Valentines day after Cat's stream
"you seemed to throw some punches today Anna, you hate your sister now or something" asks Cat
"we both know I'm nuts Cat, do you think hypnosis would cure me" asks Anna
"cure you of how you feel for Jenna, girl it won't stick, your body wants what it wants, I tried for a year to 'cure' me of my feelings for Tori, seven hypnotists over the course of six months couldn't get it to stick" says Cat
"maybe they're just bad hypnotists" says Anna
"nope, all seven have a perfect track record, years of helping people successfully quit smoking, three years each of helping people with mental conditions, not one suggestion they gave me stuck, it always worked till I saw her or she spoke, if anyone else mentioned her I wouldn't respond but the moment she spoke the spell was gone, I'd be right back to craving her touch and hoping she'd give me hugs daily" says Cat
"maybe you're immune to suggestion" hopes Anna
"nope, Jade once hypnotized me to bark whenever she said the word dog and even after she removed the suggestion for years I had to fight the urge to bark when she called someone a dog, I'm very suggestable, to the point someone just has to tell me a store has good deals and even if they don't I will shop there till they tell me the truth, honestly it's kinda annoying how easily people can control me" says Cat
"so if someone told you to make out with Jade you'd have to" asks Anna
"easily yes, her lips are so soft, she did used to love me, my mom told Jade she wasn't allowed to kiss me and she had to move on" says Cat
"do you think I'm being too dramatic" asks Anna
"honestly both you and Jenna are, though I'm not sure who's worse, at least you talk to people face to face, Jenna changed the locks on her front door, and has ordered junk food take-out for three meals so far, now only talks to Tori or I over video chat even though she's only living three apartments down the sidewalk" says Cat
"what the hell did I do break her" asks Anna
"you really want me to answer that Anna" says Cat
"so I did didn't I, she's a freaking health nut, why would she order take-out" asks Anna
"no, she believes she made you hate her with no chance of redemption, no easier way to make one hate oneself than to force feed ourselves food we hate" says Cat
"can you manage to get me there, I wanna fix her, I want to correct my mistake" says Anna
"I can get you there but you have to make me angry" says Cat
"how" asks Anna
"poke me" says Cat
"ok" says Anna as she pokes Cat's ear
"ok that's it Missy, I'm taking you to Jenna so she can deal with you" says Cat semi angrily as she pulls Anna to Jenna's apartment
With Jenna
"what the hell Cat, you know I don't want her here" says Jenna
"are you not the one always telling Tori that if she has a problem that she needs to talk it out" says Cat
"look Jenna I'm sorry for putting you on the spot like that, it was wrong of me to do that, I keep forgetting how much your job means to you, I don't deserve someone like you, if you don't want to be sisters anymore I totally understand" says Anna
"no Anna it was my fault not yours, I should have seen you asking me out coming, three nights of amazing dinners then all three nights we cuddled after while watching a movie, I even knew it was coming but I was unprepared for how you asked" says Jenna
"why unprepared" asks Anna
"we may be sisters and It may be wrong but you'd just gotten out of an abusive relationship, I always forget your body can't process the meds you would need to resist even the smallest temptation" says Jenna
"yeah almost throwing up a lung the last time mom tried that kinda scarred me, are we ok now" says Anna
"yeah we're ok, just please promise me you'll take it slow" says Jenna
"aww so like a million dates before I get to second base…, but I want to kiss you so bad" says Anna
"ok she's not acting like a sibling period, like not even in the slightest" says Cat
"if her body could process the meds she needs she would be, unfortunately they turn her body inside out, basically she has like ten personalities all named Anna and they're all active all at once, the abuse she suffered from her ex didn't help" says Jenna as Anna cuddles her
"if you're twins and she has multiple personalities then shouldn't you as well" asks Cat
"I do, Jenna and Alice, the only genetic difference between Anna and I is medicine tolerance, my body can handle the medication but hers can't, Alice basically never comes out to play which is good because she bites everything and everyone" says Jenna
"yeah Alice is nuts and was definitely a reason why you gained weight before you were able to get meds" says Anna
"at least all yours are named Anna, also please don't remind me of chubby Jenna ever again please" says Jenna as she nuzzles Anna
"you guys really ok now" asks Cat
"yeah, get you wanna invite Tori and Ash over for dinner, I can make a really cool dinner for you guys" says Jenna as she kisses Anna's cheek
"you know it is kinda weird seeing you two be all kissy, also Ashley isn't feeling well today so Tori and I really need to take care of her" says Cat
"we are well aware it's weird Cat but I've had people cheat on me or abuse me in every relationship we've been in, it's either Jenna or sad jail for the rest of our life now, I choose to be happy" says Anna
"by we and our she doesn't mean you and her does she Jenna?" asks Cat
"no, I've never been in a relationship ever before now, that was her multiple personalities talking as a collective, she does that sometimes, to be honest I have a feeling our mom will be ok with Anna and I dating" says Jenna
"huh, why" asks Cat
"because Anna has a tendency to make a lot of mistakes ala not trusting people she should trust and instead trusting people she shouldn't, the only exception has been me, doctors, dad and mom she's never trusted like ever, I had joked about dating Anna once and mom said that Anna trusting me with her body would be the only good choice she'd ever make, at first I'd thought she was joking but after seeing for years and years that people exploit Anna's mental health problems to abuse her I'm starting to think my mom was right, I would never harm Anna even if provoked, anyway you should probably go take care of Ash, I think Anna and I are just gonna watch a movie" says Jenna
"ok" says Cat
Back at home
"how'd it go with Anna and Jenna" asks Tori sitting on the couch with Ashley resting her head on Tori's lap
"really weird, though I think they're gonna take it slow, how's Ash" says Cat
"they have a fever but that is probably because they haven't slept in three nights because of nightmares" says Tori
"Ash is they right now, ok I can work with that" says Cat
"ya Ash has been fluid all day, they're normally pretty stable as you know, one set of pronouns a day but today Ash has been all out of wack, not just with pronouns, fever up, fever down, headaches that last ten minutes, hot flashes and severe cold flashes, I called a doctor after I cut my stream short and drove them to the hospital, they put her on some meds and her temperature has been slowly stabilizing over the past half hour, they've been asleep since we got home five minutes ago" says Tori
"so Ash is gonna be fine, did they tell you what happened" asks Cat
"something about her immune system going nuts on the cold she had and it killed some healthy bacteria throughout her body and it got confused and was causing her body to go nuts, the doctor said Ash would need three rounds of the meds" says Tori
"the doctors called Ash a her even though she identified as they today…." asks Cat upset
"Ash was pretty out of it, the doctors were referring to her physical sex not her gender identity when they asked her questions and they made sure Ash understood that and Ash was okay with it" says Tori
"should I start a meal, she is probably starving" asks Cat
"something you don't know about Ash is she is deathly afraid of hospitals, so out of fear of not making to tomorrow we ate on the way home, your food is in the oven keeping warm" says Tori
"ooh what'd you guys get" asks Cat
"in and out burger, Ash just wants us to cuddle her on the couch" says Tori as Cat comes back with her food
"my little sist…. Ummm forget I said that" says Cat
"wait you have a little sister" asks Jade as her and Trina come out to check on Ashley
"ummmmmmmmm" stalls Cat
"ok she's clearly avoiding something, how's Ashley" asks Trina as Tori checks Ashley's forehead
"stable and her fever is almost gone, she's getting some sleep now so maybe be a little quieter Trina" says Tori as Ashley turns to face Tori's stomach in her sleep
"sorry sis, cat you have a little sister" asks Trina
"ok it's story time, ok so you know how bad Brian can be right" says Cat
"yeah but since he's been with Kyle he's been pretty good right" remarks Jade
"ya well I haven't seen my little sister since she was three, Brian at his worst is generally where Selena started, you have to understand my parents didn't want to send her away, she's non verbal and the therapist she had for getting along with people started throwing warning signs the day she turned three" says Cat
"how bad was she" asks Tori
"let's just say we had to put all silverware and China under lock and key, I had Jennabelle my lawyer check up on her and said they weren't helping her at all so I'm trying to get her out of there, I want my sister here" says Cat
"if she's unstable wouldn't having her here be a bad thing" asks Jade as Cat loses it
"YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT, she's been there ten freaking years, Jennabelle said when she told Selena my name her mood changed" says Cat
"wait mood changed for better or worse" asks Tori
"completely calmed down, doctors said she was completely disconnected from reality yet somehow saying my name calmed her down and she stayed calm for three hours, the doctor who 'treats' her was dumbfounded" says Cat
"something tells me the crazy side of you has an idea" says Trina
"bingo Trina, they've got her all wrong, they have no idea she's not nuts" says Cat
"she's not….." asks Tori
"no she's not, think about it, what do I do when my hearing goes nuts, when I hear the oven heating up when Trina makes a midnight snack even though our bedroom is sound isolated" asks Cat
"you start flinging your arms around….. you try and make the sound stop" says Tori as everything clicks for Jade
"oh my God she really isn't nuts" says Jade
"explain?" asks Tori
"exactly Jade" says Cat
"remember the story Cat told of the girl who couldn't speak but could hear a boat a mile from shore and broke doors" says Jade
"yeah I always tho….. oh my God Selena's hearing is dialed up to eleven all day everyday, almost anything would set someone off if they had that issue" says Tori
"exactly, specifically I believe what would set her off is our neighbours blasting rock music to cover up the sound of the sex they'd have in their back yard which was by accident Selena's favourite place to be because of the pool, she loved water, the therapist she was seeing also had music on in the background during her sessions" says Cat
"that explains why she responded to Jennabelle saying your name, Jennabelle was in an accident last year and can only speak quietly" says Tori
"so we all on board bringing Selena here to live" says Cat excitedly
"say we are how do you plan on addressing the sound situation" asks Jade
"a company in Vancouver Canada makes these headphones that have microphones and a volume knob that adjusts the level she'd hear, it's programmable so I'd just have to get someone to set it up for her and she'd be able to hear just like we do" says Cat
