It is now Sunday, August 25th. Stefan's 162nd birthday. So I got up, called Stef, and wished him a Happy Birthday. He didn't seem to thrilled.
Charlotte came into my room and told me I had company downstairs. I wasn't sure who it would be, I wasn't expecting anyone.
So, I quickly got dressed, did my hair and makeup and went to see who it was.
When I got down there, I didn't see anybody. So I shrugged and turned around, only to come face to face with Lexi.
Mine and Stef's super awesome best friend.
"Lex!" I yelled as I threw my arms around her, jumping up and down. "What are you doing here? I figured you'd be at Stefan's."
"Well, I didn't want to surprise him without our best girlfriend. Besides, I'll need your help surprising him." she responded. We grinned at each other evilly. This will be fun.
We quickly came up with a plan while I ate breakfast and drank my coffee. Then Lex gave me a piggy back ride to the Boarding House at vampire speed.
Lexi went and hid while I walked in and called for Stefan.
"Stef?" I called. "Stefan Salvatore?"
He flashed I'm front of me, seconds later.
"How'd you get here, Bells? You didn't come here in your car or on your bike." he asked.
I lied and said, "I walked. It was too pretty to drive." I responded, hoping he couldn't detect the lie. He narrowed his eyes at me.
Before he could say anything, the front door open and there was a flash around the room.
"Who's there?" asks Stef.
More flashing around the room. Then all of a sudden, Lex had Stef pinned against the wall.
"Surprise, Steffie!" we said simultaneously. He laughed and hugged Lex after she let him go.
"Hey Lexi. Long time no see. What brings you here?"
"Your Birthday, of course. You know I visit you every Birthday. I wanted to surprise you, so I brought our gorgeous best girlfriend." she said as she winked at me. I beamed at her.
"Well, we're not celebrating. There's no point. I'm a 162 year old man, trapped in a 17 year olds body."
Lex and I fake gasped, "But Stef, your two, super hot best girlfriends, came here to spend the whole day with you. We have to celebrate. Pretty, pretty, pretty please?" I begged on my knees, with my irresistible puppy dog eyes and pout.
"Might as well do it, brother. Nobody can resist our princesses pout." said Damon as he walked into the parlor. Stefan glared at him then sighed.
"Okay, fine. But no one else needs to know it's my birthday." he caved.
"Ahhh!" I screamed as I pounced on Stef and hugged him with all my strength. "Thank you, Stef. I promise, we'll have fun."
"Great," said Lexi. "We'll go to the Grill, shoot some pool, throw darts and listen to music on the jukebox. Just have a relaxing day. Deal?"
"Deal."
So Damon drove us all to the Grill and some of our friends were there. I saw Matty and Tyler playing pool at one of the pool tables, so I took Lexi's hand and pulled her over with me. Stef followed while Day went to the bar.
"Guys, this is mine and Stefan's best girlfriend, Lexi. Lex, this is my boyfriend Matt and one of my best guy friends, Tyler." I introduced them. They all smiled and waved at each other.
"Hey babe. What you guys doing today?" asked Matty.
I looked at Stefan, silently asking permission. He sighed and nodded.
"Well, Stef just turned 162. So we're here to celebrate his birthday as quietly as possible. Spoil sport doesn't want anyone else to know." I said, sticking my tongue out at Stef. He glared at me.
Lex looked a little nervous and confused.
"Don't worry, Lex. They know everything. As a matter of fact, there's so much we need to catch you up on. We can do that later. For now, let's all do teams and play some pool." I explained.
Our teams were, Stef and Lex, and Matt and I, Ty was going to exchange with one person on the losing team.
Matt broke, and knocked in a solid, making us solids. Stef and Lex were stripes.
The game was pretty even, then it finally came down to the 8 ball. It was my turn, It was in a tricky spot. So I put the stick behind my back, aimed at the 8 ball, and shot it in the left center pocket, so Matty and I won. He kissed me and our friends smiled at us.
Ty took Stefan's spot on Lexi's team. Lexi broke, and hit stripes, making us solids again.
After about half an hour, they beat us, but we all had a lot of fun.
After playing pool, we moved on to darts. Damon joined us. I went first with blue darts. I got three bullseye's.
Damon had red darts, he got a bullseye and two 9 points.
We pulled them out and handed them to Ty and Matt.
Ty got two bullseye's and and 8. Matt got two bullseye's and a 9. They got the darts out and handed them to Stefan and Lexi.
Lexi got three bullseye's, Stef got a bullseye and missed two because they bounced off of Lexi's darts.
We all played another round, rearranging players.
Then we saw Elena walk in with Caroline and Bonnie. We acted like we didn't see them walk in.
"Day." I whispered.
"On it." he told me as he walked towards Elena.
They got to talking. Recently, Elena 'broke up' with Stef, apparently Stef spends too much time with me and not enough with her. She's jealous. Damon has been acting as though he cares for her. Not giving too much away.
We've all seen the determination in her eyes for the Salvatore Brothers. Damon and Stefan lived it through the wicked bitch doppelganger in 1864.
We finish our game of Darts. Matt heads to the jukebox to put on a song and we head to the dance floor.
The song starts playing and I laugh when K realize he chose You're the one that I want from Grease.
So Matt and I dance and sing along to each other, our friends watching us.

Our friends laughed and clapped when the song was over. that was so much fun. Matt and I are so great together. Then a slow song I didn't recognize came on, so we slow danced.
I wrapped my arms around his neck and lay my head over his heart. I absolutely love being with Matty. I feel light with him. Like the rest of the world just melts away, and it's just us two.
I couldn't be any happier. I'm glad I took a chance with him. He's worth it. He understands me. He doesn't try to control anything I do or who I hang out with. He's just so amazing. And dare I say, I'm completely in love with him.
The song ends and I pull my head back, gazing into his eyes and we kiss passionately.
"I love you, Bell." he said as we pulled apart. I smiled joyously and said, "I love you, too, Matty."
Then we kissed again.
"Get a room, lovebirds!" complained Damon. We flipped him the bird without pulling back.
"No thanks. I got plans with Lexi, here." he said, making us pull back and laugh.
"In your dreams, Damon Salvatore." scoffed Lex. "Leave them alone. They're so cute together."
"That hurt, Alexia. Right here." He mock pouted, putting a hand over his heart. We all laughed and he glared at us and walked back to the bar, still pouting.
"Oh, come on Day. Don't be such a spoil sport, that's Stefan's job." I joked.
"Ha, ha, you are so funny, principessa." Damon mock laughed. I faked hurt and Matt hugged me. So I smiled.
"You two are giving me a toothache, with all the sugary sweetness. Matt, what the hell have you done to my best friend?"
"Oh hush, you big baby. We're in love. Get over it." I told him. He glared at me then went back to his bourbon.
The rest of Stefan's secret birthday party, we ate dinner here at the Grill. Damon and the gang joined us again. Stef was laughing, having a good time. I'm glad Lex came.
Around 8 o'clock, we all headed home, since we have school in the morning. I told Matt I loved him and gave him a kiss good night.
Damon dropped me off at home. Stefan got his Porsche running, with Rosalie's help, so he'll be picking up Elena for school. So, I'll be taking my bike.
I took a shower, changed into my pajamas. spent a couple hours with Dad, Char and Peter talking about Stefan's birthday, then went up to my room and went to bed.
