On with the story
A single month soon passed after the visit to Fiore
Natsu was in Dragnof as the man is at the kingdom's docks with his children
Kaithen and Levia were swimming around in the water while on their back were their younger siblings; Kalard, Noir, Ignisia, and Eis. All playing around with each other
Touro slept around with Flaze on his back, the two sleeps together while Energia and Marsha were wrestling around each other on the ground before Natsu breaks them off
"don't play too rough" Natsu told the two as they squeaks to their father before starting a game of tag with each other
Natsu chuckled before he turns his attention to his lap where there is a white Dragon hatchling who is his 4th daughter and was the Dragon Child of Ikaruga. The time that passed and Ikaruga gave birth to the 4th Dragon child who was named Kageya, the Mist Dragon
Kageya had white scales all over its body with a single red line around its body. The Dragon Hatchling's body was nearly serpent like as Kageya only had a long serpent body with four wings, and jagged tail
The 8th Dragon child was named the Mist Dragon as Kageya was able to produce mist like smoke from her mouth and all around her body, presumably because of her mother, Ikaruga who is a Nurarihyon and in nature able to do the same but with black smoke
Kageya was curled up in a ball as the child sleeps on her father's lap
Natsu petted Kageya's head a few times as he smiled to have another daughter in his family
Before long, Natsu jumped away while carrying Kageya as a big splash of water nearly drenched them
Natsu stands on top of a roof as he looks at Kaithen and Levia who were wrestling each other in the water while Kalard and the others watched their older siblings fight by flying around them
"those two are such rascals" Natsu said before looking at Kageya in his hand "I hope you'll grow up behaved unlike them"
The sky soon turned noon as Natsu was walking around in his castle's hallway
The night was calm and quiet, no sound of chaos anywhere. It was truly a peaceful night
Natsu turns around a corner before Momon came flying at his face, thankfully the Dragon King had fast reflex that he caught Momon before he could crash into his face
"what's the rush, Momon?" Natsu asked Momon who looks terrified
"help, Natsu! Éna and Neel are after me!" Momon exclaimed before they heard loud squalling from the end of the hallway that caused the little Phoenix to scream in fear and then flies away in a haste
Natsu looks at Momon before to the end of the hall where he sees Éna and Neel flying in flames, looking mad
The two flies pass Natsu and went after Momon as they let out angry squalls
Natsu looks to the two before looking to the side and sees running by
"let me guess, Momon ate their favourite bread?" Natsu asked her as Éclair shook her head
"Momon accidently got the bread that they were waiting for to eat, flatten by a book" Éclair explained as Natsu sweatdrops
"how did that even happen?" Natsu asked not knowing how something like that could happen
"I don't know but I'm going after them to stop them from accidently burning something" Éclair said as she gave Natsu a peck on the cheeks before going after her two kids
"I'll get some guards to help you!" Natsu hollered to Éclair who went around the hall to catch up with their angry and upset kids
Natsu sighs as the days that always comes for him was never boring in anyway or any day
The next day soon come as Natsu was by the docks with a group of soldiers
Today was the day that Hisui. E. Fiore with her father will come to Dragnof and establish the coalition of both kingdoms permanently
The sea gate opens as Hyrus came swimming in while pulling on the chains attached to one of Dragnof's ships, on board was the King of Fiore and the Princess of Fiore
The ship soon docked to the port as a plank was placed down and Toma with the princess started getting off board the ship with Arcadios and a few Fiore Guards.
"it is like…a hidden world" Toma said in awestruck as everywhere he sees, it is like he just come to another world that was majestic and very peaceful. "I was so blinded by my fear that I would send my army to attack…such an amazing kingdom"
"welcome to Dragnof" Natsu greeted them with a bow as Toma and the others were all still awestruck to Dragnof from inside "there's still more for you to be surprised for"
"it is..such an amazing kingdom" Hisui said as she watched the sky and sees Éna and Neel fly in the sky followed by Sorano and Yukino. All were living in harmony and in peace "such beauty"
"I see that the princess in good health now" Natsu noted seeing how Hisui was up on her feet than on her bed. The Dragon King soon did a small bow to her as a sign of respect and welcoming. "welcome to Dragnof"
Hisui nodded slowly as she was just too mesmerized from arriving upon Dragnof
The day went on as the visitors of Fiore were given a personal Tour by Natsu himself, the Dragon King personally showed them the many wonders of Dragnof that can only be found in Dragnof
From the great Dragon Temple, to the Giant Library, to Natsu's own castle
Things within Dragnof was as majestic as the heavens could ever be
We now turn our attention within Natsu's castle where the discussion meeting was taking held
Within Natsu's throne room, the place was empty except for a single pedestal that had a contract paper sitting upon it
"with the signed decree of the King of Fiore and the King of Dragnof, it shall be pledged here and forever on The Pact of Peace" Warta stated standing in front of the pedestal where Natsu, Toma, and Hisui signed their name upon the contract "the contract is complete and shall remain unbroken till the coming of both kingdom's fall"
"I shall look forward to the future of our kingdom" Natsu said as he reaches a hand out to Toma who shakes it before to Hisui who shakes it as well
The sound of horns loudly rang as the contract was completed and the two kingdoms were now adjoined forever
A festival was soon held within Dragnof as the citizens were all in cheers to celebrate the unity of both kingdoms
At Sho's restaurant, Natsu with his councilmen and mates, joined by Toma, Hisui, Arcadios and some guards were gathered around for the occasion
"to the coming bright future! The future of Fiore and Dragnof!" Natsu exclaimed raising a mug of possibly beer in hand
"To Fiore and Dragnof!" the Councilmen, and Natsu's mates all cheered while raising their drink as Toma and the others however felt a bit out of place
The celebration began as laughter of joy and cheers flooded the air
"t-this is a bit…." Toma said as he sees the happiness that was within Dragnof and how everything is unlike any other kingdom "…weird.."
"unlike the tradition of Fiore when celebrating an occasion, we would hold a feast in the banquet hall…." Arcadios muttered out while just holding his mug of drink "…this kingdom is majestic and at the same time bizarre in their way of celebration"
Hisui was silently eating her meal before she sees Energia and Marsha getting on the table from Cana's lap as the two hatchlings squeaks to Cana who petted their heads
"are they…Dragon hatchlings?" Hisui politely asked Cana who nodded with a smile
"yup and they're little rascal hatchlings" Cana said with a grin as she carried Energia in her palm, before poking the little hatchling's head
Hisui then looks to Lucy and the others as the Dragon Children were with them
"Ignisia, aahh" Erza said as she spoon fed her daughter some soup, Ignisia instantly opened her mouth to bite down on the meal "that's a good girl"
"come on now. No fighting" Éclair told Éna and Neel who were sitting beside her; munching on bread while glaring at Momon who was shaking in fear while eating his own bread, Kalard however just sat on his mother's lap, drinking down a glass of milk "this is a special moment so no fighting"
"you all are mothers?" Hisui said seeing how caring the mates were to their children
"yes, we are" Lucy said while having Touro on her lap, the little Bull Dragon munching on a carrot and a cabbage leaf as well "it may be tiring, but having the little ones are a joy for us"
"so true" Kagura said as Kaithen and Levia were eating grilled fish, while sitting beside her "even if they're sometimes rascals"
The mates giggle a bit as Hisui looks at them a bit dumbfound
"I can already tell that I'm going to be tired every day once my child hatches" Sorano stated as her egg hasn't hatched yet
"girl, you'll be lucky if you get a wink of sleep once your egg hatch" Cana told Sorano
"I agree, once Eis was born. This little one always cries before sleeping" Ultear said as her child was sitting on her lap, munching on a bowl filled with some sort of berries that appears to be made out of ice "they need a lot of tending and I mean a lot"
"but that is one of the joys of life, no?" Ikaruga said sipping a cup of tea and resting on her lap was Kageya who was sleeping while breathing out small white smoke from her nose
"if you can state that the pain of giving birth is one of the joys of life" Erza stated while wiping her daughter's mouth with a napkin "I would say otherwise"
"that's just you, Erza" Kagura said as the girls chat around in a happy occasion
Hisui looks at how peaceful and happy the mates were with their children as she had never seen such interaction between different race and no quarrel whatsoever
"is something the matter?" Kamika asked Hisui while still having her masked on as she was able to eat even with it on and that was something no one could figure out how it was able to be done. "you seem to be far in mind"
"o-oh, it's nothing. I was just amazed at how there are no quarrel whatsoever" Hisui said resuming eating her meal "please do not mind me!"
Kamika blinked her eyes twice before resuming to eat her meal while having Noir on her lap, the child seeming to be sucking on a baby bottle filled with milk
Natsu was laughing with Warta, Makarov, and the other councilmen before he drinks his mug of drink and then looks at Toma and the others, seeing how they seem a bit uncomfortable
"something the matter?" Natsu asked them as They just shake their heads
"it is nothing, it is just…." Toma said before pausing as he couldn't find the right words
"the King finds it a bit strange that your kingdom has many..races coexisting peacefully with each other and…." Arcadios stated in "…how your kingdom differs to ours or any other.."
"that is a given to how Dragnof was once a Kingdom for Dragons and Dragons only" Natsu stated as Milliana walk by and refilled his drink "but now it is a kingdom that gives a haven to all race. Beastmen or even humans. Everyone coexists with each other, no harm could ever come and done here"
"to all?" Toma said as Natsu nodded
"it doesn't matter if you're a beastmen, or a half beastmen, or human, or even anything" Natsu explained as he took a gulp of his drink and exhales a bit after drinking "here in Dragnof, anyone who desires peace and far from any war is always welcomed no matter what"
"even for those who are…." Toma said as he took a glance to Hisui who paused in eating her meal and then back to Natsu "…seen as a disgrace by their originated race?"
Natsu looks at Toma before to Hisui who had a frown on her face
"you may think of me as a Dragon, but that is only partially true" Natsu stated before his face was covered in red scales and black markings, his eyes turning black and red "I am only a third Dragon, a third Demon, and a Third Human. I'm a Crossian, a being created with the blood of three races"
"a C-Crossian?!" Toma and the others stated in surprise to hear such statement
"Lucy here is only half as her mother was full Hakutaku and her father a human" Natsu stated while motioning a hand to Lucy who nodded with a smile "Kagura was once human who became a Kraken, Kamika is half dark elf and half succubus. And so on. Here in Dragnof what you are, does not state on who you really are. You are who you are"
Toma and the others look a bit bewildered as they never knew that they were sitting with people who are some not even the same as they were thought to be
"this is Dragnof, we never find each other as what we are. We find each other as who we are" Natsu stated as the black markings and red scales started to disappear "we are proud of who we are, to those who think that they can see us as a disgrace, means that they find the love of our parents something that is forbidden. Well then, they do not know the meaning of true love."
"the true meaning of love?" Hisui asked looking to be a bit curious
"love knows no bound" Lucy explained while placing a hand to her chest "if we only love by bound, that is never true love. True love is the love between soul mates, who love each other no matter how different they are"
"yeah, but I don't think that applies how my old man married my mother" Cana said as she picks up her mug of beer from Energia and Marsha who tried to drink it "my old man must've gotten her to marry him by luck"
Everyone shared a laugh as Cana knows how to make some humor in some conversation every time
Toma and Hisui looks at each other as they nodded
Hisui combed her side hairs back as she showed her Elf like ears
"oh, you're an elf! That's amazing!" Lucy said with a smile "wait, so that means your mother must be full elf! We're the same!"
"y-yes" Hisui said as her cheeks were tinted a bit red
The conversation continued as the celebration became more joyful, all of them now adjoined with such happiness with each other
The moon arises in the starry sky as the festival had never come to an end
"looks like it's the full moon for tonight" Natsu said eying the moon's full form by a window "and it's nearly coming to 9"
Natsu got up as he waved his hands around and creates a ring in the palm of his hand. The ring had an emerald gem imbedded to it
"here" Natsu said as he gently holds Hisui's left hand and inserts the ring in her ring finger "this shall tie the contract of the deal, making you one of my mates"
Hisui blushed red as her ears twitches
"she looks happy" Kamika said as the other girls looks at her "when Elf Ears twitches, it's an indication that they're happy"
"ears twitching means that she's happy?" Cana said with a bit of sweatdrop before looking to Natsu "and why did you give her a ring? You didn't give me a ring after mating with me"
"eh?" Toma, Hisui, and Arcadios said in unison to hear her words
"I did give you a ring, a good bronze with a white diamond ring" Natsu said "back at the celebration of when your father and your clan came here. You lost it when you were drinking. It's who knows where now"
"eh? Really?" Cana said trying to remember before she gasped in surprise when she sees Energia and Marsha licking her mug of beer as there were some of it left "hey! No beer until you're of age!"
"and what of us?" Ultear asked as she, Éclair, Kamika, and Sorano weren't given any engagement rings from Natsu "we weren't given rings too"
"your ring would've frozen when it got into contact to your skin, I already gave Éclair a bracelet that signifies as an engagement gift, Kamika can't wear a ring because of her family tradition, and do you think Sorano can wear a ring?" Natsu replied as he pointed out to the fact that Sorano had wings and no hands with fingers to place a ring on "besides, I already prepared hers"
Natsu snaps his fingers once as a silver diadem with three white diamonds engraved to it appeared in his hand
"I was planning to give it after a few polishing" Natsu said as he got behind Sorano and placed the diadem upon her head "but I finished it up ahead. Seeing how it was already perfect"
The diadem shines as Sorano marvels in seeing its beauty
"you like it?" Natsu asked Sorano who nodded with a smile before marvelling at her Diadem "well then, it's time."
"time for what?" Toma said as Natsu gently holds Hisui's hand and she soon stands up from her seat
"for the mating ceremony of course" Natsu said "she's my mate now, and that would mean she has to bear me a Dragon Child"
"what!?" Toma and Arcadios exclaimed as their jaws dropped while Hisui blushed even further as her whole face and ears went red
"remember that after three days its Kaithen and Levia's birthday" Kagura said as she lifted her kids up with her tentacles "you promised to bring them around in the ocean"
"I know" Natsu said with a chuckle before he did a bow to Toma and Arcadios "enjoy the night, I know I shall be"
Natsu soon started heading out of the restaurant with Hisui who was just stuttering while her face was red
"my daughter.." Toma cried out as he was in tears
"it'll be fine, don't worry" Lucy stated "we'll be able to see them after three days"
"why that long?" Arcadios asked
"it's because the mating ceremony takes three days and three nights to end" Kamika stated as Toma and Arcadios gawked with their jaws dropping again
"it's to ensure impregnation and that she would be able to bear a Dragon hatchling" Ultear added in while Eis was licking a ball of ice, made by the Ice Queen herself
"t-t-t-three days…and three nights.." Toma gawked before he falls back unconscious, fainting from hearing such a crazy tradition
"king!" Arcadios exclaimed in surprise to the fainted king who was stuttering out 't-t-three days and three nights' over and over

"I see" Natsu said taking back the glass from Hisui who he sees is a bit flushed than normal before he turns around to walk back to the table "anyway, if you are feeling unwell, I can cease this ceremony. Just state it and I will grant it"

"it's just what?" Natsu asked drinking his wine before finishing it and placed it to the table, soon turning around to face Hisui who was slowly stripping down her dress "hey.."
