On with the story
Upon the Black Forest of Sardonia, everything was burning as a great battle was taking place
Efam and his Golem arises out of a dark smoke as Natsu and Zeref came flying out of the smoke and towards their enemy, aiming to annihilate him
"amusing how much effort you place in your strength of battle" Efam said as his golem fired multiple magic rays from its eyes at Natsu and Zeref, both dodged the latter's attack before they climbed up the Golem's arms and runs up towards Efam "but it is utterly futile"
Efam stated as he tilt his head to the side to dodge a pierce attack by Natsu before he ducks down to dodge a slash from Zeref who had come from behind
The so called god man snaps his fingers and a powerful force pushed the two brothers away, Efam soon followed it up with firing two golden beam rays at them
Natsu and Zeref blocked his attack as the rays were deflected using their swords before they continued their assault on Efam
"Raaah!" Natsu roared out as he swings his sword downward, cutting off the Golem's right arm before slashing his sword upwards, sending a flaming attack at Efam who snapped his fingers in creating a barrier that blocked his attack
Efam smirked before he turns to the side and dodge a hidden attack by Zeref from behind
"surprise attacks? Such fitting for low demons" Efam said as he swings his hand to the side, causing a gust to blow Zeref away but the Demon King holds his ground by impaling his sword upon the Golem's left shoulder
"it wasn't a surprise attack" Zeref said with a smirk as he pushed his sword down, black magic started to erupt within the golem, causing cracks to appear all over it's body before it soon exploded into a million pieces, surprising Efam "it was a delayed attack"
Efam flied up with his wings but Natsu appeared behind him with his sword by his side
"Rah!" Natsu swings his sword at Efam who created a barrier behind, blocking Natsu's attack but the force of his swing caused the foe to get pushed back in the air
"their attacks are proving efficient towards me? That's not possible" Efam thought as he started dodging furies of sword swings by Natsu and Zeref, both not letting their foe have time to rest "how can both mortals from this world can give damage to me!?"
Natsu and Zeref pulled back their left and right fist respectively before they punched straight at Efam's face, getting a surprised and pained grunt from the attack
The two brothers soon let out a loud battle cry as they pushed their punch at Efam, sending him flying to the ground
The ground shakes from Efam's crash. Natsu and Zeref landed to the ground near his crash, both were not lowering their guard for anything
A few seconds later, Efam flies up; the man now had a bruise on his face with the addition of a bleeding nose
Efam touched the blood coming from within his nose as he looks at it on his fingers
"my blood…" Efam muttered out in seeing his own blood from veins started to pop out all around his face, the man's face turned into rage "HOW DARE YOU MORTALS!"
Efam glares at Natsu and Zeref as he was now enraged
"looks like he's pissed" Natsu said, his sword burns in flames yet again
"that's what we wanted in the first place" Zeref said, readying his sword
Efam glared down at Natsu and Zeref before he sensed something
"what?" Efam said as he glanced to his side and seems to be looking at something but there was nothing there at all "tch! And just when I was about to unleash my wrath upon these two mortals"
Efam looks back at Natsu and Zeref before his eyes sets upon the golden Dragon sword
"so that's why…" Efam thought as a black swirling portal appeared behind him "their weapon was passed down to him, huh?"
Efam started to float into the black swirling portal as Natsu and Zeref watched him
"running away? I thought gods aren't coward" Natsu called out at Efam, in a mocking tone
"I have some other business to attend to, mortals" Efam stated with a downward glare at the two "you survive with your lives today but mark my words! You all shall die!"
"funny coming from someone who is leaving a battle in the middle" Natsu mocked Efam who glares at him
Efam floats into the portal as it sucked him in and disappeared
Natsu and Zeref stood in their place before they slowly lowered down their swords
"is he gone?" Zeref asked before taking a few deep breathes
"I think so" Natsu replied, his Dragon scales slowly disappeared as his transformation turns him back into human "for all I care, I rather not face him again unprepared"
Natsu and Zeref stood in their place, not knowing of a shadow moving around in the darkness
The shadow slowly looms towards Natsu and Zeref's shadows, a blade formed around the shadow as a weapon
"if I can kill them..i will be awarded by my masters~!" the shadow spoke out quietly as it slowly melded with Natsu's shadow and was arising out as a black man with a black dagger in hand "die~! Lizardius!"
The shadow enemy pulled his dagger back, getting ready to strike it down on Natsu
The dagger got swing but Natsu's hand caught it beforehand
"wha!?" the shadow man looks in shock before seeing both Natsu and Zeref turning to glare at him
"do you think that this guy is with him?" Natsu asked his half brother
"only one way to find out, right?" Zeref replied while holding up his demonic sword
The shadow man looks terrified as he sinks back into the shadow and flees away
Natsu and Zeref looks at the fleeing shadow man as they were about to go after him but streams of flames came flying above them and hit the shadow man, dead on
"Gyaaaahhh!" the shadow man came flying out of the shadow and into the air
"what?" Natsu said before the ground started shaking and rumbling
The two turns and sees Touro running across the land with the other Dragon Children in their Dragon Form flying beside him
"Touro?! All of you!?" Natsu exclaimed in surprise to see his children
Touro roared as Eis, Ignisia, Kalard, and Noir roared before all of them fired a combined blast of their elements
The combined attack flew over Natsu and Zeref as it blasted a large shadow creature that got hit with the attack and an explosion upon impact
Natsu and Zeref look at the shadow creature as it slowly fell. Touro soon charges in as the Bull Dragon pointed his horns down and rams them into the shadow creature, sending it flying to the sky
"they took it out" Zeref said, looking a bit surprised
"yeah" Natsu replied with a bit of surprise at the raw power, his children just unleashed
Touro roars as so did the other Dragon Children, all causing the ground to shake from their roar
Natsu looks at them before he looks above to see Grandeeney and atlas Flame flying down with Lucy and the others
"looks like there's going to be a little problem here" Zeref said as he covers his face with one hand
"I know" Natsu replied
