On with the story

A few hundred miles from Dragnof's location on the south; an army of humans were marching forward. All prepared to go to war.

They brought catapults, cannons, and harpoons all prepared while being dragged by beastmen slaves

"move it!" a human soldier exclaimed while whipping and lashing out on some of the beastmen slaves

a few hundred miles on the west side, an army of demonkins were marching their way to Dragnof as well

black winged devils flied in the air, giant ogres marching on the ground with dozens of demon beings. All prepared to demolish and kill everything upon sight

the two big armies were approaching Dragnof as they were going to destroy the hidden Kingdom

Natsu was in the sky while riding on top of Atlas Flame, he witnesses the two Armies marching their way to his kingdom, intending to destroy it

"I should aid you in battle, my king" Atlas said as he floats up in the sky "this many soldiers and armies will tax you and your strength"

"no need, Uncle" Natsu said as he crossed his arms "not one of them will be taking any further step upon Dragnof's territory"

The two armies closed in upon Dragnof's territory before a tremendous earthquake soon rumbles the earth, stopping their advance

The ground breaks as it pushed against each other with lava soon erupted from within the cracks

The armies stopped their marched as the lava erupted and the earthquake shakes it

Before long, giant stone Golems arises out of the lava all forming a big defence line upon Dragnof's territory

Atlas Flame flied down as the Hellfire Dragon let out a devastating roar that causes the wind to gust out everywhere

The army backed away as Atlas Flame landed in front of the Golems defence line

Natsu jumped off as the Dragon Man landed in the crossroad of the Demon and Human armies

"Hear well! Humans! Demons!" Atlas Flame soon roared out as his loud voice rang out to the whole individuals in both armies "This is the territory boundaries of Dragnof! Take any step further and none will be given mercy!"

Natsu swings his hand to the side as a giant flaming wall soon blazes a boundary line, surrounding Dragnof's borders

"my King! Lizardius Natsu Dragneel will bless upon you all one chance!" Atlas Flame roared out "leave and live! Or come and die!"

"wait, Uncle" Natsu stated as Atlas looks down to him "tell them to send a representative to come and talk"

"what for, my king?" Atlas asked

"they all have slaves with them" Natsu said as he saw the amounts of slaves brought into this battlefield "I wish to free them"

"very well" Atlas said with a nod before looking to the armies "listen well! My king desires to speak with your individual in command! Send them forward or die!"

"now…we wait" Natsu asked with a chuckle as Atlas just nodded in reply

After waiting an hour or so, each representative of the armies came forward

Natsu stood in his place as he looks at the two representatives, one was a small human old man who he nearly mistaken for a dwarf, the other was a demon who had the appearance of a man but Natsu could tell that it was just a disguise. Each representative had two guards with them as escorts.

"you two are the representatives?" Natsu said as he stomps his leg down and a round stone table arises from the ground with chairs "please, sit"

Taking their seats, the three now stared upon each other

"let's start with the introduction, shall we?" Natsu said as his eyes glowed red "I am Lizardius Natsu Dragneel, Dragon King of Dragnof. Son of Dragon King, Igneel"

"I am Makarov Dreyar, second General in command of the Fiore army" the old man introduced himself as Natsu sees that the man was a warrior in experience

"Mard Geer is Mard Geer Tartaros, leader of the fallen Demon King army and former right hand of the demon lord" the other one spoke in a third voice as he had a smile but Natsu could tell that something was not right with the demon

"I suppose that I do not need to ask on why are you attacking my kingdom, do i?" Natsu said as he crossed his arms before looking at Makarov "what has my kingdom done to yours in order to wage a war?"

"nothing, I am merely a soldier who is solely doing the duties given my king" Makarov replied "but in truthfully, I was against waging war now that the need for it was no more"

Natsu looks at Makarov as the old man was telling the truth

"then.." Natsu said as he looks at Mard Geer "what of your kingdom? Have you all chosen a new Demon King in place of the previous?"

"no, Mard Geer is simply accomplishing the duties given by the former demon king" Mard Geer replied before his eyes glowed black "but…you should already know that, do you not?"

"I suppose so" Natsu said as he could see a black aura covering Mard Geer

The three now look upon each other as none were making a sound

A single minute of silence soon passed as Natsu broke it

"I suggest that you all cease your actions of wars and stop trying to invite my kingdom to your faction" Natsu said as his eyes glowed red behind his helmet "Dragnof is neutral, we shall not be joining any side that desires to inflict war upon the land"

Makarov and Mard Geer looks to Natsu before to each other then back to him

"very well" Makarov said with a nod "I shall call back my troops to my kingdom, we will cease our march upon your kingdom, Lizardius. But my king will be needing a conversation with you in the coming time"

"send a letter and I will come to discuss" Natsu said "but I will come if you release your slaves"

"very well" Makarov said with a nod

"Mard Geer will do as you asked but Mard Geer does not know if the Demon Kingdom will abide" Mard Geer replied "without a Demon King, the Demon Kins are getting…..restless. they desire human blood to be spilled and Mard Geer do not believe that Mard Geer will be able to control them"

"I do not care" Natsu replied not sounding caring "control them, subdue them, I do not care what will you do about them"

"very well" Mard Geer said as he and Makarov stood up from their seats

"you, you're different" Natsu said while looking at Makarov

"pardon?" Makarov replied with a raised eyebrow

"you serve your kingdom, but you hate war, why?" Natsu asked

"I do wonder that as well" Makarov replied "perhaps…it is just in my nature"

Natsu looks at Makarov before he stood up from his seat "if you ever desire to be rid of war and never participate in it"

Natsu reach a hand out as Makarov looks at him

"Dragnof will welcome you with open arms" Natsu told the old man who smiled and nodded before walking away, with Mard Geer doing the same

Natsu looks to the two before he turns and walks away, intending to return to his kingdom
