Blanc seems to be stuck in a rut and Rom and Ram can't seem to figure out why, and their last hope lies in a certain busty blonde CPU, yet, will what they find out be able to help Blanc? Or will drastic measures have to be taken?

Beings from other worlds arrive in Gamindustri, so it's up to Neptune and friends to round up their uninvited visitors before they cause chaos across all nations. Meanwhile, Adult Neptune and Uzume try to find a way back home after being stranded in an alternate timeline where all but one CPU is dead, ultimately discovering why these beings are appearing in the first place.

The history of gamindustri will change after someone, an ancient being was reborn in a world of peace different from the one he left. and will join the 4 cpu to have new adventures.
