So here I am minding my own business at the boardwalk when in an alley I saw the kind of Mexican standoff you only see in those cape movies. I look at that sexy nun clad in a red latex fetish catsuit and she starts battling Stormtiger and Cricket who are up to their usual minorities hunting while hamming it up.
I think we have a hardcore catholic on our hands there. She took out the goons first with summoned blunt weapons, then went for the capes; and oh boy, she was brutal and merciless. I thought that she had killed everyone but after the fact she had healed everyone back to pristine and zip-tied them all.
*chuckle* Then she proceeded to take selfies with the downed cape.
That's when Armsmaster arrived and well... he was a huge dick with her. At least I got a selfie with her after she escaped him, she's super nice and helpful, she healed my eyes for ten bucks! Hahaha, no more glasses for me! I am free!
She calls herself the Abbess.

I think I'm going to start to believe Brockton Bay is cursed to attract the strangest capes. Don't let the sexy nun outfit fool you though, that girl is a serious heavy hitter, here look at what my drones have seen while they patrolled the boardwalk. [Link]
See how she dismantled those nazi bozo? Battle-Nun should be her Cape name, but it seems she insisted on her name being the Abbess to Armsmaster who shouldn't be cleared to try to negotiate or interact with other Capes for the protectorate, he is blunt and dismissive of everyone who isn't protectorate or PRT.

I'm glad to see another Hero and a Healer to boot. I'm not too sure about the God that she always seems to preach about. We have to see how she turns out though since Armsmaster kind of seems forceful on Her which might turn her away from being a Hero. If she does get turned away from being a Hero by Armsmaster I hope that she stays a Vigilante at least cause we do need more Heroish people in this City. Even if I don't Believe in your God Abbess May the Gods of all religions Watch over you and protect your soul from those that would do evil to you.

Sarah put away her smartphone in her tactical pants' pocket, she didn't like how the PRT and Protectorate did things, they seemed hell bent on playing band aid on a slowly crumbling civilization. With her power she did the math, they had twenty-five years before civilization crumbled because of the Endbringers and everyone was hell bent on doing nothing. This Abbess girl seemed crazy enough though, her power couldn't see through her act, if it was an act...
Sighing, Sarah took her military knapsack out of the family truck's trunk she had stolen; then she spent the next thirty minute wiping any traces or DNA of her from it. She was not sorry for having stolen the family truck, but she had needed the space to sleep. Sarah was still craving for the luxury she normally had at her parents; she cursed them in her head for being greedy assholes.
Once done, the blonde popped a ration bar from her bag and ate it. She looked at the sign, it wished everyone a good 'Welcome to Brockton Bay' but it was marred by the fact that there was a dragon Kanji, and a Swastika of different color tagged on it. "This here tells me that they don't even want to pretend that they are a normal city." Sarah said.
Shrugging, the girl seized her knapsack and walked toward the gang ridden city, trying to come up with a new name for herself. *Lisa…? Lisa Wilbourne? Nah. Lisa Connor, like in that movie from Earth Aleph… I liked it.*
As she walked, she left Sarah Livsey behind, that girl died at the same time as her brother.
