Anna kept glancing at the door as people started arriving. Finally, the door opened and Kristoff and Sven walked in. she hopped off of the barstool, and made her way to them, but was cut off by Elsa, "try something-" she whispered. "Elsa move!" Anna laughed. "okay, okay," Elsa glared at Kristoff before walking away. "Your sister terrifies me," Kristoff said. "Don't mind her."
"Alright," Sven said, clapping his hand on Kristoff's shoulder, "I'll leave you two alone," he winked at Anna. "and don't mind him," Kristoff said.
They sat on the couch and talked for the entire night. "I bet you were just the sweetest little girl," Kristoff said taking a sip from his red solo cup. "Oh, no, I was a tornado with pigtails," they laughed together.
Elsa cracked a smile seeing Anna so happy. In the last two weeks, Anna has been through a rollercoaster of emotions. She practically locked herself in her room crying and yelling, saying how stupid and naive she was around Hans.
She made her way to Kristoff and Anna, then sat on the coffee table in front of them, "you two seem to be enjoying yourself."
"Yeah," Anna said, still smiling at Kristoff. "Kristoff?" Elsa said. He cleared his throat, "yes?"
"I'm sorry about how...I guess intimidating I was to you. I just want to make sure Anna doesn't get hurt again."
"I get it," Kristoff replied. She could tell he was sincere.
They continued to talk until everyone left at the party but them. The song from the first party started playing. Kristoff stood up, "care to dance?" he said. Anna crossed her arms and turned her nose up, "I don't dance."
"Just follow my lead."
Anna blushed, she stood up and grabbed his hand, She stepped closer to him and locked her hand with his. Kristoff blushed, "you're comfortable with me."
"I trust you," she smiled. Kristoff felt the sudden urge to kiss her, He leaned closer and closer to her until their lips touched. Anna wrapped her arms around his neck and tilted her head. "And what was that for?" Anna asked when they broke the kiss.
"I- I like you."
Anna giggled, "me too," she kissed him on the cheek.
"Are you just gonna sit there making out all night?" Sven said leaning over the back of the couch. "We should probably go to bed," Elsa said rouned the corner of the kitchen. "Yeah," Anna blushed. She walked them to Sven's truck. "I'll text you after class tomorrow, okay?" she said. "Got it," Kristoff said. "Bye!" she waved at them as they sped away
The next day Kristoff decided to text Anna.
Message from Kristoff: are you doing anything tomorrow?
Message from Anna: no, why?
Message from Kristoff: nothing just wondering.
Kristoff threw his phone across the room. "what was that for?" Sven asked. "I asked Anna if she was doing anything tomorrow."
"Is she?"
"I don't know, I threw my phone before she responded."
"Idiot," Sven mumbled. "Hey!" Kristoff chucked a pillow at him. "get the phone," Sven said. Kristoff got up and picked up his phone, on it was a text from Anna. Message from Anna: Wanna get lunch tomorrow? "she asked if I want to get lunch with her." he said. Sven rolled his eyes and snatched the phone from him. Message from Kristoff: yeah, what time?
Message from Anna: noon.
"there," Elsa said, giving Anna's phone back. "lunch tomorrow at noon," she said then left Anna's room.
Sven gave Kristoff's phone back, "lunch tomorrow."
