"I don't like it." Randy says. "Not one bit."

I look at Randy. "I know, baby."

Randy sighs. "I don't think you realize how much I hate Mark Henry, Rissa."

"Well, obviously you hate him a lot."

"A lot is putting it lightly."

"You hate him a lot. I've gathered that. I don't know why you hate him, but I understand that you do."

Randy has been in a bitchy mood all morning, and I was starting to get annoyed. The two of us were supposed to be going bowling later, but this would ruin it if he didn't get in a better mood.

Randy sighs. "I have my reasons."

I bit my lip. "I'm going to get a bottle of water. Do you need anything?"

"No. I'm fine. Are you coming back?"

"In a few minutes."

"Okay. I'll only move from where I'm at if I have to use the restroom."

I nod as I open the bedroom door to leave. "Okay. Love you."

"Love you too."

I walk downstairs and into the kitchen to grab a bottle of water from the fridge.

Chelle sees me from the living room and joins me in the kitchen. "How's it going up there?"

I sigh as I close the door of the refrigerator. "He's being so bitchy about Mark. I know he hates him, but I didn't realize he hated him this much."

"What did he do to Randy to make him so hateful?"

I shrug. "I have no idea. As far as I've seen, they've never had major problems. Hell, Mark came to help with the kidnapping situation last year."

"Has it been a year ago already?"

"A year to the day. They did it the night of August 17. It ran into the early hours of August 18."

"How do you remember that?" Ryse says as she also enters the kitchen. "No one else does."

"August 18 was the day Randy and I got back together. Plus, Randy remembers the date too."

"Oh. I didn't realize he did."

"It was a rough time."

"Yeah. It was."

"Anyway," I whisper. "Everything ready for Eve's birthday?"

"Yeah. Anyway, what about Mark?"

I sigh. "I was just telling Chelle that I don't understand why Randy hates Mark so much."

"Beats me. I never thought any of us had a major issue with Mark."

Chelle nods. "Me too."

Eve walks in. "Raw in 2009. The week after Chelle and John's wedding."

I raise my eyebrow. "What?"

"Think about it. It'll come back to you."

I look at Chelle and Ryse as Eve walks back into the living room. "Do you have any idea?"

Chelle shakes her head. "I would've been on my honeymoon."

Ryse shrugs. "I wasn't competing at the time, so I may have not been paying attention."

I sigh. "Well, I'm going to try to figure out what happened. I'm going to go back upstairs to deal with Randy. I'm hoping he'll cheer up. We have a date tonight."

"What kind of date?"

"We're going to go bowling."

"Oh. Good luck."

"Thanks."

I reenter our bedroom. Randy hadn't moved an inch.

"Thought you weren't coming back." Randy says quietly.

"Sorry." I say as I sit next to where he's laid out on the bed. "Got caught up with talking to the girls for a little bit."

"I'm not mad. Just harassing you."

I sigh. "You're mad. Just not at me. Wish you'd cheer up some. Did you realize it's the one year anniversary?"

"Of the kidnapping." Randy mutters. "I remember. Too much."

"That probably didn't help your mood at all. You're already pissed off about Mark."

"That I am."

"I just think it's crazy that it's already been a year, but it has."

Randy nods. "Yeah. I'll be back. I need to use the bathroom."

"Okay. That's fine."

Randy leaves the bedroom. I lay on the bed with my thoughts.

What could've made Randy so pissed off at Mark? What happened on that Raw? On top of that, as I glance at the boxes, I wonder how many more of the letters are going to make me cry.

Randy comes back in and lays right next to me.

"Why are you so pissed off at Mark Henry?" I ask quietly as I place my head on his chest.

"I have my reasons." Randy whispers. "Let's just leave it at that, Rissa."

"I wish you'd cheer up. We have that date tonight."

"I'll be fine to go bowling tonight."

"Are you sure?"

"I'll be fine."

I receive a text on my phone. I move to check the text. Eve had sent me a YouTube link. I click on the YouTube link. It's for a match between Ted and Miz from November 9, 2009. Eve, Cody, and Kelly are at ringside.

Randy looks at me. "What are you watching?"

I glance at him. "Eve sent me a link to a match from a couple years ago. I'm trying to figure out why."

"Is it your match or my match?"

"Neither. It's Ted vs Miz from November 9, 2009."

"You don't need to watch that."

"It's fine. I'm watching."

"Rissa…"

"It's fine."

"There's no need to watch this."

"I'm watching this anyway."

"Here is your winner, Ted DiBiase!" The video says, stopping Randy from replying.

Kelly attacks Eve and gives Cody a low blow. Then, Miz attacks Ted. I start to wonder where Randy and I are.

Just as I had that thought, in the video, I ran down to the ring and hit Kelly with a Thesz Press. Randy runs behind me and attacks Miz. Kofi then runs down to the ring. I am beating on Kelly, and Randy is beating on Miz.

"We really don't need to watch this." Randy says quietly.

In the video, Kofi pulls me off of Kelly. I turn around and slap him. He rolls his eyes and goes after Randy. Ted and Cody both get up and attack Kofi to help Randy. Mark Henry and MVP run down to the ring. MVP goes to help Kofi while Mark looks at Eve and me menacingly. I say something to Eve.

Eve exits the ring. I go to leave behind her, but Mark grabs my arm.

I say something to Mark and try to walk away. However, Mark lifts me up over his shoulder in a position for a World's Strongest Slam. I watch as in the video I close my eyes while expecting to receive a World's Strongest Slam. However, Randy attacks Mark, making him release me, and catches me before I hit the ground. I stop the video without watching the rest of it.

Randy and I laid on the bed in silence as I put my phone back on my nightstand. As soon as I did that, Randy pulled me as close to him as I could be without being on top of him. We just laid on the bed for a while with complete silence.

"You knew that I didn't remember any of that." I whisper, breaking our silence.

"Yeah." Randy replies as he rubs his hand across my back. "I knew that. I didn't want you to remember that."

"He did help us out with the kidnapping situation though."

"Don't defend him."

"I'm not, Randy. I'm just saying there may be some good in him."

"He probably has decent morals, but I still hate him anyway."

"Is what we watched on that video why?"

Randy sighs. "Of course it is. He could've seriously hurt you. Every single time I see Mark, that's what I think about. Plus, he almost hit us with that Uso last night."

I nod. "Yeah. He did."

Randy rolls over, so he's on top of me, and kisses me. "I just don't want it happening again. I freaked out about it back then. I was so worried about you."

I kiss him back. "It won't happen again."

Randy holds me close to him. "I won't let it."

"I know, Randy."

Randy and I both smile at each other as we enter the bowling alley together. He goes up to the counter to pay for us to play and rent bowling balls and shoes. I quietly watch from a distance behind him.

Randy is talking to the man at the counter and pays him before looking back at me. "What shoe size are you?"

"Seven." I reply.

"Thanks." Randy smiles before going back to talk to the man at the counter.

Randy comes back to me with our bowling shoes. "I'll have to grab bowling balls."

I take my shoes from Randy. "Okay."

Randy and I both put our bowling shoes on, and he goes to grab our bowling balls. I quietly smile about it to myself. He seems in a much better mood.

Randy returns with two bowling balls and places them in the ball return before looking at me.

"What?" I ask.

"I set it for you to go first." Randy says with a small smirk.

I roll my eyes. "Of course you did."

I pick up my bowling ball and take my turn, making a strike without even really trying.

Randy gives me an impressed look. "Okay. I see how it's gonna be. Good job, beautiful."

I smile as I sit back down. "Thanks. How many games did you pay for?"

Randy picks up his bowling ball and bowls, hitting eight pins. "Two, but we can pay for more if you want to."

I nod. "Okay."

Randy grabs his ball and bowls to try to knock over the two remaining pins, only making one. "I'm just enjoying going on dates."

I smile to myself. "Me too. You missed one."

"Shut up."

"Well, you did." I say as I take my turn and get another strike.

"I thought you said you were alright at bowling."

"I am. I can bowl decently."

"Decently? That's two back-to-back strikes." Randy bowls a strike as well. "That's really good. More than just alright. I did just get one myself though."

"Guess I'm better than I ever thought." I look at Randy before bowling a third strike.

Randy rolls his eyes. "I hate you."

"Well, you chose bowling and to marry me."

Randy laughs as he bowls and hits seven pins. "Fair enough."

"That's a nasty split." I say as Randy picks up his bowling ball.

"I'll make it." Randy says right before bowling and hitting the three pins.

I nod. "Okay. Fair enough."

Randy smiles as I grab my bowling ball. "This is really fun."

"Yeah." I nod as I bowl and hit six pins. "It is."

"You missed four."

"I'm aware." I bowl and hit the four pins.

Randy smiles. "Go easy on me, babe."

I shrug. "Maybe I already am."

"Are you going to be this mean when you're pregnant?"

"Let's be realistic here, Randy. With hormones, I'll probably be a lot meaner."

"That worries me." Randy says as he bowls and gets another strike.

I grab my bowling ball. "Well, you just got another strike."

"I did."

I bowl and hit seven pins. "Well, not my best here."

"You'll probably hit the three remaining pins."

I bowl and hit two of the pins. "Apparently not."

Randy smiles before hitting six pins. "You're still kicking my ass."

"Not by much." I say as he hits his remaining four pins.

Randy kisses my cheek before I go to bowl. "We're both competitive. That's what makes it fun."

"I thought being alone makes it fun." I say as I bowl and hit eight pins.

"Well…" Randy says as I go again and hit the remaining two pins. "That too, but I like having someone who will get competitive with me."

I laugh as Randy goes to take his turn. "I've always been competitive, Randy. You've known me for about seventeen years. I'd assume you knew that."

"I did." Randy bowls and hits eight pins. "Wait. Seventeen years?"

"Seventeen years next month I think."

"Damn. Seventeen?"

"I'm almost certain it was September of 1994."

Randy bowls again and hits the two remaining pins. "When I threatened to beat up Austin Freed. Yeah. I think I was fourteen then. Sounds about right."

"I was twelve." I say as I go to bowl. "I'm twenty-nine now. Seventeen years."

"That's so crazy."

I bowl and make another strike. "First word I ever heard you say was the f word."

Randy laughs. "Well, it was for a good reason. Seriously though, me threatening to kick someone's ass for you, what a sign of things to come. Good job by the way, babe."

I smile. "Thanks. And seriously, what a sign."

"It's crazy that we've known each other for that long. Then, I remember you weren't even a teenager yet, and you're twenty-nine now." Randy bowls and hits nine pins.

"Yeah. I wasn't quite a teenager yet. Didn't you already know who I was though?"

Randy hits the remaining pin. "Yes, but that was because I was friends with your brother already because we had classes together at school. I had seen you around him from a distance. Just never had talked to you until you were walking home and Austin was harassing you."

"I'm grateful you did. It's funny that you knew who I was because I knew of you, but until that, I couldn't associate a face with your name honestly." I bowl and hit five pins.

Randy laughs. "That's hilarious because you ended up close with our family after that and even went with us to our Thanksgiving that year."

I nod as I hit three of the five remaining pins. "I sure did."

Randy gets up to bowl. "Who would've thought that we'd end up married?"

I shrug as Randy bowls a strike. "Back then, not me, but I honestly didn't ever think about marriage while in any relationship except ours."

Randy smiles as he sits back down as I get up to bowl. "Me either. When did you first have that thought? Also, do you want to get some pizza between games?"

"Yes for pizza. Around the time Chelle and John got married."

Randy nods. "Me too. Ted and I were sitting at the table texting about marriage."

I bowl and hit seven pins. "That's what it was? I remember being like why are they texting while we're all sitting together?"

"Well, I didn't want to freak you out about it when we'd only been dating for six months."

I bowl and hit two pins. "A year later, you proposed."

"Because we managed to be happy with each other and move forward in our relationship, so I figured at that point, there was a good chance you'd say yes. You did say yes. Plus, I kind of used asking you to move in as a way to gage how you were feeling about our relationship. You reacted really positively to that, so I proposed while moving you in. I told the girls a little before I did it though. They all freaked out."

I laugh. "Sounds like them. How long did you get the ring before proposing?"

"This isn't as crazy as it sounds, but about a week after we got back together. I went to the mall by myself bored and found myself in a jewelry store. Looked around for the hell of it. Figured I'd get you a necklace or bracelet or something."

I nod. "Yeah. How'd you end up with the ring though?"

Randy smiles as he makes a strike. "I was looking around. Somehow, I ended up at the rings. My eyes found that engagement ring, and I just knew that was the ring I was going to propose with. I bought it that day. Didn't intend on proposing any time soon at that point, so I hid it away and didn't tell a single person. I knew that was the ring though."

I smile. "That's absolutely adorable. You have this reputation of being an asshole, but you are just so sweet to me, Randy."

Randy laughs. "When we're not fighting. I can be a douche when we fight sometimes."

I bowl for the first time in the final frame and make a strike. "I'm not denying that, but I wasn't going to say it. However, I have my moments too."

"You're never bad about things." Randy says quietly. "Good job though. I think you've definitely won this one."

I bowl and hit nine pins. "Not perfect though."

Randy smiles as I get the last pin. "Good enough."

I shrug. "Oh well."

Randy bowls and gets nine pins. "You won for sure."

"No. I think you did." I say as Randy hits the remaining pin.

Randy smiles as he gets to bowl once more and hits seven to win the game. "Did I?"

"Yeah. The scoreboard has me at 177 points and you at 192. You got 15 more than me."

"Oh." Randy says as he looks at the scoreboard. "Well, good game. You could end up beating me in the second one. Let's go eat some pizza."

I smile at Randy. "Okay. Are you ordering?"

Randy nods. "Supreme like always?"

"Yeah."

Randy smiles. "Okay. They got Pepsi brand pop here, so Mountain Dew?"

"Yes, sir."

Randy kisses my forehead. "Okay. I'll be back in a few."

"Okay."

I smile, relieved at the lack of stress between me and Randy at the moment. While I was relieved at the peace we had at the moment, I knew work would be bringing stress within the next few weeks.
