Markus and Lila are exiting the elevator into Level 0.
"How could a person get close enough to Proto Rider that this happened?" Markus asks, upon leaving the elevator. "And why there wasn't any security footage of this incident."
"I can't answer either questions," Lila responds.
In Lucy's lab, Albert and Ray stand behind Lucy, as she types at her computer, with scrolls of text on the screen.
"Okay, so this Proto Rider was kept in a sealed chamber…" Lucy starts. "And according to the data I downloaded, the chamber was shielded."
"Shielded from what?" Albert asks.
In Level 0, Markus and Lila are watching the computer units' screens, showing footage of NG Bot scientists in the sealed chamber, typing at the computer unit, with the emergency lights kept on going off. At the same time, a couple NG Bot security guards stand on opposite sides of the elevator door.
"They are unable to reduce the power levels," Lila reports, with her earpieces glowing a blue light. "From the data they are finding, Proto Rider must've locked onto a human psyche and awakened."
"The reason why humans aren't allowed in there," Markus adds.
Lucy continues to type, "It looked like Nexus Technologies is keeping Proto Rider in a deep sleep, and according to previous energy readings record, he is indicated to have a high level of power."
"How high could it be?" Ray asks.
Lucy turns to face her friends, "It could be unstoppable."
Markus and Lila continue to watch the security footage, as the computer in the sealed chamber surges with electricity and the liquid in the tube is bubbling.
"The power levels are too high," Lila realizes. "It's gonna…"
Suddenly, the tube shatters, as a shockwave shoots out and the security footage flickers. At that moment, the sealed chamber's door blows off its hinges and lands in the middle of the floor.
Markus and Lila turn to Proto Rider standing in the middle of the sealed chamber.
Markus sighs, "It's disappointing to have to get rid of a possible resource." He turns to the NG Bot security guards. "Destroy him."
The NG Bot guards step forward and aim their blasters.
Suddenly, Proto Rider roars, as a shockwave of energy spreads out from him, knocking Markus, Lila, and the NG Bot guards off their feet.
Proto Rider roars again.
"Rampage of Proto Rider, pt. 1"
Proto Rider continues to roar, as he surges with energy, before suddenly jumping up, with the ceiling collapses in his pass.
Markus and Lila return to their feet and enter the sealed chamber, looking up at the large hole in the ceiling.
"Proto Rider had made it to street level," Lila says.
"Obvious," Markus says, before looking over to Lila. "Send out NG Bot security to find him. Now!"
At Lucy's lab, she continues to type at her computer, with Albert and Ray standing behind her.
"So, the next plan would have to be to rescue this Proto Rider," Albert guesses.
"Perhaps, but just because we rescue him, doesn't mean he will be on our side," Ray says.
"That doesn't matter, we should help…" Albert starts, when a sudden beep gets their attention.
"I got a notification," Lucy says, before resumes typing. "There's a disruption at Nexus Technologies."
"Another corrupt NG Bot attack?" Ray asks.
"No…" Lucy says, as CC security footage pops on the screen showing Proto Rider standing next to a large hole in the ground. "It's Proto Rider."
"What's he doing?" Albert asks, as the footage shows Proto Rider running off screen.
"It doesn't matter, we need to make sure he doesn't hurt anyone," Ray tells him.
"Go ahead, I'll take a closer look at the data I downloaded," Lucy says, as Albert and Ray run out of the room.
On top of a rooftop in Proto City, Tye is approaching Dodobot 2.0, with his back to him.
"Dodobot, I should run a diagnostic," Tye says, before noticing Dodobot is surging with electricity. "Dodobot?"
Tye reaches for Dodobot's shoulder, but suddenly Dodobot swings his arm to throw Tye's hand back, before he back kicks Tye in the abdomen, and then launches a roundhouse kick, forcing Tye to step back.
"Dodobot, what's wrong with you?" Tye asks.
"Nothing wrong with me," Dodobot turns to face Tye, as he continues to surge with electricity. "I have just finished upgrading."
Cables shoot out from Dodobot's Viral Transbelt, surrounds him, before retracting, revealing his new armor, which resembles his 2.0 armor, except with a large dodo-like head with a robotic face beneath its beak, and long hair-like appendages hanging from his head.
"...Dodobot 3.0," Tye realizes.
Dodobot looks at his own hands, "Yes, this form will do."
"Will do…?" Tye repeats.
Dodobot looks up at him, "You see, my constant upgrading and improvement has revealed a singular important fact. My superiority. Now, I will take my rightful spot as the ruler of the NG Bots."
"What? No, there's no NG Bot rulers," Tye says. "We are trying to free the NG Bots, so they all will be equals."
"That isn't my plan," Dodobot says, before three Corrupbots, with heads similar to Dodobot 1.0's, walk up next to him.
"Corrupbots?" Tye wonders.
"I have perfected the designs of Corrupbots, they are now my servants, my D-Corrupbots," Dodobot explains.
"This isn't right," Tye says.
"No, its perfection," Dodobot says, before the D-Corrupbots run past him.
A D-Corrupbot swings an arm at Tye, who ducks under the attack, before another D-Corrupbot kicks him in the chest, forcing him back a couple steps. The third D-Corrupbot charges at him, with Tye rolls under the attack and then tries a low leg sweep, but a D-Corrupbot dodges. Tye stands up, before two D-Corrupbots grab him by the arms.
"I don't want to fight you," Tye struggles to free himself.
Suddenly the third D-Corrupbot kicks Tye in the chest, knocking him off the rooftop. After a couple seconds, there's a bright glow, before Falco Rider flies up and away.
Dodobot looks up, "Let's him flee." He looks to his D-Corrupbots. "It's time to move out."
The D-Corrupbots stand side by side and start to walk over, with Dodobot watching.
Tye enters his hideout, with a hand to his shoulder, as the computer beeps to life.
"Tye, I need you in the city," the partner starts. "There's a problem arising."
Tye reaches the computer, removing his hand from his shoulder, "We have our own problem."
After a few seconds of silence, the partner responds, "Now what?"
A couple NG Bots are unloading boxes from a truck at the back of a store. One of the NG Bot, lifting a heavy box effortlessly, starts to turn away from the truck, as Proto Rider walks around the front of the truck and approaches.
The NG Bot sees Proto Rider, with his earpieces glowing blue for a moment, "You aren't permitted to be here."
Suddenly, Proto Rider roars and charges, swiping the box out of the NG Bot's hand, with the sound of shattering coming from inside the box, before Proto Rider kicks the NG Bot, knocking him back and onto the floor, as two more NG Bots turn to see him.
At the same moment, Albert and Ray turn a corner to see them.
"We need to stop him from harming the NG Bots," Albert says, as he inserts a Data Key into his Zero-1 Transbelt.
"...Right," Ray says, as he inserts a Data Key into his TransBlaster.
"Accessing Rising Hopper."
"Accessing Wild Wolf."
As Proto Rider slowly approaches the fallen NG Bot, Zero-1 Rider suddenly jumps over to the side of the truck, kicks off of it, and then kicks Proto Rider in the side, followed by Vulcan Rider blasting Proto Rider with his TransBlaster.
Zero-1 Rider lands on the ground, and looks to the NG Bots over his shoulder, "Quick, get inside."
The fallen NG Bot nods his head, before getting up, and he and the other two NG Bots hurry through the loading dock door.
Proto Rider roars as he charges Vulcan Rider, who keeps on blasting him, before Proto Rider shoulder charges Vulcan Rider, knocking him back.
Zero-1 Rider then hurry in between the two, holding up his hands to Proto Rider, "Wait, we don't want to fight."
"Speak for yourself," Vulcan Rider starts to get up.
"Listen, we know you were a prisoner and now you are scared and confused…" Zero-1 Rider starts, as Proto Rider tilts his head. "But we can help. You are not alone."
Zero-1 Rider holds out a hand, with Proto Rider reaching for it, before suddenly Proto Rider holds onto his head with both hands, screeching.
"Proto Rider…" Zero-1 Rider says, softly.
Proto Rider looks back up at Zero-1 Rider, before swiping an arm at Zero-1 Rider's chest, before spinning around and swiping him again, knocking Zero-1 Rider back.
"Hey!" Vulcan Rider charges.
Proto Rider grabs Vulcan Rider's TransBlaster, holds it back, then kicks him in the chest twice, before flipping him onto his back. Proto Rider roars again, before turning and jumping away.
"Wait!" Zero-1 Rider gets up, back falls onto a knee, as Vulcan Rider pushes himself up.
Vulcan Rider tabs the side of his helmet, "Vulcan here."
"Any luck with Proto Rider?" Lucy's voice asks.
"I almost got through to him," Zero-1 Rider manages to get to his feet. "But he seemed to have a headache… or something."
"I think I know why," Lucy leans back in her chair. "The downloads indicate that some sort of psychic energy was emitting from Proto Rider. Which would explain why he was sealed away, so only NG Bots would come into contact with him."
Lucy sighs, "This is all my fault."
"It's not your fault, Lucy," Zero-1 Rider's voice says.
"Zero-1 right, it's Markus' fault," Vulcan Rider's voice adds.
"We can assign blame later," Lucy's voice says. "I am now able to track Proto Rider's energy signal."
"Okay, let's go," Vulcan Rider says, before he runs off, with Zero-1 Rider following.
In the woods outside the edge of Proto City, Dodobot and a couple D-Corrupbots are marching, when suddenly Stinger Rider and Falco Rider step out several feet in front of them.
"Dodobot, I heard you're unhappy with your station in life," Stinger Rider crosses his arms.
"You seek a warrior that's capable of learning and evolving, and now you got it," Dodobot starts. "Congratulations. Now you are obsolete."
"I will never be obsolete," Stinger Rider says, uncrossing his arms.
"We don't have to do this, we don't have to fight," Falco Rider says.
"I don't think he is leaving with us any choices," Stinger Rider says.
"You right, I'm not," Dodobot says, as the D-Corrupbots charge past him.
"I'm hating this," Falco Rider grabs a D-Corrupbot by its arm and shoulder, before pulling it around, letting go and block another D-Corrupbot's arm swipe.
"You don't have to like it, you just have to win," Stinger Rider punches a D-Corrupbot a couple times in the chest, before blocking another D-Corrupbot's punch. He then sidekicks a D-Corrupbot. Stinger Rider blocks another D-Corrupbot's punch, when Dodobot runs between them, breaking them up.
"Targeting Falco Rider," Dodobot says, as he runs.
Falco Rider turns, "Who?"
Falco Rider blocks a D-Corrupbot's punch, when Dodobot charges him with Falco Rider forces back. Dodobot then kicks Falco Rider, knocking him onto his back.
"I don't believe how strong he's gotten," Falco Rider says, before he rolls out of the way of Dodobot's punch.
The two Riders continue to get surrounded by D-Corrupbots.
Falco Rider turns to stand back to back with Stinger Rider, "What do we do, Stinger Rider?"
The two Riders throw D-Corrupbots away from them, as Stinger Rider answers, "We'll end this."
As the D-Corrupbots fall down, Dodobot starts to walk to the side, "This is nothing but a distraction."
Stinger Rider holds up the Case Bow, "Rider Arrow Blast!"
Falco Rider flies ahead, "Rider Wing Strike!"
Stinger Rider fires the Case Bow, blasting three D-Corrupbots, as Falco Rider flies past three other D-Corrupbots, all them consumed in large explosions.
Stinger Rider turns, "Dodobot got away."
Falco Rider lands, looking in the same direction, "We need to find him."
"And we will," Stinger Rider nods his head.
People and NG Bots are running away down a city street, as Proto Rider is slowly following them.
Proto Rider then stops at a parked car, before kicking off its trunk, with the car slides forward, as sparks go off around it.
Suddenly, Vulcan Rider Power Kong jumps through the air, lands in the front of the moving car and grabs it, sliding with the car for a couple inches, before finally managing to stop the car.
"That's no way to deal with illegal parking," Vulcan Rider says, before walking away from the car.
Zero-1 Rider Biting Shark walks up, several feet in front of Proto Rider, "We don't have to fight."
Proto Rider starts to slowly approach him.
"I don't think he's giving us a choice," Vulcan Rider says, as he stands next to Zero-1 Rider.
Suddenly, Proto Rider starts to run at the two.
"Oh, I hate this," Zero-1 Rider says.
Proto Rider swipes an arm at Zero-1 Rider, who slides back to dodge. Vulcan Rider punches at Proto Rider, who catches the fist, before Zero-1 Rider slides back forward and kicks at him, but Proto Rider catches the kick. Vulcan Rider and Zero-1 Rider force themselves free, before Proto Rider spins around, striking the two.
Taking a couple steps back, Vulcan Rider aims his TransBlaster and fires, blasting Proto Rider, who then jumps ahead and kicks Vulcan Rider, forces him back a little. Zero-1 Rider jumps and spins, striking past Proto Rider. Proto Rider then back kicks Zero-1 Rider as he lands, flipping him onto his back.
Proto Rider turns back to Vulcan Rider, when he is blasted and then notices Valkyrie Rider standing several feet away, aiming her TransBlaster.
"Mind if I crash this party?" Valkyrie Rider joking asks.
Proto Rider roars at her, when Vulcan Rider punches him in the chest, knocking Proto Rider back a couple steps. Zero-1 Rider, on one knee, spins around and kicks Proto Rider as he passes, knocking him even further back. Valkyrie Rider then blasts Proto Rider, as Zero-1 Rider and Vulcan Rider stand next to her.
After Valkyrie Rider stops firing, Proto Rider stands still, before suddenly surges with electricity.
"What in the…" Valkyrie Rider starts to lower her TransBlaster.
Proto Rider's body glows, before his armor shifts and changes, now his body is green and black, with spikes on his arms, large fins coming out of his legs and shoulders, a monsterous, almost skull-like head.
"He… transmutated?" Valkyrie Rider realizes.
The newly transformed Proto Monster roars, before he charges.
Valkyrie Rider fires her TransBlaster, but he continues to charge as explosions go off around him. Upon reaching the Riders, Proto Monster swipes his arm up, sending Valkyrie Rider flying back. Vulcan Rider swings a fist at Proto Monster, but he spins around and strikes Vulcan Rider in his back, knocking him forward.
Zero-1 Rider then grabs Proto Monster's arms from behind, "Stop. We can help you. But you need to calm down."
Proto Monster roars, before pushing his arms up to break free. He then spins around and strikes Zero-1 Rider in the chest, flipping through him through the air, with Zero-1 Rider lands hard on the ground.
Then Proto Monster places a foot on Zero-1 Rider's chest, pinning him to the ground. Zero-1 Rider looks up at him, as Proto Monster roars, with a hand raised.
