The first time Fred and George kidnapped Draco Malfoy into the Gryffindor Common Room, the Gryffindors blinked for a minute, before turning back to what they were doing before.

Draco gaped at them as they blatantly ignored his shouts for help. Even Potter and his friends just gave him a helpless look before turning back to their Transfiguration essays. Draco thought the seventh year in the corner near the window might have been a Prefect, but she didn't make a move to help him either.

He had believed the Gryffindors to be as protective over their Common Room as the Snakes were.

"What do you want with me, Weasleys? I have homework to finish!" Draco sniffed, even as the Weasley twins seemed to surround him.

"He'd rather do homework, George..."

"How terrible, Fred. But are we going to let him go do homework now?"

"Of course not!"

ii.

The appearance of Draco Malfoy in the middle of the Gryffindor Common Room at odd hours of the day became the norm within a week. The Gryffindors seemed to take it in their stride – and Draco quickly began to question their sanity when they started smiling and greeting him.

Draco refused to admit that he was becoming fairly used to the daily meetings too.

"Aren't you getting bored of this?" Draco finally asked the twins as he was dragged into the Common Room for what was probably a Exploding Snap rematch.

"Nope!"

"Absolutely not! We were thinking of inviting some of your Slytherin friends next time!" Fred claimed.

Something Draco didn't like clawed in his chest at the thought.

iii.

"They're busy today, Weasleys!" Draco announced as the twins offered to 'sneak' Blaise and Theo into the Gryffindor Common Room. "They've been wanting desperately to go to the library."

"They library can wait," Blaise grinned. "I've always wanted to see the Gryffindor Common Room. I'd never thought I'd get the chance while being a student at Hogwarts. You, Theo?"

Theo nodded, smirking at Draco's flabbergasted expression. "The library will still be there tomorrow. It's not like I'm waiting on a book or anything."

"Wonderful! We can have an extended Exploding Snap game now!"

"We made the rules up, of course, so you might need some time to learn them, but don't worry! It's pretty simple."

"Coming, Draco?" Fred called as he noticed Draco trail behind them.

iv.

Draco's frown deepened the longer the game progressed.

He didn't think he would miss the Weasley Twins' sole attention as much as he did, but Blaise and Theo constantly made sure to ask the silliest questions just when Draco thought the twins were focussing on him again.

"I think I'm going back to the dorms," Draco said, standing as Blaise had managed to lure Fred into a conversation while George explained the basic idea of the game to Theo for the fifth time.

"Don't worry, Draco! We'll keep the twins company!" Blaise called out as Draco neared the door, alone for the first time since he had been forced into the gaudy Common Room.

Draco froze, rising fury from Blaise's words burning through him. He marched back to the corner table the quartet were playing at and sat himself between the twins, where he had been sitting to George's right before.

"They're my twins," Draco stated.

Draco only really realised what he had done when Blaise and Theo's smirks turned smug.

"Your twins?" Fred whispered from his right.

"We certainly don't mind," George breathed from his left.

Draco felt himself flush.

v.

"What do you think?" George asked the pair of Slytherins that sat on his bed.

"Do you think our Draco would approve?"

"Well, don't expect us to be too impressed. We just saw Draco Malfoy in his underwear." Blaise grinned, "And he's looking fine."

"No!" George whimpered falling to the floor dramatically.

"We've been abandoned," Fred cried falling next to him.

Theo snorted at their antics.
