Fleur will always want Hermione, no matter the circumstance. Even if it just the two of them are in the same room, then Fleur is happy because her want for Hermione to be close has been fulfilled. She wants constantly wants the brunette and it is something which Hermione couldn't help but find endearing, knowing that she is wanted and loved so much that her presence is simply yearned for.
Hermione was walking to the library, eager to get some light reading done considering classes were now over for the day. She was fully prepared to just spend the rest of her day in the library until dinner, but clearly fate other plans for her because just as she was nearing the library, she heard her name getting hysterically called from behind.
"Hermione!"
Hermione had just turned around before getting tackled by several bodies. The blue uniforms were the first clue that Hermione got to tell her that it was the Beauxbatons students and now seeing their faces, Hermione recognised them as some of the veela clanmates that Fleur has.
"Hermione, we need you help!" Aurelie was the first one to speak, clutching at Hermione's arm as she begun to tug her away, along with the others who were pulling and pushing her along. Hermione just stared in shock as she found herself getting carried through the corridors.
'W-What? With what?" She exclaimed, looking at the hysterical French girls in confusion, completely caught off guard as she was getting dragged through the school.
"Fleur wants you and for the sake of the whole carriage, we need you to stop her!" Estela exclaimed, lifting the younger witch up over the steps to stop her from stumbling from the pushing from the girls.
"Stop her from doing what?" Hermione asked, recognised the pathway to the carriage and looking at the girls in question as they led her to the carriage.
"From blowing a hole in the roof!"
Hermione was completely confused, and it seemed that her appearance was being waited upon as she saw the carriage and saw a few blue uniformed students waiting outside if it, almost trembling from what seemed to be fear. Hermione could see their faces brighten up the moment they laid eyes on the English witch.
"You found her!"
"Quick, before Madam Maxine sees her!"
"W-What?" Hermione asked out loud, begging for some sort of explanation before promptly getting shoved into the carriage, quickly getting pulled up the stairs of the carriage and pushed towards Fleur's room. She didn't even need to try strain her ears because she could already hear the angry voice of the French witch who has her heart.
"-un Delacour! Un Delacour ne peut pas être lié comme ça! Du jamais vu! Ridicule! Je veux voir ma belle Hermione! Amène la! Je la veux!"
Fleur's younger sister Gabrielle was at the door, clinging to the doorknob as she was literally sweating with effort as her older sister raged on the inside of her room. Her face all but brightened when she saw the older French students tugging the brunette who was the remedy to the situation. As Hermione was pushed to the door, Gabrielle quickly opened it and Hermione was all but shoved inside.
"Here you go Fleur!"
"One Hermione just for you!"
And then the door was promptly slammed shut, confusing the brunette entirely. She heard footsteps and Hermione had barely turned around when she was all but tackled to the floor, landing rather painfully on the floor but she tried not to think much of it as a heavy weight was pinning her to the ground, the nose of the owner shoved in her neck.
"Hermione mon amour! I have missed you!"
Fleur's scent was all that Hermione could smell and it did elevate the pain at the back of her head slightly. Even though she was in a rather uncomfortable position, it didn't stop Hermione wrapping her arms around the blonde and stroking a hand down her back while the blonde continued to nuzzle her girlfriend's neck.
"I…have missed you too Fleur. But just what is the meaning of all this? I was literally kidnapped in broad daylight on my way to the library."
Fleur pulled away and propped herself up on her elbows, a fierce pout on her face as she stared down at the brunette in anguish.
"Madam Maxime has grounded me to the carriage! Can you believe that? Grounded! Never in my entire life have I ever been grounded before. All just because I spent the night in your dorms the other night. She says I'm not focusing on the tournament hard enough and need a break from personal matters! But I can't! I can't take a break from you! I can't!"
Hermione just stared in amazement at the sight of the ever so eloquent Fleur Delacour, next in line of the leader of the Veela, throwing a tantrum. Fleur has the reputation of being an ice princess, something she revels in as it is a way to keep unwanted people away from her. And with the way she has been brought up, she has grown up on the rather spoilt side and so her haughty personality is one which people simply have to learn to deal with. But only those close enough can see the bratty side of her and Hermione is one of those people who is currently witnessing the spoilt side of the blonde.
"Fleur, you literally see me every day at mealtimes and in the corridors." Hermione tried to calm the blonde down but that didn't seem to work very well because Fleur looked even more outraged.
"Tat is not enough Hermione time for me! I want to be with you all the time! And the fact that I am actually grounded to my room is killing me! I want to see you mon amour. I want to spend another night in your arms! I want-"
"Okay okay, I get what you are saying!" Hermione quickly covered Fleur's mouth with her hand, blushing red as she glanced at the door and hoping that there aren't any ears listening in on their conversation. Fleur wrestled Hermione's hand away from her mouth and pouted, looking like a downtrodden puppy as she rested her chin on the brunette's chest.
"I just want to be with you. Is that really a bad thing?"
Hermione couldn't help but coo inwardly at the cute pout of her girlfriend, raising her hand and cupping the blonde's cheek, smiling softly as Fleur's eyes fluttered shut and she leaned into Hermione's touch as if it were the best thing in the world.
"No Fleur, that isn't a bad thing." Hermione admitted, her heart fluttering at the knowledge that Fleur was literally yearning to be by her side, so much so that she was actually making up a huge fuss in the whole carriage which actually led to her fellow clanmates to go search for the brunette just to calm the blonde down.
It was sweet in a chaotic way.
Hermione sighed and shuffled herself up into a sitting position, struggling a little has Fleur had no intentions from removing herself from the younger and had all but startled her and wrapped her arms around Hermione's neck. Hermione hugged her back and hummed in throat before pressing a kiss to Fleur's jaw.
"Would you like to cuddle on your bed?"
"Yes!"
Hermione couldn't help but laugh at the excited tone of Fleur's voice and allowed herself to be tugged off the floor and all but tossed onto the silken sheets, bouncing slightly on the mattress before Fleur crawled along it and wrapped Hermione in her arms, pressing her head into her neck while she entwined their legs together.

Hermione jumped slightly when she heard the sound of her phone ringing, the sound startling her out of the work trance that she was in. She blindly reached for it and took a glance at the caller ID before sighing, quickly pressing the green symbol and pressing it to her ear.
"Hello?"
"Hermmmmmione." The sound of her wife's whiny voice immediately made a smile appear on brunette's face.
"Yes Fleur, what is it that you need?"
"You."
"Fleur." Hermione lightly scolded her wife, barely withholding the laughter in her tone as she spoke.
"Don't use that tone on me Miss Minister of Magic, I have information on you that your competition will be more than happy to know." Fleur threatened on the other side of the phone. Hermione scoffed and leaned back into her seat, taking off the reading glasses which she wore during work.
"And I have information on you that your relatives would love to know, especially Gaby and Henri."
"You dare threaten your wife Mrs Delacour?'
"I am simply doing what you are doing Mrs Delacour." Hermione said, smiling warmly at the small little bicker between the two of them. She heard Fleur huff on the other side of the phone and then silence, so Hermione decided to try again with the conversation. "Just why are you calling me so late?"
"I miss you and I want you here with me." Fleur answered back, her voice taking on a whiny tone again.
"Fleur, you know that I am swamped here and besides, your grandmother made it very clear that it was veela family only."
"But you are family too!"
"You know what I mean Fleur."
A few days ago, Fleur has been summoned by her grandmother to France for some sort of rites of passage for the younger veela, almost like a coming-of-age ritual and it was strictly veela only, meaning that Hermione and the other human and wizarding partners of the veela were not invited to join. Henceforth, that trigged the needy and spoilt side of Fleur.
"But I want you." Hermione could hear the pout in Fleur's voice, and she sighed before rubbing the bridge of her nose and then relaxing back into her seat.
"It is only three more days Fleur; you can surely wait that long at least."
"I cannot. I need my wife and I want her beside me."
Fleur's strict and simple answer made the butterflies in Hermione stomach flutter and she couldn't stop the chuckle which escaped her lips, the sound being music the blonde's ears on the other side of the phone.
"Why are you laughing at me?" The blonde asked, a sulky tone taking place instead and that made Hermione smile.
"I'm not! I'm just thinking about how cute you are being."
"I am not cute." Fleur quickly countered, Hermione imagining the cute way Fleur crinkles her nose when she is displeased about something.
"Yes, you are. You are a cute little kitten who acts like a lion."
"I believe that is you mon amour. After all, you are quite the lioness when it comes to-"
"Do not finish that sentence Fleur Delacour unless you willing to accept the consequences." Hermione warned, her cheeks dusting pink. She heard Fleur hum on the other end.
"The consequences? Oh my, does that mean I am going to be punished mon amour?"
Hermione groaned as she could practically hear the smirk on Fleur's face as her voice dropped a few octaves, taking on the seductive tone Fleur likes to use on her wife and knows it affects her every time.
"That's it, I'm hanging up."
"No wait-"
Hermione promptly hung up on the blonde, placing her phone on the table and taking a deep breath to try gather her thoughts again. Not even a few seconds later did her ringtone start up again and Hermione glanced at the called ID and shook her head. She picked it up and pressed the green symbol again before pressing it to her ear.
"What do you say?"
"I'm sorry."
"I thought so." Hermione said, smirking at the apologetic tone of her wife as she apologized like a child would to their mother after acting out.
"I just miss you mon amour. I want to be with you."
Hermione softened at hearing the soft, longing voice of her wife and she immediately glanced at the wedding ring on her finger, smiling as the diamonds reflected in the light of the room.
"I want to be with you too, but you know how finicky your grandmother is with these types of things. Besides, it is only three more days. You can do it."
"But Hermioneee-"
"I promise I will reward you once you get home." Hermione offered, knowing just the trick to get the blonde back in line again.
"…I suppose I can wait three more days."
Hook, line, and sinker. Hermione smiled as she heard the blonde's agreement, knowing that her offer is more than enough motivation to keep the blonde in line and out of the hair of her grandmother and other relatives. Hermione glanced at the clock in her office and sighed.
"Sorry Fleur, but it is rather late here, and I think I am going to head home. Talk again tomorrow?"
"Okay, don't forget to take your vial, I know that you have been feeling under the weather lately."
"Of course. I love you."
"I love you too."
Hermione had a smile as she hanged up and she quickly up all her things before switching the lights off in her office and then apparating home, eager to get a night's sleep.
Fleur will always want Hermione, and nothing can ever stop her from wanting the brunette. She will always yearn for the brunette's company and even though is can be tedious at times, Hermione welcomes it because it is nice to be wanted and to know that Fleur always wants her is a comforting though to her. She has been rejected before in her youth, but she never has to worry about Fleur no longer wanting her. Because Hermione has become essential to the blonde's life, just as she has to Hermione's life.
