while lucius malfoy and more deatheaters go to the potters house after voldemrot is killed he finds the infant harry potter and decides to adopt him
Lucius was the first to awake he got up and put on some nice clothes and then went downstairs to the living room and sat down in his chair next to the fireplace
Dobby poped up and asked if lucius needed anything " Dose master need anything from dobby?"
Lucius looked up from his booked annoyed but answered " Not at this moment dobby I will call you when I need something "
Dobby nodeed "Yes master" and then Dobby was gone
not after two seconds narcissa came in the room
"I thought you would be here" She said
lucius smiled " And you thought right my dear"
She sat down close to him in another chair
after a few minutes of talking narcissa asked dobby to dress darco and harry and bring them down to see them
"Yes mistress malfoy,Dobby will get young masters ready for the day and bring them to mistress and master malfoy" Dobby left the room to get the boys
Narcissa smiled when she saw what the boys had on and so did lucius
"Well dont you two look like your ready to make your appearance to the world known.Thank you dobby that will be all " Narcissa said taking the two boys
Dobby bowed and left the room
while Narcissa played with darco and harry lucius read the daily prophet which had Harry's face on it
"Lucius whats that prophet about?" she asked seeing Harry's face on it
"Apparently dumbledore thinks there is still hope the boy is alive and is going to ever death eaters home to see if they have him" lucius said turning the page
Narcissa stood up and went to him" And if he comes here he'll see we have the boy and take him away,We cant let that happen "
Lucius nodded " How about we alter the boys looks"
Narcissa looked in his eyes "You mean change his whole face ?"
"Yes we can alter his appearance to look like darco just a little give him blonde hair get rid of that scar you know easily fixable alterations " lucius said
Narcissa smiled " yes thats a good idea but how are we going to do that with darco in the room?"
Lucius called for dobby to take darco for a quick little walk and that they would call him if needed
"Alright love mummy and daddy are going to show you some pretty lights okay harry " narcissa cooed to harry
He just looked at her, He really had no idea what they where doing but they new it wouldn't hurt him at all
Narcissa took out her wand and so did Lucius and they pointed it at harry and began changing his appearance
"Alright now you have blonde hair and now that dreadful scare is gone just a few more things and there now he looks like a real malfoy" Lucius said smiling
Narcissa picked up harry and looked at lucius " Are we still going to call him harry if dumbledore comes here and hears us call him that he'll get suspicious "
"yes will still call him harry will just tell him that we named him harry before all this happened with the potters and will show him the certificate i got to prove it " Lucius said
Darco and harry where playing on the floor when someone knocked on the door of the malfoy manor
Dobby answered " Master malfoy headmaster dumbledore is here "
lucius came to the door" Headmaster what a surprise how can i help you?"
Dumbledore entered the home " I need to make sure that the potters boy is not here you know just incase"
Lucius nodded and led them to the play area where darco and harry are
Narcissa greeted dumbledore " Hello headmaster how are you ? " she asked
" Am well Narcissa and you?" he said
"Good" Dumbledore looked at the two boys
He could tell the frist one was darco but the other boy looked a little like harry potter
"Who is this " he asked picking up harry
Narcissa came up and said" This is our youngest harry "
He eyed her" As in harry potter"
"No as in harry malfoy we had him just before the potters had there son" she said
"Hmm,Well he does look like you two and darco and he doesn't have a scar so i guess your telling the truth " He said putting the boy down
"But if you dont mind do you have the boys brith certificate?" Dumbledore asked
Lucius nodded "Yes we do ill have dobby bring it,Dobby please go to my study and get the birth certificate from my desk "
Dobby poped out of thin air " Yes master " and went to get it
He came back holding a piece of paper with harry birth date and everything and gave it to Lucius
"That will be all dobby " lucius said
Lucius gave dumbledore the certificate
"Hmm everything checks out harry malfoy,Fine well thank you for letting me come in and see i hope to see these two at hogwarts some day have nice day" He handed back the certificate to Lucius and left the home
Narcissa walked up to lucius " That was a success " she said
He nodded in agreement " Yes it was now how about we spend some time with the boys"
They went to see harry and darco still playing as if nothing happened
Lucius had just finished working in his study when one of the other house elfs brought him the daily prophet
" Hm " Narcissa walked in "what is it dear "
"Dumbledore has made the announcement that after looking for him one last time that there was no hope the boy is in fact gone " lucius said putting the paper down
Narcissa nodded
