While lucius malfoy and more deatheaters go to the potters house after voldemrot is killed he finds the infant harry potter and decides to adopt him. I don't not own any of the harry potter franchise
Lucius walked inside the destroyed home that used to belong to the potters he walked up the stairs to see lily dead in the floor he looked at the cradle that was behind her noticing there was something in it he wen to it .He pulles some debris off of it seeing the youngest potter crying he had a lightning scar at frist Lucius pulled out his wand to finish what voldemrot had started but stoped looking in to the babes eyes he felt remorse for the child so he picked harry up and bundled him in a black blanket and left the home .
Lucius made his way to malfoy manor with put being spotted with the boy he entered the home and made his way to his office where narcissa and baby darco where.
"Dear your alright? I was so worried when severus told me you went to the potters house to find voldemrot."
"Am fine narcissa but voldemrot is dead and so are the potters the only surviver is little harry here " Lucius showed her her expression went to shock
"Why did you bring him here if anyone finds out-" narcissa said in horror but was cut off
" No one will know because we are going to change his name to harry malfoy and raise him as our own" lucius said
Narcissa looked at him for second then turned her attention on darco who was asleep in his crib " You know this might work if we raise him here teach him our ways " Lucius nodded harry woke up and looked around his Surroundings looking at lucius then to narcissa then started crying. Lucius tried to stop the crying but couldn't narcissa reached and took the baby from him and cradled him
"Its ok little one,Your ok " Narcissa said cuddling the baby harry looked in the strange woman eyes and saw comfort he closed his eyes yawning and went back to sleep
"I think you should have the house elf get some for baby stuff dear and when darco wakes hell get to meet his new brother" narcissa said putting him in a spare cradle they had for darco
"Do you think they'll get along dear?" Narcissa asked
Lucius nodded " Yes he'll think that he is his brother and we wont tell him he was adopted of course they'll ask why harry looks different from darco well just say he has the black gene in him like Sirius "
Narcissa nodded " So we aren't going to tell him he is a potter so that means hour getting his name changed?"
"Yes i am and it will stay harry but his last name shall be malfoy" Lucius said as he and Narcissa walked to there quarters
"Hmm that sounds like a brilliant idea my love " Narcissa said as she laid down
"Yes it is a brilliant idea he'll grow up in our society and be a great asset to the family " Narcissa smiled
" Well lets get some sleep am sure we'll have a lovely day ahead of us tomorrow " And with that Narcissa kissed Lucius's temple and went ro sleep.
