As they wrap for the day; Kerry changes into her everyday clothing, and as she grabs her purse. Her phone buzzes; the message says, "Great day on set. See you at home." She grins as she puts her phone in her purse, grabs Josie, and they head home.
When she gets to the condo; Tony isn't there yet. She notices he's missing right away, and calls him. He answers, "Hey baby; I am on my way. I just had to take care of something first." She responds, "Okay, see you soon." When their call ends she's grinning uncontrollably. The idea of him coming home to her, makes her smile and feel warm inside.
Her thoughts are broken by her phone ringing; it's her mother. She answers. "Hey mom." Her mother responds, "Hey sweetheart. How was your first day on set?" She replies, "Mommy it was awesome. We all did very well, and I can't wait for the first episode to be complete." Her mother loves her excitement, and gives her great words of praise, and encouragement, which she appreciates tremendously.
As their call goes on, her mother asks, "So is it possible to see you in action?" Kerry asks, "You mean come to the set while we are taping?" She replies, "Yeah; your father and I would love to see you on set." Kerry would normally be overjoyed by her parents coming to see her work. But with Tony being onset, she's not sure how this would work. How does she explain they are living together, or their situation in general?
Her pause makes her mother ask, "Kerry are you there?" She snaps out of her thinking trance, and says, "Sure mom you and daddy can come. Just let me find out the details of how it will work." Her mother is happy with her answer, and says, "That will be great. Let me know when we can do it. I can't wait." Kerry replies, "I will definitely keep you posted mom." They chat for a bit longer, and the call ends just as Tony comes in the door.
When he enters; he sees Kerry out on the balcony, with Josie looking at her through the glass door. Josie comes to him, as he comes in; he pets her then he puts her down, and joins Kerry out on the balcony. She hears the door open behind her and she turns around to face him. He smiles at her initially, and she smiles at him. But he can see she has been in thought. He walks toward her and takes her into his arms as he asks, "What's wrong?" She tells him about her conversation with her mother, and he listens intently.
When she finishes he says, "Let them come out to see you Kerry. They are just proud of you and your hard work, and they want to see you in your element." She replies, "I know that T, but you're a part of my element too, and they aren't able to know about it."
He sees the conflict in her eyes, and says, "One day they will know about us baby. That day doesn't have to be any sooner than it needs to be. So don't worry." She loves how understanding he is with her and her situation.
She knows that if it were up to him; he'd be divorced and dating her publicly with no care in the world. But he's making the concession to remain where he is for her; per her wishes, and that means allot.
After they share a sweet and sensual kiss; that is on the brink of going into a deeper direction, she says, "Thank you for loving me despite my complications." He replies, "You're welcome beautiful. You're more than worth it." She loves how he loves her, and appreciates him for it. He holds her as they stand on the balcony watching the sunset, as he kisses her on her temple, and she revels in his embrace.
They go back inside because of Josie scratching on the door. When they get inside; Tony picks her up and sits on the couch. Kerry sits down next to them as he asks, "What did you think of work today?" She replies, "I thought it was exciting and fun."
He replies, "I agree; it was pretty exciting. What did you think about our scene in the Oval?" She responds, "Honestly, I blocked it out. I can't remember doing it." He smiles as he says, "Well I have it on good authority that it was well liked, and perfect."
She asks, "Really?" He smiles as he says, "Yeah, Tom and I were talking about it, and while it was hotter than normal on screen chemistry. It was perfect for the scene." She is glad to hear it was not too hot or too much for the scene. She says, "I'm glad it worked out. I can't wait to see the finished product."
He responds, "Well that will be soon enough. We will finish taping over the next two days, and be ready to see the final cut by Monday." She grins with excitement and they share a smile, as she says, "I'm so happy to be sharing this moment with you baby." He replies, "Me too Ker."
They share a sweet kiss and she asks, "Why did it take you so long to get here?" He replies, "I was securing a condo in this building." She looks at him with confusion as she asks, "Why? We agreed you would stay with me." He says, "I know and I will; but I had to get a place for record purposes. What do I tell people when they ask where I am staying?" She calms down realizing he did it for cover, and says, "Don't scare me like that again."
He sees she is serious and says, "I am not going anywhere Ker; I love you, and we will be together by any means necessary." She responds, "I love you too." They embrace as they now sit on the couch, holding each other, and relaxing in each other's arms, with their beloved Josie sitting next to him on the couch.
During a break in the moment; he turns on the television, as he says, "I saw your scenes with the group. You looked and sounded great." She asks, "You watched my scenes?" He smiles as he says, "Yes, especially the one with you and Henry. You two have some chemistry." She replies, "Purely acting chemistry T." He says, "I agree it is. But it's pretty good. I only say that to prepare yourself for a possible love triangle introduction with him."
She asks, "Have you heard something?" He says, "No, I haven't. I am just saying that anything is possible." He sees the worry in her face; he asks, "Why do you look so worried?" She responds, "Because It will be awkward being intimate with someone on camera while you're watching. I won't like it." He smiles trying to make light of it by saying, "Me either; I'd rather eat dirt." She shakes her head as she breaks out into a giggle and says, "Be serious Tony."
