We join the Greys a Month before Daniella's 19th birthday and Christian's 47th Birthday. CJ and Daniella have been officially dating for two years now. Daniella told her father, when she was 16 she was certain that one day she wanted to take his place as head of the Grey family. Christian knew that, they would not want to wait long to marry. So the time line for Daniella taking over had to be adjusted. Not that CJ has asked for his daughters hand in marriage yet, but he knows it will be coming anytime now. So instead of 18, Daniella will become her father's underboss when she turns 19. So for the last year she has been working alongside her Godfather. Because on June 18th before Christian and Daniella's birthday party, Daniella will be sworn in as her father's underboss.

Daniella and her Godfather were having dinner at CJ's place after dealing with a rogue drug dealer. Jason was in the room but he let his God daughter deal with him. Because this was the first time he gave them any trouble, Christian told them to rough him up a bit, so he never even thinks about trying to steal from them again. By the time Daniella was done with him, he had a dislocated shoulder, broken hand and busted face. Jason had a huge grin on his face as he watched his God daughter at work. She is a 10th degree black belt now and can dead lift almost 4 times her body weight. As they were waiting for they food, they talked.

That made Daniella giggle. She loved it when one of her family members called her by one of her nicknames. There was no way they would call her those names when working, but it still made her feel special when they did. When working she goes by Danny or D. CJ tried calling her Danny once at Christian's club during a meeting and his godfather had to stop Daniella from shooting him. CJ told Daniella that he thought it was better that way, most especially because she will be boss one day. Daniella told CJ, she did not give a fuck who was there. He has been calling her Princess, since before she was born and just because she was working for the family now nothing is gonna change. When it came to them two. If the ones that work for them have a problem with him calling her Princess. She will shoot them point blank in the head. CJ has never made that mistake again.

There is something I've been meaning to ask you ever since, I started working under you to take your place as my Dad's underboss when I turn 19.

That made Daniella smile big. She loved it when her Parents, God Parents and Grandparents were proud of her. But it was a bit more special when she made her father and godfather proud. After all she takes after them more then any other family member. Even if she looked like her Mother's twin, there was no doubt where she got everything else from. They had a nice dinner together.

Now Little D, I think its time we get back to the grove before CJ or your Dad start calling.

That made Daniella giggle. Her Father and Boyfriend knew very well she could take care of herself. But they still worry about her when she is not with them. An if possible that made her love them more. Ten minutes later they were pulling in the drive way, at the Grove. An in a blink of an eye CJ had his Princess in his arms. After Daniella was checked over by her parents. CJ took his Princess to their apartment. Just before Daniella's 18th birthday, Christian had their 6 car garage turned into an apartment for Daniella and CJ. Ana even convinced Christian to put more then one bedroom in the apartment for future Grandbabies. Not that they really wanted to think of their baby girl having sex.

A couple weeks later at Epic. Christian and Jason were having a meeting with Daniella and CJ. They were discussing what will happen in two weeks when Daniella becomes her fathers underboss. Now CJ and Daniella are not even engaged yet, but Christian and Jason knew it was coming. It was just a matter of time. Now CJ will not really have a part in this ceremony, he will just be there to support his Princess. Unlike when Daniella becomes boss, he will become keeper of the Grey family book at that Ceremony. Now unknown to everyone in that room, CJ is planning to ask his Godfather for his daughters hand in marriage in a few months. He wanted to wait till his Princess turned 19 and had a chance to settle in to the role of her father's under boss.

Now CJ, its your choice if you want to keep your crew or just stay my tech guy, after Daniella becomes my underboss. But you should know that it could possibly bring more danger for the both of you. For the simple fact that our enemies will see you guys as a bigger threat. Its something I want you guys to think about and give me your decision in 2 weeks.

CJ smiled at his Princess and spoke.

Now Christian and Jason are pretty certain why they chose this option. The very reason Christian's Godmother did not become boss of her family. It was to protect their future kids. An they respected their choice.

Two weeks later at the grove, Ana was making Christian and Daniella their birthday breakfast of scrambled eggs and toast. Every year Ana offers to make something different, but the birthday twins say its a tradition. CJ had to make a quick run to the store, to pick up the neckless he got made special for his Princess today. He is so dam proud of her. Just as Ana was cleaning up, CJ arrived to the grove. After CJ got a bite to eat, then it was time for presents.

Christian's Parents, his siblings and their families were in the living room. Along with Mac, Ana's siblings and families. Ana started the birthday twins off with their traditional birthday t-shirts. This Years T-Shirts are dark blue. An the Picture Ana took of Christian and Daniella the morning he became boss on them. Christian was smiling as his mini me was kicking her feet in the air. An just like the last 18 t-shirts, Christian and Daniella loved them.

Christian got his birthday twin a desert Eagle hand gun with a blue grip . Her Godfather got her a new gun holster. Her Mother got her a bracelet that says,

CJ got his Princess a compass neckless. Daniella wanted to kiss him passionately, but settled with kissing his cheek. Her Dad would not like to see that. An on the back of the neckless, it said I would be lost with out you. An it was true he would be lost with out her. CJ helped her remove the Princess neckless, that he placed around her neck when she was 6. She has not taken it off since that day and now he was replacing it with a new one.

Christian got a sign, to hang in his office. From his Princess, that said.

Christian gave his Princess a quick kiss of thanks, that still left her breathless. His Mini Me got him a blue t - shirt with a fedora and the words,

That made Christian laugh out loud. He hugged his daughter, then spoke to her.

Mini Me you are the biggest smart ass I have ever met.

That made Daniella giggle before she spoke to her Dad.

Daniella started to laugh, when she realized what she said. That made everyone in the room, laugh along with her and Christian. Christian had one more gift to open before everyone would start getting ready for Daniella's ceremony. John, Mia, Kate, Aurora and Elisabetta along with 20 CPOs will be taking care of the younger kids, because the others in Daniella's life that work for or with the family wanted to be there to support her today. Christian's last gift was from his Godson. CJ got him a pocket knife. An he got Ellis to engrave these words on it.

Christian absolutely loved it. He loves all his boys, but CJ came first and he loves him like if CJ was his flesh and blood son. Christian embraced his nephew with a hug. Then everyone went their separate ways, to get ready for the day. Now Daniella and Christian did not tell each other what they were wearing. But it did not surprise anyone in that living room , when Christian and his Mini Me walked in wearing the same thing. They both were blue jeans, a white t - shirt, a dark blue blazer and sneakers. An under they blazers were their gun holsters. After Grace and Ana got the pictures they wanted they headed to Epic.

Only the top Copos from Christian, Carrick and Jason's crew were invited. Daniella will not get her own crew, till her father and godfather teach her everything needed to run her own crew. Like Christian's Father and Godfather did for him. All Daniella's Uncles, Grandfathers and Great Grandfathers will be there. Grace and Ana will be the only ones there, that don't work for, or with the Grey's. After all today is history in the making. Yes its true over a hundred years ago they was a woman as head of the Grey family, but never has there been a woman underboss. All were assembled in the main meeting room, when they arrived. The men and women in the room all stood when they walked in the room. Daniella and CJ took there place, with the rest of the crowd in the room, along with their Uncles. Christian, Jason, Carrick, Luca, Mac and Gabe were at the head table. Ana and Grace were seated at their husbands sides. When the people at the head table sat, the rest of the room did the same. After a minute or two Christian kissed his wife's cheek and stood. He told everyone to remain seated.

Welcome my Family, (everyone in this room is blood or made ) today is a historic day for the Grey Family. Not many know this but over a hundred years ago My Great Grandfather's mother Ginny Ruth Grey ran our family.

But never in the history has there been a woman as underboss. That changes today, today my first born Daniella Grace Grey will take her Godfather's place as my underboss. An I have all the faith in the world, she will do a great job.

Ana was holding the box that contained The Grey Family book. She stood along with Jason, then they walked over to Christian. Jason took the box, then Ana and Christian opened the box together. Christian took the book out , then kissed Ana's cheek in thanks. Then Ana sat down with the box.

CJ kissed Daniella's cheek, before she stood and walked over to her father and Godfather.

Daniella looked to CJ, to her Godfather and then to her Father and smiled. Then took a deep breath and spoke as her Godfather handed her a little dagger.

I Daniella Grace Grey, am ready to step up and help lead my family. I vow to always put my blood and made family first. I vow to always look out for what is best for my family. I vow to protect my family. An I vow to always protect all Princesses. With this drop of blood I pelage my life for my family.

When Daniella finished speaking, Christian closed the book. Then Daniella cut her left palm and let a drop of blood land on the book. Christian walked over to his wife and placed the Grey Family Book in the box as Jason kissed both of his Goddaughters cheeks. Jason took Daniella's seat in the crowd, as Daniella grabbed the box containing the Grey Family book from her Mom. Then her Parents locked the box. Daniella was now officially her Fathers underboss. Daniella and Ana sat back down, as Christian finished the meeting up. After a few minutes all that was left in the room was Daniella's immediate family.

Christian was the first to hug his daughter.

Their is not enough words to tell you how proud of you I am Mini Me.

Daniella looked up at her Dad and smiled. Not that he was much taller then her, Christian is 6'2 and his daughter is almost 5'9. CJ let all of Daniella's family give there congrats first, then it was his turn. Daniella practically ran in to his arms. An when he pulled back a little, Daniella smashed her lips to his. An kissed CJ like her life depended on it. Christian and the rest of the family left the room to give them some privacy.

Princess I'm so fuckin proud of you. An I know you are going to be an amazing under boss for your Dad.

Then as a family, they all headed back home to the Grove. The birthday twins still had to celebrate they birthday after all. When they got home, they changed into their birthday t-shirts. Christian Crew is at the house, along with the Sawyers and Daniella's best friend Hannah. Besides all the younger Greys and Lamberts.

Grace had went to town for her baby boy and Grandbaby. She made all their favorite Italian dishes. An like every year Ana went all out on their birthday cakes. Christian got a Seattle Seahawks cake. Two round layers, Chocolate, a 47 on the top layer and the Seattle Seahawks logo on the bottom layer. Just like her Dad, Daniella likes chocolate cake. With Daniella becoming her Dads underboss today, Ana decided to do a gangster cake for her daughter. Its two layers like her Dad's but hers were square. The bottom layer is white and the Top layer red. Their was a silhouette of a female gangster on top, surrounded by a cannoli and bullets. Resting on top of the 1st layer and leaning against the top layer, were two perfect replicas of the gun her father gave her. In the center of the two guns on the front of the 2nd layer had 19 on it. On the front of the 1st layer said Happy Birthday Danny.

Unknown to the birthday twins, there is a special guest coming today. A very good friend of the family. But it was two dangerous, for him to come around very often. So this will truly be a surprise. When the door bell rang Ana sent the birthday twins to the door. Ana and Grace were the only ones who knew he was coming. Now he was already cleared at the gate, so Christian just let him in. He had a baseball cap on and sunglasses. When he pulled his glasses and cap off, he pulled Daniella in to his arms for a hug. When they pulled apart, Daniella spoke.

Uncle Ashton, what are you doing here?

The man chuckled a little before he spoke.

To celebrate my niece and nephews birthday of course.

When Christian tried to shake his Uncle's hand, his Uncle pulled him in for a hug. As Mac and Carrick stepped forward to greet their best friend, Senator Blandino. His parents were in the business and he grew up along side Mac and Carrick when they all were living in Italy. Its always good to have friends in high places. Now they just have to convince Bob Adams to become commissioner. Then they will be all set.

All the family had an amazing time, celebrating the Birthday twins birthdays. An 18 year old Sal, Val and Tony ended the night with a bang. By putting on a fireworks show. All the Little ones fell asleep on the enclosed back porch watching the fireworks. An at midnight CJ and Ana kissed, the Birthday twins.
