After that day, Kaname would kiss her as much as he could. They had moved into the Kuran's mansion, he wanted to keep her from anything of Rido's. He had yet to drink from her, seemingly giving her time to adjust to her new life. As soon as he moved to her neck, she would flinch away from him. She had also yet to accept his offer of a drink. But he had had enough of her bad behaviour.

He found her in her room, no doubt crying over Rido. He irked him to no end. To his surprise as was reading a book while sat at her window. May be she had finally gotten over him? She looked up at him with a small smile. Kaname kneeled down next to her, before brushing her hair from her neck. He felt her flinch lightly. "Aina, you need to let me drink or I'll force you. Obey me." His voice warning her. Aina didn't move and didn't stop him as he moved closer.

But as his fangs brushed against her skin, she moved. Kaname growled and threw her down on the floor. He pulled her wrist over her head, holding them together in one hand. He used his weight to hold the rest of her down. "Do not push my patience!" Aina whimpered as he roughly bit into her neck.

Once he was finished, he licked up the blood still dripping from her wound. "It didn't have to be like this." He told her with a sympathetic smile before kissing her. "If you behave, I will be kind and gentle." He added as he slowly released her wrists. "You do look rather beautiful under me." His voice dropped lower, scaring her. Her mind raced as her fear made her think of the worse possible outcomes. Sensing her fear, Kaname stood up, pulling her with him. "I would never hurt you like that." He told her as though he had read her mind. "But one day, I will expect it from you." With that, he left her to think over her choices.

As soon as he was gone, Aina fell to her knees and sobbed. She pulled at the gold chain necklace that fell down between her cleavage. Kaname had demanded she got rid of her engagement ring. But she couldn't, instead she put on a chain so she could still wear it discreetly. She still felt Rido's presence though it. She still didn't believe he was dead.

Over the years, Aina managed to numb her fear and anger. She still didn't love Kaname, her heart would always call out for Rido. She had lost contact with Zero as well, she assumed it was Kaname's doing, stopping her letters. He had isolated her from the world almost, only joining him to parties and the few meetings that required her presence. The two had received a great deal of sympathy from the vampire world but all Aina wanted to do was tell the world that it was all Kaname's fault. If Kaname hadn't had played his deadly game, no one would be dead.

Kaname smirked to himself as he looked over at Aina. Fifty years had now passed, a respectful amount of time had now passed for them to marry. He would make it hard for her to refuse, he would ask her in front of a crowd. They had a party coming up, he would do it there. He had also commissioned a ring to outdo the ring Rido had given her.

Aina looked down at her dress, she was glad that high fashion had finally gotten rid of big skirts. Dresses were now a lot more simpler. She wore a crisp white low V-neck dress with short puffed sleeves. The edges of the dress were lined with gold, a thin gold ribbon tied tightly under her breasts. Her hair was up in a high bun.

Kaname walked up behind her, his arms wrapped tightly around her waist. He gently kissed her neck. "You look beautiful." He whispered against her skin. "I have a surprise for you later." He then told her. Aina froze. What did he mean by that? So far, she had managed to keep all sexual activity at by, saying she wanted to wait for her wedding night. She had lied to him, saying she and Rido never did anything. He didn't believe her at first, pointing out the time he had walked in on them in the bath. She told him that was as far as it went, telling him the Rido wanted to see her naked form whenever he could. She found that Kaname loved to see her naked too. He would often bathe with her, washing her hair for her. He loved to touch her bare skin, brushing dangerously close to her heat and her breasts, hoping to change her mind. She wondered if he had finally had enough.

Kaname led her to the ballroom, he smiled as he held her arm. Aina smiled and allowed him to lead her into the middle of the room.

All of a sudden, he got down on one knee. Aina's stomach dropped. He would push for the wedding to happen as soon as possible now. He would probably even ask for more, saying they would be married soon. She watched as he revealed a gold ring covered with diamonds and rubys. He smiled as he looked up at her shocked face. "Lady Aina Hirano, would you do me the honour of becoming my wife?" He asked her. Aina had to force herself to nod, she couldn't trust her voice. She was sure if she did speak, she would have screamed, no. The last thing she wanted was to cause a scene in front of everyone one. Kaname beamed with happiness and slid the ring onto her finger. Once he was back on his feet, he kissed her with passion and lust, holding her tightly in his arms.

The rest of the night, Aina had to smile as everyone congratulated her. She wished that someone had stopped it. She still felt Rido was alive, somewhere. She hoped for a moment that he would have suddenly appeared and stopped them.

At the end of the night, Aina sighed as she stood in her room, taking off her jewellery. She was quick to hid Rido's ring, just in case Kaname saw it at any time. She was lucky he hadn't seen it yet.

As she got her hair loose, Kaname appeared in her doorway. He watched her as she pulled out pin after pin out of her hair. He called her name, making her look over her shoulder at him as she sat at her dressing table. "I know today was a big ask, especially dropping it on you in front of everyone." He told her as he walked towards her. "I would like to reward you for it." He added and she looked at him confused.

"Reward me?" She asked. "How?" Kaname smirked at her.

"Undress." He ordered.

"Kaname, I wish to wait..." She started.

"We are engaged now, I wish to do more." He interrupted her.

"But I don't want to have sex." She whispered embarrassed, her face turning bright red.

"Not sex, I promise your first time with me will be on our wedding night." He told her and she didn't fail to notice his choice in words. She could tell that he didn't believe her. She wondered if Rido had told him anything. She knew Kaname claimed to know everything about Zero and her. But she always told him the same thing. No sex, just fooling around. Aina looked up at him nervously. "Now undress." He ordered and Aina slowly stood up. It wasn't the first time he had seen her naked, but it was the first time he had ordered her to undress.

"W-what are you going to do?" She asked nervously, biting her lip. He kissed her softly rather than answering her. He was going to make her feel amazing.

"Yes Rido." The words escaped without her meaning to as she almost made it to pure bliss. Kaname growled and pulled away from her. She looked at him confused for a moment before she knew what she said. She gasped and quickly sat up. "Kaname, I didn't..." But before she could finish her sentence, he slapped her hard across the face.

"It's been fifty years!" He shouted at her. "He's long been dead!" His voice turning more into a growl. "You are mine and you scream my name, not his!" He grabbed her ankles roughly. She tried to kick herself free, begging him to stop. He took no notice in her cries. He pulled her underneath him, he grabbed her wrist and pinned them above her head with one hand.

"Please! Kaname, please!" She begged him. "I'll do anything, please don't!" He paused as he listened to her beg.

"Anything?" His voice was low and dangerous.

"Anything, I'll do anything to wait until our wedding night." She told him, looking up at him. He allowed her to get on her knees and please him.

"Next time, you will not be able to stop me." He warned her and left her. She was so scared he was going to force himself on her. She truly thought he was going to do it.
