Night had come as the town's street was still filled with people and beastmen
At the bookstore, the shop was closing up for the night
Levy was sweeping up the front as she finished before she sighs with a smile
"that's done" Levy said as she went back in
Lucy was in the store, reading the Beastmen Biology and Anatomy book
She flips through the pages as she reads the content over and over
"Lu-chan?" Levy called out as Lucy just flips the page and reads again "Lu-chan?"
Levy sighs as Lucy was too mesmerized in reading
Lucy flips another page again as she reads the book again before she screams in surprised when Levy started fondling her breasts again "Noooo!"
"Lu-chan!" Levy exclaimed while rubbing her breasts together and then stop
"w-w-what!?" Lucy exclaimed as she holds her hands over her chest
"geez, I've been calling you 3 times and you didn't even hear me" Levy said "the store is going to get closed, and I'm going to head out"
"o-oh yeah, alright" Lucy said while calming herself down
"what are you even doing?" Levy said as she took a look at the book, Lucy was reading and sees the title "the Beastmen Biology and Anatomy book? Why are you reading this?"
"it's about what our last customer said" Lucy said as she looks at the page and the content in it "he said that he wanted to check something, and went through the pages and said that he was done"
"the whole page?" Levy said "there's at least 100 pages, and he just went through it? Maybe….he's a fast reader?"
"that's not even possible, it takes me an hour to read it all in one day" Lucy said "he did it in just a few seconds"
"maybe he's a beastmen?" Levy said as Lucy started rubbing her chin to think
"there's not many beastmen like that….the only few are only females, our customer was a male so that leaves…" Lucy said as her eyes widen a bit
"who?" Levy asked
"a Dragon" Lucy said as Levy tilts her head in confusion
"wait.a Dragon? Lu-chan, are you sure?" Levy asked
"I'm really sure" Lucy replied "Dragons, especially High Dragons are highly intelligent that their knowledge of the world surpasses that of ours"
"but Dragons, you know" Levy said as Lucy nodded
"they're extinct, gone" Lucy stated before she remembered Natsu's words to her "but what if….there's a single survivor?"
"the last…Dragon?" Levy said as Lucy nodded
"but…he couldn't be one, Dragons can transform their form into humans but their aura would be flaring and other creatures could tell if one is a Dragon in a disguise" Lucy said "his aura…it felt lonely, sad, and has hatred in it…so unlike a Dragon"
"maybe…but let's not think about that for now" Levy said holding Lucy's hand "come on, Gajeel promised to bring us to the Rust Restaurant"
"right" Lucy said as she closed the book before the two heads out
Unknown to them, the book flips open as the pages flips around and it stopped to one page
On that page, it had the contents description of one certain species: The Dragon
at the inn, Natsu sat on a chair while Happy was asleep on the bed, snoring with a snot bubble
the man looks at the window and to the full moon
"it's the full moon….." Natsu muttered out as his ears picked up a loud sound coming from the north "…..and they are hungry for flesh and blood"
In the street at a restaurant that had a signboard of a metal nut
Lucy was with Levy and they were accompanied by Gajeel and some other Beastmen
"just get married you two!" a couple of werewolves exclaimed while holding up glasses of beers with them "and make some pups!"
"SHUT THE FUCK UP! CAN'T YOU SEE YOU'RE MAKING MY GIRL BLUSH?!" Gajeel exclaimed as Levy was indeed blushing hard
The werewolves laughed as Gajeel growls at them before his ears perked up "this sound"
Other beastmen heard the sound as they all looked to the north direction of the town
"what's wrong?" Levy asked before she and the other humans heard the sound
At the northern part of the town, thousands of red eyes appeared before skeletons like people came crawling out of the shadows
They are Ghouls, a carnivorous and cannibalistic species that feeds on flesh. They look identical to human, but they look like skeletons with limping flesh and are always drooling black blood
The Ghouls growls out before they went into a springing run to the town
The town went into a panic as the Ghouls entered in and attacked everyone on sight
"w-what!?" Levy exclaimed
"Ghouls!? Why are those things here?!" Lucy exclaimed
"go and evacuate!" Gajeel exclaimed as a Ghoul jumped towards them but the werewolf slashes his claws at the Ghoul and decapitated its head "me and the rest will handle them!"
"but!" Levy exclaimed before more Ghouls came sprinting in
"GO!" Gajeel exclaimed as he rips a Ghoul into two before slashing his claws at another "get to safety!"
"let's go!" Lucy said as she grabs Levy's hand and they started running away
"be careful, Gajeel!" Levy exclaimed as Gajeel grins in reply before he and the other werewolves' growls at the Ghouls and went on the attack
Lucy and Levy started running away with the other citizens as they were going to a safe place to hide in
But before long, a horde of Ghouls came crawling down the houses before they jumped at the citizens and attacking them
Screams rang out as everyone was getting attacked but they were fighting back strong
"why you!" Lucy exclaimed as she kicks a Ghoul right on the head, knocking its head off
"that's Lu-chan's kick! Strong as always!" Levy said before she and Lucy started running down an alley, Ghouls soon came chasing after them
"these Ghouls are here for a reason! But what!?" Lucy exclaimed as they turned down a corner and continued running while the Ghouls chased after them
"food!? New land!?" Levy exclaimed before they reach a dead end
"a dead end!" Lucy said before the two turns and sees Ghouls crawling around them
"what do we do!?" Levy said feeling terrified of the Ghouls
Lucy gritted her teeth as there was no way out for them but before long
BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!
Multiple gun shots rang out as all the Ghouls were shot and was now dead
"g-gun!?" Lucy exclaimed in surprise before she sensed someone above them
They look up and sees Natsu standing on top of a house's roof with a magic gun reached out
"y-you?!" Lucy exclaimed in surprise to see him
"nice seeing you two again" Natsu said as he jumped down and landed in front of them "lovely night, isn't it?"
"you can fight, right!? Please! Help the others! There's too many Ghouls!" Levy exclaimed as Natsu sighs and puts his magic gun into a holster
"that's not how things work for a mercenary like me" Natsu said before he punched his fist back and knocks a Ghoul coming from behind, to the wall "if you want my help, then you have to hire me"
"what!? Can't you see that people are getting attacked?! Innocent people?!" Lucy exclaimed
"Innocent? I can say that of the Beastmen but not to the humans" Natsu told her "there's no such thing as an innocent people, everyone won't ever be innocent"
"then what?! You're going to let everyone get killed!?" Levy exclaimed at him "please! Please help everyone!"
"I don't do things for free, you have to hire me" Natsu said before he looks up and sees more Ghouls crawling down the walls "I suggest that you decide that or in a minute, you two will be Ghoul's dinner"
Seeing the Ghouls crawling down the walls, Lucy and Levy saw that they didn't had any choice
"fine! I'll hire you! I'll pay as much as you want! Just save everyone, please!" Levy exclaimed as Natsu chuckled before he takes out his magic gun and shot all the ghouls, killing them on the spot
"special service" Natsu said before he throws a scroll at Levy who caught it "sign it, if you don't sign it. I can cancel this job anytime I want"
Levy opens the scroll as it was a pact scroll, made for a deal and the conditions are binding
"Levy-chan, let me do this!" Lucy said trying to reach for the scroll but Levy pulled it away before taking out a pen from her pocket and writes her name down on the scroll
The scrolls soon shined red as it rolled up before flying towards Natsu who grabbed it
"job received" Natsu said as he chuckled before heading out with his magic gun at his side "better stay here"
Ghouls wrecks the town as they were attacking the people and their homes
Natsu soon heads out of the alley as he made a whistling sound and all the Ghouls looks at Natsu
Rolling his arms around, Natsu soon points his magic gun at them
"die" Natsu said before he pulled the trigger and fired
BANG!
The sun soon rises as the town was in a total wreck
Corpses of the dead ghouls were everywhere before they all turned dust to the shine of the sun
Lucy and Levy looks at the wreckage as they couldn't believe what they are seeing
"how is it possible that a herd of hundred Ghouls were taken down by a single guy?" Levy said, seeing the Ghoul Corpses turning into dust
"I don't know but I don't think that he is just a normal guy" Lucy said before they look behind and sees the townspeople alright
"Gajeel!" Levy exclaimed as she runs to a man who is Gajeel but in his human form because of the morning sun
"a thank you would be nice" Natsu's voice spoke out as Lucy turns around and sees him leaning against a lamp post "I've cleaned them up already"
"I can see that" Lucy said while crossing her arms "so? what do you want for payment? Gold? Maps? Or is it fame"
"nothing of that" Natsu said as he leans away from the lamp post and then pointed a finger at Lucy who raised an eyebrow to the action "what I want…is you"
"excuse me?" Lucy said before she felt a burning sensation on her hand and grunted in pain while holding her hand "w-what is this?! My hand!"
On Lucy's back Right hand, a red Dragon mark appeared as it burns into her hand before glowing red
"now, you are mine" Natsu said as he walks towards Lucy before grabbing her and carries her over his shoulder
"w-what are you doing?! Let me go!" Lucy shouted while trying to get off Natsu's hold
"wait! What are you doing to Lu-chan?!" Levy exclaimed as Natsu looks to her before throwing the scroll to her
Levy caught the scroll as she opens it and sees the writings glowing red
"w-what is this?" Levy said as she reads the content with wide eyes "with the agreement of the pact, Levy Mcgarden will relinquish any holds or relations on Lucy Heartfillia to Lizardius Natsu Dragneel as one of his mates?!"
"Lizardius!? Isn't that!?" Lucy exclaimed while looking at Natsu "the name of the hero who defeated the Demon Lord!?"
"in the flesh" Natsu said before a wooden carriage came riding in while being pulled by his mechanical horse and Happy was driving it
"Natsu. I got the carriage" Happy said as Natsu went to the back and throws Lucy in
"Aaah!" Lucy screamed before Natsu got in
"take us away, Happy" Natsu said sitting down in the carriage
"aye sir!" Happy said as he whips the horse railings once before the mechanical horse started walking and pulling the carriage away, heading out of town
"let me go! You can't do this!" Lucy exclaimed as she tried to get off the carriage but Natsu prevented her
"you're not going anywhere" Natsu said "we made a deal that can't be break"
"why are you doing this?!" Lucy exclaimed as Natsu chuckles and takes off his helmet to reveal his face
"shouldn't you know what race I am?" Natsu asked as his form changed and Lucy's eyes widen in shock
"i-it can't be! You're a!" Lucy exclaimed in surprise before Natsu grabs her mouth and takes her lips into a kiss "Mmmgghhh!"
Natsu's long tongue swirls around inside Lucy's mouth as it soon wrestles with hers before they separate
Lucy blushes hard as the man had taken her first kiss forcefully
"I am Lizardius Natsu Dragneel, I am the last Dragon King and the last Ryujin of the Dragon Race" Natsu said with a smirk "and you, Lucy Heartfillia….are one of my mates now"
