[BGM: The True Arena - Intro - Kirby Super Star Ultra]
Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, and Wario arrived at Bowser's Castle. There, there were not only Toads in the stand, but also Bowser's minions as well. A banner stood over the castle saying, The True Arena with 'True' appearing in fiery text. Luigi gulped at the sight of it.
Mario: It's gonna be okay, bro. We got this, right guys?
Unfortunately, Wario and Yoshi were also terrified. Mario looked at what they were staring at. On top of the dreaded castle were four silhouettes staring down at them with creepy glowing red eyes. They struck fear into Mario's eyes before disappearing.
Mario: (Who the heck were they?!)
Bowser swooped in on his clown car and jumped off to greet the quartet.
Bowser: Bwahahahaha! Welcome, Super Losers, to The True Arena!
Mario: So… what exactly makes this "TRUE" compared to the original?
Bowser: Well, I already told you that the bosses here are real and not just mere projections. I trained each of them to give you an even tougher fight than before. I also gave them a new coat of paint just for reminders. Just as in the original, each of the bosses here are fought in a random order, with the exception of The Last 4.
Luigi: Wh-Wh-What's The Last 4?!
Bowser: You'll see… If you can make it to them… Gwahahahaha! Not only are the bosses tougher, but you'll also have less healing items. So you better keep a close eye on that damage meter.
Wario: Oh, that's just evil!
Yoshi: It's on like Donkey Kong!
The castle doors opened up with a portal to the first battle.
Bowser: Then get going! You're gonna need all the luck you can get!
Team Mario entered the door.

Round 1
The heroes showed up in Wiggler's home once again. It was now fixed from the last time and Wiggler was standing right there.
Wiggler: Hey gu-
Kamek hit him on the head and brainwashed the poor creature. This time, Wiggler's yellow skin turned green, his spots turned blue, and the flower on his head became wilted. He also looked even angrier than he was in the normal battle. Wiggler was now Wiggler EX.
All but Kamek and Wiggler EX: Wiggler?!
Kamek: He's Wiggler EX now! Destroy them! *disappears*
Wiggler EX shot steam out of his nostrils as if he was a locomotive.
Vs. Wiggler EX
Wigglers are normally pacifist creatures. But when you do something to really tick them off, they'll stop at nothing until they end your game. Luckily, they can't stay mad forever as it's bad for their health. But if they're brainwashed like this one here, you'll be praying for mercy.
Wiggler Ex ran around the battle arena just as fast as the original Wiggler did after two hits. The only difference here was that he could now shoot fire out of his nostrils. Thankfully, Luigi used his Tornado backflip to dodge the flames and land on his head.
With the first hit down, Wiggler EX turned Blue with purple spots and once again roared like a steam locomotive. Now, Wiggler EX ran even faster to the point where he could run on walls.
Yoshi: Holy crap! He's fast!
Mario: Hmm… Reminds me of someone…
Wiggler EX fired blasts of blue flames at the heroes. Some of which were barely dodged. Mario jumped at the right time to hit Wiggler's head a second time.
Wiggler EX: Owwww…
Wiggler EX turned purple with red spots. He was so mad that the wilted flower on his head burned to a crisp. His teeth also became really sharp and he roared super loudly. Now, he could go super fast. Without warning, Wiggler EX grabbed Luigi with his sharp teeth and ran on the ceiling with him.
Luigi: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!
Mario: HOLY RAVIOLI! LUIGI!
Wiggler EX spat Luigi out and he hit the screen before Mario caught him.
Mario: Are you okay?!
Luigi: L-Look out…
Wiggler EX jumped down from the ceiling and trampled over Mario.
Wario: Hey, insect! Here's some anger management!
Wario punched Wiggler EX super hard as he was running towards him. The impact made the creature bounce all over the place and turn back into normal Wiggler.
Wiggler: Ooooh… so dizzy…
