She agrees with him; most of her concern is surrounding their current state, as well as their futures. Regardless of their relationship, Hollywood is fickle, and what's hot now can be cold later. But since she's not pregnant right now. There's no need to completely close the book on a chance for them to have a child together.
He waits for her response, and she makes him the happiest man in the world. She acknowledges that there's hope for them to be parents. Maybe not now, but the idea isn't a complete wash.
The look of pure joy in his eyes, makes her grin like a Cheshire cat. She loves his smile and reveling in his happiness, as he says, "Thank you." She replies, "You're welcome." He's thanking her for not crushing his dream, of them being a family, and she somehow feels that maybe he's right. Love does conquer all.
As they fall into a passionate kiss, to seal the moment. He looks into her eyes and says, "So, are you going to let me make good on your voice mail requests or what?" She laughs as she says, "I thought you'd never ask."
