Timing Is Everything

This story is about two people who meet at the most inopportune time in life, and find themselves in an impossible situation. Love can be a wonderful thing, when it's with the right person. But what happens when its the right person, but not the right time? How does that work? What do you do when everything around you says this is wrong. But everything in you feels its so right?

14. Chapter 14

She licks his ear as she grips his back, and runs her fingers at the nape of his neck. With his ears being beet red, she knows she has him. He's ready and so is she. She feels her arousal wall crack, as she sucks his lobe into her mouth, flicking it with her tongue.

He grips her tighter, knowing she's hit his spot, and throws his head back, as their thrusts sync, and they both explode together, screaming and moaning incessantly. Their releases leave them both locked up by orgasm, unable to move, and out of breath.

As both of them lie with him leaning against the headboard, and her collapsed atop him. She feels his arms around her, he hugs her as his movement returns, and they share kisses and exchange I love you's.

After she dismounts; he slides down onto his back and takes her into his arms, as they kiss lovingly. She's in heaven in this moment; she can't believe it's real, and that it's happening right now. He sees her in wonderment and asks, "Are you okay?" She says, "Yes, I am more than okay in this moment." He sees her settling with her emotions and kisses her lips lightly, as they lie entangled and sleepy.

As they reposition; he settles behind her, as he puts his legs atop hers, and they fall asleep after a series of kisses. They don't know what tomorrow holds; but they know that whatever it is, they have a better chance of facing it if it's together.

When the morning arrives; it comes early, and everyone is already on the set. There are a host of reshoots, and some script changes; so they have been called in earlier than the previous day. After reshooting some of the scenes from yesterday. They appear to be moving forward to new scenes, and finish those by the end of the day. It's been a long day, and everyone is ready to go. But they are asked to go into the table read room because Shonda has decided to make yet again, another last minute scene change.

There is another possible reshoot to be done, and a scene change. But she advises that only the actors involved need to stay. So she lets everyone go except Kerry, Jeff, Bellamy, and Tony. They all look somewhat surprised at first, but Kerry begins to get suspicious, as she walks toward the table read room. When she goes into the room; it's empty. She sees her name next to Jeff's at the table, and a packet marked scene changes.

When she sits down to read the changes, she realizes; it's a sex scene between Mellie and Fitz. It instantly makes her shake her head; she takes a breath, and she doesn't look up. She just tries to pull it together. As she processes what she's read, Tony, Bellamy, and Jeff come into the room. She smiles at them quickly, and says, "Just catching up on the changes." Jeff says, "Always the professional. That's good." She replies, "Thanks I try to be."

As Tony looks over at her from across the table; Bellamy sits next to him grinning like a Cheshire cat. She's chatting him up, as he reads through the script, and the look on his face tells Kerry, he sees the page, that made her gasp too. She quickly looks away; grateful that Jeff is too busy reading to see her staring at Tony.

When he reads the line about the sex scene; he looks up at Kerry. But she's not looking up anymore. He hears Bellamy squeal with excitement about the scene as she begins to read parts of it out loud. Tony wants to tell her to be quiet; but doesn't know how to say it, without being rude.

He is waiting for Kerry to look at him, but she doesn't. So when Bellamy stops talking out loud, he pulls out his phone, and he texts her under the table. The text says, "Are you okay?" She replies, "Not really, but I will be." He responds, "I love you." She smiles as she responds, "I know, I love you too." The moment breaks, as Shonda comes into the room, and takes a seat, and the table read for the scene change begins.
