On with the story

The combined army of Dragnof and Fiore marched its way to battle as all stomps their feet to the ground while they march

Natsu rides on Catastoras while Warta rides his own horse. Both were surrounded by 12 soldiers, six of Dragnof and six of Fiore

"it will only take us another 1 hour till we reach the borderlines of the Brunnhilde Kingdom, My King" Warta stated as Natsu nodded before he looks up to the sky and sees the sun getting clouded

"Warta, we stop here" Natsu said as he stops Catastoras from walking any further "stop the march"

"eh? Why, my king?" Warta asked as Natsu gets off Catastoras

"just do it" Natsu said as he sees how the sky was clouding the sun "I'll explain later"

A few km away from the Dragnof Fiore's army location. At the Brunnhilde Kingdom in the sky, angels soar into the sky alongside flying golden ships that had Berserkers on board. Many warriors of heaven rides the Pegasus, mythical flying horse of legend and which all heroes ride upon to victory.

The Valkyries flies with the army of angels as their wings majestically shine

"to think that our God had decided to send all of us at once" Speko said flying to the side and Herja flies by her side

"don't you mean most of us?" Herja asked "that Dimaria still locked up remember?"

"true, but I can sense that it would be a matter of time before she would be released as ordered by our God" Stor stated flying bellow the two

"our God would allow that insane barbarian of a Valkyrie to war? How utterly impossible" Afl said flying beside Herja "if we ever let her out, it would be no battle just a massacre of both sides"

"Freyja, do you believe that this will be a simple battle?" Saklauss asked Freyja who is the leader of the Valkyries

"I do, Saklauss" Freyja replied "what is the matter? Do you doubt in the power bestowed by our god?"

"no" Saklauss replied "I merely doubt that the seven of us would be able to defeat Lizardius Natsu Dragneel"

"I agree with Saklauss" Saela stated while flying beside Saklauss "this abomination, Lizardius Natsu Dragneel; his father once slayed a god, and his mother once defies the wisdom of our god. Could he be the legendary 'God Slayer' of the Prophecy?"

"that is merely a prophecy, Saela" Afl said flying above the two "a thousand-year-old prophecy which is now just a legend"

"a legend that could become a reality" Vaskr stated as her eyes glowed golden "the prophecy may be centuries of age, but we must not disregard the fact that remains of it"

"when the star and the moon are in alignment, the world will be tainted in darkness. Within that darkness, a mortal shall rise and defy god." Freyja stated as it was the tale of the Prophecy "that abomination could be that 'God Slayer'"

"then, let's make sure that he does not become who he is meant to be!" Herja exclaimed as she flaps her wings once and flies pass the rest of the Valkyries

"Herja! Wait!" Freyja exclaimed "do not break formation!"

"do you really believe that Herja would listen to orders?" Stor said as Herja is the Valkyrie of War after all

Herja flies at the speed of light as she soars through the clouds before she stopped and floated above them

"by the God's voice, the enemy should already be down here" Herja said looking down the clouds and could sense many lifeforces on the land "I see you all"

Reaching her hand to the side, Herja's Long Battle Axe appeared as she wielded in her hands

"I'll make sure to get all their souls to heaven and hell" Herja said with a smirk while she spins her hammer before swinging it to the side, the clouds getting blown away by the sheer force of the swing

Before Herja could descend from the clouds, the sound of thunder rang out

"thunder?" Herja said as she hears the powerful thunder that keeps ringing out "why?"

Before long, the clouds in the skies all turned dark and lightning started to fly everywhere

Freyja and the other Valkyries flies in and sees the dark clouds as a thunderstorm appeared out of nowhere

"what in the name of the heavens?" Freyja said as thunder rang out before the lightning started to fly everywhere

Soon, all the lightning bolt flies to a single direction as Freyja and the rest of the Valkyries sees a shadowed figure hiding behind a thunder cloud and was gathering the lightning through a broad sword

"this phenomenon…it's unmistakable" Saklauss stated seeing how all the lightning was gathering to a single area

The Valkyries watched as the thunderstorm disappeared and the dark clouds blew away

Natsu appeared within the clouds as the Dragon King wielded his broad sword that glowed yellow while electricity runs around its blade. He lifted the sword to his right as the electricity within the broad sword started to charge everywhere

"Valkyries! Disperse!" Freyja exclaimed as all the Valkyries flied away

Natsu swings his sword to the side as a powerful wave of lightning flies across the sky, and to the flying angels and flying golden ships. The attack instantly wiped out half of the angels and half of the golden ships, causing them all to fall from the sky

Freyja and the Valkyries watched as nearly half of their army was annihilated so easily with one attack

"that is Hael's….Thunder Smite!" Saela stated with shock "but how?!"

"I've heard of this attack could wipe out an entire army of a 1000…"Afl said while looking at the fallen angels and golden ships "…such power"

Freyja turns to look at Natsu who holds his sword before lifting it up and lightning started to strike everywhere yet again

"Valkyries, fall back" Freyja stated as all the Valkyries look at her "retreat back to Brunnhilde Kingdom"

"are you mad, Freyja?!" Vaskr exclaimed "we're running away from a battle?!"

"I order you all to fall back! We cannot win this battle unprepared!" Freyja exclaimed as the lightning strikes upon Natsu's sword, charging it with power "the enemy knew that we were coming head on!"

Natsu swings his broad sword down as a blast of lightning fired down upon the Valkyries but Speko intervened as she wielded her shield

The Valkyrie's shield shines in a golden colour and created a golden barrier that soon clashed with the lightning attack

The protection managed to defend against the attack but upon Speko's shield there was a singe mark and it was smoking

"I agree with Freyja" Speko said "we cannot win a battle if we are unprepared for this enemy"

"tch! Damnit!" Herja exclaimed as she and the rest of the Valkyries started to fly away with their remaining forces while Freyja looks at Natsu

Natsu's eyes glowed red behind his helmet as the Dragon King holds his sword to his side and turns it blade to the side, lightning still coursing into its blade

Freyja soon turns and started to fly away, following the retreating army of angels

Natsu watched the Valkyries and their army fly away while leaving behind the ones who had fallen from his attack

Before long, Natsu flies down to the ground where the forces of the army were setting up camp

Landing to the ground, Natsu instantly drops to his knees while dropping his broad sword

"my king!" Warta exclaimed as he and some soldiers ran to the Dragon King "are you alright, my king?!"

"I'm fine" Natsu said while his faceplate slides open and he took a few deep breathes "using my mother's technique twice took its toll on my body. I need to rest for a few hours"

"as you wish, My King" Warta said before he and a soldier carried up Natsu by his shoulder while two were carrying his broad sword which was heavy that it had to take two people to carry it
