RWBY: The Grimm Users Return
PROLOGUE
It had been 11 years since the war with Salem had ended, and team rwby had gone on to live their own lives. 11 years after ruby rose defeated Salem. Now the world of remnant is in a state of pure peace, no fighting against other kingdoms or discrimination against the faunas. But that all changed when a new arrival appeared.
It was the day of ruby and Oscars' wedding. Everything was going according to plan people were all enjoying themselves. Yang and her wife Blake were enjoying catching up with team jnpr and the other friends they made during the war. "still can't believe ruby and Oscar got married." jaune said as he scarfed down a piece of cake. "yea, it's good to see those two are so happy together. Reminds me of when Blake and I got married." yang replied while feeding her 3-year-old son a piece of cake. "yup. I remember that day clearly as ever." Wiess replied while laughing. "you nearly passed out from blood loss when Blake walked down the aisle." ren replied with his usual calm voice. "yes. Yes. She did." Blake replied was she approached holding her youngest daughter in her arms. meanwhile, qrow was drinking again at the mini-bar when tai approached. "getting drunk again qrow? Come on man. Its ruby's wedding." "yea I know. I just needed a drink after what I seen last week." qrow replied.
"what do you mean by that qrow?" Ozpin/Oscar asked as he approached the bar. "oh, hey oz. What I meant was there is something going on in the Grimmland's. I'm not sure what it is but whatever it is, it isn't good." qrow replied. "hmm. We will check it out at a later date. Right now, is a time of celebration, after all it is ruby and Oscar's wedding." Ozpin replied before handing back the reigns to Oscars. "it's been 11 years and I'm still not used to him doing that." Oscar said. "yea, you may never get used to it." tai replied. "well, I got to check on ruby and make sure she doesn't eat too many cookies." Oscar said before walking off towards his wife's location. "Hes a good kid. I'm glad ruby is happy with him." tai said before looking off towards the forest.
A few hours had passed and the party had still been going on. It was around 3 in the afternoon when a large crashing noise had been heard out in the woods. "what the hell was that?!" a patron of the party said looking off into the distance towards where the noise had originated. "everyone please remain calm! We will handle this! Please enjoy the party." winter schnee said. Just then, a figure approached the party coming from the direction of the crash, he was covered in blood and looked to be half Grimm. "p...pl... please...h... h...he... help...m...m...me..." the figure managed to say before falling to the ground passing out from blood loss. "oh, my gods!" ruby exclaimed as she ran towards the figure on the ground. She knelt down to help him. "what the...by the gods. What happened to him?! Hes all scarred and... *gasp*" she exclaimed as she scrambled backwards away from him. "ruby? Hon. You ok?" Oscar said as he ran over to her. "y-yea I'm ok but that guy h-Hes a Grimm!" "what?! That impossible!" Oscar exclaimed as he took out his cane and pointed at the body lying on the ground. "don't worry ruby. Ill handle him." he said as he slowly approached the man lying on the ground. "help...me..." the man lying on the ground was able to say before he passed out again.
Qrow and the other huntsmen and huntresses that were at the party ran over to help. "oh, my gods. What happened to him?" Blake said. "I don't know. But he is half Grimm!" ruby exclaimed while scared. "a Grimm user?" ozpin said as he took over. "that's impossible the Grimm users were wiped out hundreds of years ago." "what's a Grimm user?" yang asked as she poked a stick at the body of the Grimm man on the ground. "Grimm users, are human and or faunas that can harness the powers of Grimm to use for themselves. However, the process is very dangerous, and it's been lost for thousands of years." ozpin explained. Just then the body moved and rolled slightly before the man opened his eyes revealing his red and silver eyes. "must... find...Ozma ... only... he can... help me..." he said before he clutched his side and screamed out in pain. "this is bad. He has severe burn wounds and a lot of scars and wounds on his body." a doctor said who was examining the man. "let's take him into the house and get him set on the table and treated." tai said as he picked up the man and walked into the house and sat him on the table. Ruby and the others had all gone back to the party to tell everyone that it was over because they needed to help the man who appeared.
A few hours had passed and the party had ended and everyone who was left had gone into the house to help out. "is he going to be ok?" yang asked. "yea he will be ok. We got him patched up quickly and was able to restrain him to the table." tai replied. "that's good. I wonder what happened to him for him to be so damaged and scarred like that." jaune said."i don't know. But we'll find out when he wakes u-" just then they heard the man in the other room wake up and say "what Where am I?! What happened?" he said as looked around the room. "woah calm down pal. Your safe." Qrow replied to the man calming him down. Just then ruby and, Oscar/Ozpin walked into the room. "so. Care to tell us where you came from, who you are and what happened to you?" ozpin asked the man. "my name is Alastor Grimm. And I'm from the Grimm lands." the man said. "but the Grimm lands a full of Grimm. How can anyone survive out there?" ruby asked. "that is simple. Because I was held captive in the castle my mother used." "your mother? Wait don't tell me. Your Salem's son?!" ruby exclaimed and then looked as ozpin. "that's not possible. Salem and I never had a son." ozpin replied in response to the man. "that you knew of." Alastor replied as he sat up. "my mother kept me prisoner as she experimented on me because of my silver eyes."
"oh, my gods. She experimented on you?" ren said from the doorway. "that she did. But that was only after I escaped 25 years ago. I lived my life in a quaint little shack outside kuroyuri for about a year. Until I was captured by Salem's most elite warrior." "elite warrior?"ozpin inquired. "indeed. She was captured years ago and indoctrinated into being the elite warrior she is. She has been hunting me down ever since I escaped a few days ago." Alastor explained. "and what does this elite warrior call herself?" jaune asked as he entered the room. "she calls herself the corrupted rose." "corrupted rose?" ozpin asked while thinking. "why does that name sound so familiar." "you know of her? How?" Alastor asked. "I'm not sure. But I have a theory. I'll tell you all more when I find out if it's possible or not." Ozpin said. Just then Alastor passed out again from straining himself to stay awake. "he is mentally exhausted. He must have been running on fumes if he stayed awake this long." tai said as he asked everyone to leave the room so the man could rest. One thing was for certain, this day had just gotten stranger.
