Chapter 4: "I'm gonna be a Dad?"

Piper POV:

Did Jason propose to me last night? Or am I dreaming. Just then I opened my eyes to find a glinting stone on my finger. It was true after all. My siblings were already awake except for Lacy. I woke up and sat on my bunk for a while rewinding what happened the last few days. Come to recall, everyone seemed to know Jason was going to propose. Lacy even dropped hints when she asked me to show my hand. That's probably what he was gonna do at the campfire, but me running away didn't do him good. Mom came to make sure I looked good for the proposal. And I'm glad she did. It was her way of saying that she cared about me and giving her blessing for our relationship. Lacy started to stir at the midst of my thinking. That made me become aware of my surroundings. I went to the bathroom to get ready and made my way to the Mess Hall. When we were seated at our table, everyone swarmed me with questions now that I am awake, while Lacy admired my ring. After breakfast, I was finally left alone. I have nothing to do today but I didn't want to disturb Jason with his Sword and Shield class. So I decided to go visit Leo and Calypso at their mechanical shop.

Just then I got a text - 'Morning, Beauty Queen;)'

I replied - 'Morning Sparky, how's class'

- going well, i gave a free period for the campers to teach the new campers some techniques, wbu

- i'm bored and i didn't want to disturb your class, so i'm going to visit Leo and calypso'

- nice, will you get my car from leo? he must have fixed it by now

- yeah sure

- thanks, love ya

- love ya more

- love ya most

- sparky I would love to argue but your car is waiting for me

- I still won

I rolled my eyes smiling and decided to walk my way to Leo's place. The mechanical shop is closed, so I went to their house. I was about to ring the doorbell when I hear a squeal? What's with the squeals these days...That didn't sound like Calypso's voice though, more like Leo's. The door was left open, so I went in and there I saw Leo with his hand on Calypso's stomach. Is she pregnant? "Leo?" he glanced up.

"Guess what, piper?"

"Calypso's pregnant?"

"I'm gonna be a da..wait how do you know?"

"Maybe because you are looking at her stomach fondly and I heard a squeal" I chuckled. Calypso laughed.

"Ahem, you are not mentioning that squeal to anyone."

"Sure Leo"

We talked about our plans for this year. Calypso appointed me as the godmother for the future child. I asked her to be my bridesmaid. Leo left us to take care of the mechanical shop. We talked a bit more, while I helped calypso with making lunch.

"Soooo, do you want a girl or boy?"

"I don't really care about the gender, but maybe a little boy like Leo tinkering around the house would be cute"

"Awwwwww, when will you tell the others?"

"I think Leo will take care of that"

"Ooooo Cali, smart!" I giggled imagining Leo telling everyone about the baby. Maybe with more squeals..."

After lunch, we checked out some bridesmaid dresses and wedding dresses online.

Some time later..."I will leave now, you need to rest as much as you can." We exchanged some hugs before I left.

I got the keys for Jason's car from Leo and drove myself to camp.

Jason POV:

I saw Piper parking my car near camp, so I started walking towards her since my class ended a few minutes ago. I guess this would be a perfect time to decide what we want for our wedding.

Piper handed me the keys for my car or our car from now on. [Heheehe]

"Do you want to go to my cabin so we can discuss the wedding plans?" I asked

"Yeah, let's go."

We arrived at the cabin and sat next to each other in a blue sofa.

"So, how's leo?"

She giggled "He's fine! Just his usual self."

"What's so funny?"

"I think it's better if Leo tells you"

"Ah.. Okayyyy, so when do you want to become Mrs. Grace." I asked looking at her eyes. The tints changing from a soft green to light yellow.

"What do you think about an outdoor wedding at next or the other month.. so maybe April or May?"

"Anything you like, I like." [yes, he is a love struck puppy and Aphrodite is proud]

"May?"

"May it is"

Okay, so that's it for Chapter 4. It's pretty short. But assume that Piper and Jason have asked these people to their corresponding duties and a month has passed by for Chapter 5. I sound like a teacher don't I.

Bride's maids: Calypso, Lacy, Reyna, Hazel

Groom's men: Percy, Frank, Nico, Dakota

The wedding will be at Camp Half-Blood.
