''Hey Britt-Britt, you ready?'' Santana asks as she walks into the apartment after dropping her daughter off with her godparents, she stops in her tracks as she sees Brittany standing in the kitchen sipping on a glass of water and gulps. ''Damn I thought I told you to dress casual B.''
Brittany smiles in amusement as she sees Santana's eyes trail down her body and glances down pulling on the navy button up she wears over a skin tight white top and blue skinny jeans, topped off with her favorite navy Nike air max 90's. ''This is casual San.''
''I feel under dressed.'' Santana murmurs looking down at the strapless red belted dress she wears, Brittany smiles slightly placing her glass down and walks over to her slowly wrapping her arms around her shoulders.
She raises an eyebrow as she looks up at her smiling nervously and glances down at the dress she wears. ''If anything I need to feel under dressed, you look gorgeous sweetie.'' She leans down kissing her cheek and smiles reassuringly as she feels her place her trembling hands on her hips. ''It's just me San, no need to be nervous.''
''That is why I am nervous.'' Santana confesses softly.
''Why?''
''Because you are you.. You are amazing Britt and I am just me.'' Santana murmurs looking down at her feet.
Brittany shakes her head cupping her cheek and tilts her head back up, she smiles lovingly as their eyes lock and sighs softly. ''You don't give yourself enough credit San, you are amazing and I am looking forward to our date.''
Santana smiles slightly sighing softly and glances at the time. ''Are you ready to go? We need to drive for a bit.''
Brittany nods her head holding out her car keys and smiles. ''Do you want to drive?''
Santana nods her head taking the keys and slowly grabs Brittany's hand pulling her to the door, Brittany glances down at their hands smiling as Santana easily intertwines them and follows her out of the apartment.
After locking the door both girls jock down the stairs and walk to Brittany's car parked in front of the apartment building, Brittany smiles lovingly as Santana opens the car door for her and kisses her cheek humming softly. ''Gentlemanly, I am in for a surprise tonight aren't I?''
Santana smirks shrugging her shoulders and winks. ''Wait and see Britt-Britt.'' she walks around the car after closing Brittany's door and slides into the drivers seat, she moves the seat forward shooting Brittany a fake glare as she snickers and rolls her eyes. ''Shut up.''
She pulls out of the parking lot as Brittany just laughs and shakes her head. ''Ass.''
''Sorry what?'' Brittany asks smirking, Santana chuckles glancing at her as she drives down the road and shrugs.
''You heard me.'' She snickers as Brittany just chuckles and turns back to the road humming to the music playing, Brittany reaches forward turning the volume of the radio up and leans back in her seat turning to look at Santana.
''Where are we going?''
''You are really curious.'' Santana states snickering, she reaches out slowly placing her hand on Brittany's thigh and squeezes the muscle under her fingertips softly. ''I won't spoil my surprise B, you will have to wait.''
''I hate surprises.'' Brittany mumbles chuckling softly, Santana glances at her and laughs.
''No you don't.''
''Yeah you're right, I don't but I still want to know.''
Santana shakes her head in amusement and squeezes her leg once again. ''We will be there soon Britt-Britt.'' She flips her hand as she feels Britt's covering her own and intertwines them still placed on her leg, she takes the exit on the highway as soon as she sees the name of the city where she planned their date and smiles as she sees the crowded area. ''We are here.''
Brittany looks out of the window as Santana drives down the road in search for a parking lot and raises an eyebrow. ''And um where are we?'' Her eyes widen as she sees the big sign with a Ferris wheel in the background and turns to Santana. ''Are you serious?''
Santana smiles hearing the barely contained excitement in her voice and parks the car, she turns in her seat after taking her seat belt off and reaches into the bag she stored in the back. She takes two tickets out and turns back to Brittany holding the tickets up. ''Yes I am serious, ready to jam to music and ride a few rides?''
Brittany glances at the tickets and bites her lip as she sees the big bold letters. Buckeye Rainbow Festival.
''How did you?'' Brittany asks amazed, Santana smiles shyly and shrugs.
''I asked Puck and Cedes what you would like to do and they both told me that you love going to festivals, so even though it was sold out I gave Cedes the money and asked if she could try to get her hands on two.'' She rubs the back of her neck and chuckles. ''Pro's of knowing a celebrity I think.''
Brittany hums softly smiling brightly and nods her head. ''Yeah I think so, you are amazing you know that?''
''I try.'' Santana murmurs softly, she opens her car door walking around and opens Brittany's door offering her hand with a small smile. ''Come on.'' She pulls Brittany out of the car as soon as she grabbed her hand and locks it, she intertwines their hands looking up at Brittany and smiles. ''What do you want to do first?'' She asks as they walk up to the entrance.
''Eat.'' Brittany murmurs chuckling, Santana rolls her eyes and laughs.
''Why doesn't that surprise me?'' They walk towards the food trucks after she showed their tickets and turns to look at Brittany raising an eyebrow. ''Anything you want to desperately try out?''
''Ice cream rolls.'' She smiles sheepishly as Santana laughs and shrugs. ''Hey it's a festival, it doesn't matter what you eat first and it won't be the only thing I will eat.''
''No need to defend yourself Britt-Britt, Bella isn't around so I will love some ice cream first too.'' She smiles as Brittany snickers and leads her to the food truck, she places her hand on Brittany's as she notices her trying to take out her wallet and looks at her raising an eyebrow. ''Nope I'm paying, what do you want B?''
Brittany looks at the menu and hums softly. ''Surprise me.'' she chuckles as Santana gulps and shrugs. ''I eat everything San.''
Santana nods her head taking out her wallet and walks up to the cashier as Brittany walks over to one of the tables, she scrolls through the list and bites her lip. ''Hello.''
''Hi what can I get you?''
''One cookies n cream rolls and the strawberry brownies rolls please.''
''Coming right up.''
Santana nods her head leaning against the truck after she paid and turns her head to look at Brittany, she smiles lovingly as she sees her bopping her head to the music playing and bites her lip. So damn beautiful
''Miss, your ice cream rolls!''
Santana turns back to the cashier taking both cups from her and thanks her with a smile, she turns on her heels walking over to Brittany and places both on the table. ''Which one do you want Britt?''
Brittany looks at both cups and chuckles. ''Well you ordered both of my favorites, you choose San.''
Santana chuckles shoving both cups together and takes a spoon. ''We can share both.'' Brittany nods her head walking around the table to stand next to her and leans against it, she dips her spoon into the cookies n cream ice cream and holds it up for Santana.
Santana chuckles taking the bite and holds her spoon with the strawberry rolls up for Brittany to taste, she hums softly at the taste of her ice cream and nods her head. ''Damn these are delicious.''
Brittany nods her head in agreement and smiles slightly, she reaches out wiping a drip of ice cream out of the corner of San's mouth and snickers. ''You need a bib San?''
''Shut up.'' Santana murmurs laughing softly. ''You got a little something right.'' she reaches out wiping her thumb covered in strawberry sauce over Britt's bottom lip and smirks. ''There Britt-Britt.''
She burst out laughing as Brittany crosses her eyes trying to look down and shakes her head. ''Dork.''
''You are on a date with this dork.'' Brittany murmurs smirking, Santana hums in agreement leaning up on her tiptoes and pecks her on the lips running her tongue over Britt's bottom lip pulling back with a smirk of her own as she hears her breath hitch.
She hums softly at the taste of strawberry and reaches up running her thumb over Brittany's bottom lip to get rid of the rest of the sauce, she cups her cheek smiling lovingly as she sees the surprise clear in Britt's bright blue eyes and winks. ''Let's eat before our ice cream melts Britt-Britt.''
She turns back to their ice cream biting her lip in amusement as she hears Brittany's muttered 'Tease' and takes a bite of the strawberry ice cream rolls, she turns her head to look at her and laughs softly as she sees her still looking at her. ''What?''
Brittany shakes her head biting her lip and chuckles. ''Where did that come from?''
''Where did what come from?'' Santana asks teasingly, she snickers as Brittany just raises an eyebrow taking a bite of their ice cream and shrugs. ''Let's just say that, that is just one of many surprises waiting for you today and every other day Britt-Britt.''
Brittany raises an eyebrow and bites her lip. ''So I was right, I am in for a huge surprise.'' She chuckles as Santana nods her head smiling shyly and reaches out squeezing her hand. ''Well I am looking forward to experience more sweetie.''
''Where to now?'' Santana asks after they threw away their trash, Brittany looks around them and smiles.
''One of the stages first?'' Santana nods her head reaching into the inside pocket of her jacket and pulls a piece of paper out, she holds it out for Brittany and smiles nervously.
''I did a bit of research and found out the times, stages and stars who will perform today.''
Brittany takes it from her with a big smile and looks down at it. ''Awesome.'' She breaths out softly scanning through the names and stages, she turns to Santana and bites her lip. ''You like mixes?''
''Which stage?'' Santana asks smiling slightly, Brittany glances down at the paper and smiles.
''Two.'' Santana nods her head intertwining their hands and pulls her away from the food trucks and to the stage, she smiles as Brittany's body immediately moves to the beat pumping and turns to look at her. ''Will your knee survive all the moving?'' She asks yelling over the music as they worm their way through the crowd, Brittany nods her head squeezing her hand softly and smiles.
''Yeah it will I took a pill before we left and Puck massaged my knee this morning, now I also know why.''
''Huh?''
Brittany chuckles leaning closer so they don't have to yell and smiles. ''He told me that it's time for my weekly massage to loosen the muscles up and used the stressful week as an excuse even though my leg didn't really bother me, now I know that he wanted to loosen it up for our date so I don't have to take too much painkillers and don't have to sit down as often as normal.''
Santana chuckles and nods her head. ''Yeah he helped me plan and prepare everything for today and was around whenever I had doubts, I think he is just as excited as we are.''
Brittany laughs nodding her head in agreement and slides behind her as DJ Jesse walks on stage.
''What's up party people! Ready to show the other stages what a real party is?!''
Santana smiles cheering with the crowd hearing Brittany cheer too and leans back against her laying her head against her shoulder and watches him take his spot behind the turning tables.
Brittany smiles slowly moving her hips to the beat thumping through the speakers as the melody of Just the way you are fires up and leans down, she kisses Santana's temple placing her hands on her hips and hums softly to the music.

Santana shivers as Brittany's hot breath ghosts over her ear and slides her hand up her right arm wrapped around her waist, she cups the back of her neck tilting her head to look at her and rolls her hips into her as the beat drops.
She smirks as she feels her breath hitch and twirls around wrapping both of her arms around her shoulder, she smiles lovingly as Brittany's hands immediately find her hips and looks up at her as their bodies easily find the rhythm of the song blasting through the speakers.
They both mouth the refrain lost in their own little bubble not even noticing a festival photographer snapping a picture of them and only turn to look at him as he taps Brittany's shoulder offering his card, Brittany chuckles taking it from him and turns to Santana smiling slightly after she thanked him. ''We definitely need to go there.''
Santana nods her head in agreement taking the card from her and smiles. ''Oh yeah I think we will buy that picture.''
Brittany hums in agreement pulling her closer as the music switches over to a slower beat and smiles. ''Did I tell you before that I love it that we share the same love for taking pictures of amazing days to keep them as a reminder?''
''No you didn't but yeah I love that too.'' Santana murmurs as she leans closer to her ear not wanting to yell again, she stays close as she looks up into Brittany's bright blue eyes sparkling with happiness and smiles. ''Do you want to stay here for a bit?''
Brittany shakes her head running her hands up and down her sides as she feels her shiver and smiles. ''No let's go on some rides.''
