《Peyton》Well we just got home from the adoption agency with our daughters, Rowan and I get out of the car and get the girls wheelchairs out of the trunk and take them to the side of the car and get the girls out of the car and into their wheelchairs we were about to wheel the girls up to the front door when I looked at Rowan and said how do we get the girls in the house we don't have a ramp to get them in the house?
《Rowan》Let's go through the garage it's level all the way up to the door and into the house, he nods and we take the girls through the garage into the house once we get in the house I look at the girls and say welcome home girls, then Peyton looks at me and says
《Peyton》Rowan either we get a contractor in here to make this house equipped for our daughters or we have to find a new house for all of us
《Rowan》Your right, do you think that you can call Amir and see if he can come over and give us an estimate on how much it will be to renovate this house and make it equipped for our daughters? He nods
《Peyton》And you call Shane and see if he can set up a day we can go look at one level houses for all of us, she nods, and I pull out my phone and call Amir

《Peyton》Hey I was wondering if you can come over and give us an estimate on how much it will cost to renovate our house and make it equipped for wheelchair kids
《Amir》You two did it didn't you, you and Rowan adopted didn't you?
《Peyton》Yes we did and the girls that we adopted their triplets and they are in wheelchairs and the way the house is set up now is not equipped for them

《Rowan》When I get off the phone with Shane I walk back to the living room to find Peyton and Alexandria, Kelly and Yasmeen watching TV together so I walk over to the couch and sit with Peyton I look at the girls and say, hey girls we are having a party for you 3 tonight it's a welcome to the family party to welcome you into the family OK? They look at me and one at a time they hug me when they pull back they look at me and say

《Rowan》When the girls called me mommy I started to tear up, and I look at Peyton and without saying anything he pulls me into his arms and hugs me then he whispers in my ear

《Peyton》I smile at her and kiss her head, yeah they did and they also called me daddy, as we are sitting with the girls in the living room there was a knock on the door and I look at the time and it's not time for the welcome to the family party yet so I get up and walk to the door and answer it when I open the door it's Amir so I let him in, hey Amir
《Amir》Hey when I was outside before I knocked I looked at the front porch and me and my crew can most definitely put a ramp in the front now walk me through the house and tell me what else your going to need for your daughters, he nods and looks at Rowan and says
《Peyton》Rowan honey you stay with the girls I'm going to take Amir around the house so I can show him what else needs to be done for the girls on the house, she nods and Amir and I walk around the house looking at all the things that need to change to equipped for the girls, OK the bathroom down here and the bathroom upstairs need to be equipped for the girls
《Amir》OK what are you thinking about doing for the stairs leading to the second floor?
《Peyton》I don't know I was thinking maybe calling someone to see about getting a chair lift for the stairs
《Amir》OK what about the kitchen?
《Peyton》Well as for the kitchen I was thinking maybe just getting a new table that can fit all 5 of us but then now that I think about it the kitchen is to small to get a bigger table but I don't know if there is enough room to make the kitchen bigger, we walk into the kitchen and Amir says
《Amir》Well you have a really big backyard so I was thinking that we can steal part of the backyard and extend the kitchen outward
《Peyton》How far would you have to go out with the kitchen remodel?
《Amir》Come on and I'll show you, he nods and we walk out to the backyard, I see two sticks on the ground and I pick them up and walk out a few feet and put the sticks in the ground, about here, he nods and says

《Amir》I take out my calculator and calculate the cost then when I got the price I look at Peyton and say it's going to be $600,000
《Peyton》Are you kidding me it's going to cost that much to renovate this house to be equipped for my daughters your my friend can't you try and lower the price?
《Amir》Peyton we are extending your kitchen outward that's pricey we have to knock down the back wall leading into the backyard and reframe it and not to mention remodeling the upstairs bathroom and the main floor bathroom, he looks at his daughters and then looks back at me and says

《Peyton》It's almost 7 o'clock why don't you just stay the others should be here soon right after I said that there was another knock on the door when I open the door I see my parents and my brothers and Rowan's parents and her brother and sister and Corey and Cici and Sabrina hey guys come on in I move to the side and our guest come in and I take everyone to the living room and walk over to the girls, girls these are mommy and daddy's friends and family, guys these 3 beautiful girls are mine and Rowan's daughters Alexandria, Kelly and Yasmeen
