Prologue:
Percy POV
It was after the second giant war, 4 months of joy and peace. I thought that after this war I get forever of peace with my girlfriend, Annabeth.
Oh how wrong I was...
You know it's funny, how everyone and everything will be replaced once the gods are done with you. You think I will be able to have peace (AU: Sorry for repeating peace over And over again) after 2 of the hardest wars in the history of Olympus, right?
Nope...
You people all know my story and how it started, but do you know what happened afterwards? No? Well let me tell you...
It was one month after the second giant war, we were all relaxing on the beach. Annabeth and I were just looking into the ocean with the rest of the seven and Nico, was when we heard a scream coming from the forest. Being who I am, I got up, Riptide in my hand, and ran straight where the scream came from. I found a thirteen year old boy with sapphire blue eyes and sun-kissed blonde hair running from my good-old pal, ground beef ( AKA the Minotaur).
"Hey! Ground beef!" I shouted at the top of my lungs. As the Minotaur stopped and looked at me, he started charging at me. Well me being the greatest swordsman in the last three hundred years ( as well as the biggest idiot) I ran at him. Just as he was going to reach me, I slided under him with my sword pointing upwards. I stood up just as he was going to dissolve into gold dust.
"Good riddance." I said," Hey kid, you okay?" Just then all the campers came up with swords, bows and spears.
"What happened?" Chiron asked?
"I found him with the Minotaur chasing him." I answered," I saved him and judging by his hair and eyes. He's Apollo's kid." Just then a flaming sun appeared above his head.
"What's your name?" Asked Chiron.
" Jacob Summers." Said the now identified Jacob.
"All hail Jacob Summers ,son of Apollo, god of the sun, archery, poetry, music, truth and prophecies. Defeater of the python!" Bellowed Chiron. As every camper bowed ,myself included, Jacob suddenly got a giant smug look on his way.
The crowd began to leave and I gone back to my cabin for a good night sleep. Over the weeks, everyone began to grow more distant until only my friends were talking to me. It started with the minor gods cabin saying I called their parents useless, then it was the Ares cabin saying I destroyed all their gear, the Demeter cabin saying I flooded their garden, Hermes cabin and so on... you get it? Right?
Everyone is saying that Jacob is better than me and he saved us from Kronos and Gaea and is better than me. Yeah, loads of Minotaur dung.
That is what let me to telling you this. Where you may ask? Well... I don't know. Miles away from 'home'. In other words I left. The only people ther stayed with me was Chiron, Thalia and Nico. Yeah, only they stayed with me, NOT Annabeth, so yeah Fates hate me. Nothing new.
