''What is the verdict?'' Judge Garcia asks, Marley places her hand on Santana's leg as she feels her bounce it and shoots her a reassuring smile.
''We the jury in the case of Ms Lopez against Ms Taylor, Mrs and Mrs Lopez find the defendants guilty of the charge of assault in multiple cases and intentional harassment your honor.''
Santana's head snaps up as she hears the jury taking her side and gulps, Marley hides her joyous smile and squeezes Santana's leg softly looking at judge Garcia.
''Will the defendants please stand?'' Judge Garcia asks looking at them, he faces them as soon as they stand up and skims through the papers in front of him.
''Ms Taylor you got found guilty of sexual harassment and assault, you are sentenced to twenty years of prison with eligibility parole after ten years.''
He turns to Mr and Mrs Lopez as she starts grumbling and locks eyes with them. ''Mr and Mrs Lopez you got found guilty of battering, physical and emotional abuse and neglect of your own child, you are sentenced to fifteen years of prison with eligibility parole after ten years and a fine of seven thousand dollars each.''
The bailiff stands up as the three jump up yelling and fighting against the cops that immediately rushed over to hold them back and sighs. ''Order in the court! All rise!''
Marley stands up holding onto Santana as she feels her legs buckle and watches the judge leave to room, she turns to her as soon as the door closes and smiles. ''It's over Santana.'' she feels her tremble in her arms knowing the commotion stresses her out and turns to her boss. ''Boss can you clean the table please? I need to get her out of here.'' She asks softly as she sees the clerks leading everyone out of the room, she wraps an arm around Santana's waist as he nods his head and leads her out of the room.
Santana looks up from the ground as soon as she hears the yelling silencing and looks around, she smiles slightly as she sees the crowd gathered near the doors and sniffles the realization of everything that happened during the last four hours finally really catch up to her.
She stumbles back as her friends tackle her in a hug exclaiming that it's finally over and buries her face in Quinn's shoulder trying to fight the tears that desperately want to escape her eyes, Brittany watches them smiling lovingly and turns to Marley as she walks over to them. ''I don't even know how to thank you for all of this Marley.''
''Just doing my job Brittany.''
Brittany shakes her head hugging her after Mercedes and Puck did and smiles. ''You did more than just your job Marley, I am sure you don't meet up with your other clients every two days to go over the case.'' She reaches into the back pocket of the pants she wears and holds out a check for her. ''Don't even try to complain about the amount, you deserved all of it.''
Mercedes and Puck exchange a shocked look as soon as they see the amount on the check and turn to their best friend. ''Fuck B, where the hell did you get that money from?''
Brittany looks at them ignoring Marley trying to give it back and smirks. ''Serving the last three years and they still pay me the same amount even though I am currently out of fight.'' She turns to Marley shaking her head as she tries to give her the check back and chuckles. ''No returning back Marley, seriously you deserved this and it's split up part is for the firm part is for you.''
''Brittany this is too much.'' Marley exclaims shocked, Brittany glances at the girl that managed to capture her heart and shakes her head turning back to Marley.
''Believe me it isn't.''
Santana walks over to the group of adults after talking a bit to her friends and looks at them smiling slightly. ''Thank you all so much for today.'' She locks eyes with each of them and sniffles. ''I really appreciate everything you did and said to help me today.''
Dr Anderson smiles holding out his hand and shakes hers. ''It was my pleasure Ms Lopez, I am glad it went all in your favor and I hope life will be looking up for you from now on.''
Santana glances at Brittany smiling slightly as they lock eyes and turns back to Dr Anderson slowly nodding her head. ''I am sure my friends will make sure of that.''
She turns to Kevin shaking his hand as Dr Anderson says goodbye to everyone and smiles. ''Thank you so much officer McHale.''
Kevin smiles kindly and shakes his head. ''No need to thank me at all Santana, I am just glad it's over.''
''Yeah I agree.'' Santana murmurs relief filling her voice, she let's go off his hand and walks over to Mercedes and Puck hugging them. ''Thank you.'' She murmurs voice filled with emotion, Mercedes smiles rubbing her back and kisses her cheek.
''Anytime girl, now it's time to look forward eventually with someone new by your side.'' She murmurs so only Santana and Puck can hear her, Puck laughs as Santana pulls back in shock and shoots her a wink kissing her cheek.
''We know our best friend San and don't worry we won't tell anyone, this is something concerning the both of you and none of us will try something.''
Brittany looks up from her conversation with Kevin as she hears commotion filling the hallway and groans as the police leads Dani and Santana's parents out. ''Oh fuck no.'' Kevin turns to her and sighs.
''Stand by the wall please and try to keep Santana out of their sight.''
Brittany nods her head walking over to the group and wraps an arm around Santana noticing her tense, she leads her over to the wall mentioning the group to follow her and leans against it shielding Santana a bit smiling as the group all stand near them.
''You can't arrest us! My dad is the best lawyer here in town, if you ever need help and you lock me up he won't help any of you!'' Dani yells in rage as she trashes in the arms of the cop holding her.
''That bitch fucking deserved it!'' Mario Lopez screams out in rage ignoring the police telling them to shut up.
''Looks like Simon is still wrapping something up.'' Marley mumbles as she sees the lawyer nowhere in sight, Brittany shrugs her shoulders wrapping her arm around Santana's waist as she feels her tremble and looks down at her.
''It's okay sweetie.'' She murmurs softly not knowing that her sister and Quinn overheard the pet name, she moves in front of Santana as she sees Dani's eyes land on them and glares at her. ''Get her out of here guys!''
''Move it!'' Kevin tells his colleagues opening the door for them.
Dani manages to break free as she notices the cop holding her jump at the sudden loud yell and rushes over to Santana. ''You fucking bitch!''
Brittany rolls her eyes as she nears them and sighs, she acts like reaching for her sister as soon as she is within arm reach and purposefully throws her elbow out hitting Dani in the nose. She turns to her smirking after she heard a crack and raises an eyebrow as she cries in pain yelling about her nose. ''Damn watch it smurfette, everybody knows not to run against an elbow that hurts.'' She exclaims acting shocked smiling slightly as she hears Santana's shocked chuckle.
Kevin covers his laugh as the group beside Brittany all cover their mouths laughing and turns to his colleague who let her go. ''She ran against the door, you saw something else?''
''No sir.'' His colleague murmurs amused as he picks the crying girl up, Kevin pats his back as he walks past him and shoots him a wink.
''Thanks John.'' he turns to Brittany as soon as the door closes and laughs. ''Damn Pierce, that was smooth, you shocked my colleague but he won't tell.''
Brittany snickers shrugging her shoulders and shakes her arm out. ''Damn why do the dumbest people have the hardest heads?'' she bites her lip as everyone burst out laughing walking back to Kevin and turns around looking down at Santana. ''You okay?''
Santana nods her head wrapping her arms around her waist initiating the second hug of the day and buries her face in her shoulder releasing the tears that were bothering her the whole time. ''Thank you.'' she murmurs tearfully, Brittany runs a hand through her hair and sighs softly.
''You gotta stop thanking me sweetie, I am glad it's finally over and you can relax and enjoy your life with Bella.''
''Hey B, pizza party at the apartment?'' Puck asks, Brittany turns around keeping Santana in her arms after asking her if she is okay with it and nods her head.
''Yeah sure you all can go back to the apartment and order the pizza's, I will drive Santana to Quinn's place and pick up Bella I have her car seat.''
Puck nods his head and turns to the three teens. ''You all can drive with me and Cedes, I will drop you all of at home tonight.''
Santana cuddles into Brittany's side as they follow the group out of the courthouse and walks to Brittany's car, she turns to Marley and bites her lip. ''Marley will you join us?''
Marley nods her head and smiles. ''Yes I will.''
Santana nods her head and smiles slightly. ''Alright, see you in a few.'' She climbs into the car waving at their friends and leans back in her seat exhaling a big sigh of relief as Brittany pulls out of the parking lot, she turns her head to look at her and bites her lip as she sees the sweet smile playing on her lips as they drive away from the courthouse.
''Stop staring.'' Brittany mumbles softly smiling bashfully keeping her eyes on the road, Santana chuckles softly and shakes her head.
''Mh nope.''
Brittany quickly glances at her raising an eyebrow and turns back to the road. ''Why?''
''Still thinking how I can ever thank you for everything you did.''
Brittany parks her car in Judy's driveway and turns to look at Santana smiling slightly. ''Yeah stop that.'' She turns off the engine leaning over the middle console and lovingly kisses her cheek. ''You don't have to thank me for anything San.''
Santana slowly lifts her hand touching her own cheek as Brittany slides out of the car and slowly shakes her head smiling slightly as she turns to her raising an eyebrow, she jumps out of the car herself and jogs up to the front door ringing the doorbell.
''Mami!'' She laughs softly as her daughters voice reaches her ears and kneels down as soon as the door opens, she wraps her arms around Bella as soon as she ran into her arms minding her still bruised ribs and kisses her head.
''Ola mija.'' She kisses her head again and sighs softly nuzzling her nose in her dark locks. ''It's over mi amor, now it's time for our lives.'' She murmurs softly.
''Hey San.'' Judy says as she looks down at the Latina, she looks up as she hears footsteps and smiles in surprise. ''Hello Brittany.''
Brittany looks up at Judy and bites her lip smiling shyly. ''Hello Mrs Fabray.''
''I thought I told you to call me Judy years ago.''
Brittany smiles sheepishly and rubs the back of her head. ''Sorry, Judy.''
''How did it go?'' Judy asks softly as she walks around Santana to stand next to the blonde after giving her a quick hug, Brittany sighs softly glancing at the mother daughter duo still sitting in a loving embrace and turns to look at Judy knowing she just found out about everything a few hours ago.
''It's over, they got arrested and sentenced for at least ten years before they have the chance to get out on parole.''
Judy sighs in relief and turns to Santana as she notices movement in the corner of her eyes. ''Why didn't you tell me Santana?'' She asks softly, Santana sighs, slowly standing up watching her daughter run over to Brittany to greet her and shrugs.
''I honestly didn't know how Judy, Q and Em were the only ones who really knew what was going on and Jake only knew snippets of the things that went down with Dani.''
''Where will you be staying now?'' Judy asks as she hugs the girl, Santana smiles nodding her head to Brittany and bites her lip.
''With Brittany and Puck until school is over, they have a three bedroom apartment and offered us one of the rooms.''
''So you will sleep in the same room as Bella? I would love to offer you to stay here San but sadly I can't.''
Santana smiles reassuringly hugging Judy again and pulls back looking up at her glancing over at her daughter as she giggles loudly, she smiles as she sees Brittany playing airplane with her and turns back to Judy. ''For the next few weeks yes but I think I need the feeling to be near her just as much as she needs it but Brittany already ordered two new beds so we will both have our own and she won't wake up as soon as I climb into the bed next to her a few hours later. And I know you can't Judy and it's no problem, I want to thank you for babysitting Bella occasionally though she loves the time spend with gramma Fabray.''
''Of course I will babysit your little girl San, she is adorably and I love to spend time with her.'' Judy exclaims smiling brightly. ''The two of you are always welcome to come over whenever you want.''
''I am sure we will be around more often now.'' Santana glances at the time on her phone and sighs softly. ''It's almost dinner time, thank you for today Judy I really appreciate it and I am sure we will see us tomorrow.''
Judy nods her head hugging the girl once again and kisses her cheek. ''I am sure we will San, have a nice evening and enjoy it okay?''
She smiles as she slowly nods her head and walks over to Brittany holding Bella in her arms, she leans down kissing Bella's cheek and smiles. ''See you tomorrow Bella.''
Brittany places Bella down and ruffles her hair. ''Go to your mami, little B.'' She watches her run to Santana watching them walk to the car and turns to Judy. ''Have a nice evening Judy.''
''Don't act like a stranger Brittany, you and Puck are still more than welcome.'' Judy hugs her as she nods her head and pulls back looking up at her. ''Take care of them alright?''
''I will Judy promised.'' Brittany walks to her car jumping in and smiles as she sees Bella playing with her teddy bear securely fastened in her seat, she pulls out of the driveway waving at Judy and glances in the rear view mirror. ''Did you have fun little B?''
Santana leans her head against the window looking outside and smiles lovingly as she hears her daughter tell them about her day and Brittany listening and asking questions once in a while.
She glances down as she feels something touch her leg and bites her lip softly as she sees Brittany's hand laying on her thigh, she slowly places her own hand on top of Britt's gulping softly as she feels electricity shoot through her body as soon as their hands easily intertwine and turns her head to glance at her.
She smiles as Brittany glances at her shooting her a small smile and turns in her seat looking at her daughter. ''Are you hungry mija?'' she laughs as she immediately nods her head rubbing her belly and shakes her head. ''Yeah you really are my daughter.''
''The beautiful looks already gave her away sweetie.'' Brittany murmurs as she parks her car in front of the apartment building, she glances at Santana snickering as she sees the blush covering her cheeks and shoots her a wink as she slides out of the car. ''Come on it's dinner time.''
She walks around the car opening Santana's door for her and smiles as she slowly slides out of the car still blushing, she opens Bella's car door picking her up after she unbuckled her and kisses her head as she immediately nuzzles her face in her shoulder keeping a strong hold on the teddy bear she bought her last week.
She follows Santana into the building after locking her car and steps into the elevator leaning against the back wall, she smiles as Santana stands close next to her and reaches out with her free hand slowly squeezing her hand. ''Are you okay?''
Santana turns to look at her smiling lovingly as she sees her daughter happily cuddled into her and slowly shrugs her shoulders. ''I will be Britt-Britt, just need a bit time to realize.''
Brittany hums softly and squeezes her hand again. ''Take all the time you need sweetie.'' She walks up to the front door laughing as she hears music blasting and turns to look at her. ''Well they took the word pizza party a bit to serious.''
Santana nods her head in agreement laughing as Brittany unlocks the door and kicks off her shoes placing them beside the door, Brittany shrugs off her blazer throwing it onto the dresser beside the door along with her keys and adjusts her hold on Bella after taking off her jacket and shoes.
''Music!'' Bella squeaks out smiling brightly, Brittany hums laughing softly as Head&Heart blasts through the speakers in the living room and dances into the room with Bella not noticing Santana leaning against the doorpost watching them with a loving smile as soon as Bella's loud happy giggle fills the room.
Mercedes looks up as she hears the little girls giggle and laughs as she watches her best friend dance into the living room with her, she watches Brittany drop Bella in Quinn's lap so she can greet her goddaughter and jumps up dancing over to Brittany kissing her cheek.

Brittany slowly let's go off them as soon as she feels her knee relax and walks back to the couch glancing over her shoulder at her best friends with a smirk.

''Mami, B beautiful.'' Bella exclaims after swallowing, Santana smiles nodding her head in agreement and kisses the top of her daughters head.

Bella nods her head giggling and turns to Brittany. ''B, more.''
Santana snickers softly as she sees the shock in Brittany's eyes and covers her mouth laughing as she hears Mercedes and Puck burst out laughing, Brittany covertly flips them all off and taps Bella's nose once again. ''What song little B?''

Santana bites her lip as Brittany turns to her in confusion and smiles shyly. ''I sometimes sing I won't let go by Rascal flatts for her.''
''This little B?'' Puck asks as he plays the song, Bella smiles brightly nodding her head and expectantly looks up at her mami and Brittany.
Santana sighs softly placing her pizza slice down and wraps her arms around her daughter kissing the top of her head as the intro starts over.

Santana glances down at her daughter smiling lovingly as she sees her sucking on her thumb on the verge of sleep and kisses her head. ''Go to sleep mi amor, te amo.''
''Amo mami.'' Bella murmurs tiredly nuzzling her face in her mothers chest
''We will tuck her in San.'' Emily murmurs lovingly slowly picking Bella up as soon as she drifted off to sleep, Santana hums softly watching Quinn join her girlfriend and leans back against the couch sighing tiredly.
''Tired San?'' Jake asks as he reaches out squeezing her shoulder, Santana nods her head and sighs.
''Yeah, crying always powers me out and I did that too much today.''
''Mostly tears of relieve right?'' Marley asks smiling knowingly, Santana turns to look at her and smiles.
''Hell yeah seriously guys I don't even know how I can thank all of you for today.''
''You don't have to San.'' Puck answers smiling kindly as everyone else nod their heads in agreement, Santana shrugs and turns to Marley.
''I didn't know that I would become money, as soon as it's on my bank I will send you a check.''
''Already taken care of San.'' Brittany murmurs softly, Santana turns to look at her and bites her lip.
''Then I will write you that check Britt-Britt.'' She says not noticing Mercedes and Puck's raised eyebrow as soon as they hear the nickname, Brittany sighs softly slowly pushing herself up and holds out her hand for Santana.
''Come with me.'' She pulls Santana up as soon as she took her hand and turns to their friends. ''Excuse us for a second.''
