Happy Holidays fan fiction readers, I hope you all have had a great holiday season. This time of year always brings about some real challenges, both good and bad, am I right? Anyway, here's to taking your minds off of your personal dramas and being distracted with some good old fan fiction. Let's check back into this story, shall we? :0)

As Tony rolls over, he realizes he's in bed alone and he wakes instantly. He looks around and as his eyes try to focus, he sees it's still dark. And he catches a glance of the clock on the night stand, and then the sound that he's grown accustomed to hearing rings through the air and he smiles.

His eyes go to the baby monitor on the night stand opposite him and he pauses for a moment. He hears the most beautiful sound, his wife is singing to their daughter, and her gurgles say that she's enjoying it immensely.

Hearing her singing makes him think of the many times he's watched her feeding their baby girl, and singing her a lullaby as she rocks her to sleep in the rocking chair.

As Kerry continues to sing, he allows his mind to take in the beautiful sound of her voice. He thinks back on how incredible life has been these last few months. Just after having an amazing holiday season with friends and family, the blessings continued to flow with the birth of his youngest daughter Isabelle.

He smiles as he recalls her bursting desire to come into the world. He'd trudged to the west side of LA to get Kerry those spicy tacos she'd been craving lately. Although it was a major inconvenience due to traffic and the fact that it was in the dead of night. He couldn't say no to her.

Just after arriving back home an hour later; she barely hugged him when he came in, because like a blood hound she could only focus on the bag of tacos he had in his hand. He chuckles thinking about how dejected he felt for a moment, and how short lived that moment was when after she got down two of the tacos, she called his name.

The sound was like none that he'd ever heard, and it scared him to death. When he got to their bedroom, running the fastest he'd ever run in his life. He found her doubled over the side of the bed in a crouch position, riling in pain. As soon as he got close enough to touch her, he knew she was in labor.

Quickly, he managed to get her up and carry her to the car, and drove her to the hospital. An hour later he was holding his baby girl in his arms, and his wife was looking up at him with so much love and appreciation; it made all of the curse words she hurled during the labor process worth enduring.

They were a complete family in that moment, that very special moment when his baby girl came tumbling into this world, he felt more alive and complete than ever. With his sister Liz by his side, and his older daughters Tess and Anna, as well as Kerry's parents being present too, they welcomed the newest baby Goldwyn into the world.

The look on their family's faces when he came out to tell them Isa was here, will forever be a remarkable moment in their journey as parents. The innate joy and love spewing from everyone was incredible. When he ponders that moment right now it all feels surreal as he continues to think about their blessings and their journey to this point.

Approximately 9 months ago when they found out Isabelle was on the way. It wasn't the best moment for them, but somehow, they've reached the epitome of happiness in the midst of all of the drama surrounding them.

His thoughts of joy of his little girl, his wife, and the fun times they've shared together as well as with family and friends, building memories settles with him. It's been a wild six months both professionally and personally for certain, one that is unforgettable, but at times it's been regrettable too.

His mind now shifts, as he sits up on his side of the bed; he looks over at Kerry's side and sees it's still made. He takes a breath and recalls she again slept in the nursery, but he's not sure if it's because she's still angry with him from their last argument. He can't really blame her if that's the case, because by his own admission he pushed harder than he ever has before with her. He feels awful for how upset he made her as a result of his expression of truth. He doesn't regret what he said, as much as he regrets how it all came out. Liz warned him, and he didn't listen. He should've been more honest about how he was feeling about the public relations plan that was conceived to keep their secret life away from the press. He thought he could handle things, he was sure he was handling everything well, but it's clear by his blow up yesterday he was lying to himself and everyone else.

After Isabelle was born, despite how joyous the occasion was for them and their families. Operation public relations was still in full swing. It was bad enough that over the last year, little by little, Tony had endured the various stories planted about Nnamdi and Kerry being expected parents and married. He even got through the staged photos of them being seen together leaked to the press, but he wasn't ready for the reality of his little girl being a part of this charade.

When he thinks about it in this moment it sounds ridiculous, because of course she'd be involved. But somehow, he convinced himself that she was going to be far away from the drama of it all. And when that ideal was threatened, it's when he lost his cool.

He takes a breath as he recalls a few days ago when Judy came over to discuss the latest publicity scene, and the progress of the plan so far. She had the photos from their first photo op of Kerry and Nnamdi walking around the neighborhood together, while Kerry held Isabell and she was covered with a blanket.

As he sat in the living room with them, sort of listening. He noticed Isa's Mickey Mouse pacifier and bottle on the coffee table. Having just put her down for her knap, he smiled to himself. Knowing he needed to pay attention to what was going on around him, he checked back into the conversation between Judy and Kerry.

When his focus was reallocated to the moment, he saw a photo he'd seen before, sitting on the table. Since it had been the first photo they released of Nnamdi and Kerry together after Isa was born. It was a rather old photo, but regardless of that fact it felt different to him right now. Tony stared at the photo and all he could see was another man walking with his wife and child. He felt himself getting hot physically, and he tried to keep his mind steady. But then, he heard Judy say, "The next photo OP is in the works with Elle, but here's the cover shot of you and Nnamdi on Vanity Fair!" Kerry replied, "It looks perfect! Very playful and believable." Judy responded, "Exactly, you two did well. The kiss on the cheek was a nice touch." Kerry nodded as she said, "I improvised."
