Ch 5
Stark was in his mansion when a jet flew over it and Ivan Vanko, Titanium Man, and Firepower came out.
"Three hostiles incoming." FRIDAY said.
"Time to test out my new suit." Stark said.
He put on the Mark 91 suit and flew out.
"Hey, Vanko. You have some new friends now I see." Iron-Man said.
"I am not Vanko. Call me Whiplash." Vanko replied.
Whiplash wrapped Iron-Man with an electric whip and threw him against the building, denting his armor. Titanium Man tried to shoot Iron-Man but he dodged the energy beams and shot back with his repulsors, causing the villain to stagger. Iron-Man drove back Titanium Man with some missiles but Firepower came in and blasted back Iron-Man with a jet of fire from his flamethrowers.
"So who do you three work for anyway?" Iron-Man asked. "Someone must have hired you."
"We work for Living Laser. He wants a normal body again. And he's looking at yours." Titanium Man replied.
Titanium Man fired his gatling gun but Iron-Man blocked the bullets with his arm bracers before shooting back the villain with his Unibeam. Whiplash swung his electric whips at Iron-Man and tried to trap him. Iron-Man dodged and kicked Whiplash into Firepower.
"Unf!" Firepower grunted as he and Whiplash fell down.
Titanium Man grabbed Iron-Man and threw him against the floor repeatedly. Iron-Man kicked Titanium Man off of him, climbed onto the villain's back, and ripped out his suit's power core.
"No!" Titanium Man said.
Iron-Man jumped out of the way just in time as Titanium Man exploded in a huge fireball. Whiplash tried to whack Iron-Man with his whips but Iron-Man ducked and the whips accidentally hit Firepower, zapping him unconscious. Iron-Man fired repulsors at Whiplash but he deflected them with his whips and flew away with his jetpack. Luckily Iron-Man had put a tracker on Vanko so he could follow him.
