It's a beautiful, sunny, Los Angeles Sunday afternoon. Tony stands on the balcony, looking out at the view of the city, as he nurses a beer, and searches for answers to all kinds of questions, floating around in his head. He's still somewhat troubled at how he and Kerry left things, before she rushed out to her photo shoot and commercial, for Cover Girl. They need to talk more, she was quite upset during the drive home.

As he thinks about it, he knows they both were way too emotional in the moment, for the conversation to be productive. So, perhaps it's best that they were prevented from continuing to chat. They both could use a break, before something that couldn't be taken back, was said. Nonetheless, he can't help but think about some things she said. Could it be his fault this is happening? He encouraged her to open up to people, and trust more. Now they are faced with a potential scandal that could ruin everything. Could it be that someone they trusted is behind this? He doesn't want to think this is the case, but the more he thinks about it. The more likely it seems to be.

He's bogged down by his thoughts. He goes from one issue, to another. Until this point, he believed that they'd crossed a very important threshold in their relationship, which would make this time around very different. But now, he can't help but notice to all too familiar feeling of the situation being only slightly different. Despite the divorce papers being signed, and him being officially divorced in the next two weeks, he and Kerry couldn't be further from being a couple.

Why does it have to be so damned complicated? He thinks to himself. Why can't he simply be with the woman he loves in public? He knows the answer, and he knows that as much as he hates to admit it. Her career would be devastated by them being public, and the last thing he wants, is to make her life more difficult. He remembers the question his father posed to him, when they discussed him and Kerry's relationship. He asked him, "Is she worth it?" He recalls smiling, as he replied, "Absolutely. She's more than worth it." They had that conversation over two years ago, and yet today, despite all that's happening right now, and up to this point, he still feels the same way. She's more than worth it. A life with her, is what he wants more than anything, and he refuses to let that go.

As he takes another swig of beer, again, taking in the amazing view. He thinks to himself, this is going to be fixed. They are going to find a way through this, just like they always have. As he takes a breath, and the last swallow of beer. He steps back, and has as seat on the chaise.

As he settles into the seat; he remembers he has to approve some of the schedule changes, for some upcoming events. After picking up his phone, it buzzes, and he sees a list of emails from Karen, his agent. He looks through them, and commits some of the information to memory. He smiles as he sees a congratulatory email, which appears to be on a forward list. After reading it, he looks at the top of the email, and he can't believe what he sees. Why is Bellamy's name listed? He then recalls seeing Tim from Karen's firm IMPR on the lot, when they were shooting. Tony now realizes, he was there to meet with Bellamy. Suddenly, he feels an instance of discomfort wash over him.

However, the moment doesn't last long, because his phone rings. When it rings, he sees its Harry. He answers, "Hello Harry. Tell me you've got good news for me." Harry replies, "Oh, I have the most interesting news. Since I started this digging expedition." Tony asks, "Really? What did you learn?" He replies, "I learned that this was definitely an inside job Tony. The leak was a fellow cast mate, Bellamy Young." Tony sighs as he says, "Are you sure Harry?" Harry isn't certain how to respond to the question. He's never questioned his information before. He pauses, before saying, "Yes Tony. I am sure. We dumped the photographer's phone, and there were several calls and text messages between him and Young's phone."

Tony's worst night mare is coming true. Kerry is going to flip out. She kept saying that she didn't trust Bellamy, and now, here they are, in hot water because of Bellamy's crazy antics. He's quiet as he thinks and Harry asks, "Tony are you there?" He replies, "Yeah, I am here. I'm sorry. I just can't believe she'd do this. What would be the point?" He responds, "From what I gather. It seems to me like it's the oldest motive in the world at work, jealousy." Tony can't deny his thoughts; it's logical to conceive she's jealous of him and Kerry. But regardless of that, he needs to figure out how to fix this.

He says, "So she'd ruin the show all together over jealousy. That's insane. I don't get that Harry." Harry sighs as he replies, "Tony, we both know that jealousy isn't logical. It's emotional, and there isn't always a way to understand the thought processing behind it. Regardless of that, now that you know who's behind this. What are you going to do? This can't make for an easy work environment."

Tony takes a breath, as he says, "I honestly don't know what I am going to do. But I need to think about how I can play this, and not make matters worse. I need to keep this out of the press, and keep Kerry calm." Harry jokingly responds, "Damn, good luck with that my friend." Tony laughs at him in agreement. Harry knows Kerry too well. He often jokes about Kerry's strong will and reluctance to mince words when she's upset.

Harry goes on to say, "Tony I have the press covered, and I can even handle Bellamy if you want me to. Nothing better than getting bit by the dog you let lose." Tony contemplates his idea. But then thinks better, and says, "Thanks for the offer Harry. But let me think on this a bit longer, after talking with Kerry. I've got to face her at some point. No way to keep her out of the loop on this anyway."

Harry nods as he says, "I understand, but if you change your mind. The offer stands. Just give me a call. At least we have the photos, and to make sure we keep things under wraps, and maybe to give you some time to figure out what to do. I have the photographer, working on my payroll. So that way she'll continue to use him to leak any information, and we can intercept it. Plus, he's a resourceful little bastard; I could use someone like him on my staff."

Tony shakes his head; Harry always sees the business opportunity in everything he does. So he can't be offended by his reply. He knows he's just being himself. But he says, "Gee Harry, I am glad you got something out of it." Harry laughs a bit as he replies, "Hey, you know it's just business Tony." He laughs in response, "Yeah, I know Harry. Thanks for taking care of this." Harry says, "You're welcome, talk to you later." Tony responds, "Okay, bye."

When he hangs up the phone, the calm look he was sporting when the call started has faded. He now realizes the seriousness of the situation, and how quickly a solution needs to be found. He can hear Kerry screaming now, and that's a stressor he can't bear to take her through. She won't be home for another four hours, and she has shoots all week for her Cover Girl spots and Neutrogena. How can he fix this, without burdening her? His thoughts consume him, he's not sure what to do. His mind goes to Kerry; he knows how he handles this, will make all the difference in how they proceed forward. He gets an idea, but does he dare go this route? He picks up the phone and thinks, its better than not doing anything at all.
