I looked over at Ted, who was laughing to himself while on his laptop. "Do I want to know what you are doing there?"

Ted looks at me with a small smile. "Nothing wrong. Just getting something made for you."

I give Ted a confused look as I eat more of the cereal in my bowl. "What is it? And why?"

"I'm making you another custom shirt."

"Why? I already have one that says Ted's Bro for Life on it."

Ted laughs. "Jinder was talking a lot of shit about you last night after what you did to help Randy, so I figured you were going to want to push his buttons more. I'm making you a custom shirt that says I hindered Jinder."

I laugh. "Okay. I approve. Continue."

"Okay. I just finished and with quick delivery."

I smile. "Thanks, Ted. What's everyone else doing right now?"

"Ryse is still sleeping. Cody and Eve are in their room possibly still sleeping. Randy is in the workout room I believe. John is in there too. Chelle left and said that she had some personal errands to run."

"In Saint Louis? That's odd."

"I said that too. Nobody else seemed to think so."

"Oh well. Anyway, I think I'm going to go harass my husband." I wash my bowl and spoon from my breakfast. "Let me know if you need anything."

"Okay. Go harass Randy."

I laugh as I go to head into the workout room. However, before I make it there, I receive a text from Randy's sister Becky.

Becky: Hey, just wanted to let you know that all of you, everyone currently at your house, is invited to have dinner at Mom and Dad's house tonight. I'll be there too, so see you there.

I quickly reply to the text.

Me: Thanks. I'll let everyone know.

I walk into the workout room to see Randy and John messing around in the ring. I stand and watch as Randy suplexes John. Randy then looks over to see me.

"Oh." Randy says as he breathes heavily. "Hey, babe."

I smile. "Hey. Dinner at your parents tonight."

"Okay. It'll be nice to avoid the friends at dinner tonight."

I roll my eyes. "We're all going to dinner at your parents tonight."

"Oh. Cool. Come wrestle me."

"I'm not stretched out."

"Then stretch."

I roll my eyes again as I start stretching. "Why do you have to be such a pain in the ass?"

"Because you love me."

John exits the ring as I finish stretching. "I'm going to go. I'll let you know when Chelle gets back."

I nod. "Thanks."

John exits the room as I enter the ring.

Randy looks at me as I prepare to wrestle him for a little bit. "You ready?"

"Whenever you are."

Randy locks up with me in the ring. He gains the advantage and pushes me into the corner. I looked at Randy as I was in the corner. We both engage in eye contact. Randy chuckles before I give him a thumb to the eye. I get out of the corner. I nail Randy with an Uppercut.

He stumbles and laughs. "That was dirty."

I go for a Right Hand, but Randy blocks it. He hits me with a Clothesline.

"I'm at a huge size disadvantage here, babe." I say.

"Not really, Rissa."

"Yeah. I am."

"You're not short."

"I'm ten inches shorter than you. That's almost a foot."

Randy grabs me and lifts me up for a Suplex. I elbow him and get away from it. Randy goes to Clothesline me, but I duck and Superkick him. I then get on the top rope and hit a Crossbody onto Randy.

I laugh after landing on him. "I'd pin you if someone was in here to count."

Randy laughs. "I'm not nice enough to let you get a three count off of a Crossbody. Let's take a break from this though."

I roll off of him before sitting down. "Okay. What's up?"

Randy looks at me as he sits up. "Well, my wife is trying to kick my ass, and I'm eating dinner with my parents tonight."

"It wasn't trying. I did."

Randy laughs. "Whatever, Rissa. Anyway, dinner at my parents?"

"Your sister texted me and said everyone here was invited."

"Oh. Okay. Anything else going on?"

"According to Ted, Jinder Mahal is talking crap about me."

"Not surprised."

"Me either. Anyway, Ted just made me another custom shirt to get on Jinder's nerves."

Randy laughs again. "What does it say?"

"I hindered Jinder."

Randy gives an obnoxiously loud laugh. "I support this. You should wear it to SmackDown."

"That's the plan."

"Anyway, I know you're pissed about Beth and Natalya wanting to be known as the DoD and Divas of Doom because it's your same abbreviation and similar to Divas of Domination, but how pissed?"

"I'm going absolutely nuts on Beth this Sunday at SummerSlam."

"Absolutely? I support it. Have you told Chelle yet?"

"I haven't had the chance to talk to her yet since she wasn't here when I got up. What personal errands is she running?"

Randy shrugs. "No idea. Anyway, I'm hoping to lighten up your mood some, so is there anything in particular you want me to do for you at all?"

I smile. "Not right now, but I'll let you know if I change my mind."

"Okay. By the way, would now be a good time to tell you that we are going on a date tomorrow?"

"We're going on a date?"

"Yeah. Just us though. No double dates or anything. Thought it'd do us some good to start doing that more than for anniversaries and Valentine's Day."

"Okay. What are we doing?"

"I'm going to take you to dinner at that restaurant we went to with Roselle and Chris."

"The really nice one?"

"Yeah."

"Okay. That's cool with me."

"Good."

John walks in. "Chelle just got back."

I nod. "Okay. Thanks."

"No problem." John exits once more.

Randy looks over at me. "Are you going to talk to her?"

"Yeah." I reply. "What are you doing?"

"Following right behind you."

I find everyone else outside with Randy trailing behind me. As I make it fully outside, I see Chelle standing outside next to a white Mercedes-Benz with a huge bow on it. Then, the realization starts to hit me. That's the same one I was looking at last week with Randy.

"Um…" I say quietly, unable to speak my actual thoughts due to my surprise.

Eve and Ryse hold up a sign. It says "it's from your dumbass husband."

I smile as I turn to Randy. I look at him with the inability to speak.

Randy pulls me closer to him. "I know you said it's not about possessions, but I had to do this."

I start to get watery eyes. Randy hugs me, and I put my head on his chest.

Randy rubs my back. "Are you good? You aren't talking, and it's scaring me."

I manage to quietly speak through my tears of happiness. "Thank you."

Randy looks at me with a grin. "Absolutely, Rissa. You always wanted one. I'm just hoping you aren't too irritated because I bought you a new car."

I laugh between tears. "I'm not irritated. You bought me a Mercedes-Benz."

Randy kisses my forehead. "Good. Just an FYI, you're being filmed, and your tears are noticeable."

"I don't care."

"Good."

I move away from Randy and look at the others. "I'm not always like this, so don't get used to it."

The others laugh.

Chelle looks at me. "Anyway, how was SmackDown?"

Cody walks into the house.

I laugh. "Well, Jinder Mahal hates me, and Beth and Natalya copied us."

"How?"

"They're going by DoD. Short for Divas of Doom."

"What the hell? They can do that?"

"I don't think I can stop it."

"Damn."

"Anyway, there's one more positive spoiler for SmackDown before we just start bitching."

"What is it?"

Cody runs back out of the house with the Intercontinental Championship. "I'm the Intercontinental Champion, bitches!"

Chelle looks at Cody. "Oh my gosh! Congrats!"

John looks at Cody as well. "Proud of you."

Cody smiles. "Thanks. Anyway, continue bitching."

Chelle looks at me. "DoD? Please tell me you're beating her ass."

I give Chelle a mischievous grin. "Oh absolutely."

Randy and I are the last ones to make it Randy's parents' house. Since we are expected, we just open the door and walk right in. Randy closes the door behind us as I take my shoes off. Randy follows suit.

Elaine rushes over and hugs me. "Hi! How are you?"

I smile. "Good."

Elaine smiles and hugs Randy. "Good. Is my son causing you any grief?"

"He bought me a Mercedes-Benz, so I think I'll say no for now."

Elaine looks at Randy. "A Mercedes-Benz?"

Randy gives a shrug. "She's always wanted one. Plus, my job is to make my wife happy."

"Happy wife, happy life." Bob says as he comes around to hug me. "Hi, Marissa. How are you?"

I hug Bob. "Good. How are you?"

"Great. Great. Come sit down, you two. Food is almost done."

Randy and I sit down at the table, where our friends and Randy's sister Becky are already sitting.

Becky smiles at us. "Nice to see you two. I know this is random, but I just noticed how big that wedding ring is that Rissa has. Geez, Randy."

Randy laughs as he puts an arm around me. "Yeah, I wanted it to represent all my love for Marissa. Even though there is not one that is as big as that because I love her with everything in me, I found the biggest rock in the store and bought it for her. I regret absolutely nothing."

"I think that's great, but damn."

"Rebecca!" Elaine yells from the kitchen. "We don't use that kind of language in this house!"

"You wouldn't yell at Randy for that!"

"Yes, I would!"

Randy laughs. "She has."

Becky laughs. "Five bucks she wouldn't yell at Rissa for it though."

"Probably."

I roll my eyes. "I've been spending lots of time here since I was like twelve years old. I'm twenty-nine now. I've learned better over seventeen years."

"And they haven't. Even though we're their parents." Bob says as he sits at the table.

I laugh. "He's got a point."

Elaine brings plates to the table before sitting down herself next to Bob, and we all start eating.

"Mom," Randy says with a smile. "The food is fantastic, as always. Anyway, there is something Rissa and I wanted to tell you and Dad."

I smile as I squeeze Randy's hand, knowing exactly what he was talking about since I had agreed to let him tell his parents about our plans for a baby.

Elaine looks at Randy. "Thank you for the kind words, even though you're probably kissing my ass like always, but what is it that you want to tell us, Randy?"

Bob gives a concerned look. "Yeah, son. You can't just say that and not continue."

"Well," Randy says, slightly nervous. "Rissa and I have decided, whenever Rissa ends up losing the Divas Championship, that we are going to try to get Rissa pregnant. Of course, we're only telling close friends and some family about it right now. We're not even trying yet. But…um…yeah we just wanted to tell you guys and Becky since we're letting family know. Of course, Nathan isn't here and doesn't know. Hell, Rissa hasn't even told Vince or any of her three brothers yet, but yeah…we're going to do this."

Elaine smiles. "That's wonderful news. Marissa, if you need anything, absolutely anything, let me know. I'm really happy for both of you."

I smile. "Thanks."

"Good luck with everything." Bob says. "Looking forward to having another grandchild to spoil."

Randy smiles. "Thank you."

Becky grins. "At least you're married to my friend that you're getting pregnant this time."

Randy laughs. "That wasn't planned, but I love my child I got from it."

"I'm really hoping we end up pregnant at the same time." Chelle says.

I smile. "Me too."

Elaine looks at Chelle and John. "You two are going to try for a baby too?"

John nods. "We already are. No luck yet, but we've only been trying for a few weeks though. Not even a month."

"Yeah. It can take time. Are you the only couple here also trying?" Elaine looks at Eve, Ryse, Ted, and Cody, who have all been uninvolved in conversation for a while. "Or are any of you planning on it too? Is there going to be a whole Divas of Domination pregnancy pact?"

Ryse laughs. "I gotta plan my wedding before any babies, Elaine. That was a great pregnancy pact joke though."

Elaine laughs. "I can be funny sometimes."

Ted laughs. "Yeah. You can. I'm open to it after the wedding though."

Eve smiles. "That's good for you two. Anyway, Cody and I aren't even engaged yet, so I'm pretty sure that's pretty far into our future right now."

Cody grins. "But, sorry to spoil SmackDown for you, Elaine, Bob, and Becky, I just became the Intercontinental Champion."

Everyone shares a loud laugh at Cody over our peaceful dinner with friends and family.
