So back when I was testing my abilities I did in fact send a bunch of myself to scout out the general vicinity with a general mission to return when they were able to get a proper analysis of the area, or if there was civilization nearby. While I did the same but going the opposite direction.
You didn't think I wouldn't take advantage of my "Shadow Clones" in every conceivable situation did you? Scouting was pretty important, after all.
As of now I just decided to walk with Tatsumaki for a back to where I came from until I ran into one of myself again. Since the facility was obviously human contact, I just needed to regroup with the rest. Or in case they also found something else.
Soon enough I did, a group of them ran into me.
"Oh it's the boss! Wait who's that?"
"W-what the hell?!"
"Don't tell me that's who I think it is."
Must be a nice surprise to myself. Haha.
Naturally seeing a bunch of my own duplicates suddenly out of the blue caused Tats to get behind me. Unsure what to make of them.
Hmmm, what did she- oh yeah she doesn't know about duplication. Probably thinks they might be my 'less friendly to human' buddies or something.
"What's the situation?"
"The situation, is that we didn't see anything at all. It's all forest from what we've looked at, but judging by what you found there boss it's likely we might be in a discreet location in the wilderness. So it's anyones guess how far we are from the cities."
A reasonable analysis.
Tatsumaki was still clinging onto me, though it almost felt like hugging due to our height being nearly the same.
"Tatsumaki it's fine. They're me, I can make clones of myself. You don't have to- you know what you guys can combine back, I need to read the memories anyway."
Easier to explain it to her through a visualization.
"Alright!" "Yes Boss!"
The merging was quick, and absorption of memories fluid. Thankfully I got the hand of it earlier.
"See." I raised my hands." "Still me, if you see anything that looks like me don't worry alright?"
She nodded, now less apprehensive.
Ok gonna go through those memories now... yep nothing but mountains and shrubs, and... oh good they scouted from up top trees. Still didn't look like much from up high, just a larger view of the forest that never seemed to end.
Looking very closely I could see a few patches of odd long open areas back where I came from, knowing that one building was near I suspected that the open spots were cleared out for roads probably leading into the facility.
Time to go back then. Cell memories also said they were the whole group, so I had all my stock again.

Another undetermined amount of time passed. Enough so that Tats was starting to get visibly tired, but she didn't seem to complain. Despite still wearing that medical gown and... having no shoes.
Fuck should've noticed that earlier. I split off a cell with carrying her in mind.
"No more walking for you. Until you get shoes, ok? You can sleep in my, or his arms if you want."
I sighed in annoyance. Tatsumaki needed new clothes... food... shelter... everything I didn't have right now.
Sigh. Why didn't I follow one of those scientist guys to a city. It's not like they could stop me?
Might give a bad impression if I was forced to confront them over Tatsumaki though. Was buying people legal here?
And where was the a road?
Oh there it is, right past the nearest trees. YES!
Wait a minute is this gonna lead back to the facility? Maybe I should wait until a car comes, then follow or take it.
Take it for the greater good that is. Future saviors of the world and all. Unless I could hitch a ride, doubt it with my appearance.
Should I pretend to have been tamed by her just so people wouldn't attack me?
Could be useful, though that might jumpstart Tatsumaki's arrogance and cause her to make demands of me. Unreasonable ones.

Ok, I think I remember what way the facility was. It was a right thrn of here, which means I got to go left.
I glanced over at my fellow cell for a second, carrying a now passed out Tats bridal style. He seemed rather bemused at the situation.
Good job me, taking care of the terror herself.
Still in the trees I followed alongside the road. Making sure not to be within possible eyesight of any humans that might drive by. Though most probably escaped while I ran off the other direction to regroup.
Don't trust anyone yet, for obvious reasons. Need more information before I can make a proper appearance, as a hero or otherwise but preferably the former.
Need to find the closest City, information on Fubuki's whereabouts, and then the nearest route to City Z.
Abandon building or cheap house would be ideal for a secure and secret location to raise the sisters, if it were to come to that. With little to no people bothering me other then random monsters, which as a Dragon myself I could take care of no problem.
Saitama on speed dial would be nice too, though he wasn't born yet huh?
So I did decide as of now not to abandon Tats or Fubuki the moment I got them safe. The new plan now was to ask Tatsumaki later after reuniting them if she wants to be adopted by me, but otherwise politely accept if she wants to part ways.
She might get attached to me though due to being her literal savior. So she might say yes either way.
Would it be better to leave her at an orphanage and get popular and become a good guy first? Definitely would make it easier to raise her then being a sperm monster hiding and raising two little girls in isolated locations...
Mmm, yeah I should probably make sure to boost my reputation. In the event that I ever need to leave her behind Tatsu might find me on her own anyway.
Would abandoning her after a rescue be bad? Blast might've done that, though neither the webcomic or manga showed if he did anything after, not sure if anything was implied either. Foster care?
Certainly if she wants to see me again I could slide back into that parental role. I might as well be an entire family tree, with all my cells capable of being autonomous and all.
Gonna keep thinking about it, definitely a lot of things to consider and think about.

Getting real sick of these long time stretches of nothing. I wasn't complaining, being the potential adoptive father of like the third strongest being on the planet was a benefit that made me willing to go through all of these short term annoyances.
Completely theoretical situation still.
Yeah, when I get popular and some money I'm gonna go get myself a mansion, or a fortress, maybe borrow from Genus that regenerative food octopus thing and go nuts on it.
For the protection of Humanity I'll need a lot of Gold Sperms. A LOT.
One Hundred? No, a Quadrillion in total cells might make me feel a little safe. But I don't trust the world to go east on me. Might even blip Saitama out of existence and have to fight God myself.
Maybe I'm just worrying too much. Gold Sperm was able to make fodder of nearly all the S Class after all. Maybe I could just do damage control and play to my strength with my numbers, leave the big guys to Tatsumaki and Saitama or something.
Now that I think about it, weren't monsters a bit more rare before canon? I think I vaguely remember Saitama mentioning the military fighting them in one scene...
The trees ever so slightly started to thin out, and change shape. Good, progress.

Tats eventually did wake up from her nap, very well rested I might add, and seemed to noticed my unimaginable displeasure at having to engage in physical exercise.
"Are you feeling alright mister?" She was obviously concerned.
"Yeah... just tired of walking. Really tired."
I wasn't actually tired at all to be honest. In fact I probably had nearly infinite stamina. But it was really boring walking and I kinda liked having external stimuli.

"Hey. I know I said my powers don't work that well... but I think I could fly us?"

"Really? I'm not gonna force you or anything..." Gotta be nice, but please say yes I'm literally dying over here!
"Y-yeah but I haven't done it much... but I kinda got the hang of it..."
I let her down gently, the merge back with my double.
"I think it's something like this." Then a moment later she started floating, surrounded by that classic green hue of the Tornado of Terror. Or I guess technically Tiny Tornado. Not terror though, she was absolutely being a sweetheart right now, best kid in the world.
"Wait." I said, realizing something important. "How am I gonna fly?"
"Oh I didn't think of that..."
Wait wait... idea! I think I could possibly maybe work with this. Did I weigh much? Certainly not much in a smaller form, maybe if I shrink a little. Tatsumaki wouldn't mind giving me a ride for a change would she?

"Do you think I could hop on you, so you can carry the both of us at once?"

It was a little awkward clinging onto her back, but so far we managed to fly through the air at a speed much faster then my walking. Yes!
It was absolutely wonderful besides my sudden distinct fear of heights I had forgotten about. Not sure if Tats appreciated me holding onto her body for dear life or not. I was in my smallish form so it probably wasn't too big of an issue, or otherwise she might've mentioned it by now.
Would carrying me with her powers instead of her body be easier? Perhaps, but I didn't know if her lack of confidence in herself would have actually translated into negativity affecting her powers, and cause multitasking to be harder. So to avoid potential flight into the atmosphere I didn't mention it.
Another extremely important thought dawned on me, where to actually find Fubuki.
"Hey what City so you live in?"
"City B."
Ahh, the second letter of the alphabet.
"Where is that?"
"I'm not sure... wait how are we gonna find my sister?"
Damn, a wild goose chase... well I guess one can't expect a ten year old to know everything huh?
"Let's go to the nearest City, then we can search from there. We just have to find the right City."
If worst comes to worst I have 499 Billion cells plus a few more to use, so I could probably find her sister through sheer force of numbers...
Mmmm. Gotta avoid violent confrontation, but I have get a house somehow, then put clothes on Tats back, gotta feed her too...
Ok planning time!
-A home base, preferably out of sight abandoned house or apartment. With utilities, Tats needs a shower.
-Wait till night, rob a grocery and retail store. Food, Clothes, and a unique toy she can develop a sentimental attachment to.
-New four main cell groups. A, B, C, and D
-A to protect Tats, scout around home.
-B to search for Fubuki
-C to kill monsters and to boost my reputation.
-D to find Genus and either fuck him up, steal his shit, or if he's still in the process of researching how to become immortal then fund/force him to research infinite food and then to help fight God.
D was probably the most important. Ironically to stimulate my own evolution. Once I get at least one Golden Sperm rolling I can go ham on anything.
"I think I see the City!." Tats spoke up.
Perfect! Just in time too.
Uh wait a minute... city... people, shit I need to get out of sight- wait something doesn't look right there...
A lot of smoke and not the pollution type. I saw fire, a lot of it, and a bunch of wrecked buildings, the sudden sound of gunshots and military vehicles came into hearing... what was this a warzone?!
"Hey let's head back down to the ground now." Had a bad feeling about this.
Tatsumaki glanced back for a moment, also having noticed the situation, and nodded.
We descended back to Earth and into the City, from there we were able to get a better look at the destruction from a distance. The streets had a bunch of civilians running around and away scared.
It appeared as if the military here were fighting a monster, and losing. From here I was able to see the monster a decent amount. It looked pretty big, in fact it was seemingly much larger then that other one in the research facility.
It was a giant gray skinned muscular humanoid with a bunch of arrows sticking out of it alongside holes and other bullet wounds in fleshy rotting slin. Despite its undead appearance it was throwing the tanks and cars around like any incredibly powerful monster.
"Tatsumaki stay here, I'm gonna go help!" I split off a cell of one billion to stay behind just in case.
No clue how strong of an amount that was, but it'd definitely keep Tats out of trouble.
Ok running to the battlefield!

(499,000,000,000) Four hundred and ninety nine billion was ready to do battle. Let's go!
"Did someone call for a sperm!!" I proclaimed to the soldiers nearby, some of them were under cover.
That was so awful of a catchphrase, why did I say that!?!?
Fuck it, SPLIT!
Before the the soldiers could recoil in either confusion or cringe, four hundred and ninety nine groups of one billion from Black Sperm split into every direction. Hundreds of millions more split off to fulfill different important tasks including but not limited to:
Scouting the area and retrieving wounded, quickly tearing off parts of their clothing to wrap injuries or bleeding. Then carrying them away and behind the frontline of battle.
Others went off into the burning buildings and other wreckage to rescue and evacuate any possible trapped civilians. Quite a few trapped adults, some kids, families, among others. Some were terrified initially but then thankful soon after they were guided or carried away.
The soldiers for their part were completely overwhelmed in terror before confusion overtook them, that fear they had soon dissipating as they realized the strange looking mysterious being wasn't slaughtering them relentlessly or wreaking havoc like a monster would do normally. It was instead helping!
"Unbelievable...!"
"C-command what the hell is going on!?"
A middle aged man in typical combat gear could only gawk at the sight. In his entire military career never before had he seen something remotely resembling this situation. A mysterious being fighting enough monster and helping civilians? Completely unheard of!
Looking down he saw one of them, taking a closer look he saw it was a short black creature with a white face, and black antennae. It was looking at him with a smug expression.
"You these guy's leader?"
"Y-yes!"
"Call your bosses. Tell them you got a replacement."
"How did you-
A loud crashing sound interrupted the man, he gawked again upon seeing the monster they had struggled to fight be torn apart in less then a minute. Many copies of the weird creature were dancing in a celebratory manner, some striking poses.
"See? A clean kill."
The commander sighed. Unsure of what he could possibly say to his superiors to explain the situation. He could only hope he wasn't demoted for this...
"What's your name...?"
"You can call me Black Sperm."
While my beloved cells did all the work I sat next to Tatsumaki leaning on tree in a nearby park. We were watching as my cells did what she would first come to learn as hero work.
"Woah." Tats seemed to be pretty captivated at the sight of a countless number of 'me' running around and doing... stuff. It was a pretty majestic sight after all.
"I have a feeling we'll be able to find you're sister pretty soon. Maybe even tomorrow."
"Y-you think so?"
"Yeah."
I can probably acquire the Fubuki pretty soon if the nice popularity boost gives me a government contact, one with the ability to search through some database of names then that'll make finding her go by faster.
If that's a thing they do here. If not by search engine then I might be in a good position to send a search party.
What are the implications of saving the ass of some military guys. Key to the city? Citizenship? Housing? That's a good start at least. Wonder what the reception to a good monster will be.
"Hey Tatsumaki."
"Yeah?"
"You need a shower."
Tatsumaki gave me a look in response.
"Duh! All we did is walk."
"BOSS!" A sudden voice interrupted us.
Who the? Oh it's me, very good. "How did the encounter go?"
"The monster has been dispatched, civilians we could find saved, and soldiers."
I nodded. "Anything else?"
"Overall we have succeeded in most objective- oh we also have procured housing, and the government and military guys are interested in talking to us."
Here we go, let's see what sort of deal I can get.
"Alright Tats, let's go."
