If Only I could have spent a little more time with you.

Sasuke, Naruto and Sakura have spend the first week of them attending the academy planning. They have spend not only their lunch breaks on that but also time after the academy hours. For Naruto it was no problem to spend so much time away from home. Sadly he doesn't have anyone to go home to. Sasuke and Sakura have family waiting for them. Naruto told them it is lonely and Sasuke wishes he could do something for Naruto. He thinks about aksing his mother if he can bring a friend over. She was very interested to know more about his friends. In a good way. He hopes his father won't try to use Naruto once he learns Naruto is his friend.
Sasuke remembers his father getting more and more irritated and angry at Itachi as time goes by in the past. But now his father is angry with him because Sasuke is home late and it interferes with his training. Sasuke gave the excuse he was playing with his friends and his father looked down on that.
''Playing is a waste of time, it won't make you strong.'' His father responded.
''But it does make my bonds stronger with my friends.'' Sasuke replied. Both Itachi and his father raised their eyebrows at that but before either of them could say anything his mother came back with dinner.
''That is right Sasuke. Training is important but spending time with your friends is too. You are going to need them in the future. Friends are important. I remember that my friends helped me a lot back in the day.''
His mother sits down and they all say their thank you's for the food.
''That reminds me.'' His mother says as she looks at Itachi. '' Izumi asked for you, Itachi. She hasn't seen you in a while maybe you could visit her? After all the same applies to you. Friends are important.'' At the last part she looks over at their father.
He stays quiet for a while but then nods. ''Your mother is right. My friends helped and saved me a lot of times too. ''

The plan was supposed to be in this chapter but I hadn't planned on that dinner conversation so I Couldn't find a place to put it this chapter. Next chapter I will show it for sure.
