Episode 14: It's all in the mind

The episode starts in a lively boys cabin. Jackson casually watches Tv, he yawns as he flips from channel to channel. He looks somewhat curiously at Andrew. Andrew looks up from Milly's journal which is hidden inside a brightly colored neon orange and pink manga book. Jackson raises an eyebrow but goes back to the television. He flips to CMB where the last episode of Total Drama Island is currently airing. Andrew remembers what he said in his final confessional and looks at the television.
The Tv shows as Jackson throws Andrew onto Jackson's top bunk. Andrew looked in surprise as he feels the bed and pulls out a worn out gray book. He picked it up, flips through the pages, rips out 2 pages, tossed it onto his bed with a smile, hopped off of the bed, and left the dorm with a happy face.
Jackson's head turns to Andrew frustrated. Andrew began to sweat as he looks innocently to Jackson.
"It's not wh-" Andrew says as he's quickly interrupted by an irritated Jackson.
"Give it. Now! And those two pages," Jackson says angrily. Andrew begins to sweat and lets out a small gulp.
"I said now!" Says Jackson angrily. Andrew sighs before sighing and passing the book and two crumbled up papers along with it.
"That's more like it… you're lucky that I feel that physical pain is less satisfying after the first person who overstepped their boundaries," Jackson says as he glares at the innocent and scared looking Andrew.
Andrew Confessional
"Oh hey is it Mr. I got everything figured out?" Joe jokes as Andrew steps into frame and begins to sit on the room's green couch.
"Shut up… it's not my fault that the exact moment that I stole Milly's diary air, when Jackson was conveniently deciding to watch Tv… unless, wait?" Andrew says as he looks around. His eyes widen.
"D*** it, how could I not see it. He knew it the whole time… how would he sleep without it? Of course, it was so obvious! He knew that I stole his diary then he acted like he knew nothing, but he knew the whole time. How could he not? Then… then he just got a copy of the week's TV map, just so he act like he was oblivious the whole time," Andrew says as he looks horrified at the camera.
"Sounds like he had a plan," Joe says off camera.
"Mhmm, I mean if he had a plan for that… what else does he have a plan for… I mean was him throwing me and me finding the book all apart of the plan, ever worse than that… if that was apart of the plan… and it all fell in line then what's next?" Andrew says worried.
"Mhmm, I told you so," Joe says before he begins to laugh. Andrew looks tiredly at him before sighing and shaking his head.
End Andrew Confessional
"You wouldn't dare touch me," Says Andrew anxiously. He begins to sweat as he looks around.
"Your right…" Sighs Jackson as he slumps over. The cooking episode airs in the background.
"Wha- what are you doing?" Andrew says as he narrows his eyes suspiciously.
"Nothing… just leave me alone," Says Jackson depressed.
Andrew looks at Jackson confused before catching himself.
"This is apart of some act… something to catch yourself and make me not vote you if you lose tonight, that's what this is right?" Andrew says nervously. Jackson at him from across the room his tired, dark eyes stares into Andrew's soul.
"No! If I were you I'd leave me alone," Jackson barks. This causes Andrew to flich and accidentally sit on his manga, which creates a crunching looks down underneath him to see his manga now covered with creases.
"Alright, fine then…" Andrew says as he lays his manga to the side of him before folding his arms. There becomes an uncomfortable silence, the Tv is still on but is muted. A loud horn blares as the two guys stop the silence and look out the window.
"I guess… that means that a challenge is on," Andrew gulps as he looks away from the window.
"Good luck, Andrew," Says Jackson chillingly. Andrew gets a chill down his back before he hops of his bed.
"Good luck," Andrew says scared as he opens the door and keeps it open for Jackson.
"Thanks," Smirks Jackson as he passes by a now red faced Andrew.
The two of them are reunited with Nui.
"Oh hey Nui," Says Andrew shyly, he blushes lightly at her who yawns.
"What's up with yall," Says Nui warmly, she wears a white shirt and a black yoga pants.
Andrew does a light shrug as Jackson huffs, "Nothing,"
Andrew begins to look around, "Hey… have you guys seen Chris or Claire anywhere… they pulled the horn… or whatever that horrible noise is, but I still don't see them, at all," Says Andrew as he continues looking around. He does notice movement underneath the boy's cabin.
"Beats me," Says Jackson casually.
"Same… they could be anywhere," Nui shrugs.
"Wait… there they are," Says Nui as she points to Chris and Claire walking out of the room underneath. Chris' dyed tips shine in the sun.
"Hey guys… the challenge will be in here," Says Chris as he opens the door and gestures for the campers to enter. The campers look to each other and walk into the room.
After the three walk into the door, Chris shuts it behind them leaving Nui, Andrew, Jackson, and Claire stuck in the anonymous white room. The three look around amazed at how bleak and bland the room looked. It was only white walls with beige tile floors.
"What are we doing, getting mind control?" Asks Andrew as he looks around.
Claire shrugs, "Technically, yes,"
"Wait, I'm sorry what?" Nui says astonished.
"Mhmm, today's challenge will be just like playing a video game… in your eyes, we used sponsor Herenok's high tech technology to create this thing… it's incredible… it's unreal… all you have to do put on these… clunky glasses and then the challenge will be able to start," Claire says still blown away as she hands large clunky glasses over to the three campers.
"Nui, Andrew you two will be facing each other… the one to win, gets a spot in the finale, the one who's not as lucky will, be facing Jackson in the finale," Says Claire, "You two may put on your glasses," Claire instructs as Nui and Andrew put on their glasses. They are transported into a large flashy mall background. The two hear something over the overcom.
"The person who wins the fight will be safe!" Says the announcer before the tape cuts off. Nui and Andrew look at each other.
"I don't want to fi-" Andrew says before he's cut off by a roundhouse kick which lands Andrew through the window of a flashy red clothing store.
"What was that for!" Andrew says annoyed as he dusts himself off, he notices that in stead of his regular look, he looks just like an anime protagonist in his manga that he sat on. Meanwhile Nui wears a small yellow and blue dress.
"Sorry, I just really, don't want to face Jackson," Says Nui anxiously, a crowd of random people appear behind them. Andrew finishes dusting himself off and gets up, he clenches his fist in anger.
"Neither do I!" Shouts Andrew as he breathes fire, this alarms the poorly made CGI audience as they begin to run away in the background. This burns Nui who feels her arm. She looks back up at Andrew, who feels behind her back. She pulls out a black sword from the back of her dress.
"I-" Andrew says before he is forced to dodge a swing from Nui. He runs up a wall and drops on Nui, who moves out the way swiftly.
"I hope that we're still friends," Says Nui as she swings her sword once again which nearly pierces Andrew's ear. He then tackles Nui into a shop for emos. They stand quietly as they watch the two fight. Andrew blows flames in Nui's face as Nui''s sword cuts through Andrew's finger which is cut off and lands in a red haired emo kid's hand. He quickly drops it.
"I guess, I'll die another day," Nui says as she holds Andrew down and prepares to put the black blade through him.
"I don't think so," Says Andrew as he creates a small explosion which launches Nui back into the hall way. Nui lands hand on his back against the wall.
"You aren't a villain… are you?" Nui says as she recovers she looks up to see Andrew.
"いいえ、あなたですか?" Asks Andrew in japanese. Nui looks up confused then leans against the wall.
"I don't… know what you said," Nui says as she gets up on her two feet.
"I said, no are you?" Andrew says as he walks swaggerly.
"Can you come a little bit closer and ask again?" Asks Nui. Andrew walks and stands in front of her.
"I said no are you?" Andrew says before he's stabbed and fades away slowly.
"No… but I do like to win, good luck on your fight," Nui says as she puts up her sword and waves a fading Andrew. He sighs as he takes off his glasses.
Nui takes off her glasses and shakes Andrew's hand.
"Good game, Andrew," Says Nui as she looks up at him. She hands her glasses over to Claire who takes it and pockets it with a smile.
"Good game, Nui. You definitely deserved that finale spot," Says Andrew cheerfully. He then realizes what he must do. Jackson looks over to him somewhat smuggly.
"Good job Nui," Says Jackson.
"Thanks," Nui responds with a smile.
Nui confessional
"So Nui, how does it feel to be the first finalist in Total Drama history?" Asks Joe off camera. Nui smiles.
"I am ecstatic right now! I can't believe that I actually, might win this thing, I mean through all of it… me?" Nui chuckles.
End Nui Confessional
"Well now that Nui, has won her way into the final 2, congrats by the way… Andrew and Jackson will have to battle for the final spot. Each of you have strong reasons to be there, let's see who will fulfill their accomplishments and get in," Claire monologues kindly.
"Accomplishments? I wouldn't exactly say that," Jackson sighs.
"Anyways… you two may put your glasses on and start the show," Claire says with a friendly smile. Jackson looks to Andrew and Nui then down to his glasses. The camera focuses on Jackson's concentrated face. He sighs before putting his glasses on, Andrew puts his glasses on shortly after. The two are transported onto an 80s like vaporwave road. Jackson walks out casually, Andrew already worn out the last fight steps in cautiously.
"Ready or not, I'm planning to win this," Jackson says as she clenches his fist. He narrows his eyes as he looks to Andrew.
"Ok… sure?" Andrew pants. He runs to Jackson and jumps in the air. Jackson grabs him mid air and flings him upward. Andrew floats before folding his arms and legs and coming down in a cannonball like fashion. He crashes down on Jackson's foot.
"Aww! You are so going down!" Shouts Jackson as Andrew grins. Jackson grabs Andrew, picks him up, then throws him down to ground face down. Andrew grabs his nose, now covered with fake blood. He glares before throwing balls of fire at Jackson. Jackson dodges 2 out of 3 of the massive fire balls. One fire ball sizzles on his right leg.
"Sorry," Says Andrew somewhat conscious of what's happening. Jackson takes Andrew's apology as mockery as gives Andrew an icy glare which freezes him. He then picks up Andrew cold body and then throws him in the air. He then roundhouse kicks Andrew, which hurts the anime fan but brings back his heat. Jackson grins as the bright flashy vaporwave sun blares behind the two.
Jackson leans over, "Need help now?" Jackson mocks.
"No!" Says Andrew as he kicks Jackson in the nuts. This causes Jackson to fall over in pain.
"That's it, your going down!" Says Jackson as he kneels over.
"You keep on saying that," Andrew smiles. This causes Jackson to rush and tackle Andrew. He punches Andrew repeatedly in the face. Eventually, Jackson stops anxiciencly. He seems out of breath, Andrew lies there. He hasn't faded yet.
Jackson puts his hand over his head as he looks down at Andrew whose eyes are closed. Jackson gasps and uses his other hand as cover over his mouth. He has a faint memory from the real world. He can see Travis' body, laying on the rocks. Jackson begins to cry over Andrew. He believed that he killed Andrew. However, his tear hits Andrew who opens and rubs his eyes.
"Oh my goodness! That stung," Andrew says as he gets up and does a small pose.
"Yo- your alive," Jackson says astonished, "Not for long," Says Jackson navigating back to his bad boy personality.
"Mhmm, I guess you can say it's the return of the Mack," Says Andrew as he narrows his red eyes at Jackson. They look at each other for a short moment.
"This is aw-" Says Jackson before he's crushed by a red mack truck. Jackson screams as it lands on him. He obviously can feel no pain.
"Now… I think it's time that the world… shows you love," Says Andrew as a crowd of random CGI people pass him, pull out Jackson, and collectively hug him. Jackson slowly fades as Andrew falls to the ground. He made it.
The two take their glasses off. Claire smiles as she snatches the two's glasses. Jackson bangs his fist against the door which swings open. On the other side is a group of SWAT and police officers. Jackson look up at them as a tall officer in the front of crowd of law enforcers.
"I-" Jackson says before he's cut off by hand cuffs.
"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you," Says the officer as he leads Jackson away from the others. One single tear drop falls from his eye as he's forced onto the plane. Nui, Chris, Claire, and Andrew watch as the plane descends into the air.
All of them are silent before Chris begins to speak, "You two are our two finalist! Congratulations, you two," Says Chris as Nui and Andrew hug each other.
"Oh my goodness!" Says Nui as she cheers.
"Congrats, Nui and good luck," Andrew says as he brings out his hand.
Nui smiles and shakes his hand, "Good luck,"
