirks seems to be useful in this situation." Pony said in Japanese.
"Monoma quirk is also something not to joke about either." Kendo said, as annoying as he my be, she can't deny that he's quirk his tricky to deal with.
All Might and Aizawa where listening to the students debate on who would win. They were the only ones who knows the truth about Ren and his powers. They admit his powers were impressive, but the two of them know that in a fight anything can happen and even the most skilled opponents can fall if there not preparing for it.
Eri was hoping for this to end, so she can be with Ren.
"Hey look." Awase said pointing at the screen with the hero team.
They saw Ren summon a Magmar out on the field. That surprised all of the class 1-B who didn't know about his powers.
"D-D-Did he just s-s-summon a Pokémon?!" Juzo said with his eyes widened.
"It's his quirk." Yui said getting everyone attention.
"What in the world kind of quirk is that?" Rin asked.
"It's called Pokémon Summoning. Ren's quirk let's him summon Pokémon." Mina said to the other class.
"Someone's got a quirk like that?" Shoda asked in surprise.
"Now I know who I'm rotting for." Reiko said out loud.
"Same here." Kaibara said in agreement.

U.A. High School Ground Beta- Afternoon

{"All right!"} All Might announced through their earpieces, catching the attention of both teams. {"Let's begin the indoor combat training! Team I and Team B! Your time starts now!"}
"Guess that's are que." Tokage said.
"Yes, let's head in." Ibara said to them.
"Hold on." Ren said stopping his team. "I want to try something first." He said using his Aura sense to see throw the walls of the building. He can see the villain team and the weapon on the top floor. "Found them. There on the 4th floor with the weapon."
"H-H-How do y-you know?" Kinoko said to him.
"My Aura sense. It's lets me see through objects and sense aura's signature, as long as there in my range." Ren said to her.
"That's sweet. Now we don't have to waste are time walking around, we can just head straight to the weapon." Tokage happily said.
"I don't think it will be that easy. We still have the villain team to worry about." Ibara remind them.
"Don't you worry about that. Just follow my lead and we can win." Ren said to three.
"Then lead the way, Pokéboy." Tokage said to him.
"I have fate in your plan, Ren." Ibara said putting her hands together.
"I-I-I believe in y-y-y-you too." Kinoko nervously said to him.
"Magmar." Magmar said in confidence, trusting his trainer.
Ren just smile from hearing this from his teammates. He put on his Mega bracelet and Z-Power Ring, then puts his hood over his head covering the top part of his face, only leaving the bottom part seen and gave off a cocky smile. "Alright, it's Showtime." He said in confidence, as he and his team walked into the building.

"Look like the match is starting." Kaminari said out loud.
"Let's do this!" Tetsutetsu said in excitement.
"You said you had a plan?" Shoji asked Todoroki.
"Oh yes, tell us your plan oh mighty class 1-A." Monoma said with a smile, but give him a contemptuous look.
"Just one." Todoroki walked to the door. "I'm sure our opponents intend to fight a offense battle." Todoroki said, raising his hand as frost sparked from his palm. He then placed his hand against the wall, with the ice branching outwards from both his fingertips and his foot. "But we've already won." he said, the frost speeding up and traveling through the halls at incredible speed.

As Ren's team was walking in the hallway of the building, he was having a bad feeling about something. The other team hasn't once moved since the match started. But then he saw something coming at in incredible speed and it was spreading through the whole building.
"Ibara, Tokage, Kinoko get behind me!" Ren shouted getting their attention.
"What is it?" Ibara asked.
"There's no time, just do it!" He said to them. "Magmar stand in front of us!" Ren command his Pokémon.
Magmar listen to his trainer and prepared for battle. The other's quickly did as Ren said and got behind him.
Soon ice sprouted all over the hallway and the temperature dropped. The ice then spread across the walls. It reached the windows. The ice being to reach Ren and his team.
"Magmar uses Fire Punch on the ground!" Ren said to Magmar.
"Magmar!" Magmar shouted as both of his fists becomes surrounded in pale red fire and it repeatedly punches the ground with both of fist, as the ice on the ground begins to melt in seconds.
"Is everyone good?" Ren asked the girls.
"Yes, thanks to you." Ibara said to him, but rubbing herself do to the cold.
"If you hadn't warned us, we be frozen right now." Tokage said.
"B-B-But who d-d-did this?" Kinoko asked shaking to the cold
"I'm guess it was Todoroki. He probably wanted to end the match quickly by freezing us." Ren said realizing his plan. Then turn to his Pokémon. "Magmar raise your body heat to melt all the ice in are way." Ren order.
"Mar." Magmar said as he intense flames from all over its body to melt the ice in the area and warm up the hero team.
"Man, that feels better." Tokage said feeling Magmar's heat.
"I-I'm not cold a-a-anymore." Kinoko said feeling warmer.
"Thank you Magmar." Ibara thanks the Pokémon.
"Ok, let's go." Ren said as they walked to the weapon.

U.A. High School Ground Beta Observation Room - Afternoon
"Do you see that, Todoroki froze the entire building!" Kamakiri yelled in surprise.
"Yeah, and it looked like he wasn't even trying." Mina said surprised by Todoroki's power.
"It's looked like he wanted to freeze Ren and the others to capture them and end the match." Midoriya said analyzing the situation. As he was writing everything he saw in his notebook.
"Indeed, it wasn't a bad plan. But Ren found a way to counteract it." Momo said with her finger on her chin.
"And using a fire type Pokémon against Todoroki's ice quirk, was a great move." Iida said see Ren's strategy.
"He was probably planning on fighting Todoroki with a fire type Pokémon. Which was smart on Ren's part." Kendo added.
"See that students. Young Todoroki made a solid plan, but young Amamiya managed to think ahead and counter it. Take close notes of their technique students." All Might said to them.
"Now that their plan to stop the heroes have failed, how will the villains handle the situation." Vlad King said to the students. "Pay attention students, you might learn something." He advice.
"Yes sir." Both classes said.
Eri was happy for Ren, but was still worried for him. "Please be okay." She said in a low tone.

U.A. High School Ground Beta- Afternoon
Villain Team
"The test hasn't been called off." Todoroki said with a frown. But why? The entire building was frozen solid. There was no possible way the test should be able to continue.
"Yeah, you froze the whole building. Why didn't All Might called it yet?" Kaminari said in confusion.
"That is strange." Shoji said with a frown through his mask. "Give me a second." He said morphing is tentacles into abnormally large ears and focused them outside the door. "They are walking inside."
"How?" Todoroki asked in surprised. The ice should have made it impossible.
"Yeah, his ice should of stop them." Tetsutetsu added.
"I don't know, but I do hear this sound. It sound like splashing." Shoji add with a confused face. "I can also hear the ice, it's melting." He said to them.
"Melting? Does one of them have a heat quirk?" Todoroki thought as he was trying to figure out how they got pass his ice.
"Wait a second?" Tetsutetsu said getting everyone's attention. "You said Amamiya can summon Pokémon right?" He said.
"Yeah, why?" Kaminari asked him.
"What if he summon a fire type Pokémon to melt the ice." Tetsutetsu said shocked everyone on their realization.
"That would explain how they got pass the ice and octopus boy over there can hear it melting." Monoma said then had a unpleasant smile on his face. "I guess this proves that class 1-A isn't what's it cracked up to be." He said with a smug face.
Todoroki just ignore Monoma's comment and was more frustrating on the fact that his ice was stop by Ren's fire type Pokémon.
"They're getting closer. And the ice doesn't seem to be slowing them down at all. What should we do?" Shoji asked his team.
"Do any of you know any close quarters combat?" Todoroki asked.
"Yes. I have combat training." Shoji asked.
"No." Kaminari shook his head.
"Yeah, a little." Tetsutetsu said.
"Not me either, but I can make up for it by copying your quirks." Monoma said in confidence
"We will have to go with your plan." Todoroki said looking at Monoma. "All stay here and protect the weapon. The rest of you can go then. All of your quirks are suited for close combat. If you capture them, then this is over. If not, I have a plan to stop them from getting to the bomb."
"Are you sure you can?" Tetsutetsu asked.
"Positive." Was all Todoroki said.
"Well do what you want, I don't really care. But that Amamiya guy is mine." Monoma said leaving the room to fight against the class 1-A student.
"Guess there's no avoiding it." Kaminari said with a sigh, as he walked out the room.
"I puffer to fight up closed anyway." Tetsutetsu said following Monoma and Kaminari.
Shoji had doubts. Massive doubts. But didn't have any alternative plans. "Alright, do you what you have to do." He said making his way to the door, careful to shut it closed behind him.
"Don't worry, I will." Todoroki said as frost began emanating from his right side, and the ice covering his left grew colder and thicker. He lifted his right foot and slammed it on the floor, freezing the entrance to the room, sealing him inside with the weapon.

Ren and his team was making there to the weapon. His Magmar was in found of them melting the ice to make it easy for them to move around.
"It's a little quieter than I was expecting." Ibara said walking behind Ren and Magmar.
"I-I-It's to q-q-quite." Kinoko nervously said in fear.
"I don't think they were expecting anyone to come inside after the whole building was turned into a popsicle. They might not even know we're inside yet." Tokage said to them.
Ren was listening to the conversation, but didn't say anything. He was focused on the task at hand and used his Aura sense to check the building again to see what the villain team was doing. Ren noticed that they have separated and stop with his teammates doing the same thing.
"R-R-R-Ren is s-s-something wrong?" Kinoko asked noticing him stop.
"Todoroki and the other just spit up." Ren said to them.
"Make sense since there first plan didn't work." Tokage said out loud.
"So where are they?" Ibara asked him.
Ren looked to see where the other team was spread out. "Todoroki still with the weapon, Monoma and Tetsutetsu around outside in the hallway behind the room where the weapon is," He looked around the building some more. "Shoji and Kaminari are heading are way." He said altering them.
"What?" The three said a little surprised. But soon got on guard for a fight.
Ren looked around to see a empty room and come up with a idea
"Magmar tone down your heat, everyone hide." Ren said pulling his teammates into the empty room. Magmar did as Ren said and lower his body heat. They hid behind the entrance of the wall waiting for Shoji and Kaminari for a sneak attack. "There not to far away and they'll be here in a few seconds."
"S-S-S-So, what do w-w-w-we do n-n-now?" Kinoko asked.
"We have the element of surprise and they don't know where we are." Ren said to them.
"Anyone got any bright idea's on what to do next?" Tokage said.
"No, how about you Ren?" Ibara asked her friend.
Ren though for a moment. They didn't have time to waste on Shoji and Kaminari, and he has to be the one to face Todoroki and Monoma. He then summon a Great ball in his hand and look at his team.
"I got one." He said summoning his Pokémon. "Ok, here's what we do." Ren said explaining his plan.

Villain Team
"They should be close. Get ready" Shoji warned Kaminari. His tentacles had formed into ears that directed him to footsteps.
"On it. They won't know what hit them." Kaminari said in confidence.
As the two turned the corner, they were surprised at what they saw. Ren was standing in the middle of the hallway with his hands in his packed, almost like he was watching from them to arrive.
"Nice day, isn't it?" Ren said to them.
"Perhaps. Is that why you decided to surrender to us?" Shoji asked still having his guard up.
"Good, makes things easier for us." Kaminari said smiling a their small victory.
"Who said anything about surrounding?" Ren said with a grin. "Now Magnemite!" He shouted as a small magnet like Pokémon came flowing from behind him, above his head.
Magnemite the Electric/Steel type Pokémon. It is a seemingly robotic Pokémon that has a gray, spherical metal body with blue-and-red tipped horseshoe magnets on each side and a single, large eye. It has three Phillips head screws on its body: two near the bottom of its body and the one on top of its head that looks similar to an antenna. The two bottom screws serve no noticeable purpose, although they may be its feet as the Pokédex identifies a footprint similar to that of the screw's head.
"Magnemite!" It said ready for battle.
That threw them for a surprise, but Shoji was ready for and rushed at Ren. But Ren was also ready for them.
"Uses Flash!" Ren said to his partner.
"Mange!" Magnemite said as it's body shines brightly, giving off a bright light that blinds both Shoji and Kaminari.
"AAGGHH!" Shoji said covering his eyes from the light.
"MY EYES!" Kaminari said holding his eyes in pain.
"Now run!" Ren giving the signal to his teammates. Magnemite stopped using it move, as Tokage, Kinoko, Ibara, and Magmar ran out of the room they were hiding in.
"Kinoko and Magmar, let's go." Ren said as they three of them ran passed the both blind Shoji and Kaminari.
"R-R-Right!" Kinoko said to Ren.
"Magmar!" He said to his trainer.
"Tokage, Ibara, and Magnemite. Will leave them to you!" Ren shouted back to them.
"Leave it to us Pokéboy!" Tokage said with a grin.
"We will pray for your success!" Ibara said wishing them luck.
Ren, Kinoko, and Magmar now made their way to the bomb, but still had one more obstacle to face.

U.A. High School Ground Beta Observation Room - Afternoon
"Amamiya and that 1-B girl got pass Shoji and Kaminari." Mineta said pointing out.
"And he summon a new Pokémon." Tsuyu said.
"What Pokémon is that? It looks like a magnet with a eyeball." Kuroiro said not nothing about the Pokémon.
"It's called a Magnemite, it's a electric and steel type Pokémon." Midoriya said getting everyone's attention.
"I didn't know you knew anything about Pokémon Deku?" Urakara asked in curiosity.
"W-W-Well after learning a-a-a-about Ren's quirk, I kinda o-o-of did some research o-o-o-on Pokémon, they types, moves, abilities, a-a-a-and how helpful they w-w-would be in a number o-o-of hero work situations." Midoriya nervously said to her.
"Who that incredible Deku! Your saw smart!" Urakara said with a smile, making the boy blush.
"But what was that bright flash of light coming from the Pokémon?" Fukidashi asked.
"The move it used was called Flash." All Might answer the question, being the only one who can hear the heroes and villains talk.
"Flash? It a move that specialize design for Pokémon to shine a bright light to brighten up dark places or for them to temporarily blind their opponents." Midoriya explained the Pokémon moves.
"So that's what he did!" Sato said in surprise.
"He summon a Pokémon to blind them and left Shiozaki and Tokage behind to deal with them and headed straight for the weapon. That was a brilliant strategy." Momo said realizing Ren's plan.
"And he used a small Pokémon to hide behind him to surprise the the villain team." Iida add to her opinion.
"Yeah but, how did he know they were coming?" Kaibara pointed out. "Just before the villain team avoided, Amamiya pulled his teammates in the empty room and planned for a surprise attack." He said getting everyone to wonder the same thing.
"It's because of his quirk." Kendo said getting everyone attention. "Some of you may not know this but Ren has two quirks." She said and all the class 1-B students where surprise.
"Two quirks?!" Pony said in surprise.
"But how did he see them coming?" Aoyama asked.
Then Aizawa step in to answer the question on everyone's minds. "His second quirk is called Aura Manipulation, it's lets him uses his life force energy as power and gives him a number of abilities." Aizawa said still talking. "He can sense the aura of other as long as their in his range. He probably sense them coming and planned a ambush on the other team."
Everyone one who didn't know about Ren's powers were impressed by his ability to sense others. That was a good ability to have for a hero. They just wonder how many other things he can do.

Ren and his team where running down the hallway to the weapon. He managed to get past Shoji and Kaminari, next up was Monoma and Tetsutetsu.
"Kinoko, Magmar, slow down your pase. I can sense Monoma and Tetsutetsu up ahead." Ren said quietly, as he stopped them both.
"W-W-W-What do we d-d-do next R-R-R-Ren?" She whisper to not be noticed.
"Just like last time. We have the element of surprise on are side." Ren said summoning a Friend ball. "Go, Amoonguss." He throw the ball to summon the mushroom like Pokémon.
"Amoonguss." Amoonguss said out loud.
Amoonguss the Grass/Poison type Pokémon. It is a mushroom-like Pokémon with a large, light-colored Poké Ball designed cap with warts. It also has a huge, gray, stem-like body; fierce-looking eyes; and a large, pink mouth. Amoonguss wields two Poké Ball-like shields.
Kinoko looked at Amoonguss with a happy expansion, unlike the scared one she was giving off. Amoonguss was one of her favorite Pokémon, because of her gleeful liking for mushrooms.
"Kinoko." Ren said to her.
"Y-Yes." She said getting out of her stomped.
"Like I said before, all be the one to fight Monoma. I'm going to need you to fight Tetsutetsu." He said making her eyes widened in fear.
"N-N-N-N-N-No way! I c-c-can't fight him! H-H-H-H-His to strong f-f-for me to beat!" Kinoko nervously said to Ren.
"Yes, you can Kinoko." Ren said to her.
"B-B-B-But I can't." Kinoko said with her head down, looking like she was having a anxiety attack. "Can I do this? Can I really use my quirk to stop Tetsutetsu? No, I'll just mess things up like I always do. Just like in Jr High." Kinoko thought as she remembers the slander she got for her quirk in Jr High.
"Hey, Kinoko." Ren said taking of his hood and placed his hands on both of Kinoko shoulders.
Kinoko looked up and saw Ren looking at her.
"I know you're scared, But don't be. I know you can do this. I believe in you, so believe in your self." Ren said with a smile as Kinoko looked at him as her eyes were revealed as her hair moved out of the way. They wide and rather cat-like; tilted inwards with rather long lower eyelashes, and her irises are a warm brown color. Her pupils are little black crosses, both together highly resembling the caps of cross-sliced shiitake mushrooms.
Kinoko looked at Ren with her eyes widened. No one ever believed in her before, because she always messed up on everything she did. But Ren was the first person to put his fate in her. Kinoko then mustard up her courage to be useful in the fight against Monoma and Tetsutetsu.
"O-O-Ok, all t-t-t-try my best." Kinoko said with confidence.
"That's all I ask for. And you won't be fighting alone." Ren said with a smile. "Magmar and Amoonguss is here too."
Both Pokémon nodded in agreement, ready to back them up when needed.
Kinoko just smile to them, knowing she won't be fighting alone.

U.A. High School Ground Beta- Afternoon
Villain Team
"This suck! why are we just standing here?!" Tetsutetsu complained about not getting any of the action.
"Because there's a chance they might have spit up or take a different route to get here. So waiting here is the best option." Monoma said.
"That make sense, but I still don't feel right about fighting Komori." Tetsutetsu said.
"I don't want to fight my own classmate either, I rather fight against class 1-A and show them their not as special compared to are class." Monoma said with a grin.
"Yeah, let's show them the power of class 1-B!" Tetsutetsu yelled.
"That's some big talk, but can you back it up?" A voice said getting both of their attention.
Both of them turn to see Ren, Kinoko, and Ren's Pokémon in front of them.
Monoma face turned into a creepy grin. "Well well well, you have a lot of guts to come and face us. But I guess I should expect this coming from a member of class 1-A." He said with a unpleasant tone.
Ren just got annoyed by this guy. He can tell he wasn't going to like him very much. Kinoko was nervous, but wanted to be useful to Ren and put on a brave face.
Tetsutetsu saw his opponent and rushed at her. "Sorry about this Komori, all be sure make this quick." Tetsutetsu running at Kinoko with his body turning into steel. He was about to punch her until Ren said something.
"Magmar protect her!" Ren shouted at his Pokémon.
Magmar got in front of her and used fire punch on Tetsutetsu fist. Their fist connect and pushed the both of them back, but Tetsutetsu feel the heat from the fire type's blow.
"Damn that's smarts." Tetsutetsu said with a painful grin.
"T-T-T-Thank you M-M-Magmar." Kinoko said nervously.
Monoma wasn't going to wait and run at Ren using Kaminari's powers
"Hahaha! Now you class 1-A fool! Witness the power of class 1-B superiority!" Monoma said rushing at Ren with his body covered in electricity.
Ren know about Monoma copying quirk thanks to Kinoko and the other girls. He was also prepared on how to handle him.
"Amoonguss uses Spore on Monoma!" Ren said with his arm raised.
Amoonguss just in front of his trainer and was about to use his move.
"You think that over grown mushroom will stop me?! Now it's ti-" Monoma said but was cut off when Amoonguss releases sparks of green powder at Monoma, and hitting him in the face. "What the hell was... that you... hit me... with?" Monoma said as he was feeling sleepy.
"Spore, it's a move that put the target to sleep." Ren answered with a smile.
Then Monoma fell down to the floor and was asleep.

U.A. High School Ground Beta Observation Room - Afternoon
"Monoma just fell asleep." Awase said watching the match.
"That giant mushroom Pokémon hit him in the face with some green powdered." Jirou said.
"Yeah but what happened?" Kirishima asked in confusion.
"Midoriya do you know the name of the Pokémon Ren used and it's move?" Mina asked her friend.
"The Pokémon he summon was Amoonguss the grass and poison type Pokémon. I don't know the move he used, but if Ren using a grass type move to put Monoma to sleep." Midoriya said pulling his hand on his chin. "All Might you can hear them. What did Ren say?" He asked the number one hero.
"All be happy to answer your question young Midoriya." All Might said with a smile. "The move that young Amamiya used was called Spore and it's a move that puts a opponent to sleep. A clever strategy for a young Amamiya to use." He said.
"Yeah, putting Monoma asleep saves them a lot of time then rather fighting him." Yui said to them
"It's similar to Midnight quirk, that sub due the target without harming." Momo added.
"Amamiya sure does know his way around a battle." Sero commented.
"I thinks it's pathetic." Bakugo said in annoyance. "He's just relaying on cheap tactics and his stupid pets to win his fights. If it where me, I blasted them all to hell by myself!" He said out loud.
The three pro's just sighs to the boy reckless plan and behavior.
"Young Bakugo, as much as I love your passion. But not all fights can be solved with brute force." All Might said to his student.
"What hell do you mine?!" Bakugo shouted in rage.
"What he mine is, that not all problems heroes will face will always need brute force. Some heroes will have to think and acted smart in other to beat villains that's more powerful than themselves." Aizawa said gazing at his student.
"And Amamiya did exactly that. Instead of a long fight, he quickly defeated his opponent without them using their quirk and avoided a lot of trouble that villain could of caused." Vlad King said to him.
Bakugo just gritted his teeth in anger. To him a real hero doesn't need to relay cheap tricks in order to win a fight. If they lose to a villain just because they wasn't strong enough, then they have no right to call themselves heroes. Real heroes always win.
"Take notes students. There are more ways of defeating a villain, then rather fighting them. And don't forget young Amamiya and young Komori aren't the only ones fighting." All Might said as they returned to the fight.

"What was that? Some sort of flash bomb?" Kaminari said rubbing his eyes.
"Don't know. But we need to stay on guard." Shoji reminded his partner will his sight returning. When he open to see Amamiya gone.
"Hey boys, how about you play with us." Tokage playful said as hero body split into pieces and flow thrower Shoji.
Shoji transformed his tentacles into more arms and swing punches at her. But Tokage body parts were moving to fast for him to make a direct hit. Her body parts were hitting him and move at a speed Shoji could not react too.
Shoji then turn both of his tentacles wings and shield his body from the barge of blow.
"So your going to play like that eh?" Tokage said with her head flowing in the air. "Magnemite uses Sonic Boom on him!" She said to the Pokémon.
Magnemite spins its body rapidly around, sending a large white shockwave at the at Shoji, knocking back in pain. Tokage took advantage of that and sent several of her body parts at Shoji, hitting him in the chest and sent him to the ground.
"Shoji!" Kaminari yelled as his sight returned. Then he looked at Ibara. "I hate do this to you pretty girls, but I'm taking you out." He exclaimed as he released a huge amount of voltage at Ibara and Tokage.
But Ibara turns around and lets her vines block the voltage and the vines from the underground, catches Kaminari who was now trapped in a vine prison.
Shoji was about to do something, but Tokage send both of her hands to wrap capture tape around both Shoji and Kaminari, eliminating from the match.
{"Both Shoji and Kaminari has been captured! The villain team loses Two members!"} All Might said to the teams.
"We lost." Shoji muttered in defeat.
"Aw come on!" Kaminari complained, being released from his prison.
"Don't take it personally boys. All fair in love and war." Tokage said with a grin on her face, with her body back to normal.
"Yes, I hope you can forgive us for being to ruff with you." Ibara said to them, as Magnemite flew next to her.
"Don't worry about it, you beat us fair and square." Shoji said to them.
"It's sucks that we lost, but what can you do." Kaminari said on the ground.
"But how did you come up with such a plan to beat us." Shoji wondered.
"The credit goes to the Pokéboy." Tokage said to them.
"Ren's was the one who come up with the plan." Ibara said. "And thanks you for your assistants Magnemite." She said to Magnemite.
"Magnemite." Magnemite happily said to the religious girl.
"I see." Shoji smile at their words, if briefly.
"I suppose all that's left is for us to wait here until the match is over." Kaminari said.
"Yeah you do that." Tokage said as she turned to her side. "Ibara, Magnemite, let's head to where Ren and Komori is." She suggested.
"Yes. They might need are assistants." Ibara agreed with a nod.
"Mite." The Pokémon said following them.

U.A. High School Ground Beta- Afternoon

"Monoma wake up man! I need you!" Tetsutetsu yelled at his sleeping teammate.
But it was useless. All he can hear is Monoma snoring on the floor.
"Your wasting your time Tetsutetsu. His not waking up any time soon." Ren said walking up to Monoma and wrapping the capture tape around his arm.
Tetsutetsu rush over there to stop him, but was cut off by Magmar and Amoonguss, to keep him from interfering.
{"Monoma has been captured! The villain team loses a member!"} All Might announced.
"Now it's only you." Ren said to Tetsutetsu. "Give up now and save yourself from a painful beat down."
"Sorry pal, but I'm not the type to give up easy. I might be out numbered, but I'm still going to win this!" Tetsutetsu said turning into steel again.
Ren just smile at Tetsutetsu determination. "That's more like it. The real fight starts now." He said charging at his opponent.
Tetsutetsu did the same in return and throw a right hook at Ren, but he avoided it by moving to the left and punch him in the face, only for Tetsutetsu to block it with his left arm.
Ren felt the harden skin and it look like he wasn't phased by his punch at all. He pulled back from another attack from Tetsutetsu and kept dodging all of his punches.
"That's harden skin is going to be a problem. I'm going to need to add a little bit more Aura into my attacks if I'm going to hurt him." Ren thought.
"Quite dodging and fight me like a man!" Tetsutetsu said in annoyance as he was having a hard time trying to hit Ren.
"If you say so." Ren said as he focus more of his Aura into his arms and legs.
He blocked one of Tetsutetsu punches, and retaliate with an upward kick to his chin, but it felt like kicking a steel wall. Tetsutetsu felt the blow of the kick and worked threw the pain. Tetsutetsu spun around and hit Ren on the chest, only for him to block it with his right hand. Tetsutetsu then uppercutted Ren and the Aura guardian back flapped in the air to avoid the attack. When Ren landed on the floor he dashed at him with a burst of speed and started to throw a barrage of fast punches at Tetsutetsu, but he reacted in time to cross his arm to block the attacks.
"Even know my body is as hard as steel, why does it still hurt when he punches me." Tetsutetsu thought feeling the blows from Ren's punches.
Tetsutetsu then broke out of his barrage and delivered a left hook to Ren's face, and Ren quickly dodges to the right. He sees a opening and his right fist was covered in Aura, and sent a powerful punch to Tetsutetsu chest.
"Aggh!" Tetsutetsu said in pain, being sent back into a wall before hitting the floor face first.
Now with some breathing room, Ren state up his next move.
"Amoonguss uses Solar Beam!" Ren said to his Pokémon.
"Amoon." Amoonguss said as he puts his hands together and forms a bright gold orb of energy in between them, as he was changing up his attack. Since there was little sunlight, it was going to take time for him unleash his attack.
But Ren was done giving his commands.
"Magmar uses Low Sweep!" Ren said to him.
"Mar." He said rushing over to Tetsutetsu, who is trying to get up. Then Magmar delivers a low kick at Tetsutetsu's legs, tripping him.
Ren follows up by jumping over to him and kicks Tetsutetsu with his Aura enhance legs.
Tetsutetsu screams as he rolls over in pain, even know his body is in steel.
Ren then noticed that the steel around his body was cracking. "So there a limit to how much he can take." He thought. "Your quirk is quite similar to my friend Kirishima's." Ren said. "Which means you must have the same weaknesses, if not a few different ones but still similar."
Tetsutetsu raised an eyebrow while gritting his teeth. "What?! How was he able to figure out weakness so fast?!" He thought. "Don't think I'm done yet." Tetsutetsu said getting up and run over to attack Ren, but evades him.
Kinoko was just standing there waiting Ren and his Pokémon fighting Tetsutetsu, feeling useless that she was not helping them.
"What I'm I doing standing here for?" Kinoko thought in with her head down. "Ren believes in me, and yet he's doing all the fighting. We'll I'm doing nothing, like I always do." She though biting her bottom lip, then shot her face up with a serious look. "BUT NO MORE! I'M DONE SITTING ON THE SIDE LINES!" Kinoko then rushes into the battle.
"Ren heads up!" Kinoko shouted spraying her spores out of her hands at Tetsutetsu.
Ren glance to her from behind, only for Tetsutetsu to launch himself at him.
"You let your guard down! Steel Bullet punch!" Tetsutetsu yelled as he threw a punch towards Ren as he ran and closed the range between them.
But Tetsutetsu don't know that Ren didn't need to see his opponents to dodge their attacks.
Ren jumped over Tetsutetsu attack and kicks him from behind into the spores Kinoko made.
Magmar also jump out of the way from the spores.
"Aww, What is this self!" He said as mushrooms started to grow all over his body. "Damn it, it's hard to move now with all of these mushroom covering my body." Tetsutetsu thought.
Amoonguss was now finished changing his attack and was ready to fire.
"Amoonguss hit him with your Solar Beam!" Ren shouted out loud.
Amoonguss then brings its hands forward and fires a bright gold beam of energy from the orb at the straight at Tetsutetsu. "Amoonguss!"
"Oh, crap!" Tetsutetsu said as the beam hit him dead on, as black smoke covered the the hallway.
The smoke slowly fanned away before revealing that Tetsutetsu was laying on the ground with some of his steel & Kinoko mushroom on floor before they disappear, unable to move do to his injuries.
"Damn that hurts." He says in pain, unable to move his body anymore.
"Kinoko, capture him." Ren said to the mushroom girl.
"R-R-Right!" She said being out her capture tape and pull it on Tetsutetsu.
{"Tetsutetsu has been captured! The villain team loses a member!"} All Might announced.
"You good man?" Ren bend over to him.
"It hurts everywhere. But all live." Tetsutetsu said.
"All come back and heal you when the match is over. Until then, just hang in there buddy." Ren said before standing back up.
"Nice teamwork by the way Kinoko. I knew you could do it, if you put your mind to it." Ren to her with a smile.
"T-T-TT-Thank you R-R-Ren." Kinoko said looking away with blush on face. "He complemented me!" She thought happily.
{"Ren, Kinoko. You both there?"} The voice coming from the ear piece said. It was Ibara.
Ren and Kinoko both placed their hand over their ear pieces.
{"This is Ren."} Ren replied.
{"We just finished capturing are opponents and heading your way now."} Ibara informed them.
{"We just got done beating Monoma and Tetsutetsu as well."} He said back. {"With the four of them taken out, Todoroki the only one left to face."}
{"There's not that much time left, so go ahead take care of him. Well join you as soon as we can."} Tokage said to them.
{"Got it. See you both soon."} Ren said then focused back on the match.
"Mostly all of the villain team members have been captured." Ren said before turning his head to the side. "Now their only one more left."
They both looked ahead and a door covered in a tight layer of ice. Ren can sense Todoroki presence in their and knew he was guarding the weapon.
"S-S-So what d-d-d-do we do n-n-next Ren?" Kinoko nervously asked Ren.
Ren then turn to her and gave his answer.
"Okay, here the plan." Ren said.

Shoto Todoroki was slightly irked. When the test had started, he had intended to finish the match quickly and move on. Prolonging his victory would be a waste of.
But instead of an immediate victory, he had to exert his ice throughout his power more than he had intended. Not only that, but he was forced to send his partners out to deal with the enemy. If they failed, that meant that Todoroki would have to deal with the test by himself. He didn't doubt that he could, but it wasn't what he was hoping for.
But that didn't matter. He was bred to be a powerful hero.
"Magmar uses Fire Blast on the door!" A voice yelling outside of the room.
Then all the ice that covered the door burst off with a powerful flame of fire melting the ice. Much of ice he made was melted by the intense hot and it was a little misty do to the heat and cold mixing together.
Todoroki narrowed his eyes upon seeing the fire melting his ice and remained him of his bastard father. He only know one person in class with that kind of fire power.
2 figures covered by the mist, walked into the room. It was Ren and Magmar, ready for battle.
"Sup." Ren said with a grin.

U.A. High School Ground Beta Observation Room - Afternoon
"Oh man! This is about to get good!" Kirishima yelled, smashing his two hardened fist together.
"Indeed! This will truly be s showdown between our strongest classmates." Iida added.
In the background, Bakugo growled at the words 'Strongest classmates'. Not even involving him to be the strongest one here.
"Oh, This is getting exciting. How do think this is going to play out?" Manga asked.
"Amamiya has the advantage in numbers, so their a chance he can over power him." Shoda said to everyone.
"But that Todoroki guy got in do to recommendations, so he isn't going to be a pushover." Juzo said, remembering seeing Todoroki at the recommendation exam.
"Well just watch and see, ribbit" Tsuyu said out loud.
"Hahaha! Indeed young Asui!" All Might laugh out loud. "Not is decided, until the match is over."
"Come Ren, you can do this." All the love interests of Ren though.
Eri held on to her clothes tightly, hoping not bad with happen to Ren.

"So how do we do this? You attack first or do I?" Ren jokely ask Todoroki.
In response, Todoroki said nothing. He stomped his foot on the ground and large amount of ice was heading to Ren and Magmar.
"OK then." Ren though raising his arm. "Magmar uses Flame Burst!" He commanded his Pokémon.
Magmar than fires an orange-yellow fireball from his mouth at the ice. After the strike, the ice started to break apart from the heat of the fire type move. Unfortunately, some small embers hit Todoroki, slightly burning him and knocking back against the wall.
"You'll have to do better then that, if you want to beat us." Ren said to a down Todoroki.
Todoroki quickly got stood back up. "Don't think this is going to be easy." He said coldly.
"I didn't." Ren thought.
He stomped his foot against. Only this time he erects a wall between him and Ren, keep the weapon on his side.
"Don't think that's going to stop us." Ren said channeling his Aura into his right hand. "Magmar destroy the ice wall with Fire Punch."
"Mag!" Magmar said as his left hand was in global with fire.
The both of them charged at the ice wall and punched it in the center, make the ice being to crumble from the impact. It doesn't take long for the ice wall to melt to the floor.
"Is that all you got." Ren said, not being impressed.
Todoroki gritted his teeth in frustration. He summons more ice to create a ledge of ice than ends directly above Ren. He jump on the ledge and slides over it.
Ren can tell what Todoroki was planning and was prepared for it.
Todoroki take his place on the edge of his ledge, before proceeding to cover his right arm in frost. "It's time to end this." He declined
Ren raised his left arm and formed a sphere in it. "Aura Sphere!" Ren fire a his sphere at the ledge, destroying it. That caught Todoroki by surprise as he lost his footing on the ledge and began to fall. Ren rushed at him and punches him in the face, and sends him to the other side of the room away from the weapon.
Todoroki got back up against and had a angry look on his face. "Damn you!" He shouted, placing his hand on the ground and sends even more ice at Ren.
"Magmar, Fire Blast!" Ren yelled.
Magmar quickly launched a burst of flames from his mouth and clashed with the ice, canceling the attack out and a small mist of smoke was filling the room.
Todoroki was pushed back due to the blast, but was shielded thanks to his ice. But Ren was done yet, as he burst out the mist and ran at Todoroki. Todoroki thrush his right forward to freeze Ren.
"He's mine!" Todoroki thought as his hand was about to reach Ren.
But Ren quickly ducks down and evades Todoroki's hand before countering with a rising kick directly at his abdomen from the floor that sent Todoroki flying away into the wall.
"No. I can't lose. I won't lose to you!" Todoroki said slowly getting up, holding his abdomen in pain.
"Correction, you won't lose to us." Ren said to a confessed Todoroki. "You forgot Todoroki. This is a team battle." He said.
"What does he me-" Todoroki though until he was cut off.
{"The Weapon has been captured! The hero team wins!"} All Might announced, ending the match.
Todoroki eyes widened in surprised from the announcement. But how did he lose? Amamiya and his Pokémon where right in front of him. So who captured the weapon?
The mist in the room begins to clear, revealing the one responsible for ending the match. It's was Kinoko with her hand on the weapon and Amoonguss right next to her.
"But how?" Todoroki asked in confusion.
"Your wondering how you lost, right?" Ren asked a Confused Todoroki. "Well here's the thing..." He begins to explain.

U.A. High School Ground Beta- Afternoon

"S-S-So what d-d-d-do we do n-n-next Ren?" Kinoko nervously asked Ren.
Ren then turn to her and gave his answer.
"Okay, here the plan." Ren said. "Me and Magmar will go in first and distract Todoroki. When his attention is focus is on us, you and Amoonguss will sneak into the room and grab the weapon, ending the match. " Ren finished explaining the plan to them.
"O-O-Okay, just leave i-i-i-it to us." Kinoko said to her teammate.
"Amoonguss." He agreed to as well.
"Good, and remember. Once you sees a chance to get the bomb, you take it." Ren said getting a nod from the both of them.
Ren and Magmar walked closer to the icy door. It was to frozen the open, but that wasn't going to stop them.
"Magmar uses Fire Blast on the door!" Ren told his Pokémon.
"Magmar!" Magmar said as he takes in a deep breath and releases a powerful 大-shaped blast of orange fire from its mouth at the frozen door, completely vaporizing all the ice from the door and a mist of smoke was filling the hallway.
"Let's go Magmar." Ren said as they walked into the room.
Time Skip
U.A. High School Ground Beta- Afternoon
Present
Hero Team
Todoroki just stare at Ren in shock after hearing the plan to defeat him.
"W-We won, right?" Kinoko said in surprise.
"Sure did." Ren said look back at her.
"We won, we won." Kinoko said in a happy tone, as her face slowly shows a smile.
"I lost." Todoroki said with his head down.
"Hey. You ok man?" Ren asked in concern.
Todoroki didn't say anything. He just shot Ren a dirty look and then walked away. Ren felt the anger from him, due to his Aura sense.
"I know that one lose can make anyone upset. But the anger he was giving off was something else entirely different." Ren thought as he watched Todoroki walk away.
Then Ibara, Tokage, and Magnemite ran into the room.
"Ren, Komori!" Ibara said in a concern tone. "Are the both of you alright?"
"We heard you won, how'd it g-" Tokage was interrupted by Todoroki pushing past both her and Ibara, from the elbows.
Tokage took a step back and Ibara fell on the ground.
"Rude!" A angry Tokage shouted at him.
"A-Are you b-b-both okay?" Kinoko asked, worrying about her classmates.
"Yeah, but what a jerk." Tokage said in a angry tone.
"Oww." Ibara said rubbing her butt, then a hand reached out to her. She looked up and it was Ren.
"You good Ibara?" Ren asked.
"Yes, thank you Ren." She said blushing as Ibara grabbed his hand, pulling her up. "I'm guessing he's not taking the loss well?"
"Looks like it." Ren said taking off his hood. "Kinda debating whether or not I should be concerned right now." He said, as he felt Todoroki's Aura. There was something not right about it, as if he as some kind of deep dark pain he was hiding.
"I wouldn't worry about that. We're here to learn how to be heroes. Losing is part of learning, isn't it's?" Tokage said.
"Yes, one loss isn't the end of the world. I hope he learns that." Ibara prays for Todoroki.
"Yeah, you're probably right." Ren said. Whatever was going on with Todoroki wasn't his problem, besides he had more Importing things to worry about. "Anyway, nice work guys. I couldn't have done it without you." He said to his team.
"I-I-It's was all t-t-t-thinks to you R-Ren." Kinoko nervously said hiding her face from him.
"Yeah Pokéboy. It wouldn't have gone so smoothly, if you wrought here." Tokage said winking at him.
"We where blessed to have a wonderful teammate like you Ren." Ibara said to him with a blush.
Magmar, Magnemite, and Amoonguss also cheered for their trainers.
Ren didn't say anything. He just smiled to them.
"Lets head back to the monitor room. They're probably waiting for us." Ren said to them.
The three girls nodded in agreement. As they left, but not before returning his Pokémon to their balls, and Ren healed Tetsutetsu and picked up a sleeping Monoma.
Time Skip
U.A. High School Ground Beta Observation Room - Afternoon
"Holy crap! That was awesome! So manly!" Kirishima yelled, unable to get over the fight.
"I know! The hero team totally destroyed the villain team!" Mina agreed.
"But it was mostly Ren and his Pokémon doing all the work, ribbit." Tsuyu said with a finger on her cheek.
"He countered all of Todoroki's attacks like they were nothing." Rin said as he enjoyed the match.
"It looks like he knows some martial arts too." Sen said.
"Yeah, his Pokémon where super cool!" Pony said in excitement.
"Ren had a plan and he execute it perfectly." Momo said expecting nothing less from Ren.
"Ren and the other worked together perfectly, and was about to anticipate the other team moves and strategy's." Midoriya mumbles as he was writing every piece of information of the fight in his notebook.
"I had no doubt he could win." Kendo said looking at Yui.
Yui nodded in agreement.
As they were talking both teams walked into the room. So all of the students run up to them. Mostly Ren.
"Ren bro! Your that fight was super manly!" Kirishima was the first to say.
"You all were dazzling, but not like me." Aoyama said in his flamboyant tone.
"Yeah the fight was amazing, especially yours Ren." Toru said like how Ren beat Todoroki and Tetsutetsu.
"Your Pokémon where super cool!" Pony said to Ren.
"Ren your match was amazing! It got me all pumped up!" Urakara said throwing her fist in the air.
"Thanks guys." Ren said to all the compliments. He placed Monoma on the ground next to a wall and turn to Tetsutetsu. "Tetsutetsu, sorry about hurting you back there. Your quirk wasn't making easy to hurt you, so I had to use a little bit more power than usual." Ren said holding out his hand.
"It's all good man, you beat me far and square." Tetsutetsu said to Ren, grabbing his hand. "And you healed me in the end, no hard feelings."
Bakugo and Todoroki where glaring at Ren with hatred in their eyes.
"Jeez Kaminari, I didn't necessarily know you could look so lame being after losing to vines." Jirou said holding back her laugh.
"On come Jirou! Don't kick me would I'm down!" Kaminari depressedly said.
"Yeah man. All most kinda jealous of how awesome your power is." Tsuburaba said to him.
"Tokage, Komori, and Ibara. Nice work out there girls." Kendo said to classmates.
"Thanks, but Ren the one you should you be praising." Ibara said to her friend.
"Yeah, we wouldn't have done so well if Ren didn't leade us to victory." Tokage admitted to her.
Kinoko nodded in agreement.
Then out of no where. Eri run past the crowd and tackle Ren in the stomach, hugging on to him tightly and bearing her face into him.
"Woah, Eri!" Ren said being taken by surprise.
"Y-Your okay." Eri said looking at him with a worried look on her face.
"I told you didn't I? I was going to come back to you as quickly as I can." Ren said rubbing her head.
"Hu-uh."Eri said with a smile.
"Exactle work, all of you!" All Might said to his students. "Before we go over the match can someone wake up young Monoma, so we can go over the match." He said.
"I got this one All Might." Ren said, summoning a Pokéball in his hand. "Totodile!" Tossing it in the air and reveals a new Pokémon to everyone.
"Totodile!" He said happily jumping around.
Totodile the water type Pokémon. It is a bipedal, crocodilian Pokémon with well-developed jaws. It has red eyes with ridges above them, black markings around its eyes, and several sharp teeth. On its chest is a yellow, V-shaped marking that extends to its arms; there is a thin line through the center of the marking. Totodile has five fingers and three toes. Down its back is a row of three red spines with a small, red ridge on either side. The tip of its tail has a single red spine as well.
Everyone in the room just looked at the little crocodile Pokémon doing a little dance, much to everyone's amusement expect Bakugo and Aizawa who found it annoying.
"It's a Totodile!" Mina said with a smile.
"It's so cute!" Toru said liking the little Pokémon.
"And funny." Kaminari said laughing at the the silliness.
The boys found Totodile to be funny and the girls found him to be cute.
"Totodile uses a weak Water Gun on sleeping beauty and wake him up." Ren said pointing at Monoma.
"Totodile!" Totodile said releasing a spiral of water from its mouth at the Monoma's face.
"What the?!" Monoma said waking up in surprise, as he was looking around in confusion. "What happened?! How did In up in here?! Did we win?! Do I crush class 1-A?!" Monoma rapidly asked question, as his face was dripping wet.
"Calm down Monoma. We were just about to review over the match." Vlad King said to his student.
"And to answer your question, your team lost." Aizawa said to him, making his eyes widened.
"What?! How did we lose?!" Monoma asked in surprise.
"We're about to go over it now. So pay attention brat." Aizawa ordered him.
"Now it's time for the results." All Might spoke. "The MVP of this exercise is Young Amamiya!"
"It make sense since the hero team won the battle." Tsuyu said out loud.
"That's not the reason why he's the MVP, young Asui." All Might said confusing the other students. "Can anyone tell me the reason why?"
Momo's, eyes closed and face serious, raised her hand. "Sir! I can tell you why." Without waiting for him to answer, she continued, hand still raised and causing the other students to glance over. "Ren effectively lead his team to victory, being out the best of their abilities. Before beginning each battle, Ren made a plan to over come his opponents and achieve victory over them." Momo said continuing here thoughts on the match. "He blinded both Kaminari and Shoji with his Magnemite giving him and Komori in opening to head for the weapon, and leaving Tokage, Ibara, and Magnemite to face and capture them easily. He easily defeated Monoma who was overconfidence in his own abilities and underestimated his opponent by rushing at Ren without a plan what so ever. It backed fire on him when Ren's Amoonguss put him to sleep. Tetsutetsu plan to fight them alone was also reckless as well. He should of retired back to Todoroki and worked together with him to fight the hero team, giving them a better chance a winning. Todoroki plan to freeze the building and the hero team was a brilliant idea at first, but he did not take in account that Ren would use a fire type Pokémon to counteract his ice. He also should of payed more attention to his surroundings, as he didn't notice Komori sneaking into the room to grab the weapon, which lead to their defeat." She finished lowering her hand.
The room was silent for a moment. Everyone was staring at Momo with a surprised look on their faces.
All Might was also surprised by the girl's observation skills. "This girl really has a good eye on her." He said in shock. "Yes." All Might said awkwardly, raising his finger as he turned slightly towards the side. "Well... You overlooked a few things." All Might placed his fists against his hips. "But otherwise you nailed it!" He gave her a thumbs up, awkwardly laughed after finishing.
Aizawa just snicker at All Might reaction.
"One should always start with the basics and devote themselves wholeheartedly to learning." Momo said in confidence with her hands were on her hips, and expression relatively serious. "That's the only way to become a top hero."
"Dang Momo, that was impressive." Ren said to the girl, laughing a little.
"Um, yes. Thanks you Ren." Momo nodded with a smile, there was a faint blush on her cheeks from hearing the compliment.
"This is unacceptable!" Monoma yelled getting everyone. "I refuse to accept that I lost to someone in class 1-A!" He said.
"You lost, because I had a plan and you felled for it." Ren said to the blonde.
Monoma then starts to laugh crazy. "Hahaha, that's right. I only lose because you played dirty by putting me the sleep. This just goes to show you that class 1-A are nothing more th-" Monoma didn't finish his sentence when Kendo hit him on the head with giant fist.
"I'm sorry about him everyone." Kendo apologize to the class.
"It's fine Kendo, in fact you did everyone here a favor." Ren said as he was annoyed by the Monoma behavior. "But still I can't take all the credit. My plan never would of work without Kinoko, Ibara, and Tokage help. The reason why we win is because we work together as a team and putted are trust in one another to over the enemy in front of us." Ren said them making Kinoko, Ibara, and Tokage blush from his words.
"Well said young Amamiya. Remember students in a battle teamwork is the most important key to victory. Learn from this match and the others to come, so you can uses this knowledge to help you in field." All Might said to his students with a smile.
"Yes sir." All the students said.
"Alright time to decide the contenders for the next match!" All Might declared. "And the teams that will face each other will be..." He said putting his hands into the black and white ballot boxes. "These Two!" All Might said taking another two spheres with a D black ball and A white ball. "The hero team will be team A and the villain team will be team D." He said.
"Team A and D. Who was on those teams again?" Ren looking at the class.
He saw Bakugou glanced over at Midoriya, while Midoriya looked surprised and nervous. Midoriya's hand shook for a moment before he balled it up, putting on a determined look before looking at Bakugou again. Bakugou's eyes widened, surprise infecting his features. After a moment, he narrowed his eyes, growling and gritting his teeth.
"This isn't going to end well." Ren thought as he was not going to like the next match.
"Both teams must go to battle grounds, the villain team must set up first." All Might said to the two teams.
"Good luck Bakugo!" Kirishima said to the blonde.
"I don't need your luck, Shitty hair!" Bakugo yelled at him before leaving the room.
"Hey Midoriya, good luck out there." Ren said to him.
"Best of luck Urakara." Mina said to her.
"Go get 'em, Kendo and Shishida!" Tokage said to them.
"Right." The hero team said to their friends.
The hero team walked out of the room too until one of them was stopped by Ren.
"Kendo got a second?" He asked her.
"What's up Ren?" Kendo said in curiosity.
"You mind looking after Midoriya for me." Ren asked his friend.
"Why? You worried about him?" She said.
"Something like that. But it would make me feel a little better, if someone was watching his back from a certain idiot." Ren told her.
Kendo was confused at first, but soon realized what Ren meant.
"Got it. I won't let anything happened to him." Kendo said with a nodded.
"Thank Kendo, your the best." Ren to her with a smile.
"You know it." Kendo said walking back to her teammates.
Ren watch her leave as Eri handle his hand tightly. He smiles at her and return back to his friends.
Time Skip
U.A. High School Ground Beta- Afternoon
Villain Team
The villain team where in the building preparing themselves for the match to begin.
"I know this is training, but it pains me to be aligning with criminal behavior." Iida said, walking up to the bomb with his helmet under his arm. He knocked on the metal. "So this is the weapon we must protect. Fake, of course."
"I don't think U.A. would use a real bomb. That seems pretty overkill." Awase said to him.
"Yes, I suppose your right." Iida said agreeing that U.A. wouldn't be that reckless.
"Let's give the other team a run for their money." Pony said with a smile.
"You can count me in on that." Awase said to her.
"Hey!" Bakugou called out, causing Iida, Awase, and Pony to turn around. "Do you really think Deku has a quirk?" He asked Iida.
"Who's Deku?" Pony asked in confusion.
Awase shrugged his shoulder in confusion too, not knowing what Bakugo was talking about.
Iida turned around fully, staring at Bakugou as he stood turned around. "You saw how he threw that ball." He closed his eyes, hand out to the side. "Though I think his power hurts his body." He said out loud.
Bakugou twitched angrily, causing Iida to notice.
"Why is it that you seem to be especially angry when it comes to Midoriya?" Iida asked the blonde. But Bakugo just ignored him.
"Was he seriously just tricking me all these years...?" He grinned evilly. "I'm gonna roast that nerd today! And that Pokémon bastard isn't going get in my way this time." Bakugo thought as he was going to enjoy making Deku suffer.
"So what the plan?" Awase asked his team.
"You extras can do what ever you want. Once the match starts, I'm going hunt down that lying nerd and give him a beating he'll never forget." Bakugo said in a non caring tone.
"Bakugo, it might be best if we come up with strategy to win the match." Iida said to him.
"Shut up! I don't need no stupid strategy to win! All blow them all to hell by myself!" Bakugo shouted in arrogance.
"Didn't you learn anything from the last match?" Pony asked him. "The hero team won because they worked together as a team." She said trying to make him see reason.
"SHUT THE HELL UP HORSE FACE!" Bakugo yelled back. "I don't need you, four eyes, or bandana head help to win!" Bakugo said walking out of the room, but stopped and turn his head to side. "And if any of you extras get in my way too, I'LL KILL YOU!" He treated them before leaving.
"Man, that guys got some serious issues." Awase said with a sweat drop.
"His a meany. I don't like him." Pony said in English.
Iida just sighs to himself due to Bakugo's behavior. "It looks like Bakugo isn't going to work with us." He said shaking his head in disappointment. "I hate to ask this but can you two go with him. I don't want to lose because of his non heroin behavior."
"It's no problem dude. We'll win even without his help." Awase said to Iida.
"Some here." Pony nodded in agreement.
"Thank you both and sorry!" Iida said bowing.
Time Skip
U.A. High School Ground Beta- Afternoon
Hero Team
The hero team where outside the building preparing themselves for the match as well.
"You think they expect us to memorize this building's floor plan?" Uraraka asked, scanning the sheet in her hand. "It's so big!" She glanced up, smiling.
"Make since, this is the villains home base. So where at a field disadvantage." Shishida said to her.
"You know... All Might's just as cool in person as he is on television." Uraraka turned to the side, smiling at Midoriya."I'm glad that he's not threatening us with some kind of punishment like Mr. Aizawa. We can rela-" Uraraka jumped slightly, eyes widened. "Ah, you're sweating through your costume!" She shouted.
Midoriya trembled, sweat dripping from the cloth of his suit. "Well, it's just..." His voice shook.
"Are you ok Midoriya? Your shaking like a leaf." Kendo asks in concern.
"It's because we're up against Kacchan... Plus, there's Iida too... We should be on our guard-who knows what they'll pull?" Midoriya said nervously.
"Kacchan?" Kendo and Shishida said raising a brow.
Uraraka lowered her hands, and along with them the paper. "Oh right, Bakugou..." She said in a sympathetic tone. "He's the one who's always making fun of you..." Uraraka hesitated to ask.
Midoriya sighed, his face glum as he remembered middle school. "And he's amazing." He admitted.
Kendo looked at Midoriya with a frowned on here face. "Now I'm starting to see why Ren wanted me to look out for him." She thought.
"He can be a real pain, sure." Midoriya said sadly. "But his strength, confidence, and ambition... Not to mention his quirk. They're all so much greater than mine." He said as Uraraka's lips parted in slight surprise as he spoke. Kendo and Shishida can see that him and Bakugo has some kind of history. "But that just means..." He straightened himself. "I have to do better." He placed his mask over his face. "I refuse to lose today!" Midoriya said in determination.
"So it's a fated battle between rivals." Kendo said smiling at him.
"Sounds like it." Shishida nodded in agreement.
"Oh!" Midoriya said, flustered. He waved his hands back and forth, blushing. "Not that I'm trying to get you all wrapped up in my fight or anything!"
"Midoriya, whether you like it or not where a team now. Your problem is are's." Kendo said to the boy.
"She's right." Shishida said taking off his shirt to use his quirk, revealing his admittedly tone and furred body. "You don't have to face him alone Midoriya."
"We're a team, right?!" Uraraka pumped her fist in the air, a grin on her face. "Let's win this!" She shouted.
Midoriya looked at them with widened eyes am smiles in happiness.
"Thanks you guys." Midoriya said in a low tone, but they were still able to hear him.
"So what's the plan?" Shishida asked. "How are we going to approach this?"
"I have one, if that's alright with everyone?" Midoriya said raising a hand.
"Sure, let's hear it." Kendo said to him.
"I know Kacchan, he'll most likely come after me. He won't go after you three and he'll only focus on me." Midoriya said to them.
"That seems kinda petty." Shishida commented.
"T-That's just how he is." Midoriya said knowing how Bakugo operates.
"You won't be facing him alone. All help you." Kendo said making Midoriya look at her. "Let's beat him together, as a team." Kendo said wicking at him.
"O-O-Ok!" Midoriya said with a flush.
Midoriya then began to explains his plan on how to beat the villain team. He and his team explained about their quirk and others teams powers, and how to counteract them. The talk lasted until All Might called them.
{"Alright! Let the next match begin!"} All Might announced to the teams.
With that said, Midoriya, Urakara, Kendo, and Shishida walked into the building to face the villain team.
