"Sanae Hanekoma, your arguments thusfar have been sound. However, We see no reason for Apollo not to curb the young Kiryu's arrogance."
Sanae sighed "I know he's arrogant, but Apollo is not the one to curb it! Nothing Yoshiya has done warrents the kind of treatment Apollo wants to enact! The man is sadistic and cruel, and ONLY to this one individual. This has been a fact since they were children! Apollo had a fascination, as all little boys do, with taking things apart, tormenting insects, those kinds of things. And then he literally tasted blood. Yoshiya's blood."
"We are aware of their history, Hanekoma."
"If you are aware of it then, pardon my tenacity but...why the HELL did you agree to letting Apollo anywhere near him?! You know what he did during their Games..."
"We are aware."
"So you are also aware...that Apollo used a Forbidden Psych on Yoshiya during the Battle of Supremecy." Hanekoma said darkly.
The Council immediately became uproarious.
"I see that he failed to mention it."
Hanekoma inwardly smirked.

He hadn't shown his smug face!
His district burned, his people screamed...his responsibility was clear...
Yoshiya had not come out of his Proxy's house to fix it.
"You haven't changed a bit, you pompous, spoiled, selfish brat!" Apollo snarled "They are all just pawns to you! Just like your Game Partners had been. Oh, I remember your crimes during all eight of your games, my Yoshiya. And I'll avenge every soul you sacrificed!"
He stood next to his wall, red hoodie proudly in place. He had actually erased four Players that day, and was feeling overly ambitious...when he heard it...
"Come on would you? I won't save you if you get pounced on by a Noise!"
Yoshiya...
He smiled wickedly How perfect! Judging by today's mission, the little brat would have to come his way in order to go to the correct area the mission specified.
He was forming a plan, and smiled at his brilliance as soon enough, Yoshiya and his Partner, a young girl with curly red hair and glasses, came to his wall.
"Want past this wall?" He asked. Yoshiya gave him an annoyed stare, and he smirked right back as he sneered,
"Kill your Partner."
The girl hesitated.
Yoshiya did not.
Apollo found himself still stunned long after the smell of gunpowder left his area.
Was Yoshiya that much of a fool? This was his second Game! Surely he knew enough by now to know how important his Game Partner was to his existence. Yet he had shot her without a second thought! Apollo was too stunned to even try erasing the smug little brat, and instead, opened the wall as promised.
Then, then there were the five Players Yoshiya had sacrificed to Noise during his seventh Game, though technically, everything about his Kiryu's seventh Game was pretty cutthroat, due to the brat's entry fee being 'his restraint in not being as sadistic as he seemed'. (yeah, the Composer at the time was, ironicly, a sadistic asshole.)
Then in his Kiryu's last week, there had been poor Haineko, a sweet little black haaired beauty who got strung along by Yoshiya and then was brutally left to die in the Noise Plane so he could escape himself.
Apollo hadn't been lying when he had told the council his reason for wanting to break Yoshiya Kiryu
He just didn't tell them all his reasons.
Avenging the souls unfortunate enough to be Yoshiya's Game Partners was part of the reason as well. But Sanae had been right.
His true reason...was because he wanted his toy back.
And he was determined to fulfill his ultimate goal...
"I am going to strip the life right out of those purple eyes."
