Before they knew it, it was new years eve. Aurora had to fight with Frankie to stay past new years. But like the rest of the men in his family, he found it really hard to say no to his Princess. Frankie had asked Mia to come with them on January 3rd when they go home. After all Mia was just about 6 weeks now. So she was still safe to fly. Mia would do anything for them. She considers Aurora a sister. Like she does with Kate, Ana and Elisabetta . Jason had asked his parents to watch they girls. So he could go with his Princess. Sure Mia would be perfectly safe to go with out her husband but Jason did not care. Just like the rest of the men in his family, he hated to be away from his Princess.

Tonight Christian and his family were celebrating at the Grove. The new years at Epic package, Christian gave it two the top two crews that have sold the most drugs in the last year. That's ten men and women that work for the Grey's and they families. Luke and Elliot were outside setting up about $7,000 worth of fireworks. Grace was in the kitchen with Mia and Elisabetta. Both pregnant women were sitting cutting up fruits and Veggies. That was the only thing Grace would allow them todo. She did not care if her girls were 4 weeks pregnant or 40 weeks. They will take it easy no matter what. Ana, Kate and Aurora and the kids were taking a nap. In the hopes they can stay up to see all the fireworks go off. Christian had brought champagne and non-alcoholic champagne for the adults. An apple juice for the kids. For the toast at midnight.

Jason, Christian and John were getting the big enclosed back porch ready for when it was time for fireworks. Not to long after the twins were born, he had the porch built. Three of the four walls and the celling were made of bullet proof glass. It had a heater for the winter and a AC for the summer. So they could star gaze at night. It was something he loved doing when he was younger. An its something his kids love to do also. More then once they had sleep overs on the porch. They was enough room for all the adults to have lounge chairs and the kids could spread out on they sleeping bags. Around 5 everyone was up and ready to eat. Grace went all out for her family. Ana has always craved her mother in-law's Mushroom risotto when ever she is pregnant. So she made that for the adults. An Margherita Pizza for the kids. Of course she made enough so the men could have some of that also.

They all sat down and Christian at one end of the table and his father at the other end. After everyone sat, Christian spoke.

I just wanted to say a few words before we partake in this amazing food. Set out for us to day. First off thanks Mom, Mia and Elisabetta for making this amazing food.

The women smiled at Christian.

As the hours click away to the new year. I'm thinking about the past year. A lot has happen. Some bad but a whole lot good. I'm so blessed to have all you guys (Christian looked around at everyone at his table and smiled) in my life. An I can't wait to see what new and exciting things the new Grey's and Lambert's bring to our family. I love you all so very much.

With that the whole table clapped. They enjoyed the meal. The kids had so much fun watching all the fireworks. They stayed up way past midnight. Unfortunately the pregnant women did not make it past 9. They guys did not have the heart to wake them at midnight. So they just kissed they foreheads as they carried them to bed. Mac and Carrick got roped in to sleeping with the kids. Grace said she loved him very much but they is no way she is sleeping on the floor.

A Couple weeks Later

The Lamberts all made it home ok. Mia and Jason were back in the states the next night. Mac did go home for a week to take care of somethings for the family business. Even when MJ takes over as head of family this coming Auguest, Mac still has his crew to run. But as soon as he was done he headed back to the states. There was no way in hell, he would miss the birth of his next Grandson. Just like he will not miss the birth of his son Frankie's boy. Mac and Christian planned everything out for when Ana goes in to labor. The moment Ana tells Christian its time he will sent out an alert. This will go to they siblings and parents and Grandparents. Even the ones back in Sicily. Ginny was staying at Gabe's home in the states but Lucca had to go back to Sicily to help his grandson's with the family business. They were doing a great job but they still have a lot to learn. Christian would get Ana ready as Mac got the kids ready to go to Gabe's house. Then after they brother was born they great Grandparents would take them to the hospital.

The closer it got to Ana and Kate's due date the crazier everything got. Ana and Kate were just so tired with being pregnant. Everything was sore on them and every little thing they husband did was driving them nuts. Even though they were only trying to help. Luckily the men were not taking anything to heart. A week in to the new year Ana and Kate had decided that Kate, Elliot and little Tony were moving in to the Grove in till the babies were born. Christian had to admit it was a good idea. What if they go in to labor at the same time again. It would be easier to keep them both safe if that happens again. Kate may not be a princess by birth like Ana and Mia but she was treated like she was. Christian has made that very clear to those that work for the Grey's and other Mafia families they work with. Christian had asked Mia and Jason to move in also. Its better to be safe then sorry.

Grace has not moved in like her middle and youngest boy's and they families. But she got there at 7am. So she can get started on breakfast before the kids wake at 8. And she stayed all day taking care of the kids and any house work. She goes home after she puts the kids to bed. All she wanted her boys to worry about is taking care of they wifes. Foot rub, back rubs craving runs you name it they did it. Mia had to fight with Grace to let her help her out even a little. Jason knew, not to even try with his Mom he would never win. So he just played with the kids when he was not working that is.

It went on like this for two weeks till one night. Christian had just massaged Ana's back and she had finely fallen a sleep. Christian was just watching his beautiful wife sleep. He was just hoping she will sleep through the night. She has not been sleeping more then a few hours a night. Christian had just fallen asleep and out of no where he woke up. Ana was grabbing on to his arm hard and he was wet. Still half a sleep Christian spoke.

Ana did I have a wet dream?

Through gritted teeth Ana spoke.

NO but you are about to be a Daddy again.

That woke Christian up fast. Christian grabbed his phone and he was about to send out his alert, when Elliot's alert came through.

Fuck

Christian what's wrong?

Kates also gone in to labor.

Ana was gonna smile but a contraction hit. They were coming very close together. Ana grabbed Christian's hand and together they breathed through it. After it passed he sent the alert out that Ana was in labor also. At that moment both Christian and Elliot ran to the hall way at the same time looking for they sister in-law. Mia was just coming out of her & Jason's room, bag in hand. She told the men, she wanted to check them over before they went to the hospital. Mean while Mac checked on his baby girl before he got the kids ready to go to they Granddads. He kissed her forehead before he left the room. An told her how much he loves her.

Mia had checked on Kate first and she was already 8 centimeters. Ana was about 7 1/2 centimeters. She had informed both couples that they will not be going to the hospital. It was to risky to try and take them to the hospital, them being this far along in labor. She had told her husband to call his parents to come to the grove instead of the hospital. Also she will need Grace's help in delivering her newest Grandbabies. She also had Christian carry Ana to Kate's bedroom. It would be easier for her that way. Then she had Jason get her portable ultrasound machine from they car. Mac had taken the kids to Gabe's and on the way grabbed his newest Godson's Godfathers. CJ said he would help Gabe and Sofia with the younger kids. Grace had gotten to the grove before Mac left with the kids.

Christian and Elliot worked together to put a mattress tarp on the bed. The husband lifted they wife as the brother put the tarp on that side of the bed. Grace had boiled water so it was sterile to clean the babies when born and some soft wash cloths. Mia had everything else needed in her bag. It was 5 am after Mia, Jason and Grace had everything set up. Kate was almost 10 centimeters now and Ana about 9 1/2 centimeters. The new Grey's were in a hurry to be born. Mia was using the ultrasound to monitor Kate because she was having twins. With any luck Teddy Grey will just slide right out. Just in case the babies start coming at the same time she went through the process so Grace can help Ana deliver Little Teddy. For the next hour Elliot and Christian helped they wifes breath through the contractions.

Then it came time for Kate to start pushing. It took about 15 minutes but before they knew it John Joseph Grey's crys could be heard around the room. Grace quickly cleaned him up and put a diaper on him. Them wrapped him in a blanket and handed him to his father. As Kate and Elliot were admiring they beautiful baby boy, Mia was checking on they other little one.

Shit

All the people turned to Mia scared. But it was Elliot who spoke first.

What's wrong with my son Mia?

Nothing per say . But your baby is breech. Meaning he is coming feet first. No worries, I can deal with it. But it is important that you do not try and push. In till I get him in the right position.

All Kate could do was nod. Grace took her newest Grandson out to Carrick. So Elliot can focus on his wife. Grace got back to the room as quick as she could. When she did, Ana screamed out in pain. It was time for her to push. Because Mia was working on Kate. Mia told Grace to take a breath and look under Ana's sheet.

Grace what do you see?

I see Teddy's head.

Go wash your hands quick and put some gloves on.

Mia was still working on Kate as she was giving Grace instructions. Grace came back out and lifted Ana's sheet. Grace her self was taking deep breaths. After all she has never done anything like this before. But she would not let her kids or grandson down.

Now help guide Teddy's head and shoulders as Ana pushes. Take your time and tell me when the shoulders are all most out.

Kate I almost have your boy in the right position.

Mia said.

Teddy's shoulders are almost out Mia.

Ok Grace I need you to slowly rotate Teddy to his right as Ana gives one more big push and he will be out.

After Mia spoke to Grace, she turned to Kate and said push. Teddy popped out and a few secounds later Jacob Ryan Grey was also born. Grace had cleaned Teddy up and handed him to his Mommy. Then Christian wrapped his Mom in his arms. An he whispered in her ear. So only she could hear.

Thank you Thank you so much Mom. I have always known you are amazing but what you just did Mom. How can I ever thank you? I Love you so very much Mom.

Grace pulled back from her son a little. An there were tears falling down his face, She wiped her sons tears away and kissed his cheek. An said you just did. An I love you so very much my baby boy. (He may be in his 30s but he still loves when his Mom called him that) Now I'm gonna go tell the Grandfather's and Godfathers and Jason that the boys have all arrived.

Grace walked out into the living room. Mac and Carrick were pacing back and fourth. Little John was asleep in his Grandfather's arms. When they spotted Grace, she had a smile from ear to ear. Mac spoke first.

Gracie how are the girls?

They are amazing Mac. Just tired but that is to be expected. An Jacob and Teddy are really good also.

Both men smiled bright. Then Carrick spoke.

Mia must also be very tired. We heard Teddy and Jacob's cries almost simultaneously.

Some how Grace's smile grew bigger.

She is tired I'm sure but she did not deliver Teddy. I helped Ana bring him in to this world.

Grace had tears in her eyes, she was so happy. Carrick wanted to embrace his amazing wife but did not want to wake Little John. So he let his brother Mac do it. Mac held Grace in his arms, whispering how amazing she is. A few minutes later Mia came out for Little John. She said after the boys eat. An Ana and Kate get cleaned up they could all come in. Mac and Carrick left quickly to go pick up the kids. They moved both women to Christian and Ana's room. Easier to clean up that way. They had the kids come in first. It was almost 8 already but Sofia and Gabe said they would not sleep till they knew they Mommies or Aunties in some of the kids cases were ok. After the kids met the new Grey's they Dad's put them to bed. Then the Granddad's, Grandma's Godfather's and Uncle were let in to the room after that.

Sofia was in tears holding her newest Great Grandson. Just like she did with all her Grandbabies before Teddy. The only way this could get any better, is if her best friend Ginny was with them. She knew in her heart that Ginny was watching over they Grandbabies. For the next half hour the new born Grey's were past around the room. Before everyone left for they rooms, Kate and Elliot announced who they wanted as they boys Godparents. Unlike they siblings they wanted they boys to have two sets of Godparents. They had asked Ana and Christian to be Jacob Ryan's Godparents. An Mia and Jason to be John Joseph's Godparents. An of course they said yes. It was always a given but it was always nice to ask. An they was no way in hell they would ask Kates brother and his girl. Elliot already told his wife if Ethan ever shows his face near they home he will empty his gun into him. An Kate said she will join him with her gun.

Ethan ran human trafficking rings with the Lastra family around Texas and Tennessee. The last time Kate saw her brother was just before her wedding. Elliot was doing a job for his Dad. Kate and her brother had a huge fight. Ethan slapped her and even made threats against her. Carrick and his boys wanted to send out a hit man after him. But Kate talked them out of it. Carrick agreed for now but told Kate that if hetouches his family again he would be gone. Kate agreed with him. Carrick and now Christian have been keeping track of Ethan since that day. They would do anything to protect a princess. Even an honorary one.

Grace had slept a couple of hours but woke so she could take care of her Grandbabies. Christian and Elliott needed to take care of they wifes and new born sons. Carrick helped Grace out as much as he could. Around noon Christian, Ana and Teddy came in to the living room. Kate, Elliot, John and Jacob came in soon after that. After lunch Mia grabbed her work laptop to type up the new Grey's birth certificate. She had Grace in tears when she had her sign Teddy's. The rest of day went by great for the family, They now had birthday twins and triplets in they family. An the family was perfectly fine with that.
