A/N: Finally! Chapter two is here! My annoying brain turned of so I could actually write something for once.
2.
Dawn, the next morning...
"Something must be done Karl. The kingdom needs a ruler. Princess Anna is that person," said Otto. Few new that Arendelle's prime minister was German. Everything had fallen apart after Queen Induna died. Half of the government was shipped in from across Europe. Nobody had done anything to stop the citizens outside those gates from living in hell. All staff in the palace thought that princess Anna was nearly dead. Anna didn't think anything of all of it. Her dreams had started to become real along time ago.
"You, out of all people know that she is unfit to rule. Still morning her sisters death sixteen years afterwards. Can you count how many other people have died after Elsa?" Karl snapped. Karl was the head of Arendelle, but most liked to think that they were the neck.
Otto sighed, "How easy was it for you to snap Induna out of morning? Like mother, like daughter. Anna used to practically wake up singing,".
"Your mother did to until your sister died Karl. Greif changes people and they never change back," Otto growled.
As the sun went up that morning, the palace was light in a stunning frenzy. As beautiful as Aphrodite, but no-one was there to appreciate. The damp and dingy rooms lay untouched. Breakfast wasn't served, the court meeting did not commence. No-one had thought ask the princess anything about it.
"Hold it up to the light. What do you see?" Anna whispered. Fearing that it would hear her.
Kristoff, annoyed said, "Light reflecting. I really don't have time for this. Why can't you tell me why you stay in here?".
Anna frowned, "This belonged to MY sister. You're in my room. You will have time for things when I say that you have time for things. LEAVE! Yes, I'm taking the rest of the vodka why don't you just re-name me Emperor Nero,".
"It's cider. The last that my dead mother made. Rulers are meant to protect and nurture their subjects. You know that. Your parents abused that power and you know it. Every day, outside those gates more people starve while your government has marzipan causally lying around. You are the rightful queen. You know what it is to look up every day and see more dead bodies piled out the window. It's only a matter of time before Arendelle's people revolt. They wonder what their beloved last monarch is doing in the palace. Wonder turns into curiosity. Curiosity turns into storming the palace at the rate that life is out there. So don't say that your sister dying is worse than Eleven thousand in two years. The population of when you last went out was three quarters of England's. What's little dead Elsa going to do about that?" Kristoff finished with a glare. He didn't notice that Anna had smashed two vases while he was talking. She didn't yell. Instead she pulled out a vile that contained a little black liquid in it.
"This is my sister's blood. It contains something highly magical. It could help your people. I appoint you as the next leader. Just let me keep-,".
Kristoff was about to tell Anna off for beliving in old myths when she fell into a deep, painful sleep.
