5:46 A.M. – Somewhere in Beverly Hills
"It's coming along quite well," The Granny cackled as she and her compatriot, one Inga Bittersweet, oversaw the creation of her sinister recipe. "I'm so full of schemes that I amaze even myself sometimes."
"Just try not to fall to your elderly instinct and eat them," Inga replied. "That wouldn't be wise, I'm sure."
The villains' other partner, one Candy Sweet, continued to keep a lookout as The Granny's recipe came to fruition.
"And you're sure this is going to work?" Candy asked. "And you both know why I'm asking this. Those damned spies are quite persistent, no matter how many schemes are thrown their way."
"Oh, but they won't be scuttling this one," The Granny laughed.
"Here's hoping you're right," Candy answered. "Because a girl with my complexion and beauty shouldn't be rotting away in a prison cell, even if it's basically a cardboard prison that's super easy to break out of."
"Hey, I have experience on my side," The Granny chuckled. "Comes with age, after all."
"Ladies, I hardly think this is the time to be commenting on our ages," Inga proclaimed. "The recipe is ready for production."
Candy, despite her doubts, couldn't help but smile at how this concoction would work.
"All right. Let's make those spies regret ever scuttling our plans."

Mat49324 and The Blue Time Ranger are proud to present:
Totally Spies!: Cookies and Cheer
Story Rated: T for Teen
Story Created: March 19th, 2021
Story Summary: The thirty-fourth joint project between Mat49324 and The Blue Time Ranger, collectively known as Totally Spies: The New Adventures. The spies are heading back to Malibu University for their second year, but not everything is shiny textbooks and brand new laptops. A rather dastardly trio of villains, namely Candy Sweet, Inga Bittersweet, and The Granny, are targeting Mali-U students with a cookie recipe that turns them into evil cheerleaders. Not only that, Blaine is being temporarily benched for further training, and what's even worse, Bridget may have fallen victim to the conniving cookie crooks' recipe. Can the spy team save Bridget and stop the terrible threesome before Mali-U pays the price of their revengeance?
Author's Note from Mat49324: Well, we've reached project #34 of Totally Spies: The New Adventures. I hope you readers were able to figure out the three femme fatales that are going to be used for this project. I had given one in The Granny (the S5 villain). Once again, Cookies and Cheer is the title of this one. The two "C" words should give you an idea. I'd already mentioned they are both from season 1 of the TV series. Anyway, hope you can figure it out if you haven't already. Anyway, here's The Blue Time Ranger with anything he'd like to say.
Author's Note from The Blue Time Ranger: It's time to head back to college for year two of Malibu University, but of course, some stubborn villains have to screw everything up, don't they? Oh, and, if you're listening, jettmanas, I think you'll appreciate someone who's going to show up in the next story, but that's all I'll say for now (don't wanna spoil things, after all). All right, ROLL IT!
And Now, the Obligatory Disclaimer: Mat49324 and The Blue Time Ranger do not own anything related to Totally Spies or any of its affiliations. It belongs solely to Marathon Media Group, Image Entertainment Corporation, Vincent Chalvon-Demersay, and David Michel. The only things of this story we DO own are any characters created by us truly for the story (in this case, Nick, Haruka, Bridget, May, Nozomi, Dawn, and Melissa on my side, and Mathew on his side). Any characters or things we don't own, we are just borrowing with no intent of copyright infringement, only for the entertainment of our readers. Besides, if we did own Totally Spies, which we don't, why would we be writing fiction on a fan site?

Episode 1: Chocolate Calamity
9:42 AM – The Spies' Beach House
It was a nice Sunday morning in Beverly Hills, but not so nice inside the beach house of Sam, Clover, and Alex. Everybody was packing their things because the Fall semester at Malibu University was before them. Pretty soon would be move-in day at the dorms, and the spies had spent the summertime at their beach house at the end of the Spring term.
"Well, a summer here has come to a close, unfortunately," Alex sighed as she finished bringing her things back.
"No doubt about it," Sam sighed as well. "But at least we're still together, and that's all that matters."
"I guess our 'problem' is easily solvable with the two extra members we have, eh?" Mat asked as he came downstairs as well.
"True that," Alex quipped, knowing Mat was talking about Kana and Klee.
"Good thing our Kana is old enough to not fear being home alone," Sam replied as she and Mat shared a shoulder hug.
"Well, are we almost ready to go?" Nick asked as he came downstairs.
"I'm pretty much set," Mat replied.
"I'm all good," Clover answered as she came downstairs, too.
"I know I am set," Alex quipped.
"Speaking of which, bro," Nick replied. "Hopefully you're settled in from going back home earlier?"
"I am," Mat answered. "It felt good to go back home for nearly a couple of weeks."
"Any thoughts you might go home for school?" Alex asked Mat as Britney came downstairs with Kana.
"It's a little tempting, but no," Mat answered. "I needed that trip back home for my own personal well-being, though."
Mat had returned to Beverly Hills just last week Friday.
"At least Mat has family to go home to," Haruka replied, coming downstairs.
"But knowing Klee's now in our corner doesn't make me jealous anymore, even though I never really felt jealous of Mat at all," Nick stated as May and Klee came downstairs.
Nozomi, Melissa, and Dawn were right behind the spy crew.
"And you still got us, Nick," Melissa remarked.
"So, you're not entirely alone besides all of us and Blaine," Dawn pointed out.
"And trust me, I'm not ever going to forget that," Nick replied as he hugged his sister and cousin.
"Well, at least for now we have a week to get settled in to Mali-U again," Britney replied.
"And you two will have to hold the fort while we have classes," Alex stated to Klee and Kana.
"That's no problem," Klee laughed.
"No arguments from this corner," Kana added.
"You two will love our posh pad for sure," Clover assured them.
"That's the honest-to-goodness truth," Sam laughed.
With that, everyone piled in to get to the Mali-U campus.
"So long, old beach house," Alex stated. "Until next summer..."
"Well, back to hitting the books again," Haruka stated.
"At least we can still enjoy ourselves though," Mat replied. "Just like I enjoyed watching Ricky Carmichael's final Motocross race from Millville on the TV."
"Yeah, man, that was some whooping he put on them, too," Nick replied, having watched with Mat.
"And I can imagine on the Internet that a LOT of people are gonna be astounded at least that Ricky competed in half the season and he STILL has more points than James Stewart after James got hurt at the last race in Washougal," Mat added.
"But how about that dunderheaded move by that guy at Washougal, too?!" May added. "That 14 Honda..." she stopped when she couldn't remember the last name.
"Kevin Windham?" Mat asked.
"Is that the guy on the 14?" May wondered.
"That WAS a little dumb and a bit funny at the same time," Haruka commented.
"And I won't forget the look on Mat's face, too when that Stewart guy fell to the ground at Washougal," Klee added.
"That was something," Sam laughed – as did Britney.
(Flashback)
3:01 PM – The Spies' Beach House (Three weeks ago)
Mat was in the den recording the 2007 Washougal Motocross on TV. Calling the race were Ralph Sheheen as announcer, and 4-time Motocross champ Jeff Emig as analyst.
Nick came in the den with a snack and decided to watch with Mat since he was to leave for Hawaii the following day. Simultaneously, Clover and Melissa were having a car wash attempt of their own that turned into another water hose fight.
"Haruka and Bridget in another water hose fight again?" Mat asked, noting that Nick was looking through one of the adjacent windows.
"Nope," Nick immediately answered. "Clover and Melissa."
Mat took a peek for himself and saw Melissa and Clover in two-pieces and were sopping wet.
"ACK! NOT THE NOSE!" Clover shouted as she ducked for cover.
"Come on, Clover, you know I'm not gonna spray you up the nose," Melissa teased as Clover tried to retreat. "I'm actually aiming for your keester!"
Clover began to dance away from each blast as Melissa closed in, cackling like one of their rogues' gallery would.
"My sister can be such a card, huh?" Nick laughed as he turned back to the TV to see the Washougal motocross track. "Oh, wow, that's a nice facility!"
Sam and Britney came downstairs together to see Mat returning to the TV.
The 2nd Motocross moto began with Honda's Kevin Windham pulling the holeshot and moto 1 winner James Stewart on his #7 Kawasaki nowhere to be found near the front.
Ralph: And Makita Suzuki mounted Ivan Tedesco in there as well, but WHERE IS STEWART?!
"Who CARES?!" Mat exclaimed, liking this.
Jeff: This is that tight section after you jump down the hill—
Ralph: There he is! There's James – look at how far back he is...
James Stewart had to work through two other riders who crashed themselves. Shortly after the first lap, Grant Langston on his #8 Yamaha had disposed of the race leader Windham. At the time, Stewart was as far back as 17th place in the 40-man field.
"This should be good," Nick commented as he looked at Alex and May enjoying some time at the pool.
Haruka and Klee came downstairs to see what all the hubbub was about.
Langston led the way with Windham in 2nd place. James Stewart had fought his way past many riders to come up to 3rd place, but disaster struck after the program returned from commercial.
Ralph: ...that's James Stewart on the ground being attended to by the medical crew and one of the Kawasaki mechanics... James Stewart has just crashed – watch this, Jeff!
Jeff: Stewart... coming through, on the inside – little sweeper – has his leg out. The front wheel hits a rock, washes the front wheel out and what happens – he puts his foot down... starts grabbing his knee – his left leg immediately.
Mat was smiling widely at this development.
Ralph: There's that rock – you can see it lift that front wheel up and OHH! His leg bending in a direction it's not meant to go! James is down, there's some members of the Asterisk Medical Crew attending to him, and that left knee is the focus of their intention.
Jeff: What a development here!
"He took the words right out of my mouth," Haruka laughed.
"Sucks to be Stewart," Klee stated as Bridget came to see what was up.
It wasn't until the final lap where ANOTHER development took place while Ralph Sheheen and Jeff Emig were discussing yet another injury to Stewart.
Ralph: ...as we're on the last lap with Langston out in front, Windham gonna get a nice 2nd place finish here if he can hang on... what's he slowing down for?
Jeff: We're at the white flag! It looked like Kevin Windham was kinda wheelieing through the rhythm section...
Ralph: Looks like his hand's off... his left hand's off for sure...
Before long, Windham was riding slow. Mat gasped, thinking Windham had done something stupid.
Ralph: ... and Windham is just rolling along!
Jeff: Windham has definitely slowed...
"Is it over?" Bridget asked.
Ralph: You saw the 90 of Cole Siebler go by, and there goes Ferry!
Jeff: You know what? I'm not sure Kevin Windham might've made a mistake right now...
Ralph: He didn't think that was a checkered flag, did he? Cause now he's back on the gas!
Jeff: He's back on the gas. You know what? I think every rider sometime in their career has made that mistake and it looks like Kevin Windham has done that here today: mistaking the white flag... or the checkered for the white flag.
Ralph: OH! You gotta be KIDDING!
Mat was absolutely speechless as his suspicions were confirmed.
"...my dude," Nick quipped.
"What was he thinking?!" May shouted.
"I've seen some dumb things in my life," Nozomi admitted. "But THIS is definitely up there on that list!"
Langston easily won the moto – his first on the 450 – but the real winner was Tim Ferry with his 2-2 moto scores (44 pts.) to beat out Langston's 4-1 (43 pts.) for the overall. It was Ferry's first overall win since the 2001 Glen Helen opener.
"I think we got a series now," Mat remarked, looking happier than ever.
"Indeed we do," Sam giggled.
"Sounds like it's going to be fun," Britney responded.
At the end of the day, the injured James Stewart still had the points lead by 7 over Ferry (290-283).
(end flashback)
"And then Ricky dominates Millville with an absent James Stewart," Mat added in.
"That race wasn't even a contest!" May exclaimed, having seen that race with Mat after his return.
"If at all, I liked that last pit board sign Carmichael got," Nick laughed. "And I ask the same thing: 'Why stop?'"
The spies shared a laugh at that as they continued on the road.
"I think I was more surprised that Carmichael competed in only half the series and he STILL outpoints Stewart with Steel City in Delmont, PA coming up next," Mat commented.
"That's gonna be a fun one, methinks," Bridget quipped.
"I hear ya on that one!" Haruka stated.
12:02 P.M. – Malibu University
"Here we are... Mali-U," Clover proclaimed.
"Let year two begin!" May dramatically proclaimed.
The spies still had their dorm available to them and they all put their things in.
After all the unpacking, the spies headed to the Mali-U Beach, but not before running into Blaine along the way, which excited each other. The two exchanged a hug.
"By the way," Blaine remarked. "I was hoping some of you would be willing to take me on for beach v-ball down at the beach."
"Oh, you know I'm up for that one, Blainey," Clover giggled.
"Ooh, me, me!" May exclaimed. "Come on, Nick, let's take 'em down!"
"Sounds like a lot of fun, huh?" Nick quipped. "All right, I'm definitely game."
Sadly, it was not meant to be as the sounds of surprised gasps resounded. Nick looked up just in time to see Jerry's W.O.O.H.P. jet hanging high in the sky and sucking the spies in via a large metal tube.
Nick quickly encased himself and May (the only two spies currently still on the ground) in a psychic bubble until the suction stopped, allowing Nick to guide the bubble up to the jet.
"Is 'subtle' even in your vocabulary, Jerry?" Sam groaned.
"Methinks it's not," Klee groaned, only to see nobody in the jet but them. "Um... Jerry?"
"Hey, everyone," RiCO proclaimed as she materialized in the room. "Jerry's back at headquarters searching for our latest escapees. Sorry to pull you away from your volleyball game, but we'll let you get right back to it in a minute or so."
"Who's on the loose today?" Nick asked.
RiCO waved her hands to change the viewscreen to a series of three mugshots.
"Oh, lordy, The Granny's back again?" Clover groaned. "I have half a mind to slap her silly after what she and Myrna did to us."
Clover quickly glanced at Nick, knowing he understood what she meant.
"Wait, wait, Inga Bittersweet?!" Alex gasped. "Wasn't that the crazy chick who made those Passion Patties that..."
"Yes, Alex, and I'd rather not relive what I had to do that day," Clover cut in. "A beautiful woman like me will never be a sumo wrestler ever again..."
"Wait, you were a..." Dawn asked.
"DROP. IT," Clover growled.
"Okay, okay, Yeesh," Dawn stuttered. "No need to rake me over the coals just for being curious..."
"Hold on, is that last one Candy Sweet?" Bridget asked. "I remember hearing about this nutjob being someone who used to love cheerleading, but went nuts because she apparently wasn't 'sweet' enough for it... man, that's extremely petty now that I think about it..."
"Man, we've got three villains to deal with this time?" May quipped. "Bringin' up bad memories of when Terrence tried that..."
"We haven't detected any traces of their possible plan just yet," RiCO replied. "We just wanted to let you know that they'd escaped, so you'll be ready if they try anything sneaky. I'm going to keep helping Jerry find our escapees."
With that, RiCO opened the bottom floor of the jet, though she waited until Nick had encased everyone in a psychic bubble before doing so, and allowing Nick to guide the group back down to the beach.
"Man, our first day back at Mali-U and we're already being dragged into another mission, huh?" Alex quipped.
"We're agents of W.O.O.H.P.," Melissa laughed. "It kinda comes with the territory."
In reality, Alex and the others were just teasing, because every single one of them knew that Jerry could call them at three in the morning (though he hadn't actually done that yet) and they'd be ready for a mission. They were just that dedicated.
"Now, until we have to stomp some baddies, I believe we have a volleyball game to get to?" Clover giggled.
"Bring it on, fashion sense!" May challenged.
And with that, the volleyball game commenced in earnest.
1:21 P.M. – Malibu University – Interior
"This place is amazing," Kana gasped. Bridget was currently taking her and Klee on a small tour of Mali-U while the rest of the spies had some fun on the beach.
"No kidding," Klee quipped.
"Yeah, Mali-U's a really slick place, honestly," Bridget stated. "Does your future have anything like this, Kana?"
"The school I go to is mostly digital," Kana answered. "I don't know yet if higher grades have it differently..."
As the trio passed through the cafeteria, they all grabbed a delicious-looking cookie from a nearby shelf.
Then, something strange happened.
Almost the instant Bridget took a bite of her cookie, she suddenly went stiff as a board, though still holding onto her cookie. This thankfully stopped Klee and Kana from eating theirs as they glanced at Bridget while she slowly walked away, her eyes wide and a stoic expression on her face.
"Um?" Klee gasped.
"Is Bridget okay?" Kana asked.
Klee focused her psychic powers on Bridget's mind and gasped when she found something that wasn't supposed to be there.
"Something's wrong," Klee replied. "Let's follow her and see if we can get something from all of this."
"Right," Kana responded.
As the hypnotized Bridget left Kana and Klee, the two looked around and pretended like they were still on a tour of the campus courtesy of Bridget to avoid arousing suspicion.
"We need to also get these cookies to Jerry for analysis," Klee told Kana.
"How do we do that?" Kana asked.
"Simple," Klee replied as she got out her X-Powder and had the cookies scanned over to Jerry.
"Okay," Kana remarked. "Now, what do we do about Bridget?"
"Keep following her," Klee answered.
The hypnotized Bridget left the Interior and walked past the beach area.
"Bridget, are you okay?" Klee asked.
Fortunately, Britney and Sam were nearby, but they didn't suspect a thing – even as Bridget turned on the juice and dashed across campus. Britney and Sam turned to see Klee and Kana coming after Bridget, and that's when something appeared off to them.
"Kana, Klee?" Sam wondered. "What's going on?"
"It's Bridget, Mom!" Kana exclaimed.
"She ate one of these cookies we took from the lounge and started acting completely wacky!" Klee added.
By that time, Bridget was long gone, so the four of them returned to the Mali-U beach to update the spies.
Clover and Blaine relayed the ball between them for a few seconds before Haruka smashed it towards Nick. Alex jumped in front of Nick to intercept the ball before it could knock him down, and this caused the ball to bounce towards May, who uppercutted the ball into the air before leaping after it.
"Have a taste of this!" May shouted, spiking the ball so hard that Clover and Blaine didn't even have time to react as the ball sailed past them, bouncing off their side of the court before rolling away.
"And victory!" May exclaimed.
"Dang, May, you've got quite the wicked serve," Blaine laughed as Clover went to retrieve the ball.
"I attribute that to my upper arm strength," May quipped. "Gotta have some serious power to wield that huge anchor the way I do, right?"
"Guys!" Britney called out.
"Brit, what's going on?" Mat wondered.
The volleyball game just came to an end with Clover, Blaine, and Haruka against May, Alex, and Nick. All the girls were in two-pieces except for Sam, who wore her classic green bathing suit.
"Guys, we've got a major problem," Klee told the group.
"Where's Bridget?" Nick wondered.
"THAT'S the problem," Kana remarked.
"She ate one of these cookies and all of a sudden, she wasn't herself anymore," Klee explained and showed them the cookies. "I sent them to Jerry for analysis." She went on as Sam checked out the cookies.
"Strange..." Sam commented as she inspected Kana's cookie.
"Any ideas, Sammy?" Alex asked.
"Maybe Jerry has finished analyzing these cookies," Sam commented.
"Here's hoping he hasn't sampled them," Haruka replied.
"You said it," May quipped.
"I say we check in with Jerry to see if he's got something then," Sam stated as she got out her X-Powder and dialed Jerry.
"Afternoon, spies," Jerry greeted as his visage appeared. "I'm presuming you're all moved into your dorm?"
"We are, Jer," Nick replied. "But we've got a situation on our hands now."
"Yes, I am aware of the situation," Jerry quipped. "I've dispatched the W.O.O.H.P. jet just now..."
The spies heard the jet, and Nick knew that was his queue to dispatch a psychic bubble of his own.
"Man, I know we're used to it by now, but you work fast, Jerry," Nick quipped as he guided the bubble into the jet.
"Yes," Jerry hummed. "Anyway, I have the results of the cookies Klee sent..."
"Well, come on, out with it," Dawn replied. "We gotta save Bridget!"
"It appears that these cookies are laced with a strange hypnotizing agent," Jerry answered.
"Wait," Clover quipped. "Did The Granny really take what we said to her to heart?!"
"That's probably why she got Inga to help her this time," Haruka responded. "She learned about rule nine."
"Thanks, Jer," Clover stated.
All the spies, except Kana, used their X-Powders to go from their swimsuits to their catsuits.
"Let's get back down there and save Bridget!" Alex exclaimed.
"Not yet, spies," Jerry spoke up. "I have some extra news..."
"What's that?" Melissa asked.
"Blaine, I'd like you to undergo additional training immediately," Jerry told the spy group.
"Additional training?" Blaine asked.
"Don't worry about controversial actions, Blaine," RiCO pointed out.
"Nick and Mat, I'd like you both to oversee this along with Kana," Jerry continued on.
"Us?!" Mat proclaimed, which took Nick by surprise, too.
"What's going on, Jerry?" Britney wondered.
"We assure you that you are not in any trouble, Blaine," Jerry responded. "We just want to make sure you are up to the task when it comes to some of the more... shall we say, out-there cases."
"Yeah, when it comes to your rogues' gallery lately, they've been getting a LOT more devious with their plans," RiCO answered. "We're just going to make sure you're ready for that."
"Now that you think of it, our baddies have been getting more tricky lately," Alex admitted.
"I sincerely hope that Blaine doesn't ever have to tangle with the likes of Professor Genesis," Nick replied. "That guy is sick to the core."
"And if our villains are indeed behind this brainwashing, then Kana will most definitely be safe here at headquarters," Jerry stated.
"That's how it was in my future, too," Kana answered. "Mom would always take me to W.O.O.H.P. in case there was trouble."
"And on that note, we should probably get going and find Bridget before our baddies do," May proclaimed.
"Let's head out, everyone!" Sam proclaimed as RiCO helped the spies with their gadgets.
2:07 P.M. – Malibu University – West Coast Hall
"Man, just when you think things can't get any nuttier, huh?" Haruka stated as the spies explored West Coast Hall for any sign of Bridget or their villains.
"Hey, I think I see something," Klee quipped as she pointed down the hall, towards what appeared to be a trail of cookie crumbs.
"You think they're from the same cookies that hypnotized Bridget?" Alex wondered as she scooped up a few crumbs so she could send them to Jerry for analysis.
The answer to that question came in the form of a group of Mali-U students all dressed in rather gaudy cheerleading uniforms (pom-poms and everything) marching towards the spies.
And leading the pack was Bridget herself, also wearing a cheerleader's outfit, though hers was much less gaudy than the others.
"Suddenly it's a whole pep rally," Clover teased.
"Not exactly the term we'd use, but whatever works," Candy Sweet laughed as she emerged from the crowd of cheerleaders, followed closely by Inga Bittersweet and The Granny.
"All right, you, you'd better start explaining yourselves before we come over there and start the stomping," May growled, ready to summon her anchor if she needed it.
"Simple, really," Inga replied. "We're going to destroy Malibu University with our army of brainwashed cheerleaders."
"How fortuitous for us that one of your own was pulled into our army by good fortune," The Granny laughed. "Because now she's going to be the general of our army whether you naughty spies like it or not."
"And what's going to happen if we don't agree with that plan?" Alex shot back.
"Then I guess your own friend is going to have to destroy you," Candy cackled. "Get 'em!"
The cheerleader army charged forward with Bridget leading them, and the spies shifted into fighting stances to defend themselves.
Most of the cheerleaders were easy pickings to knock down, as most of them didn't seem to have much in the way of experience.
But Bridget herself was a different story, cartwheeling through the air with surprising speed and knocking both Haruka and Nozomi down with a flying kick.
"INCOMING!" Klee shouted as Bridget transformed into Sonic Mode, her outfit materializing under her cheerleader garb, and lunged forward, bowling the spies over.
As Bridget spun around and charged forward to strike again, Klee raised her hand to create an aquatic-blue psychic barrier in front of her. At the speed she was running, Bridget couldn't double back in time and smacked head-first into the barrier.
After a few seconds, Bridget realized she couldn't find a way around the barrier in this cramped hallway and backed off.
"You three wanna try something now?" Klee taunted.
2:15 P.M. – W.O.O.H.P. Headquarters
Blaine jumped through the air and aimed a flying kick towards Nick, who responded by catching Blaine's foot and spinning him around in the air. Thankfully, Blaine was able to land on his feet and jump back in before Nick could get a counterattack in, pouncing on Nick and pinning his arms to the ground.
"Nice one, Blaine," Nick quipped. "You're learning how to adapt."
"I'm getting better at it, huh?" Blaine laughed.
"Now, let's see how you fare against me like this!" Nick exclaimed, his psychic aura flaring to life around him and pushing Blaine off of him. Nick quickly hopped to his feet. "Gotta be prepared for everything, right?"
"Look at them go," Mat stated.
"They are certainly getting into it," Jerry proclaimed.
Before Blaine could think of a way to attack Nick, the alarms in the room began to blare loudly.
"There's an intruder in the building!" RiCO exclaimed as she materialized in the office. "The southwest hallway!"
"I'll go check it out," Nick replied. "Mat, can you keep training Blaine in my stead 'til I get back?"
"No prob, bro," Mat answered. "Go knock whoever that is flat on his keester."
"That was always the plan," Nick laughed as he charged out of the office, following RiCO's directions to the southwest area of the building.
When he got to the room in question, he saw a very peculiar sight.
Five different agents, no doubt having been dispatched to stop the intruder, were all against the wall, their limbs shackled by dark purple handcuffs.
Nick only needed to look to the other side of this room to see the culprit, a familiar man in a multi-colored cloak.
"You want to explain what you're doing here, Corvus?" Nick growled.
"Hmmmm... what could I be doing?" Corvus taunted. "I would assume you already understand that, boy."
"Don't you start making excuses now," Nick shot back, his aura flaring up again. "Now, you'd better start blabbing about your plans before I yank it out of you!"
Corvus raised his hands, which were glowing with dark magic.
"Now you're starting to get interesting," Corvus laughed. "Let's hope you show the same fire your future self did!"
Naturally, that line intrigued Nick.
"Hold on, you're from the future, too?!" Nick shouted. "...then again, I should have guessed that, since you're apparently the reason Klee and Kana got thrown back in time. Speaking of, you wanna explain that?!"
"All you deserve to know is that I am making sure any obstacles in the way of my plan are to be removed," Corvus proclaimed.
"Wait a minute, obstacles? What exactly did you do to my future self?!" Nick shouted.
"I think you should focus on me, not my plans!" Corvus laughed, raising his palm to unleash a flare of dark energy that Nick quickly countered with a Final Shine Attack.
"Okay, so I guess we're doing this now!" Nick shouted as he charged forward to attack Corvus.
To be continued...

On the next episode...
Haruka: Okay, we might need some assistance here! There's way too many cheerleaders, and Bridget's still outspeeding us!
May: I think we've gotta find a way to trip her up.
Alex: And hopefully Jerry's working on an antidote for these hypno-cookies!
Clover: ...wait, are there more cheerleaders coming?!
Klee: Ooh, this could be trouble.
Corvus: Yes, boy, come at me with all of that rage! Show me what your future self couldn't!
Nick: You've got some nerve thinking I'm just going to lay down and forget what you've said! I'm coming to take you down, next time on Totally Spies: Cookies and Cheer, "Strawberry Surprise"!
May: Okay, now I'm hungry. Are there any actual, non-brainwashy cookies around this set?!
Nick: Actually, let me take you to the café. They've got some good stuff there.
May: SWEET!
