It was two weeks in to Daniella's 8th grade year. It was a cool fall day. Middle School Students ( 7th and 8th ) were permitted to eat lunch outside if they wished. Daniella's God sisters Eva and Ella did not like having lunch outside so they ate inside. So Daniella ate her lunch with her brothers Sal and Val. Her cousin Tony would eat with them also. That is if he did not have to serve detention during his lunch period. Sal and Val were usually along side Tony when he was causing trouble. But Tony liked to stick around and watch they prank played out. Witch really sucked for Sal and Val. They still called themselves the three musketeers. An they always did stuff together. So when Tony is grounded, Sal and Val did not have as much fun as when they all three did something together.

Daniella went to her locker and grabbed her lunch. She walked outside to find her brothers. But her brothers were not were they usually would be waiting for her. That was strange because the 7th graders were always let out for lunch first. They always meet at the picnic table behind the school. They CPOs could keep a better eye on them there. Sure the dumpster was back here but it was a good distance from the table. As Daniella was getting closer to the dumpster she could hear her brothers. An it sounded like they were fighting with someone. She slowly walked around the dumpster. An what she saw made her so fuckin mad. Two fuckers were trying to take her brothers. Over her dead body would she let them take her brothers. Daniella wondered where the hell they CPOs were. She took out her cell phone, she did not want to call her Dad in case they heard her. But her Dad was the smartest man she knew. An he thought up different code words and phrases for his kids to text if something was wrong.

Cannolis

Witch will tell her Dad that she needs help now but can't talk. The first thing her Dad will do is send an alert to they CPOs and his crew members. Then he will hightail it to her. She waited a few seconds for the CPOs but nothing. The boys were putting up a fight so the men have not got far. They knew how to fight but they were only a level 5 green belt. ( Christian has only been training them about 6 months now. They were not interested to learn to kickbox when they were younger) On the other hand, Daniella is a 2nd degree black belt in kickboxing. She could tell her brothers were getting tired fast. They really need to work on they stamina. Daniella took a deep breath like her Dad taught her to do before she fought anyone.

Mean while at Epic

Christian and Jason had just finished up a meeting with they crews. They had dismissed the men and where talking about they kids and having a beer.

Christian how did you get so lucky with Daniella?

Christian laughed.

What do you mean Jay?

Daniella is the perfect mix of you and Ana. She got her Mother's looks but everything else is you. We have nothing to truly worry about with her. She likes one boy witch we approve of. ( Christian and Jason have talked about they Daniella marrying CJ one day. An yes they were ok with it. Not that they will make it that easy for CJ) She is a 2nd degree black belt and she does not take shit from no anyone. Hell more then once she has called us out on our bull shit.

What's your point Jay?

Your God Daughters got everything from they Mother. You know how much I love those two, more then life its self. But they scare the living day lights out of me. They are only 12 and every other week they have a new boy they want to marry, An they refuse to learn any self defense.

Christian smiled and put his hand on his brother's shoulder.

Don't worry about the boys. We will kill the first Boy that comes around and the word will get out not to touch our girls.

That made Jason Smile.

As for them not wanting to learn self defense. For now trust they CPOs to keep them safe. An talk to Daniella about the self defense thing. They maybe complete opposites to Daniella but they look up to her. An they do whatever they God sister tells them to do.

With that they clinked they bottles together. Christian felt his phone vibrate in his pocket. He smiled because it was from his baby girl. But the smile faded when he read what she wrote.

Fuckin hell, Jason come on Daniella needs us.

As they were heading to the exit, CJ was coming out of the bathroom. CJ is 18 now and working for the family. He is a tech wizard working under Welch. An Christian called to him to come with them. He would be pissed off with his Uncle, if he did not. Its been 13 years since CJ declared Daniella is his Princess. CJ has not even looked at another Girl. They still had three years to go before Christian will even think about letting them date. An CJ was ok with that. He told his Uncle he would wait 100 years, if he had to for his Princess. That made Christian happy. An at a run the men headed to Christian's car.

Behind the school

As quiet as can be Daniella walked up behind the man fighting with Val. Daniella kicked him behind the knees and he went down hard. Losing his grip on Val. Once Val stepped out of the way Daniella did a perfect round house kick to the fucker's head who tried to take her brother. He was out cold. The other man that was fighting to take Sal turned, let go of Sal and started for Daniella.

Christian's Car

Christian what the fuck is going on?

Not sure Jay but do you remember when Daniella started Junior high and got her cell phone. We came up with code words for her text if something happens and she can't get to her CPOs.

Yeah Christian.

She texted me Cannolis, send out an alert a princess is in trouble.

Jason did as he was told. CJ was in the back seat scared. His Princess was in danger and he was not there to protect her. He was just praying she was ok.

Back behind the school

Sal and Val stood back to watch the events play out in front of them. They probably should have gone for help, but they wanted to see they sister kick this guy's ass. The guy was running stright for Daniella. But Daniella did not move, she just got in to her fighting stance.

Come on you son of a Bitch you think you can try and take my brothers. Come and get me.

Obviously the man just thought Daniella got lucky taking down his friend. He ran at her his arms spread wide to grab her. Daniella ducked and sucker punched him in the gut. He did not go down just as easy as his friend. That was ok because Daniella was no where near done with him. She grabbed his right arm and twisted it hard behind his back. Daniella was very strong for a 13 year old girl. She kickboxed with her father and she lifted weights with her Godfather. With his hand twisted behind his back she kicked him in the back of the knees. Around this time her and her brothers CPOs showed up. But they did not intervene. They stood back and watched the show. Daniella was now kicking him in his gut repeatedly.

I don't know who the fuck you are working for, but know this no fucker will touch my brothers. Not while I'm breathing. An be thankful my Dad is not here because you would have a bullet in your head already.

Unknown to Daniella her father, godfather and CJ were there already. They got they when Daniella was kicking the man. They never realized how scary she was when angry. But they sure had smirks on they faces. After all look at they girl.

Now for some reason they was no cameras behind the school and they did not draw a crowd. That was a big help. They did not need them calling the cops. Other wise they may not get answers on who told them to try and take the boys. So after Daniella kicked the guy in the head, knocking him out. Christian quickly went in to boss mode. He told the Bastilles to figure a way to get the men to the warehouse undetected. Now Christian was not mad at his kids CPOs. He knew they was a very good reason why they where not there to protect his kids. He trusted them that much. He turned to Ros as Jason went to check on his God daughter, along with CJ.

I want to know what happen. After I get my kids home, I want a debriefing.

Yes Boss

When he was done being the boss he ran to his kids. Christian was so nervous but still so dam proud. Today could have ended horribly. But his baby girl saved the day. She protected her brothers and took down two full grown men. On the way home he just had to call Mac. He would be on the next plane to the states. He can't tell Ana this over the phone, she would freak out. An Christian did not want that. He hugged his twin boys and kissed they heads. Then he turn to his daughter who stepped away from CJ's embrace. Christian pulled his baby girl in to his arms and kissed her head. She has done so many things in her young life that made him proud of her. But this was so different.

At 13 years of age Daniella was already 5'3 and was still growing. Her Doctor said when she is done growing she will be almost 6 feet like her Dad. Christian pulled back from his daughter to speak.

I'm so dam proud of you little princess.

Daniella smiled she loved making her Dad proud.

Dad do you know who those men are?. Are they enemy's of the Grey Family?

Daniella said in a soft whisper not wanting anyone else to hear. 3 months ago a few days after Daniella's 13th birthday and Christians 41st birthday, Christian sat Daniella down and told her about the family business. As his father did a few days after he turned 13. It's so Daniella can truly think about joining the family and just by her reaction, Christian just knew one day they will be a woman as head of the Grey Family again. That has not happen in over a hundred years. That scares him, but it also makes him so dam proud.

I don't know baby girl, but I promise you I will find out. Now I want to get you and your brothers home.

What about Teddy?

He will also be coming home with us. Along with your cousins.

Christian left Jason and CJ with his kids. While he went to go pick up Teddy and his nieces and nephews. He had no clue what was going on. But in till he knows for sure all the kids need to be at the grove. Where its easier to keep them safe. By the time Christian had all the kids, his kids CPOs had the two men gone. CJ had his arm around Daniella and they were talking. As Jason was talking with his nephews. When they got back to the SUV they was two waiting for them. Jason had his kids CPOs drive back in one, so he could drive his twins and Elliot's twins and Little Tony and Chris to the grove. After today Jason knew Christian needed all his kids with him. Plus CJ would go nuts if they had him drive with Jason and not with his Princess.

Christian's SUV

After he buckled Teddy in his booster seat, he had him put his head phones on and play some of his learning games. His baby boy did not need to know what happened to his siblings today. CJ was sitting in the back next to his Princess. Her head was resting on his shoulder. They may not be able to date yet but they are super close and cared so much for each other. She has already asked CJ to be her date for senior prom. CJ skipped his last year and had a movie night with his Princess instead. If possible that made Daniella love him even more. On the way home he dialed his Godfather's number in Italy.

Christian how are you doing son?

I've been better Mac.

Mac knew from the way his godson adressed him something was either wrong or it had to do with the family business.

What's wrong Christian?

I will tell you but please let me finish speaking before you freak.

That scared Mac. But he agreed to let Christian talk first before he spoke.

About 45 minutes ago I got a text from Daniella that something was wrong at school and she could not call or get to her CPOs. Now before I say anything else. She is safe don't worry. I'm taking her and her brothers home as we speak. Teddy has his headphones on so he can not hear what we are saying.

That calmed Mac down but that did not mean he was not scared. There must still be something wrong if Christian was calling him to tell him this.

Two fuckers tried taking Sal and Val. Behind the school where they eat lunch. After Daniella sent the text, she single-handedl took down the two fuckers her self. Jason, CJ and I got that as she was kicking the one fucker in his gut multiple times. It was a sight to see. Now before you ask I don't know why they CPOs were not there at the time. But I trust there was a good reason. I will be debriefed after I talk to Ana.

Mac did not talk at first. Christian knew his Uncle was taking deep breaths so he would not yell or swear to much while knowing his Grandbabies are listening. Now that Christian was thinking about it he would have to talk to Daniella about her swearing like that. Not that he really cared but Ana would freak out on him if she ever heard they baby girl talk like that.

Do you know who the fuckers are working for or why they would want to take our boys?

No not yet, I figured you would want to be here when I have a little talk with them.

Christian knew his Uncle well. They will also be someone else who will want to be there. He had texted his Dad while he was getting the kids.

Ok Christian, I will call my pilot after I hang up with you. I will be there some time tomorrow evening.

With that the men hung up. Just as he was pulling in to the Grove. His parents were already there. The only thing they knew was something happened at the school. But all were safe and not to tell Ana yet. After they got in the grove, Christian took Ana and his Parents to his study and told them what had happen. Ana did not freak out as bad as if Christian called her from the car. She was actually kind of calm after she knew the kids were not harmed in any way. But that did not stop her from checking her kids over from head to toe. After Ana was satisfied the kids were all ok, she went in to the kitchen to help Grace with dinner. Christian, his brothers and Dad were talking in his study. The kids were playing in they playroom, as CJ and Daniella were walking in the garden.

About a half hour later Grace and Ana called everyone to the dining room. The ladies made Pasta Puttanesca. It's a version of spaghetti and meat balls. An they was none left when the family got to it. About half way through Ana's stomach started to get upset. Christian knew his wife better then anyone. An he knew Ana has been kinda, off the last day or two. But when he asked her what was wrong, She said she was fine. When Ana got up and covered her mouth and ran to the bathroom, he followed. He held her hair back as she brought up her dinner. When she was done being sick and was all cleaned up he carried her to they bedroom. Christian placed Ana on they bed.

Princess you are not fine. You have not been yourself the last couple of days. You have been fatigued and have had a headache. Now this.

As he was talking he felt Ana's forehead.

An you feel warm. I know you don't like admitting that you are sick. But Princess you are.

Ana nodded her head in agreement and Christian pulled her in his arms.

Don't worry about anything Ana. Lets get you changed and you get some sleep. I will take care of the rest.

Ana did not fight Christian. She just let him take care of her. He always knows what to do. As he shut the lights off in they bedroom and walked back to the dining room, his mind was racing. He had to take care of his wife and kids, but he also has to find out who tried taking his twins. What was he going to do? He is not superman. But as he took his place at the dining room table, he realized he does not need to be superman. Because his family always has his back.
