I woke up to my phone vibrating, I checked the time and it was 6 am.

Liz was calling me, I shot up and answered.

"Hello? Liz, is everything okay?" I asked her.

"Bella, you might want to grab Matt and Tyler and get to the hospital. Something happened to Caroline." she answered in a rush, then hung up.

I put my clothes on and woke Matt up.

"Babe. Get up, we gotta get back to the hospital. Liz just called me."

"Shit. Where's my clothes babe?"

"Here."

I handed him his clothes and he quickly got dressed. Then we went to Tyler's room and woke him up, and he got ready.

We hurried out to Matt's truck and drove to the hospital.

When we arrived, Liz was out front waiting. We got out and walked up to her.

"What's going on, Liz? How is she?" I asked shakily.

"See for yourself, Bells."

I headed to Caroline's hospital room and she was sitting on the edge of the bed holding her head.

"Care?" I asked. Her head snapped up and she started crying.

"Oh, Bella. It hurts, please make it stop?" she cried.

"What hurts Care, I'll help you?"

"My head and my gums. They hurt so bad, please make it stop." Realization hit me.

She's transitioning.

"Caroline, look at me. Do you know how this happened?"

"I woke up in the middle of the night, I felt a presence. I looked over and an extremely pale guy with brown hair was standing next to my bed. He told me, 'I want you to send your friend a message.' And then he killed me. He snapped my neck Bella. How am I still alive?" she explained hysterically.

I held her for a minute then told her I'd be right back.

I walked out to Liz and told her what happened.

"I need to know right now Liz if you want her to complete the transition."

"If it means I get to keep my daughter, then yes." she said without hesitation. I called Stef.

"Stefan, grab Damon and come straight to the hospital. It's an emergency."

"We're on our way."

Five minutes later, they show up and walk up to us.

"What's going on Liz and Bells?" asks Stef.

"Caroline is in transition. Someone killed her last night. I guess they didn't know Damon's blood was in her system. They said they were sending a message. I called you guys here so that when she does, one of you can help her until she's completely under control."

Damon hugged Liz and asked, "are you sure about this? Once she feeds, there's no going back."

"I'm sure Damon. She'll still be my little girl."

He nodded. We all headed back to Caroline's room. I knelt down in front of her, Liz right next to me.

"Care bear, your mom wants you to complete the transition. The choice is yours. You'll still be you, I promise. And Stefan and Damon will help you. I'll let you feed from me. Okay?"

"Okay."

"Wait." says Ty. He kneels down on the other side of me, in front of Caroline. "Feed from me instead, Care. I love you, and it's something I should have told you a long time ago. I would do anything for you."

She looked at him and nodded. "I love you too, Ty."

Damon walked over, pulled Ty up and compelled him to stay still and not make a sound. Then Care stood in front of Ty and fed from him. Just enough to complete the transition.

We all left the room, Stefan and Tyler staying behind. I called Bonnie and asked her and Sheila to make a daylight ring.

"I'll bring one in a half hour. Tell Care I love her and I'm sorry this happened to her."

She hung up and we waited.

I went outside and noticed my body was vibrating a little. I pulled out my phone and made a few calls. The first one being Sam.

"Hello, Luna. Where'd you guys go so early? We've been worried."

"Sam, I need you guys to come to the hospital and see if you can track an unknown Cold One scent. One made a visit to Care and killed her while she had Damon's blood in her system. She just completed transition." I explained.

"We will be right there Luna."

I hung up and dialed Jane.

"Principessa, what are you doing up so early?"

"Janie, I need you to send Demitri to the hospital, we've got someone for him to track."

"He's on his way, sister."

"Thanks, sis. I'll be home sometime later. I love you."

"I love you too, sister."

The pack and Demitri showed up a couple minutes later. I stopped them.

"When you guys track that bastard down, do not kill him. I want you to capture him and take him to the Boarding House. There's a room in there with vervain in it. Throw him in, guard the door and wait for me to get there."

They all nodded and went to track the scent.

I walked back inside, the brothers nodded at me. I spotted Matt and sat down next to him.

"Babe, are you okay? Your body looks like it's vibrating." he asked worriedly.

"I'm fine babe. It must be the adrenaline. I swear I'm going to torture that bastard that did this to my sister."

He still seemed worried, but let it go and kissed my forehead.

Bonnie finally showed up with the daylight ring. She went into the room and gave it to Caroline. They opened the blinds to test it out, it worked.

They came out of the room and Care walked over to me, cautiously.

"Thank you, sis. I don't know how to thank you. I'll be sure to get myself under control as soon as possible.

Don't worry about me sister, please. I'm fine. I know you're blaming yourself. But it isn't your fault and you can't be everywhere.

There's only one Bella Swan. And everyone here loves you. I love you."

I got up and hugged her without hesitation. I'm not afraid of Caroline. New vamp or not, I don't care. She hugged me back and we held each other for a minute, then pulled back and smiled at each other.

"I love you too sister. Damon and Stefan will help you. You can trust them. If you want, you can use blood bags. It isn't usually ideal, but it'll help. Better than the bunny diet." I whispered the last part.

"I heard that." said Stef as he walked over. We all laughed.

Finally, we all made our way home. Matty dropped me off at mine before taking Tyler home.

I walked in and was tackled by the twins in a big hug.

"Sissy!" they exclaimed.

"Hey sister and brother. Where's Felix?"

"Waiting in my turn." he said as the twins got up so he could hug me.

"It's wonderful to see you again, princess. We all miss you. When are you visiting Italy again?"

"Well, I've been really busy lately as you can tell. But when I have a month to slow down and catch my breath, I'll be sure to come stay at the castle." I smiled.

He nodded happily and hugged me again.

I walked to the kitchen and made myself a quick breakfast and some coffee. I sat down and started thinking about things. How wonderful last night was with Matty.

How we had fun with the guys. Everything was perfect. Then this morning, I felt like I let Care down. She's right though. I can't be everywhere. I'm so glad that Damon Fe her his blood just in case. I couldn't lose my sister. I wouldn't have been able to take it.

Then there's the matter of Ty and Caroline, they finally confessed they love each other. I thought it was so romantic how they did it. As weird as that may seem.

I finished eating and drinking my coffee, went up to my bathroom and took a shower. I stayed in there for half an hour, just taking my time.

Got out, wrapped myself with a couple towels and went to my closet.

"Janie, come help me with an outfit." I whispered.

"All right sis, let's see what you got." she responded walking into my room.

"I need something to wear for torturing."

"Oooh. Can I help?"

"Of course you can." I grinned.

"How about, this blood red off the shoulder top, these skin tight, black leather pants, and your knee high, black leather boots.?" she asked holding up the outfit. It was perfect.

"Absolutely. Now I can torture a newborn and look sexy while I do it. Hopefully it doesn't get torn off later."

Her eyes got as big as Texas. Alec and Felix flashed into the room. Thank goodness I still had my towel on.

"What'd you just say?" asked Felix.

"Nothing."

"Princess. Please do not lie to your big brother."

"Okay, fine. But please, do not get mad." I begged.

"Fine. I promise." He said. I looked at Alec and he nodded his promise.

"Okay, Matt and I made love last night. We love each other guys. He makes me happy. If we were vamps, we'd be mates. Please? Even as humans, I know he's my soulmate."

They looked at each other, then at me.

"Fine, sister. We'll leave him alone. So long as he doesn't hurt you. We're glad you found your soulmate." said Alec.

I hugged them and kissed their cheeks in thanks.

"Thank you, now get out so I can change. Janie, I may need your help. Shoo." I shooed them out of my room.

I got a red bra and underwear out. Put them on, Jane helped me into my leather pants. Then I out the shirt on and my leather boots.

Jane out red eyeshadow on my kids, black eyeliner, giving my eyes wings, and black lipstick.

When we were done I looked in the mirror. Jane nodded in approval. We walked downstairs just as Demitri and half the pack showed up.

"Luna, we found the newborn. Your prisoner as at the Boarding House now." said Sam.

I nodded, walked to the garage, made sure my weapons were in the trunk and climbed into the Impala. Jane got into the passenger side and we made our way to the Boarding House.

The pack transformed and ran alongside me in the woods, so not to be seen.

Arriving at the Salvatore's, Jane and I hopped out, Jane grabbed my weapon bag for me and we walked inside.

"Stefan, Damon. Get Zach to leave the house for a little while. This'll get ugly."

"I'll take a trip to Georgia for a while. I know some witches that can keep an eye on me there." offered Zach. I nodded and gave him a hug as he went to pack and leave.

Fifteen minutes later, he was out the door. I made my way to the vervain room. The prisoner was chained up with vervain soaked chains. Jared and Paul were guarding the door.

"Thank you boys, Jane and I will take it from here. Stay close by." I told them as they parted.

"Yes, Luna." they said.

Jane and I walked in and the newborn looked up and smirked.

"Bella Swan, so good to see you. Did you get my message?"

"Jane." I said.

"Yes, princess." she looked at him and he started screaming in agony. After a minute. I held my hand up and she stopped.

"What is your name?" I asked as I dug through my bag.

"I'm not telling you shit, bitch." he groaned. I signaled for Jane to use her first again. He screamed again, then I stopped her once more.

"Try again."

"Riley." he responded gasping.

"Who created you?" I asked, still digging through my bag.

"I can't tell you that, she'll kill me." he pleaded.

He started screaming in agony again. I held my hand to stop Jane. I pulled out my Katana and my special mixture to coat it with. Vervain, wolfsbane, and cold one venom. I put on my gloves, grabbed my rag, dipped it in and rubbed it on.

"Do you know what this is? Can you smell it?" I asked him as I coated the blade.

His eyes grew wide momentarily, but refused to answer. So I answered him.

"This right here, is my very own special recipe for taking down those who harm my friends or family.

It's, Vervain, Wolfsbane and Cold One venom. I rub it on my blade and.." I ran my blade along his face. He screamed while his skin sizzled.

"Please stop, I can't tell you!" he begged.

I ran the blade down his torso and stabbed thru his stomach, then twisted it, he screamed louder.

"Tell me, and I'll stop and let you go." I promised.

"Her name is Victoria!" he caved. What a shame. I was enjoying this.

"What does she look like?" I asked, taking the blade out.

He sighed and said, "She has fiery red hair, that goes to the middle of her back."

"Where is she?"

"She's in Texas, working with a woman named Maria. She's helping create an army." Maria. Interesting.

"How many?"

"Almost 100 so far. They plan on creating more." he said.

I nodded.

"Thank you." then I chopped his body to pieces, gathering them into a pile, head separate.

"Jane, get the guys, take these limbs outside and burn them. I'm going to call the Major and have him come over. We have a head to deliver."

She bowed and gathered the limbs with the help of Paul and Jared. I pulled out my phone and dialed Jasper.

"Princess, I'm on my way with Peter and Char. Captain told me. We have a container to put the head in. Then we'll track down an address for Maria and send it." he said.

"Thank you, Major. See you in a minute."

"My pleasure, princess."

I hung up and went to Damon's bathroom to wash my hands. Then went to the parlor and got me a drink. Stef, Damon, Major, Peter, Char and everyone else was here except the gang.

"Well, that was fun." I said as I sat down.

"Remind me not to get on your bad side sister. Even I was scared. And I can't use my power against you." responded Janie.

"For real. We heard the whole thing. You're very sadistic when you have to be. And I love the outfit you wore to do it." said Day. I grinned at him.

"Thanks Day. Janie picked it out." Day looked at Jane and they stared into each other's eyes.
