A few weeks later
Everything in Dragnof was as good as usual, if you find the fact that they had more and more citizens now fine then yes, everything in Dragnof as good or fine as always
"wait for grandpwa~!" Gildarts exclaimed as he was chasing after Energia and Marsha who ran away from him in fright "grandpwa got both of you matching mittens!"
Energia and Marsha just ran away before they got behind Cana's Legs who at the moment had a very infuriated face
"Cana-chwan~!" Gildarts exclaimed in glee to see his daughter before he got a club swinged to his head by her "ow…"
Gildarts fell knocked out as Cana huffs while holding the club to her shoulder
"how many times to I have to tell you that Energia and Marsha don't like getting dressed up!?" Cana exclaimed angrily
"but Cana-chwan! They will look so adorable in them!" Gildarts whined while holding the said mittens in hand
"and it's a bother for them!" Cana exclaimed as she carried her two kids into her arms "don't you have any idea how many times that they had to run away from you?! They're getting stressed and scared from you!"
"no way~!" Gildarts looks in horror before he cried in tears "Energia~! Marsha~! You don't hate Grandpwa, right?!"
Gildarts asked the two Dragon Hatchlings as Marsha swings her little hammer tail at Gildarts' face while Energia spits out a small fireball at him
"see?" Cana said before she started walking away "don't try to do these things anymore, and don't try to do whatsoever to them!"
"wait! Cana-chwan~!" Gildarts whined out while running after Cana
Things were as usual as it gets
Cana walks pass a corner as she pass by Ikaruga who sat in her boat that was covered in a tent shade, the Nurarihyon girl seemingly resting while caressing her pregnant stomach as the Dragon child within her grows
"Cana-chwan~~!" Gildarts ran pass her as Ikaruga sighs before placing the tip of her Kiseru to her lips and inhales some of its smoke, soon blowing it out in a puff
"what a busy morning" Ikaruga said as she inhales more smoke and blows it out again
At the Southern part of Dragnof, Atlas Flame stood there before the Hellfire Dragon fires out a roar that destroyed the wall of the kingdom
"alright! Get working!" Gajeel came in as the werewolf man hollered to others to start working as a plan of expansion was in progress "we got to get these rubbles out!"
The crew hollered in return as they started taking away the rubbles
Atlas started breaking down large boulders with his claws before he turns to see Touro, Kalard, Noir, and Eis helping too
Touro rakes his claws to the ground before he charges and rams into the wall, instantly crumbling it down with sheer force
Kalard and Noir roared before the two fired small streams of flames and black energy that breaks down large rubble
Eis just carries the rubble away as the Blizzard flies away with the rubble
"you children are unable to help, leave this to us" Atlas told them as he was not only their teacher but also their guardian while Natsu was away
"we want to help!" Kalard stated
"and it's fun to break stuff!" Noir added into his elder brother's statement
"for goodness sake" Atlas said sighing before he turns to see Grandeeney with Wendy and Ignisias on her back flying in as the Sky Dragon landed nearby "I suppose that you can persuade these hatchlings?"
"our king is stubborn and so are his children" Grandeeney said as she rested down and let Wendy with Ignisias come down from her "do not worry, it is a best way to teach them"
Atlas sighs as he looks at the Dragon Children as they started wrecking the rubble down
"very well" Atlas said as he looks at Ignisias who joined her brothers in wrecking the rubble down
At the castle, Lucy and Éclair were walking by the hall before feeling the castle shaking from all the wrecking that was happening in the southern location of Dragnof
"seems like Touro and the others are enjoying themselves," Lucy said as she and Éclair looks from the window and could see what their children were doing
"I hope that they learn self-control soon" Éclair said as the castle shakes again
They started to make their way down the corner where they go to the door of the children's room
Holding the handle to the door, Lucy opened it before a blast of water came flooding out
"waaah!" Lucy and Éclair screamed in surprise as the corridor was soaked
Looking inside, they see everything was soaking wet as Kaithen and Levia were chasing each other while firing blast of water from their mouth
"sorry, you two" Kagura said as she comes out of the room with Erza whose body was holding her head before placing it back on "as you can see, Kaithen with Levia learned how to use their Dragon ability while in their human form"
"you don't say" Lucy said getting up with Éclair before she started wringing off the water on her clothes "where's Kamika and Ultear?"
"Ultear is at her kingdom, there's been some problems with maintaining the ice kingdom for some reason" Erza answered before Flaze came by her side and she petted the Salamandarian's head "as for Kamika."
"here" Kamika appeared from the shadows as Lucy let out a frightened shriek "I was with my father in some meeting with Barta and the others"
"please don't do that too often" Éclair said placing a hand to her chest as the Kunoichi surprised them all
"noted" Kamika said before the five heard yelling from the corridor
They turn and sees Momon flying towards them in fright
"help!" Momon exclaimed as he and the guards were being chased by Éna and Neel, the two Phoenixes now grown bigger and were looking angry while in flames
"what is going on?" Éclair said as Momon flied into her arms
"we were playing around and then I got hungry and then I accidently ate all the bread by myself and didn't left anymore!" Momon blurted out fast as he soon shrieks in fear when Éna and Neel squalls angrily, the two Phoenixes floated in the air while burning in flames "they're angry because I didn't share any bread left!"
Éclair sighs before she placed Momon down and face her two children
"alright, you two. No need to get upset" Éclair told them as Éna and Neel let out a few squalls to their mother "I have some bread in the castle's kitchen, don't be so angry at Momon"
Éna and Neels looks to their mother before they burst into flames and transformed to their child form
"now, let's go and get some bread, alright?" Éclair said as she holds their hands and started to lead them away
Éna and Neel nodded before they sent an angry glare at Momon who shivers in fear
"goes to show that even Phoenixes are greedy" Lucy said with an awkward smile as Kagura, Kamika, and Erza nodded in agreement
Meanwhile at Grandeeney's temple, Sorano and Yukino were inside with Wendy who was holding a Pink colored Dragon egg in hand
"I'll look after your egg, Sorano-san" Wendy said with a smile
Few weeks after her mating ceremony, Sorano laid an egg, a Dragon egg. The egg was pink in color as it was covered in scales like markings all around it
"Sorano-neesama, I can assure you that I can take care of your egg in your stead instead of Wendy-san" Yukino said as for the past few days, Yukino and Sorano had been changing turns for who takes care of the egg while the other rested
"it's fine, Yukino." Sorano told her younger sister "Wendy is more experienced handling Dragon eggs, I'm not. If something happened, I wouldn't know what to do"
"but…" Yukino said
"it's fine" Sorano rebutted before looking at Wendy "please take care of it, Wendy"
"yes" Wendy said with a smile before bowing a bit as she takes the egg to a nesting place where she placed it down
This was Dragnof now, and it was the greatest Kingdom to have ever come to existence
Within ishgar however, things were different
At the base camp of where Natsu sets up the division of the evacuated and captured beastmen from other kingdom, the land was rumbling and shaking before a part of the land suddenly breaks off from Ishgar and floated into the ocean
7 of Dragnof's ships hooked chains to the floating island as they soon set sail to Dragnof
"with this, Dragnof's expansion plan is a go" Makarov said while scratching his beard as the old general stood by the cliff near the base camp
"there's more needed to be done" Warta who stands beside Makarov added in as they turns to look at their King who had separated the now floating island from Ishgar
Natsu had initiated a plan to save all beastmen who are captured and enslaved in all kingdom as he was going to save them all and had them sailed to Dragnof where they will be safe. Things were doing well before the Council informed Natsu that Dragnof is reaching its limit to how many citizens can live within the kingdom
The Dragon King soon got an idea and that was breaking off many parts of Ishgar's land and had it sailed away to Dragnof where his workers will start expanding the kingdom's borders and enable more citizens to come and stay there
Natsu was by the borders as he sighs tiredly after using an amount of his strength to break off a part of Ishgar's land
"that should be enough" Natsu said as he was holding the handle of the giant hammer with one hand, he had been using it to break the land off one by one for the past few days and to enable the land to float like an island
Natsu placed the hammer to the ground as it shook the ground a bit when it was placed to the land, deducting that the hammer was indeed very heavy
The King soon looks to the forest where he sees a carriage being driven to the camp's location and inside were beastmen and humans, all were slaves, war deserters, or even prisoners
"halt" two soldiers who were stationed by the forest, halt the driver of the carriage as they went to check the people within
Natsu started to make his way to the carriage as the two soldiers came towards him
"are there any injured?" Natsu asked as the two soldiers shook their head
"no, my king. But I believe that we found someone who seemed to not be a slave or any sort" one of the soldiers stated as Natsu raised an eye
Going to the carriage's back, Natsu sees the people inside as he sees several humans, 3 harpies, a young Minotaur, and one beastmen who seems to be wearing a cloak and a hood
"you there, take off your hood" one of the soldiers stated "the King wishes to observe you all"
The cloaked figure looks to Natsu whose eyes glowed red a bit menacing as he was keen to all possible danger
"you…you're an Elf, aren't you?" Natsu said as the soldiers looks at the King before to the Cloaked figure who took off his hood to reveal a young male elf with bright blonde hair
"great assumption, Lizardius Natsu Dragneel" the Elf said as Natsu squinted his eyes
"you two, get the rest of them out" Natsu said as the soldiers nodded before starting to escort the humans and beastmen out of the carriage, leaving only the elf behind "far from your home, aren't you?"
"yes, I had traveled far from my forest." The Elf stated "I am a messenger from the Elder Elves of Titania Forest"
"a messenger?" Natsu said while raising an eyebrow
"Lizardius Natsu Dragneel" the elf said before taking out a scroll from within his cloak and presented it to Natsu who takes it "we need your help"
