Chapter 6 Station Square Part 1
THE DEATH EGG 8:50 AM
Dr Robotnik watching his cameras and seeing what was going on around the world after sonic escaped he had to a more better job to make sure he stays in control
" so far still good" said robotnik
metal sonic ( who was rebuild) walk into his office.
" hey creator " said metal sonic
" what is it metal sonic" robotnik said in a annoyed tone
metal sonic can hear his annoyed tone in his creator voice he's still upset about what happened a few weeks ago
" creator are you still mad about what happen a few weeks ago" said metal sonic
" oh i'm not mad i'm furious" said robotnik
" oh come on creator will you cut me some slack" said metal sonic
" no you once took out 50 GUN soldiers why is it that you couldn't defeat a 12 year old fox" said robotnik
" he caught me off guard" said metal sonic
" yeah sure he did anyway what do you want can't you see i'm busy" said robotnik
" i came here to let you know there ready" said metal sonic
" ah i see" said robotnik
3RD FLOOR OF THE DEATH EGG
dr robotnik and metal sonic enter the robot repair room he then saw orbot and cubot ( who are now rebuild) shut off.
" did you erase their memories" said robotnik
" yes their memory chips have been completely wiped" said metal sonic
" perfect" said robotnik
robotnik took out a remote from his pocket and pressed the ON button
orbot and cubot then turned on
"w-w-where are we" said orbot
" what is this place and who are we" said cubot
" you are on the death egg" said robotnik
orbot and cubot looked at robotnik
" who are you" said orbot
" i'm and your creator dr ivo robotnik and you are orbot and cubot" said robotnik
" your our creator" cubot asked
" yes the 2 of you will do my bidding and my bidding alone understand" said robotnik
" yes creator " said orbot and cubot
" good" said robotnik he then walked out of the room
" perhaps there not so useless after all those 2 manage to help that fox break sonic out of prison so i guess maybe there not as stupid as i thought" Dr Robotnik thought to himself
Dr Robotnik walked back into his office infinite and metal sonic was in there
robotnik looked at his cameras one of them turned on showing a robot from the 10th floor of the death egg
" hello boss" said the robot
" ah S111 what's the progress on the secret weapon
" well were halfway done with it but it turns out its missing some stuff" said S111
" what do you mean " said robotnik
" were gonna need a powerful energy source for it completely work" said S111
" i see...well i'll think of something you keep working on the weapon" said robotnik
" yes sir" said S111
the camera then turned off
" hmm powerful energy source...THAT'S IT the chaos emeralds there a powerful energy source i can use them to power my weapon" said robotnik
" the chaos emeralds...didn't you discarded those along with sonic the other day" said metal sonic
" oh yeah ...looking back at its that was probably not good idea" said robotnik
" yeah it really wasn't" said metal sonic
" grrrr why don't you make yourself useful and make me a latte" said robotnik
metal sonic sighed "yes sir" he said he then walked out of the room
" dang it those emeralds could been anywhere" said robotnik
" not to worry i can find them" said infinite
" how" said robotnik
" with the power of the phantom ruby of course" said infinite
infinite closed his eyes the phantom ruby glowed brightly on his chest
" ah...yes...found them" said infinite
infinite created a red holographic image of the earth with 7 green dots
" these 7 green dots are where the chaos emeralds are located" said infinite
" perfect thanks infinite i can always count on you" said robotnik
robotnik then took out a camera and took a picture of the holographic image he then uploaded the picture on his computer and it was now on the screen
" lets see here...there's one there and one at that place...i think we should start with the one located in station square" said robotnik
dr robotnik then pressed a button on his computer one of the cameras turned on showing chaos
" chaos i have a task for you i need you to find the chaos emerald that's in station square i'm sending you the coordinates to it now" said robotnik
robotnik send the coordinates of the emerald to chaos. chaos nodded letting him know he got them.
" alright you got the coordinates now go get that emerald" said robotnik
THE RESISTANCE HIDEOUT 10:55 AM
sonic opened his eyes and looked around the room too see he was still in his bed
" alright time to get up" sonic said as he got out of bed
sonic was still a little tired to from yesterday he and the gang went to green hill to retrieve the chaos emeralds but robotnik and infinite arrived and took them he chased them to their ship and went to outer space and as he was about to get the emeralds back infinite restrained him. robotnik took that opportunity and threw them out of his ship and each of the emeralds fell to different areas around the earth and they were now scattered but they weren't gonna give up they were gonna search for the emeralds now matter how long it takes ...but to be honest sonic wasn't sure if they were gonna be able to find them he i mean they could literally be anywhere one of them could've fall into a volcano for all they knew he mainly told his friends that they were gonna find them just so he could give them a little hope be he wasn't sure himself if they could...but they can't give up after all those emerald are there only chance to defeat infinite and free the world from robotnik's control.
sonic walked out his room and into the main room to see the gang
" bout time you woke up" said shadow
" sorry guess i was a still a little tired from the other day" said sonic
" here has coffee this should wake you" said amy as she handed sonic a cup of coffee
" thanks amy" said sonic. he took the coffee and drink it
" i hope you like it its french vanilla your favorite" said amy
" it is thanks" said sonic
" alright then on to business tails got some good news for us right tails" said knuckles
" yes iv'e been doing some studying last night and i think i found a solution to are emerald problem" said tails
" really" said sonic
" yeah with this" said tails he put some big black cube on the table
" um what is that" said charmy
" well i haven't thought of a name for this machine but it will help with our problem. here how it works when i put a item in this box it will scan it and it locate stuff that shares the same DNA as the item in the box and the chaos emeralds all share the same DNA so if we can find at least 1 chaos emerald this machine will scan it and locate the other ones" said tails
" so what your saying is if we can find at least 1 chaos emerald will be able to track down the other ones" said silver
" uh yeah i literally just said that" said tails
" that's great tails now finding the emeralds will be much easier " said cream
sonic sighed in relief all of his worries are now gone they will be able find the emeralds after all
" so we need to find at least 1 chaos emerald...where should we start looking" said blaze
there thoughts were interrupted when they heard a large bang on the front door
" whats is that" said vector
" one of robotnik's robots must have found are hideout amy open the door so we can take are of it" said rouge
hold on a second let me check the camera's " said amy she went to the computer and turned on the camera that's outside the door. she looked at screen and her eyes widen at what she saw.
" oh my goodness guys open the door" said amy
" what why" said sonic
amy didn't say anything she ran to front door she pressed the button on the wall and the door opened the door the resistance were surprised to see that it was not a robot
it was a human boy he looked 12 years old he had light skin,brown eyes,blue eyes, he was wearing a red and white long sleeved t shirt, blue jeans, and stylish shoes and he was breathing heavily
the gang were surprised to see the boy how did he find there hideout sonic decided to speak
" hey kid are you alright" said sonic
the boy tried to say something but couldn't because of how tired he was and then out of exhaustion he collapsed and fainted
A FEW MINUTES LATER
the boy opened his eyes and looked around the and noticed he was on a bed
" ugh what happened" said the boy he then heard voices
" so you think he gonna be okay" said amy
" i'm sure he will" said sonic
" but why did he fainted" said tails
the resistance turned around and saw that the boy was awake
" look he's awake" said espio
the gang walked over to the boy
" you okay kid anything broken" said rouge
" no i'm fine" said the boy while rubbing his head
" are you sure" said sonic
" yeah i'm am fine" said the boy he looked up and his eyes widen
" oh my gosh...OH MY GOSH, OH MY GOSH...YOUR SONIC THE HEDGEHOG" said the boy
sonic was a little startled " uh yeah that my name" he said
" b-but wait i thought you were-" he started
" dead yeah that's what the doc told everyone but don't worry i'm perfectly fine" said sonic
"thank goodness for that...oh man i can't believe i'm in the same room as you" said the boy
sonic chuckled "i see your a fan" he said
" yeah i am probably one of your biggest ones i admired you ever since you saved station square from chaos" said the boy
" you know i saved station square too you know" said tails
" you did...oh yeah your tails the fox you saved station square from a exploding missile " said the boy
" the one and only" said tails
" so anyway what's your name kid" said knuckles
" oh sorry i forgot to introduce my self i'm chris...chris thorndyke" said the boy now revealed to be chris
" well its nice to meet you chris" said amy
" wait...thorndyke where have i heard that name before" said tails
" well you might of heard of my parents nelson and lindsey thorndyke. my dad as a CEO in a large electrical company and my mom is a actress" said chris
" oh yeah i love the movies your mom appeared in " said cream
" thanks" said chris
" alright now that all out of the way why did you fainted when you got here" said shadow
" oh yeah that you see its a long story" said chris
sonic then noticed a big bruise on chris
" who dude where that bruise come from" said sonic
" oh that i got it from one of robotnik's robots i was being chased by them" said chris
" what why were you being chased by robots" said amy
" well" chris started
(FLASH BACK )
THORNDYKE MANSION 9:00 AM
chris was on the roof of his mansion just looking at the city seeing robots roaming around and seeing chaos taking citizens to the factory their force to work at.
even after 6 months he still couldn't sonic was gone and that dr robotnik has taken over the entire world
but that's not even the worse part when robotnik's army invaded station square 6 months ago one of his family members got killed
his parents nelson and lindsey came up the roof they watched him for a while they looked at each other and nodded and walked up to chris
" hey chris how are you doing" said nelson
" um...i'm doing fine...i guess" said chris
" are you sure you don't sound fine" said lindsey
" well its just...i still can't believe he's gone" said chris
( ANOTHER FLASHBACK 6 MONTHS AGO )
everything happen so fast one minute chris and his parents were taking a nice walk around station square the next city was being invaded by robotinks robots, a guy in a mask, chaos, and 3 other guys
chris and his parents were behind a large broken piece of a building they saw 12 police officers fighting off infinite they heard a loud noise and saw a race car arrive it stopped and a man came out of the car
it was sam speed famous racer and part time helper to the police and chris uncle
" uncle sam" said chris
sam noticed them and ran over to them behind the piece of building
" good to see you guys are fine" said sam
" don't worry were fine" said nelson
" sam what is going on" said lindsey
" i don't know robotnik's robots are surprisingly more stronger now, chaos is back and he with these 3 other guys and the police officers are having a hard time with that infinite guy so i gonna over there and help them out" said sam
" be careful" said chris
" relax buddy i'll be fine" said sam he then went to join the officers
" you got here quickly" said one of the officers
" hey my last name isn't speed for nothing" said sam he then took out a pistol and start shooting at infinite
the police were using all their fire power at infinite but none of it worked
" there's no reason to resist your savior is no more" infinite said he then created a large ball of energy and threw it at the police officers killing them all the last one standing was sam
"oh my gosh" sam said he was horrified that all those officers got killed so easily
he then looked at infinite and glared at him
" you'll pay for that" said sam he then start shooting several rounds at infinite but they did nothing
" i'm sure i will" said infinite
infinite then created another energy ball and threw it at sam. the energy ball hit sam right on his chest phantom ruby energy flew through his body he then fell to the ground
" UNCLE SAM" chris shouted he the got out of the hiding place and ran to his uncle
" chris wait" said nelson
but chris didn't listen he ran up and looked down at his uncle body he got on his knees
" u-uncle sam" said chris he looked at his uncle body his eyes were closed and he was not breathing chris put his head on his uncle's chest hoping to hear a heartbeat...but he didn't...his uncle was dead
" no..no..no...uncle sam wake up you can't be dead...you can't be" said chris as tears started to form in his eyes
" don't even bother child he's long dead" said infinite
chris looked up and saw infinite floating towards him
" n-no stay back" said chris he picked up his uncle's gun and aimed it at infinite while shaking nervously
" i can taste your terror child its delicious" said infinite he then fired a small laser near chris feet causing chris to lose his balance and fall on the ground
" CHRIS" nelson shouted
" oh god please don't hurt him he's only a child" said lindsey
infinite laughed softly and looked down on chris
" give in to your fear run and i'll let you live" said infinite
chris didn't say anything he was too scared to talk or move
chris parents got out of there hiding place and ran up to him
nelson put his hand on chris shoulder " come on chris we gotta get out of here" he said
chris looked at his dad and nodded he got up and he and his parents ran away
infinite watched to child and 2 adults run away he then heard his walkie talkie make noises
" infinite get over to city hall now i need you to take care of him" said dr robotnik on the walkie talkie
" roger that " said infinite he then flew to city hall to take care of a certain blue hedgehog
( OTHER FLASHBACK OVER)
chris was thinking about the events 6 months ago that led to dr robotnik taking over the world and his uncle's death his thoughts were interrupted when his mom put her hand on his shoulder
" he will always be with us in our hearts" said lindsey
chris gave her a sad smile and nodded
" hey tell you what why not we go out and get some breakfast i heard that twinkle park had opened a new dining area how about we go check it out " said nelson
" sure i would like that" said chris
1 HOUR LATER
chris and his parents were walking around the streets of station square they saw some citizens wave at them they notice a few citizens were being lead into a bus by a robot they were being to sent to the factory to make more robots
chris and his parents felt a little nervous by all the robots around them they notice that twinkle park was up ahead of them they were walking up the front door but then a robot got in front of them
" what is your business here" said the robot
" were here to eat at this restaurant" said nelson
" let me see your ID card" said the robot
nelson gave the robot his ID card the robot scan his card
" this ID card isn't signed by dr robotnik" said the robot
" um what?" said nelson
" the rules are is that your all citizens ID"s must be signed by dr robotnik" said the robotnik
" wait when was that rule made" said nelson
" 3 months ago" said robot
" i'm sorry but neither of are ID's are sighed by dr robotnik" said lindsey
" well then you 2 are coming with me" said the robot he then grabbed nelson and lindsey by there arms
" w-wait what are you doing" said lindsey
" you 2 are under arrest for not have your ID's signed" said the robot
" we didn't know the ID"s were supposed to be signed" said nelson
" you shall remain silent" said the robot
' hey let them go" said chris
" stay out of this boy" said the robot
" no let them go" said chris he put his hands on the robot's arms trying to pry its arms of his parents
" i said stay out of this" said the robot it then hit chris in the face with his arm sending chris a few feet away onto the ground
" CHRIS" his parents shouted
" i said remain silent" said the robot it tighten its grip on nelson and lindsey arms and continued to walked away
chris got up and groaned in pain he opened his eyes and noticed that there was a bruise on his cheek from the robot he noticed the robot walking away with his parents
" no mom,dad" chris said he looked around his area and noticed another robot.
it accidentally dropped its blaster chris then got an idea he ran up to the blaster and grabbed it without the robot noticing he then aimed at the robot holding his parents
" i said let go of my parents" chris said he then fire a laser at the robot and the laser hit the robot right on it back
the robot got on its knees and fell face first into the ground
nelson and lindsey were surprised and noticed chris holding the blaster
citizens noticed this and were surprised and amazed...unfortunately robots noticed this as well
" GET HIM" one of the robots shouted
chris noticed robots run towards him he tried to shoot one of the robots but the blaster was out of ammo so he threw it at one of the robots
" ow not cool" said one of the robots
" no chris" said lindsey she and nelson tried to run to chris but 2 robots restrain them
" RUN CHRIS RUN" nelson shouted
" wait wait what about you 2 " said chris
" don't worry about us just GO" said lindsey
chris noticed the robots were almost near him he looked at his parents and nodded he ran away the robots gave chased him
chris was running he ran past a male citizen
" run chris run and don't stop until you find a place to hide" said the male citizen
one of the robots stop running after chris and looked at the male citizen
" you stay out of this" said the robot he then shot the male citizen killing him he then went back to chasing chris
chris noticed the train station he then got a idea he ran inside the train station
" he's trying to get into the train stop him" said the robot
INSIDE THE TRAIN STATION
" the train heading to the mystic ruins will be departing soon" said the train announcer
chris got into the train the doors closed and the train head to the mystic ruins
the robots came into the train station and saw they were to late
" he's heading to the mystic ruins i know a shortcut follow me" said one of the robots
( FLASHBACK OVER)
" after that i got to the mystic ruins the robots manage to get to the mystic ruins before me i they chased after me again i ran into the forest i kept running running and running but the robots wouldn't stop chasing me i manage to find a old abandoned house i hid in there and after a few minutes of searching the robots gave up and left i then found a elevator in the house i went down in it and you probably know the rest" said chris
" chris i'm sorry that happened" said amy
" its okay but i feel kinda bad leaving my parents behind" said chris
" don't feel bad they were only trying to protect you" said blaze
chris remained silent
" don't worry sweetie we have a plan to fix everything " said rouge
" you do" chris said with curiosity
" yeah we have a plan to defeat robotnik and infinite but for this plan to go in action we need to get the 7 chaos emeralds" said sonic
" wait...did you say chaos emeralds because i think i saw one the emeralds earlier this morning " said chris
" wait you have" said silver
" yeah when i was on the roof on my mansion earlier and the morning i saw something fall from the sky i took out my binoculars and saw what it was it was a light blue emerald" said chris
" that must have been a chaos emerald did you see where it land" said tails
chris shook his head no
" wait i have an idea if the emerald landed in station square i could use the master emerald to track it down" said knuckles
" that's not a bad idea" said sonic
" alright guy i'll be right back" said knuckles he then left the hideout
A FEW MINUTES LATER
knuckles was running around the mystic ruins he looked up and saw angel island in the sky he then ran up to a mountain he started climbing it he was now at the very top he wan now at the same height of angel island was he then jumped and started gliding over to angel island after a few seconds of gliding he landed on the floating island
after he landed he started walking around after a few minutes of walking he found the the master emerald up ahead he walked up to it he then put his hand on the master emerald and closed his eyes after a few seconds a image appeared in his head.
it was a chaos emerald it was the light blue one the image then zoomed out showing a castle. he then opened his eyes
BACK AT THE RESISTANCE HIDEOUT
the resistance were waiting for knuckles to come back meanwhile chris was talking to silver
" so your from the future" said chris
" yeah i was born there but most of my friends live in this time period and there's really not that much waiting for me in the future so i decided to come live in this time period" said silver
" cool say what am i like in the future" chris asked
" oh um well i don't really know because i'm from very far in the future so by the time i was born you would've already been long dead" said silver
"...oh" said chris
the resistance noticed the computer screen turned on showing knuckles
" guy good new i used the master emerald and i was able to track the chaos emerald" said knuckles
" sweet" said tails
" its here in station square inside some castle" said knuckles
" a castle?...oh it must be castle square " said sonic
" um what's castle square" said charmy
" its a castle that belonged to jack square the founder of station square" said tails
" oh...that's interesting news" said vector
" alright guys lets go get that emerald" said sonic
" hold on sonic station square is heavily guarded by robots all of us going will make it easy for us to get caught to keep it safe i think at least 4 of us should go" said knuckles
" so only 4 of us huh...okay then i'll go" said sonic
" hmph figures " said shadow
" i'll go too" said tails
" me too" said amy
" and i guess i'm four" said knuckles
" hey can i come too" said chris
everyone looked at chris with a surprised look
" wait what" said sonic
" can i help you please its always been my dream to work alongside you " said chris
" look kid i appreciate you want to help but it dangerous out there and the last time you tried to fight you nearly got murdered " said sonic
" oh come on please" said chris
" i don't know " said sonic
" please" said chris with a pleading look in his eyes
sonic smirked " well...i guess it wouldn't hurt for you to tag along and take a few notes" he said
" YES" chris said excitedly
" wait now hold on sonic do you really think its a good idea to bring a kid along on this mission" knuckles said on the computer
" ah relaxed knucklehead i won't let anything bad happened to him" said sonic
" sigh fine but if anything bad happens to him its on you" said knuckles
" uh huh sure" said sonic
" alright you tails, amy, and chris start making it towards station square i'll meet you guys there" said knuckles
" see you then knuckles" said amy"
the computer than shut off
tails then walked up to chris
" alright chris if your coming with us you should have a weapon of your own so you can defend yourself" said tails
" oh um okay" said chris
" be right back" said tails he walked out of the room after a few minutes he came back with a weapon it had a red fireball shaped frame that is held together by several black nozzles and it had a black handle on it with a trigger button on it
" whoa what is that" said chris
" its called a wispon there a series of gadgets iv'e been working on this is the first one i made its called the burst wispon it functions like a flamethrower " said tails
tails handed the burst wispon to chris
" so this thing shoots fire" said chris
" yeah it does so be careful" said tails
" alright now that that's settled lets go get that chaos emerald" said sonic
" good luck guys" said silver
" when i start running i don't need luck" said sonic
MYSTIC RUINS 12:00 AM
sonic, tails, amy, and chris were walking through the mystic ruins they then noticed the train up ahead
" there's the train guys" said amy
" the train heading to station square will be departing soon" said the train announcer
" alright lets get in it" said sonic
the 4 got into the train and it then started moving
" alright guy there might be some robots ahead so be prepared" said sonic
tails, amy, and chris nodded
the 4 sat there quietly waiting for the train to get to the city sonic then decided to start a conversation
" so chris what's your life like...you know before the eggman empire" said sonic
" oh my life...well its pretty interesting i lived in a huge mansion and as you may already know my dad is a CEO at a electric company and my mom is a actress, and there nice people but due to their jobs there were busy so they couldn't see me that much so i lived in that mansion with grandpa chuck however he passed away recently so because of that my parents moved back to the house and started working closer to home so now they can spend more time with so that's nice.
" cool anything else" said tails
" oh and there was uncle sam...you know before he got killed he was a really cool race car driver and he was a part time helper to police sometime he would take me to the racetrack in town and let me drive his car " said chris
" oh yeah knew your uncle...he and i use to do races together" said sonic
chris sighed" i miss him and my parents"
" don't worry chris we promise that after we defeat the the eggman empire will rescue your parents" said amy
chris smiled" thanks"
" the train is now entering station square" said the train announcer
" alright guys were here" said tails
STATION SQUARE 12:15 AM
the train stopped and its door opened the 4 got out of the train and saw there was no robots in the train station
" phew there not robots in here" said chris
" but there are some outside" said tails
" hey guys lets get to roof the robots won't be able to see us from there" said amy
" but how" chris asked
" guys look a window" said tails
the 4 walked up to the window sonic opened it he looked on his left and saw a ladder
" here's a way up to the roof" said sonic
the 4 then climbed up the ladder and got on the roof they noticed that knuckles was on the roof
" bout time you guys got here" said knuckles
" well better late than never" said tails
the 5 looked down and saw citizens and robots walking around the streets
" so knuckles how is it" said sonic
" well were not gonna be able to get to castle square by walking down the streets with robots walking around" said knuckles
" so what do we do" said chris
" don't worry i got this" said tails he took out his miles electric he turned it on and it showing rouge
" alright rouge we made it to the city is there way we can get to castle square without being spotted" said tails
" let see shadow is checking the maps right now how is it shadow" said rouge
" the only way to get to castle square without getting caught is by going to casinopolis sonic, tails you might already know this there is a entrance into the sewers in casinopolis one of the paths in the sewers lead to castle square" said shadow
" so how do we get to castle square without getting caught" amy asked
" well tails you can fly, knuckles you can glide , sonic you can jumped from one building to another very quickly. you guys can fly to it but robots might see you so here's how to do it go to the tallest building in station square the path from the tallest building to casinopolis has no robots in that area so you can fly from there to the casino without being spotted" said shadow
" i see thanks for the info" said knuckles
" your welcome good luck" said rouge the miles electric then turned off
" alright guys we need to get to the tallest building" said knuckles
" hey there it is right there" said amy they notice the tallest building is the building next to them
" so how are we gonna get up there" said chris
" i can fly" said tails
"i can climb" said knuckles
" and i can run up buildings" said sonic
" but what about me and chris we can't do any of that" said amy
" i can carry you 2 chris grab amy legs" said tails
" um okay" said chris he grabbed amy legs and amy then grabbed tails hands
" hey um chris before i start flying i need to know..are you afraid of heights" said tails
" um...no" said chris
" good to hear" said tails he then started flying while carrying amy and chris it was a little heavy carrying 2 people but it wasn't to much of a problem for him
chris eyes widen as he was lift of the ground and was now high up in the air" i'm not afraid of heights, i'm not afraid of heights," chris said to himself
after a few minutes flying tails, chris, and amy landed on the roof of the tallest building
" now that wasn't so scary was it chris" said amy
" uh yeah wasn't scared at all" chris lied
the 3 looked down and saw sonic running on the side of the building and knuckles climbing it the 2 of them reach the roof
" alright we made and without getting caught" said sonic
the 5 then looked straight and saw the casino in the distance
" there the casino guys lets go" said sonic
sonic then jump of the building and dash to the side of another building and then did the same and landed on the side to another building and did the same with other buildings knuckles glided and tails flied while carrying chris and amy after a few minutes they made it to the casino the 5 landed on the ground they looked around and luckily there were no robots in this area of the city
" alright we made it the casino" said sonic
" you know my dad took me here once that was a fun day" said chris
" alright guys there might be robots and there might robots so get ready for a fight" said knuckles

chris watched as the 4 destroyed the last few robots
" well that was easy" said sonic he then looked up and his eyes widen when he saw 5 robots behind chris

chris turn around and his eyes widen when he saw robots walking towards him
" hey your that kid we were chasing earlier" said one of the robots
" get him" said the robots they then started walking toward chris

chris was surprised to see fire coming out of the wispon the fire hit the 5 robots and they were now all on fire
" i told all of you we should've have worn our fire proof armor" said one of the robots
the robots then all fell to the ground now destroyed still on fire

" not bad for your 2nd time using a weapon" said knuckles

" sonic...your alive" said a voice
the 5 turn around and saw that there were citizens inside the casino
" OH MY GOSH SONIC YOUR ALI-"
" shh quiet" said knuckles
the citizens were silent
" look everyone yes big surprise i'm alive but we need you all to be quiet" said sonic
" we figured out a way to defeat robotnik but we can't let the robots know were here" said tails

" guys look there the entrance to the sewers" said amy she pointed to the sewer lid
the 5 walked up to the sewer lid knuckles took of the lid and then he, tails, amy, chris jumped into the hole to the sewers

the citizens waved bye to sonic he then jumped into hole
" wait...was that chris with them" said one of the citizens
SEWERS: 1:00 PM
the 5 were walking around through the sewers
" ew this place stinks " said amy
" don't worry amy were almost there right tails
" yep we just gotta keep going straight" said tails
the gang kept walking straight and stopped when they saw a ladder
" i guess were going up " said chris
the 5 climbed up the ladder and stopped when a sewer lid was blocking there way knuckles moved the lid and they all got out of the sewers.
" ah fresh air" said amy happily
the 5 look around and they saw they were in a grassy field. the outskirts of the city. they then turned around and saw a old castle
CASTLE SQUARE: 1:10 PM
" yes we made it to castle square" said knuckles
" alright" said sonic
the 5 walked up to the entrance to the castle
" castle square. in the middle ages a man name jack square found this valley he named it station square. he and a bunch of other people built him this castle and he lived here as the station square citizens king. today his castle his now a attraction for tourist" said tails
" oh yeah me and my school took a field trip her and i had to do a history report on jack square" said chris
tails then took out his miles electric and scanned the building
" my miles electric is picking up a powerful energy source inside that castle the chaos emerald must be in there" said tails
" lets go get that emerald" said amy
the 5 walk into the castle unaware that chaos was on the roof watching them
inside the castle chris and the 4 resistance members were walking through the hallways of the old castle they checked each room to see if the emeralds was in there but it wasn't in any of them
" so which room is the chaos emerald in" chris asked
tails checked his miles electric" hmm the the readings are getting more powerful when i get closer to the throne room" said tails
" lets check the throne room" said amy
the 5 walked into the throne room and there eyes widen when they saw the light blue chaos emerald sitting on the throne
" SWEET" said tails with excitement
" there the chaos emerald" said chris
sonic and amy gave each other a high five
" alright lets get it" said knuckles
the 5 walked up to the throne to get the emerald but suddenly a long water arm grabbed the emerald
surprised the gang turned around and there eyes widen when they saw chaos
" chaos" sonic. tails. amy, and knuckles said
" oh no" chris said nervously
chaos walked towards them
" hey chaos bout time you showed up i was expecting you to ambush us back at the casino" said sonic
" alright looks like were gonna fight him chris you stay behind us this guy is too dangerous for you help us with' said knuckles
chris nodded
sonic, tails, and knuckles got into fighting stances and amy pulled out her hammer
chaos was about to attack but suddenly a long water arm punched him in the face causing him slide on the ground
surprised the 4 resistance members and chris looked to see who punched chaos and were surprised
" chaos?" they all said
to their surprised there was another chaos
" what the" said tails and amy
" another chaos" said sonic
" what the heck" said knuckles
right next to the other chaos was a orange spirit it then took the transformed into a orange female echidna
" tikal" the 4 resistance members said with surprised tones
" don't let him fool you that chaos is fake" said tikal as she pointed to the chaos holding the emerald
chris and the resistance members were shocked they looked at the fake chaos he got up punched a hole in the wall and ran out of the castle
" hey he's getting away" said chris
" after him" said knuckles
the 5 ran through the hole in the wall and ran after the fake chaos. the real chaos followed them and tikal transformed back into her spirit form and form and followed them.
the gang was chasing after the fake chaos they noticed that they he was running into the city
" hey he's heading into the city" said amy
sonic then took out his walkie talkie and turned it on
" resistance members we found the emerald but chaos got it and it turns out it not even the real chaos. anyway he's heading into the city we need you to get over here now to help us capture him" said sonic

so it turns out the chaos working for dr robotnik isn't the real chaos in the next chapter sonic and the gang will be fighting the fake chaos for the chaos emerald and might also get a little help from the station square citizens
