I sat down with Eve in Catering to eat some food. "So…did you talk to him about couples therapy, Eve?"

Eve sighs as she starts eating. "I tried. He didn't say anything to me about how he felt about it when I asked. Then, he just walked away."

"Damn. That's not good."

"You're telling me. How am I supposed to even attempt to get Cody to go to couples therapy if he won't even talk about it?"

"You're asking the wrong person. Randy and I have never been in that kind of a situation."

"Did you even think about it when you guys were having problems right after you got married?"

"I'll admit it crossed my mind a couple of times, but I never even brought that option up to Randy. We got through it. Cami had Randy convinced that Vance was his son and used that to have most of Randy's attention for a while. It took a bit of a toll on me, and I was honestly a little petty about it at times. It is what it is. It's in the past now. We're happy."

"You and Randy are happy and trying for a baby. How's that going by the way?"

"My period is supposed to be next week. I won't take a test unless I'm like a week late. I don't feel like I'm pregnant yet though, so I'm expecting to get it."

Eve nods. "Fair enough. At least you get to bond over trying for a baby."

"I don't know if I would call it bonding. We sleep together and then hope I'm pregnant. Randy was really disappointed when it was clear that I wasn't pregnant the last time I got my period, so I am not looking forward to potentially dealing with that again."

"Is it bad?"

"He moped around for a few hours last time, being all upset but trying not to be obvious about it. Of course, I still noticed. He also made a comment about how he found it kinda disappointing that I wasn't pregnant yet, even though neither of us were expecting it that early."

"Did he start being all quiet like he does when he's pissed off but doesn't want to let us all know that?"

I roll my eyes. "Oh yeah. It was Ted's birthday. We got back to the hotel, and Randy was like that, being all mopy."

"That'd get on my nerves pretty quickly."

"Trust me, Eve, it does get on my nerves. It gets on my nerves a lot."

"Well, if he's like that again next week, I wish you good luck with dealing with it."

"Thanks. Are you having a good night so far?"

Eve shrugs. "As long as I don't have any fights with Cody, the night will at least be alright."

"That's good. Man, this pizza is better than normal."

"Did Catering put extra effort into it this week?"

"Maybe, it's really good. Listen, since I'm done, I'm going to head back to the locker-room to see Randy before he faces Dolph tonight. I'll see you later."

"See you later. Bye."

I was walking towards mine and Randy's locker-room when I saw John Laurinaitis nearby, unfortunately in the same direction I needed to go. I continued to walk, hoping to get past him without any problems. I internally groaned as John stopped me as I was passing him.

"What is it?" I ask.

"I got a call from the Board of Directors on Wednesday." John Laurinaitis replies. "Do you know why?"

"I don't know. Maybe it's because you made a comment about my weight. Maybe it's because you intentionally left the match that I filed paperwork for off of the match card. Or maybe it was because you intentionally left certain people off of the match card. Who knows?"

"You had no reason to go to the Board of Directors like that, Marissa."

"Really? Because I think I did. A woman can only put up with so much, Laurinaitis. I don't need to deal with that kind of stress right now."

"Oh, you've got other stress right now. Marriage problems I assume?"

I roll my eyes. "Not that it's any of your business, Laurinaitis, but no, my marriage is going very smoothly actually. Yes, I was the one who went to the Board of Directors. Got a problem with it? Oh well. I've got bigger things to worry about than this."

I closed the door behind me as I entered mine and Randy's locker-room. "Ugh. That man pisses me off."

Randy looks up from where he's sitting on the couch, playing on his phone, to look at me. "John Laurinaitis?"

I laugh as I sit down next to Randy. "How'd you immediately know that?"

"I don't know. It's not like he pisses you off somehow every week or anything."

"No, not at all."

Randy puts his phone down and kisses me. "Was he being rude towards you again?"

"He stopped me in the hall on my way here."

"And?"

"He wanted to know if I knew why he got a call from the Board of Directors on Wednesday."

"What did you say?"

"I listed off the stuff he's done that's wrong and admitted that I was the one who went to them. I'm not trying to hide that fact. What's he gonna do? I have bigger problems. When I told him that, however, he assumed that I meant marriage problems. I made it very clear that wasn't the case."

Randy smiles. "Good. I wish I could set him straight some more though."

"I wouldn't be surprised if you got that chance, Randy. Good luck against Dolph tonight."

I put my pajamas on after taking a shower and climbed into the bed in the hotel room, where Randy already was. "Hey."

Randy continues to flip through the television channels. "Hey."

"You doing alright?"

"No, there's nothing on TV to watch."

"It's late. We don't have to have the TV on, Randy."

"I guess you're right." Randy turns the TV off.

"Sorry you lost to Dolph."

"I wouldn't have if it wasn't for Wade Barrett. I haven't won anything recently. Singles matches, Survivor Series, the Fatal 4 Way…anything. It's so frustrating."

"Hey, we both know that you'll get your hands on Wade in some sort of match and change all of that. He's been the common factor in all of your bad luck lately."

"I know that. I just can't stand losing matches like this. I usually don't lose this much. I'm Randy freaking Orton."

I put my head on Randy's shoulder. "Yeah, you're Randy freaking Orton. Which is why you'll get through this just fine. You'll get your hands on Wade in a match at maybe like the next pay per view…TLC? You'll have a match and kick his ass. This is you we're talking about."

Randy sighs. "I guess so. I love you."

"I love you too."
