"Thinking"

On with the story

It was night and the air are filled with silence

At the campsite, a few guards were on guard duty before several others came to change shift

Several campfires were set up, soldiers were resting, chatting, polishing their weapon, anything to do that will prepare them for a coming battle

Warta was conversing with Gajeel and Laxus, both members were on guard for a possible surprise enemy attack before they see Natsu coming out of his tent with a tired look

"my king, are you alright?" Warta asked as Natsu nodded

"just a bit tired" Natsu said rubbing the bridge of his nose before he yawned "how is the situation at the moment?"

"we have created ten advantage point in several location throughout the landscape" Warta reported as Natsu listens to the information provided before he hears something from a far

Glancing to the side, Natsu's eyes squinted when he saw something shining from a very far location

"that…" Natsu muttered out before the shining object soon shines brighter and a golden arrow soon pierced at Natsu's shoulder "what!?"

"My King?!" Warta exclaimed in shock as Gajeel and Laxus looks surprised before they heard a loud horn sounding out from the sky

This got the campsite to go on high alert as they see angels flying down from the sky, with golden ships following behind

"My King! We're under siege!" a soldier shouted as they soon see Berserkers running throughout the land, heading to the campsite

"I know! Warta, get the archers! Shoot those angels down by their wings and avoid their arrows!" Natsu exclaimed as he pulled out the arrow on his shoulder before throwing it away "Gajeel, Laxus! You two with my Uncle and Grandeeney with the Thunder Stars head out to take down those ships and land enemies! They carry more Berserkers on them!"

"understood!" Warta and the others complied before they went to prepare for battle

Natsu looks to the incoming enemies before he grips a hold of his shoulder as it was bleeding

"it's not healing? Why?" Natsu sees the blood that still comes out of his wound as his magic wasn't healing it "could it be that the Valkyries have some sort of magic that can prevent mine from healing me?"

Natsu looks up as Atlas Flame and Grandeeney flies over the Camp and into the battlefield with the other soldiers

"no time for that, huh?" Natsu said as he just bears with the pain before he looks at the golden flying ships and then sees the Legend Beasts flying down the sky with the Valkyries riding on them "they're here"

The Legend Beasts flies down the sky with the Valkyries as they overwatch the battle that will come upon the land

"it's started" Stor said while riding her Eagle Legend Beast, the Valkyrie seeing Atlas Flame and Grandeeney flying towards them, knowing that they will have to battle them "seems that the Pope fails to mention of there being two Dragons more than that abomination"

"so what? Dragon or Dragons, doesn't matter" Herja said as she tugs the chain on her Lion Legend Beast, the giant creature lets out a roar "against 8 Legend Beasts at the same time won't be easy!"

"Saklauss, do you see him?" Freyja asked the Valkyrie of Innocence whose eyes glowed gold

"yes, he is within that campsite" Saklauss replied while pointing to the direction of where the campsite was "it is not a strong fort, but there are beastmen of high capability residing there with him"

"relay that information to Afl and the others. We will hold the Dragons off!" Freyja said as she pulls the chain on her Deer Legend Beast, the creature charges towards Atlas Flame and Grandeeney "to Battle!"

"to Battle!" Herja exclaimed as she followed behind Freyja with Stor and Saklauss following behind

Natsu gets his magic gun readied as he went for his Broad sword and grabs it but was a bit confused on why it felt so heavy

"I must be still tired after using Mom's technique three times in a row.." Natsu said as he just grabs his broad sword and drags it outside of his tent

Getting outside, Natsu sees that the battle had already started, and explosions rang out everywhere in the land and upon the sky

Natsu place his magic gun away as he started running through the battlefield with his broad sword leaning against his shoulder

But soon, a blast of magic exploded in front of Natsu, blowing him back

"Gah!" Natsu crashed a few feet back as his sword dropped to the ground "what the?"

Natsu got up as he looks up and sees Saela with her Qilin Legend Beast, the creature's mouth was filled with light and steam

"we finally meet, Lizardius Natsu Dragneel" Saela stated as the other Valkyries joined in

"it was a two ways attack of two teams, huh?" Natsu said seeing that there were a group of Valkyries battling Atlas Flame and Grandeeney before to the ones in front of him. "can't believe I didn't think of that"

Natsu soon sees Dimaria riding on Afl's Ox Legend Beast with her

"D-Dimaria?" Natsu stated with a surprised look to see her

Dimaria smirked before she jumps off the Ox Legend Beast and landed on the ground

"yo! It's been a while" Dimaria said with a grin

"I thought you were with the fallen angels of the Demon King but you were a member of the Valkyries, huh?" Natsu said as he grabs hold of his magic gun and into a battle stance "I somehow was surprised by that"

"there's still more to be surprised of" Dimaria said as she draws her sword and leans it against her shoulder "you never told me that you were Hael-san's son. I find that more surprising"

"Hael's son? Who is that?" Natsu said looking confused as he heard the name being whispered to him but he doesn't know who the name belonged to

"ho~? Judging by your look; you didn't know. she never told you, did she?" Dimaria said looking amused "well, I can't blame her. I wouldn't tell anyone about such a dark past"

"what are you talking about?" Natsu said taking out his magic gun "who is Hael?"

"I guess I should tell you since you spared me years back" Dimaria said with a nonchalant look "but first, you got to tell me what your mother's name was"

"my mother's name. Why you want to know about her?" Natsu stated looking tense

"if you want to know who Hael-san is, you better tell me or else" Dimaria said before shrugging her shoulders

Natsu looks at her suspiciously as he didn't have a good feeling in his heart for some reason

"my mother's name is Elska" Natsu stated "Elska Megin"

"ho~? That's a good name" Dimaria said "for a cover name that is"

"why do you want to know about my mother's name? what interest does it give to you?" Natsu stated looking hostile

"if you were a more keen man, you should know from the first place that your mother isn't just a fallen angel from the Demon Kingdom" Dimaria stated as she explained to the Dragon King "your mother was originally a citizen and a warrior from the Brunnhilde Kingdom, and she was also my teacher"

"what?" Natsu said looking confused and surprised

"Elska Megin was just a cover or a false name that your mother must've made to keep it a secret from you" Dimaria said rubbing her chin "to us, she is more known as Hael, Hael Bani. The Valkyrie of Death and the former leader of the Brunnhilde Valkyries"

Natsu's eyes widen as to hear this, the man never knew such thing from his mother as he just looks utterly confused and surprised

"and you're her son. Which makes you part Dragon, human, demon, and also angel. Congratulations to you" Dimaria said clapping her hands a few times "you're the one in a million kind of being in this world"

"my mother…..was a Valkyrie?" Natsu muttered out as he had flashbacks of his mother coming into his mind "but…she told me that she was…"

"I don't know why Hael-san never told you but if I have to guess that it must've been to protect you or something" Dimaria said shrugging her shoulders "not like I care of why she did it"

"enough of this" Afl said as she wielded her hammer and leans it on her shoulder "it's time for the God's Judgement to be given and it is time for your soul to be taken, Lizardius Natsu Dragneel"

"do you think it'll be that easy?" Natsu said as he aimed his magic gun at Afl and pulled the trigger, but there was no bang, as no magic bullet was fired "what?"

Natsu looks at the magic gun as he tried pulling the trigger a few times to fire a shot but it didn't even work

"looks like someone hasn't been taking care of his things" Dimaria said with a smirk as she swings her sword down before dashing towards Natsu

Natsu saw her coming as he summoned on his armor to defend him but it never came

His eyes widen as Dimaria slashes her sword at him but Natsu dodge it in time before he got a powerful kick to his gut by the Valkyrie

"what's wrong!? this isn't how we last fought, was it!?" Dimaria exclaimed as she grabs Natsu's head and sends a knee straight to his head

Natsu's forehead was bruised hard as the man staggers back while holding a hand to his head

"why I can't use my powers?! What's going on!?" Natsu shouted in his mind as Dimaria slowly approaches him while having a smirk on her face "why aren't they working?!"

"this is the abomination that we fled away from?" Afl asked seeing how Dimaria was single handily beating Natsu up

"perhaps unleashing so much magic power in our previous encounter has drained him" Speko stated

"if that is true, then this would be an easy task to accomplish for our god" Saela said with a smirk

"looks to me that you're either out of juice or just can't use her magic" DImaria said as she grabs Natsu's neck and lifted him up "oh well, bad for you then"

Natsu grunted while he grabs hold of Dimaria's hand, trying to get it off from his neck which was getting gripped tightly

Dimaria lifted her sword up as she pointed its blade at Natsu's cheeks, grazing it down while making a cut mark on it

"I wanted to have more fun in battling you again, Dragneel." Dimaria said as she pulled her sword and readied it at her side "but seems like it's the end of the line for you"

Natsu gritted his teeth as Dimaria smirks before swinging her sword at him

But before the sword could even touch Natsu, it was hold back a few inches away by Warta who pulled back Dimaria's hand

"who are you?" Dimaria said looking displeased at Warta who hold back her arm that holds her sword

"Warta Elfevn Aqart, a member of Dragnof's Councilmen" Warta said before he kicks away Dimaria on her side

Natsu was let go as the man drops to his knees while he coughs a few times, holding a hand to his throat

"my king, are you alright?" Warta said as he helps Natsu get up

"I can't use my powers" Natsu said while in the middle of coughing

"what?" Warta asked looking surprised

"my powers aren't working and my psychical abilities are weakened" Natsu said getting up while rubbing his neck "they must've did something to my powers"

"then it is best that you retire from this battle, my king" Warta said getting in front of Natsu as Dimaria and the others face the two "I will create a cover, you must take the chance and get as far from here"

"are you mad? You won't stand a chance once they got their sight on your head!" Natsu told Warta "you are the one who needs to get away, not me!"

"hey hey, I don't like getting kicked away" Dimaria said leaning her sword against her shoulder "especially when I was about to kill someone and take their soul"

Warta had Kunais in both hands as the Dark Elf Ninja was prepared for battle, before long Ranta and Barta appeared with some other Dark Elves Ninjas, all of them prepared just like Warta

"are those mortals thinking that he can take a Valkyrie on?" Afl asked "so stupid"

"Dark Elves can never out match a Valkyrie" Speko stated

"especially if that Valkyrie is someone like Dimaria" Vaskr added in

Dimaria tap her sword to her shoulders a few times before she swings it down

"I don't care any of your names is but I'm going to take your soul" Dimaria said as she went into a battle stance "each one of you that is"

"Ranta. Get the King away from the battlefield. He is unwell and is unable to battle" Warta whispered to Ranta whose eyes widen a bit "get him away as far as you can. We will buy you some time to escape"

"but!" Ranta retorted but Warta gave him a look that says otherwise "u-understood"

"King, come with us" Barta said grabbing hold of Natsu's right arm "we will take you to safety"

"are you mad!? I am not leaving any of you here with any of them!" Natsu exclaimed before a fist came flying at his gut, causing Natsu to cough out air "Gah!"

Ranta had punched Natsu's gut hard as the Dragon King looks at him

"R-Ranta…you.." Natsu gasp out before he fainted as Barta holds him up

"be sure that he is far as possible" Warta stated as Ranta nodded before he grabs hold of Natsu's left arm, he then disappeared with Natsu and Barta.

"you think you can get him away from us?" Dimaria said as the other Valkyries with their Legend Beast let out their loud cries that shook the ground a bit "I guess we have to go hunting for a half breed now"

"if you desire our king" Warta said before he and the Dark Elves Ninjas jumped into the sky and throws a rain of shuriken at Dimaria and the others "you must cross against us!"

Dimaria smirks as she swings her sword to the side, creating a gust that blew away some Shurikens to the ground

"fine then" Dimaria said as she jumped back on the Ox Legend Beast's back "let's see how strong and loyal, you dark elves are once we cut off your limbs"
